This is my 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc. iPads, and love it each time.

I am a digital illustrator and animator, and as such, I frequently have several programs up and running at once, and bounce assets back and forth between them countless times throughout the course of a project. I am also a youngish twenty-something, and as such, I spend a lot of time bumming around on my couch going into YouTube black holes and not really feeling like getting up to get my charger even though it's only one room away. This laptop handles both of my "modes" beautifully. I upgraded from my old Dell because it had gotten to the point where if I opened Illustrator on top of Photoshop, it took about five minutes of cajoling to get it launched, then another five to open a file. That issue is just... not present here. There is no delay in my work flow whatsoever, and I've saved a crazy amount of time in just the one month I've had this laptop. And the battery life - which had also deteriorated in the ol' dinosaur - continues to blow me away. I bring my laptop to my day job every day to update spreadsheets and type reports and watch Netflix when things get slow (don't tell my boss!) and arrive at home with at least a half-charged battery still waiting for me, and the concept that I can just leave for the day without bringing the charger and be completely fine still amazes me.

Speaking of work, this thing is so light that when I brought it for the first time, I had to stop before I got into my car and make sure it was with me, because my thought process was literally "my bag is way too light; I forgot my computer, didn't I?"

I am by no means what anybody may refer to as a "computer guy," by which I mean that while I can talk all day about particular pieces of software and their performance, the internal workings of a computer all sound like gobbledygook to me. I had assistance in picking out this particular model and was told that it has allotted specific processing power to video performance - it's not something I would've known or been able to pick out from the list of tech specs on my own, but y'all, it's there.

I've rated "value" as "good" instead of "excellent" simply because ~$2800 was not an easy price tag - for the sake of context for anybody who may read this in the future, this purchase took place in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic, and I definitely had some help from my government stimulus check, and probably would not have been able to afford it otherwise. But if you do just happen to have a grand and change fall into your pocket, it's worth the extra cash.

This is a good case for your ipod touch although is has some hang ups. Rubberization makes it tough to slide easily in and out of pockets.

My dad and I both got 3rd Gen iPod Touch's recently. He wasn't too concerned about keeping his aesthetically pleasing to the eye, but I convinced him to buy a case anyways. His is a Merkury Innovations hard case, which is still great by the way. But his volume controls are a bit hidden, embedded under the plastic and hard to control. Which brings me to my point, the buttons on the Belkin one are so much easier to use. The usb port and headphone jack are also easily accessible. I love the overall design of the case, it keeps the sleek look of the iPod Touch, but the silicon makes it much more comfortable to hold. The blue stripes on the back are also very tasteful. I also like that it covers the home button, a lot of other cases don't do that; the extra bit of rubber near the bottom makes the iPod feel very snug and safe. It's covered well on all sides, which keeps dirt and other junk from getting in underneath the case. Overall a fantastic case, doesn't feel cheap, and it shouldn't for how expensive it is, but you get what you pay for.

There are so many cases for iPod Touches that it's hard to know which is best. We're still not sure. But after looking at so many (and Best Buy & other stores seem to have a lot), we went with this one. It seemed a lot like many of the others and came down to preference for color, texture, and appearance.

Now that we've had it for a few weeks, we even more pleased. The sililcon cover will not mess with Zagg InvisiShield screen covers and adds a nice protective layer to the Touch. Even better, it adds a small amount of class to the Touch. We like the fit and finish of the cover and we like feel of the cover, too. We'd definitely pick up another one if there were a need.

The salesperson at Best Buy recommended the case to me and made an excellent choice. It is better than the one my wife chose (elsewhere). So, she ended up going to Best Buy to get one like mine.

I reviewed many cases online, making comparisons between makes and brands and reading customer reviews. I wanted to make the right choice for my new Apple Ipod Touch. When my decision was finally made, it was for this particular Belkin case. I have absolutely NO regrets! The case fits perfectly! It has a "buttery" or "velvety" feel in the hand. And it looks smart--a nice matte black color with blue pencil-type markings that are not as bright as a picture might show sometimes, but definitely are tasteful and not at all distracting. There are flashier cases with fancy colors and finishes, but this one simply and tastefully does what a good case should do. I strongly recommend it for anyone, like me, who is wanting to make a smart choice for an excellent quality case that's nice and fits right and protects their investment.

I like the indention at the bottom where the main button is. Also it has as part of its mold, where the volume up & down buttons are. You can see in the picture where the casing sticks out. My friend has a hard plastic cover & it covers up the volume button. Belkin makes a good product for the iPod touch. I will only buy Belkin!

This is a just what my son needed. He is hard on all his electronics, and manages to break just about everything, including the cases and screen protectors. After several months, his ipod is still in great shape.

We really love these screen protectors. We purchase them for all of out electronics and have yet to have any electronic glass broken. The protect is the only thing that cracks which is easily replaced and ready to continue protecting your electronic. Since the screen is so easily damaged it was important to add this to protect my IPOD Touch. it came with 2 so if it becomes scratched or damaged you have a backup.

I previously owned a 2017 MacBook Air which wasn’t a bad choice but for what I’m doing now the 2020 MacBook Pro has easy, cool new features I wasn’t used to. I now have the memory/storage for all of my Creative Cloud programs and photos from Photography. I just started Drafting and AutoCAD for Mac runs pretty good in my opinion. The processor is faster and definitely keeps up!

I was a first grader when it came to anything tech and was afraid to buy a laptop for that reason. As an Art Instructor, during COVID, unique teaching methods had to be considered and used and I had to get into the modern way of doing things. The salespeople and Geek Squad made it so easy for me, and are so welcoming and attentive to my need that, in just a few short weeks, I now feel like a fourth grader in the tech department!!! This Mac is by far the best laptop Apple has produced. It is lightning fast, and the intel core is a monster! If you’ve been in the market for a laptop business or home use this is the way to go hands down. It has a processor that is fast and strong enough for multiple tasks and storage a plenty, but it also is great for students in college or high school that are seriously into art, science, business, and of course, MUSIC!!!! Gotta get this bad boy and give it all you got, it can definitely handle it!

If you planning to invest in a new macbook regarding for personal use or studio recording like me, go for it you won't be disappointed.

It’s blazing. The 16 inch screen is amazing, even in comparison to my old MBP17. I miss the MagSafe power connector. Hoping I don’t break this one off inside the laptop. The TouchPad is rather large, leaving little room for palms and an awkward hand position for typing. I was weary of the TouchBar, but now I love it!! Get yourself an adapter now. You will certainly need a USB-C adapter.

To have the power of an i9 processor in a desktop computer is amazing. With Apples elegant, smooth iOS it makes programs like Final Cut a breeze! I've been an Apple fan for years I welcomed the 16" especially when they did away with the 17" MacBook Pro. If you are considering this 16" then you should totally buy one, I love mine.

The machine works flawlessly and performs well. All of the programs runs smoothly. Only thing is Catalina OS has rendered some programs incompatible but its not the machine’s fault.

There is very little noise. The monitor is bright and it does not run hot at least so far.

I hadn’t had a Mac laptop since 2008 so when I bought this one I was little nervous about the learning curve. Since, I gotten this one I am rapidly starting to become more comfortable navigating the applications. The sound and the display is even better than I remember on my last MAC. I was even able to buy a protective case that fits it. I love this Laptop!!

Do not understand why you would let it out of your store without turning on the firewall?

It's a good machine. I bought this as a temp replacement for my Razer Blade Advanced that's now with the Geek Squad unfortunately. It's not as fast as the Razer Blade but its close and I'm not crazy about soldered components but I'll take it over a non-working machine.

Here's my experience:

Temps: Excellent! Light use (email) results in around temps of 80 F. Medium use (5-6 web browser tabs open, a few applications running, etc) temps are in the range of 100 F - 130 F (about 113-117 F stable with a cooling pad). Maxing out all 6 cores, I saw temps in the range of about 170 F (with a cooling pad). This is the first MBP and first power user laptop that I can actually put in my lap for light to medium use without cooking meat...Nice!!!

Battery: No 11 hours yet as Apple advertises. I'm getting about 7+ hours on the light end and about 9+ on the high end.

Touch Bar: After a heavy use of multiple applications, the Touch Bar froze and required a kill command through Terminal; not crazy about that. I miss the physical buttons for brightness, volume, etc.

Finger Sensor: It's accurate and fast. Very nice integration for logging in and authenticating online and off.

Speakers: They're amazing, the best I've ever heard on a laptop in terms of cleanness of sound and loudness. I find myself turning the volume down more than up. The sound cleanses I'd say is the equivalent to a $60 external Bluetooth speaker.

Mic: I didn't find it to be cats pajamas as it's advertised to be. It's better than my Samsung Note 9 cellphone quality but not by much.

Screen: It's a MBP, always awesome. Greatly enjoying the 16:10 ratio.

Keyboard: It's renamed the "magic keyboard" but it's actually the older keyboard before the not liked "Butterfly Keyboard". It feels good for long term typing and sounds good...it always has. No complaints.

If you're a Power User and not doing 3D rendering then I would keep with the i7 and upgrade the memory. In retrospect, I should have bumped up to 32 GB as when I'm running full, I'm typically down to 1.5 GB - 2 GB of free memory.

My last MBP is now 10 years old and cost around $3,700 for a maxed out 17". That breaks down to about $30.83 a month. If this Mac last as long, then $24 a month is amazing for this caliber of machine for many years to come.

So my 2013 MPB started having keyboard trouble. I eventually settled on this 16 in after looking at the air and the 13 in pros. Anyway, I've been having to use my external monitor when writing papers for school and I was tired of having to sit at my desk. I typically read research papers on one screen, type on another, and browse the web on another. On the 13 in the side by side windows were too small and I had to subtly manipulate each window. With the 16 inch, I can have all three windows open to decent sizes, side by side by side. Great for productivity. Everything else is as most online review state - good keyboard, nice speakers, etc. The battery life seems good but it still drains roughly 10% per hour depending on usage. Charging is fast and having the ability to charge on both sides of the laptop is another plus for me. This machine is expensive but I hope to keep it for 10 years! I also plan to get into coding and again setting up side by side windows is great with the amount of stuff you can see. I have the setting to the smallest font so I can see a whole lot on one screen.

This is what I needed! Awesome laptop, I needed a laptop that I could do my editing on the go when I could not be at home editing on my iMac .. I needed a laptop that could handle the work load and get my photos or videos edited as fast a possible. I don’t have time for waiting. So if your a filmmaker or photographer this is a awesome tool to have In your bag. It still fits in my bag even though they say It will only fit up to a 15inch laptop this 16inch still fits no problem!!

Apple products have been a way of life for me and when my 2011 MacBook died I was really impressed with my new MacBook. The features and characteristics of this one is amazing. I am absolutely pleased with my new laptop and wish I would have purchased it sooner.

Been an Apple customer since day one. Been wanting a new MacBook for my business and video editing. Absolutely love my computer. Great purchase on sale. Got a great deal. Great sound and speakers with a great screen. Def. would recommend this laptop and any apple product on the market.

This MacBook is amazing. Prior to buying this MacBook I had the 2015 MacBook Pro, and although that MacBook was great, it does not compare to the 2019 one. I can do so much with this MacBook that I never thought possible with the 2015 model. So glad I waited for this one.

I thought I wouldn’t love it since the ports are all usb-c but after discovering they have adapters I truly love it! It’s so much faster than my old early 2015 MBP 13 inch and I can easily run FCP on it with no worries. I still bought an external hard drive to keep space free on my laptop. The huge screen is a game changer and I love that I can open it with my fingerprint or my Apple Watch. I mean it’s MCP. Just Buy it already.

Mic: I didn't find it to be cats pajamas as it's advertised to be. It's better than my Samsung Note 9 cellphone quality but not by much.

Screen: It's a MBP, always awesome. Greatly enjoying the 16:10 ratio.

Keyboard: It's renamed the "magic keyboard" but it's actually the older keyboard before the not liked "Butterfly Keyboard". It feels good for long term typing and sounds good...it always has. No complaints.

If you're a Power User and not doing 3D rendering then I would keep with the i7 and upgrade the memory. In retrospect, I should have bumped up to 32 GB as when I'm running full, I'm typically down to 1.5 GB - 2 GB of free memory.

My last MBP is now 10 years old and cost around $3,700 for a maxed out 17". That breaks down to about $30.83 a month. If this Mac last as long, then $24 a month is amazing for this caliber of machine for many years to come.

So my 2013 MPB started having keyboard trouble. I eventually settled on this 16 in after looking at the air and the 13 in pros. Anyway, I've been having to use my external monitor when writing papers for school and I was tired of having to sit at my desk. I typically read research papers on one screen, type on another, and browse the web on another. On the 13 in the side by side windows were too small and I had to subtly manipulate each window. With the 16 inch, I can have all three windows open to decent sizes, side by side by side. Great for productivity. Everything else is as most online review state - good keyboard, nice speakers, etc. The battery life seems good but it still drains roughly 10% per hour depending on usage. Charging is fast and having the ability to charge on both sides of the laptop is another plus for me. This machine is expensive but I hope to keep it for 10 years! I also plan to get into coding and again setting up side by side windows is great with the amount of stuff you can see. I have the setting to the smallest font so I can see a whole lot on one screen.

This is what I needed! Awesome laptop, I needed a laptop that I could do my editing on the go when I could not be at home editing on my iMac .. I needed a laptop that could handle the work load and get my photos or videos edited as fast a possible. I don’t have time for waiting. So if your a filmmaker or photographer this is a awesome tool to have In your bag. It still fits in my bag even though they say It will only fit up to a 15inch laptop this 16inch still fits no problem!!

Apple products have been a way of life for me and when my 2011 MacBook died I was really impressed with my new MacBook. The features and characteristics of this one is amazing. I am absolutely pleased with my new laptop and wish I would have purchased it sooner.

This MacBook is amazing. Prior to buying this MacBook I had the 2015 MacBook Pro, and although that MacBook was great, it does not compare to the 2019 one. I can do so much with this MacBook that I never thought possible with the 2015 model. So glad I waited for this one.

I thought I wouldn’t love it since the ports are all usb-c but after discovering they have adapters I truly love it! It’s so much faster than my old early 2015 MBP 13 inch and I can easily run FCP on it with no worries. I still bought an external hard drive to keep space free on my laptop. The huge screen is a game changer and I love that I can open it with my fingerprint or my Apple Watch. I mean it’s MCP. Just Buy it already.

When my 2012 MacBook Pro died after 8 years of solid service, I knew I wanted another Mac. But I seriously considered going for a desktop as I've gotten into video creation and editing. No need - my new MacBook Pro has 1 TB of onboard storage, and 16 GB of RAM - plus plenty of processing power for churning out videos without a sweat. While I'm usually working at my desk, it's great to know that this workhorse can come along anywhere I need it!

I purchased this computer to replace the HP Spectre 13 inch windows machine. So far I am happy with the new machine. It is quite the switch to move from windows to Mac operating system though. I have it paired with the Apple keyboard and a Logitech mx master 3 mouse and connected a 23 inch monitor for desktop use.

The MacBook Pro 13 is the perfect size and performs fabulously. I plan on using it for my music study as well as for architectural drawing projects and residential design.

I was using a windows based PC my entire career and just retired and bout the MacBook. I am very happy to make the change and adapting quickly to the user friendly operating system that Apple provides.

When I worked as a Certified Apple Technician I told myself I would never upgrade to one of these Touch Bar MacBook Pros but my 10 year old MacBook Pro started to slow down and I was tired of upgrading the internals of the machine and decided to just upgrade to a newer MacBook Pro, I got the one that had a bit more power and storage to match the specs of the one I was used to as I use my machine for a lot of multitasking; photo, video, music production, as well as using two operating systems at once almost all the time. So far I haven’t had any frustration with the machine not being capable of doing what I want it to do. Only complaint I have is the complaint I had years ago when they first released a glimpse of these new models and that is the continuous purchases of cable adapters (aka. dongles) so right off the bat I had to spend an extra $100 for an adapter.

I bought this for my daughter to use as she starts her first year of college. She had been using a new iPad and the specs on it weren't allowing her to access all of the sites she needed for class and tests -- lesson learned here to wait and see what remote learning will require during COVID. I was hoping to purchase this on sale, but she needed it too quickly so we took the plunge and are so glad we did. It is extremely fast, has a gorgeous display, and she absolutely loves it. I don't think she's stopped hugging me in appreciation since! Apple made it so easy for her to set up on her own as well, so she was up and running soon after she took it out of the box! With the 1TB storage, she'll be keeping it for the duration of her education, I'm sure, if not longer.

I had been using a 2015 MacBook Air since 2015 and it still works wonderfully, though it was starting to get a tiny bit slow. I also left it in a hot car which did not do wonders to the battery life, so I decided to upgrade. I went with the MacBook Pro and this computer is lighting fast! The speakers sound great. I love the new touch ID. The touch bar is an interesting feature that has it's pros and cons. It's nice to have a couple of the features it provides, but it would also be nice to have some of the dedicated function keys that you have to do without due to the bar.

Overall, I highly recommend this computer!

I’ve been purchasing Plantronics Bluetooth earpieces for years. I really like them, but my last one didn’t last as long as the others. Several friends highly recommended the AirPods. I wasn’t sure about them as I am not a big fan of their design. I tried some Amazon brands, but didn’t like and return them. I was nervous about the lack of noise cancellation, as I use is mainly for phone calls. I want them for just over a week and people say they sound good. They are comfortable. They don’t fall out as I expected them to. I had to get used to pulling them out of the case as the magnetic feature holds them in a little bit more than I expected. That AirPods are about the size I expected, but the charging case is smaller than I expected. Overall I really like them, but with my experience with Plantronics, I ended up buying AppleCare+ for these. So far I’m happy…

It really took me a long time to finally give in to buying these. They honestly look so ugly, and I still think they do. I'm slowly accepting that they are the norm now to wear them in public. -cringe- Anyways I received a coupon from best buy and I just caved in and bought them on black friday since they were on sale (not by much). I used that sale plus my $25 giftcard and bought them. I literally shook my head vigorously and to my surprise, they did not come out. And trust me, I was seriously shaking my head. Got dizzy and a headache. The quality is actually really good. I wear them in the office and forget they're on sometimes. It's also easy to make phone calls without the hassle of wires.

They are very convenient especially when I’m walking around or doing other activities and I don’t have to constantly hold my phone which is perfect the only thing is it after a while they do tend to hurt the inside of my ears but I can tolerate it and I’ll just take them out for a little while the battery life on them is that they don’t last all day but for the majority of the time the best thing about it is that once they start to go dead I can pop them in the case and they’re charged within a matter of minutes normally what I would do is use one and when that one dies I can switch them out! Pricey but worth it

Has a lot of bass! I should’ve got these in the first place because i had got the pros and those kept slipping out my ear because i have a sweaty ears. Sooo i kept searching and i was skeptical on getting these because of the first incident and me getting different earphones…nope didn’t work so i looked for these and went on best buy because i trust best buy now i got the earphones ive always wanted!!! Don’t be judgmental about items because that one item or person, place, or thing might be the thing you need..

I love them they sound great work great look great good deal I only needed the 1st gen I understand the 2nd gen is a little more upgraded but who needs it? All I wanted was the AirPods I had no head phones so I decided why not I bought some little ear covers so they stayed in my ear which was a perfect decision cause now they don’t fall out cause one of my ears would fall out cause not all ears are equal lol. I would buy if you want to splurge!

In my opinion, so much better than airpod pro when it comes to level of comfort and loudness. Had the very first gen airpod lasted four years but they’d been through the washer machine and everything so they might’ve lasted longer; they still work but they die within five minutes so these 2nd gen are my replacement!

I was very skeptical at first about the AirPods. I actullay bought knock-off brand that was a 1:1 clone copy. Everything felt the same except for the sound quality. No knock-off brand can compare to that original AirPod sound.

Surprisingly, I have zero latency when I use them while editing videos with my MacBook Pro.

I love these little guys. I am a headphone junkie. I have Bose noise cancelling for travel, Aftershockz for swimming, and these AirPods for all day/ everyday. I keep these in my pocket for phone calls, mostly, and they never fail me. Apple makes for quick connect and they work with my iPad, too. I am able to hear music, podcasts, and phone calls while maintaining awareness of my surroundings.

I like the iPad but the battery doesn’t last very long and it takes a long time to charge. In addition, the charging cord that came with it gets hot so I use my old one. It was down to zero % when I got it and I wasn’t sure it would work properly but once I got it charged its good. Gets my email and texts very well.

Brought this iPad for travel and for my exercise bike. In great condition no scratches and no dents. After market power cable, but Apple outlet connector. Good price for the size and memory space and always have the option for cell service.

I have always been in love with apple products, and my very first gadget was an iPod touch in 2012 ... since then I have been buying apple products and I am still satisfied with the quality and performance of their products but with the battery is another different point of view, even tho this new iPod touch is what I just needed for my subscriptions and downloadable music. I love music, and it sounds wonderful on my iPod obviously the con is that if we want better earphones it is necessary to pay almost the same price we paid for the gadget just to get EarPods but the ones that come with the iPod sound good.

My husband loves using this ipod. He says it saves him from storing all his music on his phone. It is such a great sidekick to have because it does so much more than stores all your music, has the ability to add all kinds of apps, i.e, facetime, email, maps, books, etc, even has a decent camera for everyday shots. We love using the Bluetooth feature to play music throughout the house. Although we bought a separate protective cover for it, we love the pretty blue color of the ipod even though you don't see much of it with the cover on it.

My experience buying my iPod touch was great the website told me they had the model storage space and color that I wanted in stock when I got to the store it was there I purchased it. I ordered a case for it from Best Buy at a later date because they didn’t have one in stock, I now have it on the iPod I am happy.

This is the iPod touch. If you're buying it, you probably already know what it can do.

The camera is not that great. Battery life is not that great, especially when compared to Apple's latest phones. Video quality is so-so. The screen is tiny.

So why did I buy it?

It's a good device for my kid. That's why. He can download apps, create videos and edit them in iMovie, etc. He can take photos, and I can text him when he's on WiFi.

He's only 10, and I don't want him to have a full-fledged phone. He's learning the iOS eco-system, which is great, because he's eventually going to have an iPhone.

And he can do a lot on this little machine. Videos. Pictures. E-books. Facetime. Text. It's a perfect starter for a young kid. And with the 128GB storage space, he can take a lot of videos and a lot of pictures before we have to start talking about data management.

If you're looking for a cheap device for a young kid who's just getting started with Apple products, this is a great way to go.

I am glad I got this iPod. I am one who doesn’t want a streaming service because I have all the music I want to listen to and my iPod stores all of that. What I love the most is that I decided to get the 128 gig, because my old 32 gig was running out of space. I am thankful Apple decided to make a more recent iPod and hope they will continue to make the iPod because I will always buy it.

Bought this for my son to play games, take pictures, and listen to music. Works great and it's nice being able to share subscriptions and manage his usage through my Apple ID.

My only real issue with it would be the camera really isn't that great. I would expect it to be at least as good as an older generation iPhone within the last handful of years but it feels much more dated. Not a big deal for me but could be something worth considering if you really want a decent camera out of it.

I’ve always been a big iPod fan, rather than my phone using my phone. My 4,000 song collection plus downloads of my favorite podcasts every day. I already have an iPod Touch but I just want another one in case Apple stops making them.

Works as good as a laptop. Has all the controls of a full size keyboard except for pg up/down so I use the arrows. I bought a dual mode Bluetooth mouse for $15. I had no trouble connecting it but if I did the mouse also came with a usb I could’ve plugged into the keyboard. I love the USB-C feature. So far haven’t had any battery problems and my iPad doesn’t run down like I thought it would. Using the magic keyboard and 12.9” iPad is almost like a mini Mac.

This keyboard is the ultimate accesory for the new iPad with the M1 chip. To be honest this keyboard compliments any iPad it fits and converts your iPad to pretty much a great functioning laptop. Although its not yet to the point of where its a laptop replacement but pretty close. Although it is pricey it's worth every last penny. Also, white is the color top go with. We own both the white and the dark one and we can honestly say the white shows less dirt and marks.

I purchased this as an open box. I like the track pad on the keyboard. The keyboard lights up when you use it. No charging or setup with the keyboard. Put the iPad on it and your ready to go. The white kind of grow on me and I am glad I go it. It is easy to clean. You can take the iPad off and use it without the keyboard pretty easily. Putting the iPad on the keyboard is pretty easy. It is pricey, but with it in my opinion.

The Magic keep board is a great add-on for anyone who uses their iPad to do a significant amount of type. I previously used the folio version of the keyboard the function as well asform factor between the two are night and day difference. The one issue with this particular keyboard is the white stains and I have been unable to find anything that is able to clean it. My keyboard is significantly stained just from setting an iPad Pro with a black version of this keyboard on top of it.

The magic keyboard is the best typing experience when it comes to using your iPad Pro. If you’re looking to save on money, the Logitech slim folio is also really great. The only down sides about the magic keyboard is the cost and how much grease it attracts. Getting a dbrand skin to put on it helps a lot.

This is a flexible rubbery case for an Ipod Touch. My last Ipod Nano 7g was protectionless and suffered lots of dings over the 7 years I had it until I finally sat on it and it shattered. So I am protecting the shiny Ipod Touch with this case, and it works case. Holes in all the right places. I am afraid it has already fallen a time or two and is un-dinged!

I am docking one star because the price seems excessive.

I found an old iPod touch (Gen 5) laying around the house and I wanted to put some protection on it. Decent quality cover but a little tricky getting it in and off.

Now I just have to wait until May 8 to get an unlock code because my daughter forgot the password to her Apple ID account (hence the reason it was laying around the house).

This was perfect for my grandson. It's really protective for the iPod. He's always dropping the iPod and this has helped protect it.

I was rocking an iPod Classic that was modified to have an SSD installed for seven years and loved the device until the battery finally succumbed to age. I tried getting a replacement, but the screen was starting to go out as well, and I knew that I needed a replacement that could store the amount of music I collected over the years, but at the same time could be played without the reliance of iTunes, the bane of my existence.

Long story short, got FE File Explorer Pro ($4.99 on the App Store) was able to SSH directly into the hard drive of the iPod Touch, and was able to copy over all of my music with minimal hassle (had some file names that got too long and had to edit them before transferring). The music will not appear in Apple Music, however; FE File Explorer Pro comes with the ability to play many different types of music files, from MP3 and FLAC to even M4A and M4B audiobooks.

Even though Apple has painstakingly put iOS 12.3 onto this device, I removed all the extra apps that I was not interested in to solely leave it as a music device, and it's able to do a fantastic job at that. The device has a fantastic battery life, the bluetooth connection is strong, the screen is vibrant despite its low pixel count - for what I use it for, it's perfect. A bit pricey, but still worth it.

I purchased this iPod to keep all of my music in one Physical place. Many times (running or camping) I do. It have access to my entire music library, but now I do. It is also a great back up device for your phone if it stops working and saves battery life for your phone if you use if for music consumption and podcasts. You can use it for all streaming services and it has plenty of memory. It’s not for everyone, but if you need a music dedicated device and don’t always have access to the cloud, this may be the device for you.

Waited for ages until Apple finally released an Ipod with 256 GB of storage. I don't have an Iphone so the Itouch is exactly what I wanted. My Ipod Classic finally died; however, since it was only 128gb, I had run out of space and was at the point of deleting music off of it so this was a great upgrade. The only con I can say about it is that the Itouch has more bell and whistles than the Ipod and requires a little more figuring out the apps than the older models. Besides the additional storage, it does have camera and is wifi compatible. As an additional note, I did purchase a case and protective screen for it from a third party but would recommend the additional protection. If you don't have an Iphone, I would highly recommend.

This was an upgrade from an older iPod touch with much less capacity. It's a pleasure to use. I have paired it with my AirPods Pro and can listen to audio books all over the house from one end to the other. Works great! Of course, it does a beautiful job of playing music which is what iPods were originally designed to do. I have owned many generations of iPods, and this one is not to be missed before they're gone.

I had multiple IPOD Classics for many years before my last one finally stopped working. I was very nervous that I wouldn't have a way to play my nearly 15000 songs other than on my laptop. I was able to transfer all my songs to the IPOD Touch very easily and it works great. The 256 GB of memory is nice too. I can also now use my Airpods with this IPODZ Touch which I could not do with my IPOD Classic. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

Nice entry level mpeg player (what we use it for). Pretty much the same as an iphone - except no reason to have a phone plan. Can be used for music, email, surfing the net - as long as you have a wireless network (like at home or at a fast food place).

These headphones very reliable, very durable and they last a very long time. Other headphones I had I had sat on it while it was plugged into my phone. They end of the plug for the headphones would bend not these headphones. I promise you that these headphones are 100 % worth. they have never failed and that a promise.

Bought a few of these over the years. Sometimes the increase/pause/decrease button dont work when opening it the first time. Also they only last a couple months if you use them heavily. But decent overall if you need a cheap earpods.

Keeping my old Ipad up and running! I had lost my old 30-pin charging cable, and the very helpful associate at the Sioux Falls took me right to the rack where my replacement hung! Soooo relieved they'll still supply these for old hangers-on like me!

Lost the original cable and was very upset. We went to my local Best Buy and they solved the issue. A challenge to find in the store even for them but ok. Works perfectly at a reasonable cost

Logitech really came through with this keyboard case and now it makes my iPad a laptop replacement.

The case itself is pretty good on its own. The cutouts for the iPad are lined up perfectly so no issues with cables or sound ports getting covered. The volume and power buttons are somewhat muted. They don't stick out at all and you only see very small raised shapes for them. Still, they are easy to press and haven't been an issue for me. Even with a glass screen protector, there is still a lip on the case that provides some protection from scratches when laid flat. The cloth covering on the case is pretty smooth and has a denim look to it. I think it's a bit too smooth and doesn't quite give me the grip I usually like however it's still a good feeling case in your hands.

The keyboard portion is just great; almost perfect. There are all the usual keys as well as an unlock/lock button to lock your iPad. The keyboard took me a bit of time getting used to it as it's smaller than your typical standard keyboard. The large trackpad is a welcome new feature for me as it makes this whole getup seem like a laptop. You could also pair a BT mouse to round out the whole laptop vibe if you wanted to as well. The keyboard detaches from the case so you're able to use it with/without which is great. Other keyboard cases I've seen you pretty much have to have the keyboard on at all times which can be inconvenient. There is a small flap on the back of the case which allows you to use the case in a variety of positions. You can have the standard laptop style position or you can drop it down to where it's almost flat for graphic design apps or something.

A few things I didn't like about the case;

1. It's not all that easy to open the case. There's no notch or tab where you can easily grab/pull to open the case. I find myself trying to open the clamshell case by prying it open with my fingernails.

2. I have the Apple pen and there's nothing on the case that secures it to the iPad. My other case had a small compartment where I can stick my pen in and it would stay there without falling out. Since there's nothing on this case like that, there's a good chance the pen will fall off whenever putting in your bag. Even something like a loop would've been nice to store your pen.

3. The flap you open to adjust the viewing angle of the iPad seems a bit flimsy. It's just a piece of metal that you fold in/out and doesn't feel like it'll last a long time. Also, depending on the surface you're using the iPad on, the back flap can shift and lose it's original position.

4. There is a companion app you download for this keyboard case. Aside from mapping the keys, there's nothing else that it does. I would've like to see some settings menu perhaps like changing keyboard backlighting brightness or trackpad sensitivity. I'm hoping it'll come with future updates but, for now, it doesn't do anything besides mapping keys.

Overall, I find this a great addition to my iPad. I have the flexibility to use it with the keyboard or without. The case provides suitable protection for my iPad whether I use the keyboard or not. The trackpad is just great as it makes those late night scrolling sessions much easier. Battery drain doesn't seem too bad however I haven't really put it to the test quite yet. Still though, great case and really top notch keyboard.

I honestly didn’t think that I would find another keyboard for my iPad that would make me put down the Magic Keyboard. It took me almost a year to convince myself to purchase the Magic Keyboard and I have loved using that ever since. After ordering my new 2021 iPad Pro, I saw that this year, Logitech had updated their Combo Touch case for the 12.9” model. I am so glad I ordered this case. After a few days of using this Combo Touch case I haven’t felt the need to take out the Magic Keyboard, and that is saying a lot. That’s not to say that it is a perfect case, but it’s very, very close.

Let’s get the semi-negative thing out of the way. I did find it a tad difficult to open at first. The case does a great job of not leaving any gaps when closed. I think this is great, but it does make it a tad tricky to open when you first start using it. Also, because of the way the keyboard and stand work, I sometimes felt like my hands sit a little further away from the screen than some other keyboards. I use that word predictor bar at the bottom of the screen a lot when I work, and it does take a little more of a stretch to reach it when I am typing. Honestly, neither of these two issues are deal breakers in the slightest, but something worth noting. If you have never really used another keyboard case with your iPad, you might not even notice this.

Logitech obviously knows how to make a great keyboard, I use their Craft keyboard at work, and really enjoy using that one also. These keys have great travel and feel crisp when using, and I love the size of the trackpad. The keyboard has a variety of backlight levels you can adjust, and a great feature some other keyboards miss, is that top row of shortcut keys. You have access to adjust media controls, volume, brightness, etc. No more having to reach up to Control Center to adjust these things. I am more of a ‘tap to click’ trackpad user, but I can appreciate the ‘clicky-ness’ of the trackpad, and again the size is awesome!

Where this keyboard case really shines is in its versatility. I have a Surface Go 2 that I use sometimes for work, and this case gives it a feel similar to that. The Combo Touch has that fold out kickstand that allows you to prop it up in a number of angles without needing to keep the keyboard section attached. That’s right, the keyboard can be removed, and since it attaches with magnets, it is super easy to pop on and off. The magnets are strong enough that it will not come off unless you mean to remove it. This ability to remove the keyboard is my favorite thing about it. You can keep the case (protection) on and use the stand to prop up the iPad to sketch or watch some media. The keyboard doesn’t fold back, it’ll just pop off. At first I thought this was weird, but after using it for a while, I loved it. It kind of pushes you to remove it if you are trying to use it to read. The cherry on top for this great magnetic keyboard attachment is that you also don't need to charge the keyboard up. It is one of the few keyboards that actually uses the Smart Connector pins found on the back of the iPad. That means that it uses the power from the iPad, and doesn't require a separate battery for the keyboard. You will never have to worry about charging your keyboard separately.

Finally, the overall build quality is fantastic. I used an older Slim Folio Pro Keyboard case, and while I loved that one, I sometimes felt that it was too bulky for my needs. On the other hand, I’ve always felt that the Magic Keyboard offers minimal protection. This case is that Goldilocks situation, it gets it just right! It doesn’t add a lot of bulk or heft to the overall experience. The plastic and fabric material combination that wrap most of keyboard feels great and premium. Most of the iPad is protected with just openings for speakers, USB-C port, and Pencil charging. The power and volume buttons are easy to use. Once again, since I am able to remove the keyboard, I have no issue with it being too heavy if I want to use my iPad to read some comics, news, etc. The entire experience is awesome.

This is such an easy recommendation for anyone that just got themselves a new 2021 iPad Pro 12.9”, (it also kinda fits my old 2018 iPad Pro, it just felt a tad less snug). You get complete protection, it’s made from great materials, and the keyboard and trackpad feel great to use. This, added with the versatility of the built in stand, and being able to remove the keyboard, is about as close to perfect as you can get. Oh yeah, and don’t forget about the media control row and backlit keyboard. This is definitely the complete package.

Where to begin? Should I start by saying this review is brought to you by the new Logitech Combo Touch, on my new 12.9 inch iPad Pro? It sure is! I’m happy to report, in just the first paragraph, that you should buy this. Especially if you’re looking for a premium alternative to the official Apple accessory.

In the box, you’ll find the keyboard detached, the iPad case with the smart connector for your iPad, and a basic user pamphlet/warranty guide. The packaging mirrors the premium experience, as it has a nice magnetic flap to keep it closed and to help protect the case while in the packaging. The included pamphlet illustrates how easily it is to install the case and attach the keyboard. It’s worth checking out if you’ve never used a keyboard like this for your iPad and aren’t sure how to use it.

To install, simply place your iPad within the case enclosure, lining up the camera to ensure proper fit. It kind of snaps into place, without a snap, with the soft silicon edges easily sliding over the iPad to hold it in place. The buttons are all covered and protected, with easy to find to find button placement. There are openings around the 4 speakers, the top microphones and the USB C/Thunderbolt connector. The device doesn’t require any charging, as it uses the Smart Connector to power the keyboard with your iPad, once it’s attached to the side/bottom of the case. You’ll notice the keyboard/trackpad portion will lie flat on any surface it’s placed on. The entire exposed portions of the case are covered in a nice textured fabric like feel. This makes placing your palms on the keyboard feel natural and comfortable; unlike placing them down on a desk or table during typing.

Installing the keyboard portion of the case is as simple as lining up the connector, and feeling the magnet do the work of attaching it in place. Once it’s attached it does a pretty good job of staying in place. It will require little effort of pulling to remove it from the case, if you’d like it removed, and also acts to complete the enclosure by covering the screen when not in use. It takes advantage again of the previous generation feature of putting the iPad to sleep when the case is closed, with the satisfying click noise of the wake button being engaged. It does a great job staying shut, until you absolutely need to pull it open, finding yourself back to the unlock screen and the app you were using when the case is opened.

On the keyboard itself, you’ll find the familiar shortcut keys for backlight, media, spotlight search, screen brightness, and the media keys. You’ll also find the alternate keyboard shortcut key in the lower left, and when pressed, will display the alternative keyboards, or in my case the emoji selection menu. You’ll also find a key for the home button and a lock button that will lock your iPad at key press without hesitation. I was impressed with the backlighting, which at it’s brightest setting wasn’t overly bright in the dark. The key presses mirror the use of a premium apple keyboard, without the expensive price tag. The touchpad works well with multi touch gestures, feeling almost as familiar to using them on the your iPads screen. I was easily able to switch apps, see the app manager, and even option tap on apps for spell corrections or menu actions. The size of the trackpad feels about right, and I never once felt like I was needing a larger surface area.

So, how does this stand up? There is an easily adjustable stand that pops out of the case, on the backside of the iPad, which helps keep the device upright. It holds in place very well, and even allows for a lower placement if you’d like to sketch on your desk or another flat surface. This provides you with several options for overall placement to your preference. The top most portion (or right side of the iPad), has a small gap that allows for the official Apple Pencil to easily connect and store with your iPad. If you’re using a third party stylus that lacks the magnetic feature of attaching, you’ll find there isn’t a way to keep your stylus attached to the case. While I understand leaving this out, it does feel like a miss for those using mostly third party accessories.

Overall, will this case live up to your expectations. Yes, it likely will. It offers a premium look, feel, offers the portability of an accessory that attaches to your iPad, and works incredibly well. I should note, that having access to both the 4th and 5th generation iPad Pro in 12.9”, I was able to accommodate both iPads into this case. So, if you’re simply looking to upgrade your keyboard for your previous generation iPad Pro (12.9), this will likely work without issue for you as well. I highly recommend this keyboard for those wanting the portability of the Apple Magic Keyboard, with a friendlier price tag, and a nicer look (in my opinion).

Never thought I would ever spend more than $100 for iPad accessory, but when Apple is retailing for $300+ I decided to opt for this Logitech version.. hope it really last longer than expected.. So far the product is gold. I’m amazed by it.

Verdict. This case is transformational. It turns an iPad into a fully productive touchscreen laptop, but with iPad convenience. It also looks great and feels great.

Case. In addition to protection from daily scratches and blemishes, it appears that this case would protect an iPad from a fall or other potential damages. The magnetically-held keyboard flap is easily and quickly removable, which is a really nice feature. Even without the keyboard flap, the case has an edge that extends above the screen to provide protection for the screen in case of a fall. The fabric material feels really nice, and provides a premium look. While I like the case, it is much heavier than my lightweight smart case. If weight is a factor for you, then consider the additional 1 lbs 12 ounces that this case adds to the iPad. The case has a strong magnet that keeps it closed tightly. The case could benefit from a tab to assist in opening because with the Apple Pencil in the charging slot, it is a bit tricky to open the case. The case also has a kickstand that works very well and stores away nicely

Setup. Placing the iPad in the keyboard was a bit tricky, but with patience and care, it can be done in just a few minutes and without much stress to the iPad. Once the case is installed, the iPad recommended the download of the Logitech app. I am not sure if this is necessary, but I went ahead and installed the app. This was quick, and then the keyboard functioned perfectly without any additional steps.

Keyboard. The keyboard for the 12.9 inch iPad pro has ample width and allow for comfortable and fast typing. The keys feel nice, type quietly, and have back-lighting. My favorite feature of this iPad keyboard are all the shortcut keys. The built-in keys provide fantastic convenience for volume, media controls, search, home screen, and screen lock. In addition, the keyboard can control many actions with Tab + other keys (see settings, accessibility / keyboard / full keyboard access / commands).

Touchpad. The touchpad adds a really nice functionality to the iPad. The size of the touchpad allows for quick gestures, mimicking some touch action on the screen, like swiping through apps, returning to the home screen, and pinching. It is well located and doesn’t interfere with typing. Lastly, it allows for exact control of the pointer for tasks that require precision.

Things I love.

- Easy installation and setup

- Slot to charge the apple pencil

- No need to charge the keyboard separately; the iPad pro does it for you through “Smart Connector”

- Easy to remove the keyboard

- Wide keyboard with lighted keys and convenient shortcut keys

Things I don’t love.

- The magnets that keep the case close are strong. A tab to assist in opening the case would be great

- It is a bit heavy, but worthwhile given the added functionality

- I would prefer an actual slot for the Apple Pencil. My iPad is my “go-to” every device at home, on my commute, and at work. As designed, I have to be careful to make sure I don't knock the Pencil loose, and then potentially breaking it or losing it. I really need the Pencil to be secure as the iPad comes in-and-out of my backpack on the bus, train, and other places.

Overall, this is a fantastic case. I absolutely love the added functionality of a great keyboard, touchpad, and removable keyboard flap. While a bit pricey, it is well worth the cost. I highly recommend this Logitech case.

The design is great. Functionality is great. Quality is terrible. Purchased in May 2021, now in August 2021, the “s” key has popped off and no longer stays attached to the keyboard rendering it useless. No drops or damage, just cheap plastic keys that broke.

Logitech gives a 1yr warranty that I am in the process of doing.

However, I filed a claim a week ago with all required info: photo of defect, proof of purchase, model/sn, etc. today when I inquired for an update on my claim they have requested the exact same information again. A week later from the original claim. I’m 3 weeks into med school with no functioning keyboard and no replacement in sight yet…. My advice… get something of better quality if you want it to be a reliable piece of equipment. I wish I would’ve just gotten the apple folio instead.

The Combo Touch for iPad Pro is an excellent alternative to the OEM option. If only I could take aspects of each and mash them up to create the perfect iPad Pro keyboard/trackpad companion!

Design:

Right off the bat I LOVE the Logitech Combo Touch design. The grey woven fabric is beautiful and functional. I much prefer this material to the OEM option. I feel like it's going to be much more durable and won't show fingerprints and smudges as easily. The Combo Touch comes in about 70 grams heavier than the OEM alternative and it's definitely not as sleek.

Keyboard:

One major benefit of the Combo Touch is the removable keyboard. This is HUGE because you don't always need a keyboard, but if you're like me you always want drop protection. The design of the keyboard flops out as part of the cover flap and is definitely creates a larger footprint on a desk than the OEM alternative. Not necessarily a bad thing, just something to consider. The Combo Touch definitely sprawls. The typing and trackpad experience themselves are top notch and definitely on par with the OEM alternative.

Kickstand:

If you ever wanted an iPad to function like a Surface this is the way. My one complaint with the design was that the kickstand hinge had some bounce when in use. It doesn't feel cheap by any means, but when you're adjusting to the height you think you want and you get it just right...it tends to pop back up a bit. That coupled with the added sprawl of the design makes it a little difficult to be lappable compared to the OEM alternative. I don't draw, but I often take notes and I do also like that the kickstand lays flat so I can take notes easily.

Final Notes:

The fact that the Combo Touch uses the smart connector is essential. No batteries, no pairing, just set it and forget it. I would not recommend any iPad keyboard option without a smart connector.

This will be a tough decision for me (tougher than I certainly thought) as to which option I will continue to use as my daily keyboard/case combo. I love that I can quickly detach the keyboard and use my iPad on the treadmill and I love the look and feel of the woven material. I'm not in love with the extra bulk and the sprawling footprint is something I have to consider on my small desk and when traveling.

Since my 7th gen iPod is blue I decided to get the clear case. Now all I need is a screen protector since this case didn't include one like I originally thought it did.

Can't really say anything about this. All I can say is that it looks like it's gonna be able to do the job,whenever i get the ipod

Note: (When sticking the metal plates on) if you have a phone case protector attach the plates to it. This way you can take the case protector off and this will allow you to charge the phone with a wireless charge pad.

I am really glad I purchased this product, it works great in my car holding my iPad Air. The price was great and the value was even better. The magnet is strong enough to hold the iPad without letting it fall off, yet the iPad comes off when just a slight tug. You can go wrong with this mount.

If you have a larger phone, most magnetic holders can't withstand the weight, especially under standard driving conditions with bumps and all. I've tried a few and they failed. My wife snagged this up, and it worked great for her iPhone, so when I tried it with my Android A71, I was surprised at well it held my phone. If you have a larger and heavier phone (not quite the weight of a tablet though), this will be your best option.

These are the best little mounts I’ve ever owned! Bought one for every family member. Inexpensive, easy install.

Its small and sticks really god to your vehicle dash. Please have in mind that its not a suction cup. You have to stick it to your dash. Once stick it holds pretty good and doesn't obstruct your windshield view!

Also, there seemed to be a line of color that was bleeding. Upon further inspection, mine came from a place called "JemJem", I know a bit about them and would never purchase anything from them knowingly. Oh Best Buy, have you lost your way? And the weird part is, I checked warranty status and it has the full one year Apple warranty??? Paging Silkwood

I guess that’s the chance you take with refurbished products.

I needed a case unlike my other family members. I wanted something with color and not hard plastic. When I saw this I really liked the look, and the strap. I am a mom of a 1 year old, and the strap has already come in handy. It isnt the really thin flimsy rubber,however could be a little firmer around the edges, and it even has a good grip to it. I was worried about stuff getting stuck in the grooves but have not had any problems with that. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

I washed it to see if it was simply mold release compound making it slide out of my fingers, but that didn't help. I ended up putting on some (10) bumps of silicone adhesive to make finger grips. On the plus side, the case fits well, doesn't come off when you don't want it to, and doesn't interfere with the use of any controls.. It's also thick enough and cushioned enough to provide significant protection if dropped.

I got this for my grand daughter for Christmas and she loves it! It is comfortable and provides protection for all but the screen. Overall a nice looking, easy to install, piece of protection for an expensive electronic device.

I;m glad i bought this!! it was on sale so i saved money and it was truly a great deal. I havent dropped my itouch yet but i know that even if i do nothing will happen to it! this case rlly protects it and it looks great!!! + the handle really is a plus!!!

It fit my iPod perfectly. It also feels strong. My only problem was that it was hard for me to get the touchscreen to work at times. I like it a lot but this could be a deal buster for many.

Received this Ipod case for free for reviewing. Fit my phone pretty well. Its a nice little case to help protect your phone from damages you might occur. Such as it says waterproof which is great feature. I have not had the opportunity to see if that works with this case. But overall I like the case.

My granddaughter and grandson live the case on their iPod. It looks just like a phone.

Had this case for over a year now. Still does what it should. The bottom portion no longer locks into place with the main piece though. (From constant removal.) But it stays on good enough.

Protects from falls just fine. This case hasn't broken anywhere though. Just the rear piece.

It doesn't fit super snug to the point of where it scrapes and scratches your ipod. So there's no need for the constant cleaning and whatnot.

I already have the Griffin Passport metal case for my iPod touch 3G. Got one more iPod for my brother so thought why not give this one try since its a new.!!

Well its better then the passport since it has the screen protector however with the screen thing u can have the bubbles which is a common problem.

Everything is good about this besides the screen protector that came with it. The case is easy to apply and it looks nice. The cleaning cloth also comes in handy but I had some trouble applying the screen protector so I dumped it in the trash.

Holds the iPod with plenty of space to still easily access the power, volume rocker, headphone jack and main cable port. Adds additional grip that I needed when holding the iPod for games...

The plastic screen protector was very dirty and causes bubbles and could scratch the very thing it should protect, the screen. If you decide to purchase this make sure you also buy a different brand screen protector. You'll need it.

Easy to use. Great protection for device. I bought the 2 pack which came with 1 black & 1 "clear". Would've like it to be a little more clear to ensure the color of my nano could be seen as now it just looks white-ish and I have an orange ipod.

The silicon case is easy to put on the iPod. It does slip occasionally while you're handling the iPod, but it doesn't slip off completely.

Not a bad product. Does what it is supposed to. Not very slimming and a little difficult to get IPod in and out of. Overall, it does what you want and is pretty good.

I think that it's great and the price is okay but it's worth it. I need it to protect my ipod nano 5th generation.

Made this purchase because of review saying Nano 5th generation scratched easily. This cover takes care of that problem and does not detract from appearance.

This phone was advertised as unlocked for any carrier, but was still tied to a prepaid carrier. Best Buy would not do anything to unlock the phone, just said I could return it.

I purchased this Iphone November 8th, I barely use it and after just two month The screen popped up from itself As you see in the pictures. I use bestbuy alot but I’m feeling so bad for the dishonesty that happened

Phone had heavy scratches and dents on rear panel. No attempt was made to restore the device whatsoever. Still had verizon wireless sticker on back. Would not recommend buying again via online.

Functionally appears ok. Takes and hold charge over night, was able to apply latest ios update.

Bought 2 used iPhones to give to my kids. I get they are used, but honestly these look like they were dug out of the dumpster & resold. One had dirt all over it & wasn’t even cleaned up before being sent out. The other was fairly well beat up & the casing bent a little. In my opinion, selling used products in this type of condition damages Best Buy’s reputation. My 1st time trying this service through Best Buy & definitely my last.

This is a good phone, but it's finally starting to show it's age. Apple still supports this device with software updates, so the user experience is as advertised. But the 16GB of storage is problematic in 2021 though.

It gets the job done. This was a perused phone I purchased for my 11 yr old for his birthday. It has been doing well. He is hard on phones and did not want to purchase him anything newer right now. He is happy with it.

The phone I ordered was listed as unlocked and able to work with Verizon, AT&T, Cricket, etc. but it is actually a global/Sprint phone. Best Buy needs to list these phones with their specific model number (A1662, A1723, or A1724) so people will know for sure which phone they’re getting, and not have to rely on which service provider Best Buy claims the phone will work with.

I was concerned this phone would not work with Verizon. My concerns have been put to rest and the phone worked fine. The Verizon rep did say say because of 5g technology. This phone will not work if it’s ever deactivated. So it looks like the window for these older models is closing. In summary, phone is serving its purpose for my Eleven year old daughter.
