Took longer then I expected, I guess because it was refurbished I didn’t get fast shipping with my elite status. Overall it looks brand new have not seen any sign of use, battery was 1% and I’m charging it now hopefully it lives up to expectations.

Handles like a dream machine, great color and speed. My only disappointment is the lightning cord and charger is no longer lighting/usb, it’s lightning/C. The C makes it impossible to plug into a PC. It is equally frustrating that this cord can not be shared with the other lightning/usb chargers that the family uses for other apple devices. The good news is the old cords and chargers do work on this device. It’s just frustrating to have one lone cord and charger included that can’t be shared.

Great for a teenager! Bought for my son to do his commercial art assignments and it works great. I did have to go to Amazon to purchase a cover since it’s an older model but still works great.

I bought this refurbished and found it in good condition. It was easy to set up and battery lasts a long time.

I have been very pleased with the performance of my iPad. It might not be the latest technology, but it does what I need. It really looked new out of the box, and it's performed amazingly well. It gets the latest iOS and app updates, so I'm not missing out on anything.

i needed an iPad for notetaking in college, and i had my eye on this iPad. And it was worth every penny. the display is bright and nice compared to my older ipad (iPad 3). The battery life is really great for what i'll be using it. The speakers- omg they are amazing!! Perfect for sitting down and watching a youtube video or movie. The back cameras are good for the most part. The slight downside is the front facing camera. Not that i'll be using this iPad for the cameras but it was a slight disadvantage for me in my opinion. Playing high graphic games like Genshin Impact are flawless beyond compare. No lag whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. It's a bit pricey i'll admit but its a great investment.

I purchased this as the sole device that my son would use for "virtual school". I was afraid that the variety of apps and links wouldn't work but we are two weeks in and EVERYTHING works great! We purchased the magic keyboard (worth the $) and the pencil (look for an open box) and that combo is worth every penny!

The pencil helps in not forgetting how to write and the magic keyboard helps in how to type AND use the trackpad as a mouse.

My Mom is in her 80’s has problems seeing, so I upgraded her mini to the Pro. Now she can see pictures, email, kindle , etc and not h to scroll all over. The colors are vibrant and the pencil is a must.

I love how logical the interface with the user works. Many tutorial, and helpful tools , and tips. I am in a band. Am utilizing GarageBand as well as the lyrical scrolling applications that are available.

I am a bit slow, changing but I am learning and I am sure the differences will be great when they come naturally to me! Love the light feel of the unit and the carrying case is also thin so that it feels like you are not bothered with any weight! Love it!

Great product!! After 5 years, I upgraded my wife’s iPad Pro to the newer model. It works great, holds a charge for several days, and she loves it. I also bought her the Apple Pencil.

I bought this for my personal use but it came in handy for remote learning for my grandsons too. My oldest granddaughter likes using the pencil (sold separately) for her drawing projects for highschool. And I love everything about it.

Nice. Love it. Nice and crisp screen, takes nice crisp photos, thought I would miss the home button but I don’t. Did take long to get used to the swipe. Like the way the Apple Pencil attaches to the side and wirelessly charges. So I give it 5 stars. A bit expensive but I used some of my gift cards. Love it!

I purchased the 512GB WiFi model to replace an old 6th gen iPad and while it's almost nearly the same size, the boost in performance and quality is substantial. This iPad Pro has nearly become my regular computing device over a desktop, especially with so many pro-level apps for photography, video and drawing are available. Pair with Apple Pencil 2 and you've got a top-notch artist sketch/paint studio to go!

I was happy with the information I got from the salesman, but it was not in stock. I ordered bit on line the next week and it arrived in a timely manner. I would have loved to have the sales man show me how to switch it from my old iPad. It was not that hard to do, I did it myself. There are somethings I still do not understand. Such as how to I change my old iPad over to someone else.

So loud and full of depth, it’s great to stream music off of. Recommend this for the regular user, and with it’s new A14 Bionic processor, this thing can handle some serious multitasking for you. If you’re could not buy an iPad Pro, I recommend you consider this as an option instead, unless video editing is something you’re planning to do constantly. This iPad It has served me well so far.

This iPad is worth the purchase if you don’t want to splurge on a grand for an iPad because with $599 you get the same pro features at a better price.

I honestly wanted the newer mini to replace my old mini 2, as my intention was to use it only for light reading. However, this iPad has changed my entire classroom experience. Toggling back and fourth between my Mac and my iPad has never been easier, especially during study sessions and exams. The size is perfect, as it also fits in my book bag without feeling so cramped. It loads up pretty fast, but if you're looking to replace the iPad for a laptop. I personally wouldn't recommend it as I still use my laptop for the heavier workload.

iPad Air offers so much more than the base iPad. It's worth taking the step up if you can afford it. For the increase in price, you get a larger screen, stronger audio, faster networking, a much more powerful processor, better Apple Pencil support, and a superior build. That makes the iPad Air a good long-term investment.

For those who don’t want to spend a whole lot of money on the iPad Pro this one will do.

It doesn’t have the Center Stage camera so its the standard 7MP camera but still good for video calls and the front camera is 12MP but no flash.

It has last years A14 chip so if you’re just using this for web browsing, emails, watching streaming videos or gaming this will do.

The screen resolution is better than the previous model. Really clear picture.

I ordered this ipad on Saturday, had a little delay on Monday morning but by 12pm that day Best Buy emailed me saying it was shipped. I received it on Tuesday and since then I've been nothing but obsessed with the screen display, speed and the speakers. Definitely a must have if you can't afford the ipad pro or if you just like the air.

this is absolutly amazing how much power is in this device. It handles 4k video better than the top spec imac pro. Make sure to get the pencil and magic keyboard to complete it. I recommend this only for content creators, maybe if you plan to take notes too. If youre just consuming media and entertainment, wait for the new ipad air rumored for this yaer with some major upgrades. Great product! One of my best purchases.

Amazing device! I love that it can go from a tablet to computer in seconds. One of my favorite things is the multitasking it offers with split screen and the slide over to work on apps that slides in front of any open app. The Apple Pencil is a great accessory making my experience event better. I would recommend these products they are worth every penny.

I really like this iPad. I finally bought one for college after debating for a long time, and it’s worth it! I recommend the Procreate App for artists. The image quality is great. I can also text and FaceTime my friends who have iPhones with my iPad! It’s really handy. I also recommend getting the Apple Pen and the Folio for this. It makes the expensive so much better!

Fun product. We use it everyday. I have really never been a huge Apple fan. We only use this tablet for games and really as a mini laptop for fun. It functions well for our purposes. For the most part, having predominantly bought Samsung devices running Google in our household....I am not super tickled with it.

I’ve been waiting for this new iPad mini 6 and it does not disappoint. This iPad is very fast with or wihout using the cellular. The display is crisp and bright and has so many features like its big brother “ iPad Pro”. I love the portability and especially like using the Apple Pencil 2. I’m glad I ordered early because it’s seems that it’s hard to keep the 256gb Wi-Fi+ cellular in stock. You won’t be disappointed.

I upgraded to the new mini iPad cellular tablet primarily for consuming media. I don’t do any gaming app so I can’t speak to how much screen spaces is available.

My comparison is to the mini 4th generation, which has been great and no cellular connection issues.

I have the majority of the streaming services and with the exception of Apple TV movies and TV shows, the display on the NEW mini is nearly identical in size to mini 4 with the exception of the screen width being a negligible 1/2” wider but the height almost identical.

Apple TV is the only app I found that truly uses the entire screen and the NEW mini display is wider and taller.

The true tone makes the screen less bright. The mini 4 takes up only a little more width but the NEW mini is slightly thicker. They weigh almost the same.

I’ve been waiting a long time for Apple to come out with a new iPad Mini. I use my iPad for reading. I find it’s just the right size and not to heavy to hold for a long time. It’s much faster than it’s predecessor and has very good sound. I do use it occasionally for watching YouTube and some texting. It’s just the right size. Not to big and not to small. Perfect for my needs. Highly recommend depending on what you want to use it for.

I was compared between iPad 8th generation and Air 4th Generation. The reason why I chose 4G Air is because the USB C port, 2nd Generation Apple Pencil compatibility.

I am pretty prefer a USB C port/cable product.

The 2nd Generation Apple Pencil has much more useful functions than older one. Wireless charging is also very useful.

Battery life is very good. I really satisfied.

Touch ID has pros and cons. The rate of Touch ID Recognition is unstable.

I had a older gen 4 iPad with 128 storage. I dropped it and broke the screens. After loving it for many years, I never thought I’d be able to replace it at a reasonable price. This has twice the storage and has everything I loved about my old iPad. Plus it is thinner, weighs less and lets you use a stylist or keyboard. If you like the 10.2” screen like I do, you can’t go wrong.

I have previously had iPads so I am always pretty happy with them. This feels thinner then the ones that I have had previously, but with a good case things should be fine. I do notice that this processes things more quickly then my last one and I have yet to have any issues with it!

Purchased for my 6 year old. Decided to try it out for myself using a mouse and an RDP app to connect to my work computer remotely. Ended up keeping it and buying him a new one. I had debated purchasing a Pro. It this has all I need and more.

This is an excellent starter iPad for the home. The 256GB option is the best one to select. Wi-fi works great on this new 9th generation model and the speed has definitely improved. The price is certainly “doable” with the 2 year Apple Care thrown in. This should certainly last at least 4 years as the replaced iPad did.

If you like the 10.2” screen like I do, you can’t go wrong.

I have previously had iPads so I am always pretty happy with them. This feels thinner then the ones that I have had previously, but with a good case things should be fine. I do notice that this processes things more quickly then my last one and I have yet to have any issues with it!

Purchased for my 6 year old. Decided to try it out for myself using a mouse and an RDP app to connect to my work computer remotely. Ended up keeping it and buying him a new one. I had debated purchasing a Pro. It this has all I need and more.

This is my 2nd ever iPad. I was impressed by its performance. It’s fast and it performs tasks effortlessly. Looks nice and lightweight.

This is an excellent starter iPad for the home. The 256GB option is the best one to select. Wi-fi works great on this new 9th generation model and the speed has definitely improved. The price is certainly “doable” with the 2 year Apple Care thrown in. This should certainly last at least 4 years as the replaced iPad did.

I bought a refurbished iPad 5th generation. I am very pleased with it operation and condition. An excellent feature is that it came with a one year warranty.

Great! Easy to use. Great OS. I only wish I had replaced my stolen tablet with one that had more than memory and storage capacity. This has forced me to delete items I wanted to keep.

Brought this iPad for travel and for my exercise bike. In great condition no scratches and no dents. After market power cable, but Apple outlet connector. Good price for the size and memory space and always have the option for cell service.

On June 9th I purchased the 2020 iPad Pro 11 1TB model as an open-box purchase. I did this because even with the student deal coupon added (a $150 discount), the iPad Pro was going to cost me $1099. Not a bad price by any means for last year's model with 1TB of storage. But... Under "Buying Options", I spotted a real deal (or what I thought was a real deal). The 1TB model was available in "Open Box - Excellent" condition for $899.99. This was too good to pass up! I checked to make sure I understood what BB's definition of "Excellent" condition meant BEFORE buying, and when I agreed with their definition I pulled the trigger and bought it. The item was shipped out the next day and it would take about a week to get to me. Fair enough since I went with free shipping.

Fast forward to Jun 16th, the day it arrived. I get the package via UPS, and when I picked it up to bring inside I noticed the box was very light... OK, I know its a newer iPad and they are very thin but this is REALLY light for a tablet and it's included accessories! I go and I carefully open the box as to not damage anything, and when I open the flaps I see that there is a sheet of bubble wrap and what appears to be the iPad, naked (not in ANY sort of box or protective packaging) resting on another sheet (maybe it was 2) of bubble wrap. There were no barriers to protect the iPad from hitting the inside of the box (and therefore the outside surface of whatever the box was landing on when being moved around). The iPad was covered in some sort of dust, as if it had been sitting in a dust-infested environment for a long time. Underneath the iPad was a little bag with a wall charger from LG supposedly that had a USB-A port and a USB-C to USB-A cable. Apple's chargers for the iPad Pro have USB-C on both the charger AND cable, no USB-A.

While the screen appeared to be intact with just that layer of dust on it I then took the iPad out of the box and turned it over to examine the back. The back had what I would describe as a blemish or deep scratches in one spot and some scratches on the camera bump. THIS IS NOT CONSIDERED "EXCELLENT" CONDITION! EVEN BEST BUY'S OWN DESCRIPTION SAYS AS MUCH! The condition of this iPad was definitely closer to Best Buy's "Fair" or "Satisfactory" condition, but that is not what I paid for.

There is a happy ending at the end of this however. I went and printed up my receipt and on the receipt it does show "Open Box - Excellent" as the condition I purchased. I took the iPad and everything that came with it (the box, bubble wrap and bag with the cable and charger) back to my local Best Buy and they accepted the return when they saw what I purchased versus what actually showed up. Unfortunately I could not get the iPad 1 TB in store as they were out of it, but I ended up buying the new model anyway because Apple is having a promotion which saved me on Applecare+.

The moral of this story is: Be careful when buying anything "Open Box" online. If you're at the store and they can show the item to you before you buy that's one thing, but if the price for something open box in "excellent" condition online is too good to be true then it probably is.

I absolutely LOVE this little ipad! It's fast, it's loud for the size, center stage is amazing, i can go on! This is a replacement for my 1st gen ipad pro 9.7 and man does this little guy deliver! Super easy to use one handed, big enough screen to watch stuff on and read books while traveling or in bed. The jelly issue with the screen is only a problem if you delibrately go looking for it or read lightning fast. Do not purchase if your goal is to be productive businesses wise on it (e.g. serious drawing, building spreadsheetd, etc). Will it work in a pinch, yes, but should not be the workhorse. I use my gaming laptop to do a majority of the heavy lifting. My mini is carried around all the time due to the conveinence of its size. A tad pricey but great investment for a world traveler like myself. I'm beyond happy with my purchase.

Using Mini 5 case and keyboard (had to make some minor modifications) since case with keyboards are still not so good. When I get the same brand case and keyboard, it will be super perfect.

Love touch signin as well.

One drawback (all apple products) wish there was a file manager similar to Windows explorer so that you see all your files. Alight improvement with the recent version of Files... but its Apple.

Seems to be great so far. Just gotta get use to no home button as i had in previous ipads. Seems that when you get accessories it may need to b a geuine usbc cord from apple. Ive tried different scenerios with cords and im finding that the coed has to be geniune apple. I i tried both a ear phone 3.5 mm adaptor and a different non apple chargers for on the go. And when you start to switch the cords, when the non apple charger with another usbc cord didnt work, that same charger but with apple usbc cord plugged in it worked. Same with another sdaptor with a 3.5mm headphone jack and a charging usbc slot, it would only work if i put in an apple cord. Anyone else experience this. If so, respond back so i know which is a compatible cord

Great iPad. I have had iPads since they first came out in 2010 , and this is probably the 2nd best iPad I’ve ever owned. The best would be the current iPad 12.9. In some respects the mini is a better choice if you intend to carry it in a small purse or use it to read library books. Transferring data from your old iPad takes longer than expected. For me it took almost 24 hours.I would highly recommend if you don’t need a larger display.

The most powerful iPad that's right but its limited with IPAD IOS , there must be pro apps to make use of it , would be great if we get final cut on it and other powerful apps , also the blooming issue is there its little bit exaggerated as others show because the camera make this blooming pop more , but the problem is there and not sure if this screen still worth the extra money , you might be just ok with 11 inch model better

Always been an iPad Pro fan but apple really missed the mark with this display. Aside from watching HDR video and seeing HDR photos, the display disappoints. Anything with a black background that has white elements causes a blooming effect that’s extremely annoying, especially at night. It is harder to notice in a brighter room. Not the sort of quality I’d expect from apple for a tablet that starts at $1,100.

I went on a exploration of the new 2021 iPad’s. I started off with the IPad Air. I then exchanged it for the IPad Pro 11 and then decided to exchange it for my final destination: IPad Pro 12.9. I must say I was impressed with all three IPad’s. However, what it came down to for me was screen real estate. I certainly researched the various new iPads’ before making my decision. There is a lot of tech reviews on YouTube and perhaps even on the the reviews here at Best Buy where uses share that the IPad falls short from being a computer like MacBook. First and foremost, let me just first start out by saying, this is a tablet and not a MacBook. Tech reviewers seem to not be able to grasp the concept that they are two different Apple products that offer two different OS’s. If you looking for a full system that offers software without limitations then, MacOS or MacBook is going to be your best fit. However, you need functionality of daily productivity suites such as Microsoft Office. The IPad line up will support that endeavor. Most don’t seem to understand Apple’s business model. Sure, they put the M1 chip into the iPad but just because it’s in the MacBook Pro doesn’t mean it’s a MacBook. I weighed out the options. Certainly, the M1 chip is going to pack power which from a long term perspective means somewhat future proofing. If Apple released a MacBook OS to replace IPad OS than it would completely defeat their meaning of differentiation between their two product lines. If you are a photographer or videographer and are looking for excellent portability. Then, an IPad is for you. If you are a media consumption junking and like to browse the web, check email, read news and don’t like having a keyboard attached. Then an IPad is for you. Lastly, if you are an artist or student and like taking notes and enjoy using a touch screen in lieu of using a mouse for navigational purposes, than the IPad is for you. It is preference and I feel the IPad OS could use some improvements but the usability for all the things I have mentioned is completely feasible. Some say, well it’s over priced but is it? The features are a trade off and when you weigh out the features, the cost is justified. I feel the Apple Keyboard for the IPad is overpriced but it’s Apple and they can get away with it. I elected to use the Logitech Combo Touch keyboard and I find it extremely competitive and cost effective in contrast. After all, Logitech is licensed to design products for Apple so it makes sense. At the end of the day, don’t get it confused. An IPad isn’t going to be like a MacBook. Perhaps someday outside of the upcoming IPad OS 15 release, Apple with manage to integrate more features to support the power of the M1 but until then, it still is an amazing piece of technology. With that being said, I recommend this product as long as you understand that you purchase this tech with the full understanding that it isn’t going to be a MacBook.

Touch ID is also faster and flawless. Screen is bright and sharp. CHarges with USB-C super fast only 1-2 hrs. Traded in my old iPad and for a small difference upgraded to the Mini., just do it!

I have read about bad scrolling quality but it’s not even bad, I can easily forget it’s there. This thing has a great screen especially with streaming and games! Powerful device which really shows with anything you throw at it. Stereo sound added from the previous generations makes you actually enjoy movies. I am glad it has 5g capability. Definitely a must buy!

I honestly didn’t need the iPad mini but more so wanted it to add to my Apple collection. The size is perfect and I love that I can use my Apple Pencil with the device. I haven’t had any issues so far. I purchased the unlocked version and was able to add Verizon service without an issue and didn’t have to wait on a SIM card to arrive in the mail.

I love my new Apple IPad Mini 64 gib wi-Fi w/cellular. It’s perfect for taking notes and logging my blood pressure on a daily basis. I drop kg on my purse when I go out. I purchased the purple color and it’s nice and different especially with the full screen.

Compared to other Apple products i've owned, i was pleasantly surprised. I dropped it alot already and it hasnt crakced yet. It's really fast and the display is beautiful. Here is the problem. It is quieter and dimmer than my S20 FE, even with the four speakers. You would think with thosw huge bezels, they could put some front facing speakers on that thing. Overall, it's amazing and my favorite Tablet ever, but it doesnt beat my phone.

Compact, on-the-go apple product. Great for simple and quick photo editing tool. A best replacement for kindle. The cellular feature can be a future-proof feature that you can consider.

I love Apple products. The packaging design all of it. This new iPad is also a must have. IMO almost neck and neck in comparison to the iPad Pro. But with cellular service it makes this iPad be better $ value. Ordered the magic keyboard from Amazon for $100 cheaper and I’m ready to experience this iPad. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

I love the larger screen and the clarity.

It also holds a charge for many hours and the added bonus is that the rose color is very pleasing to look at. The only option I could get in a timely manner was the 64, I wanted the 256 but they did not show a delivery date available for the 128 or 256. Hopefully the 64 will be enough. I replaced one that was only 32 and the battery would not hold a charge for very long so overall I am happy with my purchase. I added a matching cover to enjoy the beautiful color.

We bought this so our autistic son would have something to entertain him for a long bus ride. We needed something with cellular data.

This has worked beautifully thus far. We have had no issues with the device.

We chose this over the mini because we wanted a bigger screen size and better processing power.

He mostly watches YouTube Kids so we don’t have to multitask much, though he doesn’t close any apps when he opens them. The charge lasts most of the day.

Overall, this more than meets our needs.

All we had to do was buy the device and take it to our local carrier to assign a SIM card to it.

I bought this a few weeks ago to help run my business and it has been phenomenal! I got the LTE version so I can work from anywhere. I would definitely pair with the magic keyboard and the apple pencil second generation! It is so convenient light weight. I also have a mac book, but i find myself leaving it home now as I can everything on this Ipad!

I got this iPad Air to help my husband because he's having trouble seeing his phone due to vision problems and it was a wise decision. he's got his phone synced to his iPad and he's able to see his messages a lot clearly, he's able to watch his movies and stuff. It was a wise choice and he absolutely loves I!!

Purchased these for work. They are a great tablet and it works fantastic with the specific app that we use on a daily basis. The battery life lasts multiple days and the iPad is small enough for my drives to take with them on the go!! I would recommend this for anyone who wants the “pro” look and speed for a smaller price tag.

I love my new Apple IPad Mini 64 gib wi-Fi w/cellular. It’s perfect for taking notes and logging my blood pressure on a daily basis. I drop kg on my purse when I go out. I purchased the purple color and it’s nice and different especially with the full screen.

Compared to other Apple products i've owned, i was pleasantly surprised. I dropped it alot already and it hasnt crakced yet. It's really fast and the display is beautiful. Here is the problem. It is quieter and dimmer than my S20 FE, even with the four speakers. You would think with thosw huge bezels, they could put some front facing speakers on that thing. Overall, it's amazing and my favorite Tablet ever, but it doesnt beat my phone.

Compact, on-the-go apple product. Great for simple and quick photo editing tool. A best replacement for kindle. The cellular feature can be a future-proof feature that you can consider.

Honestly this is my favorite Apple device that I have. It fits perfect in my travel bag and with LTE/5G connectivity I can post pictures I record and edit on this device on my socials.

I wanted a travel iPad with the ability to use cellular if needed. The size and capabilities are everything I hoped for and more. “Center stage” works as advertised, the small size is great for me, and the capacity is just right for me.

I like the iPad but the battery doesn’t last very long and it takes a long time to charge. In addition, the charging cord that came with it gets hot so I use my old one. It was down to zero % when I got it and I wasn’t sure it would work properly but once I got it charged its good. Gets my email and texts very well.

Brought this iPad for travel and for my exercise bike. In great condition no scratches and no dents. After market power cable, but Apple outlet connector. Good price for the size and memory space and always have the option for cell service.

I absolutely LOVE this little ipad! It's fast, it's loud for the size, center stage is amazing, i can go on! This is a replacement for my 1st gen ipad pro 9.7 and man does this little guy deliver! Super easy to use one handed, big enough screen to watch stuff on and read books while traveling or in bed. The jelly issue with the screen is only a problem if you delibrately go looking for it or read lightning fast. Do not purchase if your goal is to be productive businesses wise on it (e.g. serious drawing, building spreadsheetd, etc). Will it work in a pinch, yes, but should not be the workhorse. I use my gaming laptop to do a majority of the heavy lifting. My mini is carried around all the time due to the conveinence of its size. A tad pricey but great investment for a world traveler like myself. I'm beyond happy with my purchase.

And when you start to switch the cords, when the non apple charger with another usbc cord didnt work, that same charger but with apple usbc cord plugged in it worked. Same with another sdaptor with a 3.5mm headphone jack and a charging usbc slot, it would only work if i put in an apple cord. Anyone else experience this. If so, respond back so i know which is a compatible cord

Great iPad. I have had iPads since they first came out in 2010 , and this is probably the 2nd best iPad I’ve ever owned. The best would be the current iPad 12.9. In some respects the mini is a better choice if you intend to carry it in a small purse or use it to read library books. Transferring data from your old iPad takes longer than expected. For me it took almost 24 hours.I would highly recommend if you don’t need a larger display.

We needed an inexpensive Apple tablet to deploy to our field operation where we expected the unit to take a beating. In this case, this refurbished unit showed up already beaten up. The case had clearly been dropped several times, battle scared & worse for wear. We kept it because we had to have something quick but it was very rough.

I'd been putting off buying an iPad because of the cost and how quickly the products changed. I figured that if I'd never owned one it wouldn't matter where I got into the market, it would all be new to me. I've had it now for about 3 months and have not had one problem with it. I feel better knowing I didn't pay the price of the hot-off-the-presses version and I finally made the leap into an Apple tablet.

Bought this to replace an older model ipad for my son. I bought the refurbished one to save a few bucks. I love this thinner, lighter version of the ipad. Plenty of storage, better camera, and faster response time. It looks brand new and as of yet, I’ve had no software issues. My son mainly uses it to surf the web and take pictures so it’s perfect for him.

And the weird part is, I checked warranty status and it has the full one year Apple warranty??? Paging Silkwood

Too many dents on the back for a pre-owned ipad even though it was not a class B. Performance is alright but the main thing as well was packaging wash trash bubble wrap and box was not even sealed or at least taped up. When I picked up my item it was half way open barely fitting in the box i’m not sure if it’s because someone checked it or swap but i was tired from work, the place was 30 mins away from work and home. just want to get out of the store. I would send a picture of all the angles because all corners has dents but this website keep refreshing whenever i try this is my fifth attempt and it’s frustrating so whatever.

This is the first Apple iPad I have ever purchased (as a gift). It arrived quickly and was packaged very well. As a pre-owned item I did find the tiniest of scratches on the far side of the screen, but other than that it is in perfect condition.

This is a good product. The charge doesn't hold as long as a new one but it works very good.

You can read reviews all over the internet about this iPad. I am only going to review the "refurbished" aspect of this one that I purchased. I sort of expected it come in the retail box, but that was not the case. iPad arrived in a plain brown box, somewhat securely packaged (basically shrink-wrapped to a piece of cardboard in the inner box). It was a little disappointing, but I guess that is the difference between open-box and refurbished, and I should have expected it.

The iPad itself was in excellent shape, looked brand new. Works fine. The main problem is that they did not include the charger or charging cable, even though the listing says those are included. Had to trek over to my local Best Buy, where the CS person wanted to argue with me over what is and isn't included in refurbished products, despite me showing her the listing that says what's included. A manager overheard this argument and came over and made it right, providing me with a charger and cable. Still, it was a pain to deal with.

Overall, I am not sure I'd go refurbished again, even if it saved me about 17% off the price.

I love this ipad so much. I bought it to use Procreate and it is so great. I have so much time using it and its very easy. Buying a refurbished one was definitely the way to go as it cuts costs and saves on environmental waste!

I would definitely recommend this model for any artist that loves to draw. I use mine for graphic designing and it has helped spectacularly with my job. The ease-of-use and all of the upgraded features including being able to use it with the magic keyboard make it an A+ Plus. I have a hard time seeing and this model really makes a difference. I started out with the original iPad Air and kept upgrading and it's well worth it.
