I purchased this set to replace an older version. Setup was easy. The call blocking feature and it’s dedicated button is an awesome feature. Another great feature is the low battery alert. It speaks!

This is a bit on the expensive side but it is a good phone. There are a lot of bells and whistles. It's wall mountable, blue tooth enabled and can be put on silent mode so you don't hear a ring. These were a few things that were important to me when choosing a phone.

I especially love the fact that you connect to your cell, especially given the current Covid-19 case, you can initiate a call on cell and connect to home handset, as well as, any calls received can be answered.

This is the first cordless phone that my husband can hear even when not wearing his hearing aides.

I like this phone because the lettering is big. and if you have a hearing problem you can turn up the volume, so anyone can hear just fine.

Bought and returned a few phones because of poor sound quality. Panasonic recommended this system. The playback quality is better than other systems but not perfect clarity. However it will be adequate.

Bought this for my Mother-in-law. She needed a phone that she could hear without having to put in her hearing aids. It does help her hear better than a regular phone.

Unfortunately I had to return this product. I did not read closely enough and it was not compatible with the base unit that I purchased. It would not sync with the base handsets model that I had purchased. The quality seemed great

just what i needed lost the original handset this new one works just fine.

I only wished that I would have bought this extra handset at the same time I purchased the primary phone. I had to go back, pay more and wait for the secondary handset to reach me. The only complaint I have about the set as a whole is that it was advertised to show caller ID when you were on another line. As it turns out, you must have the same type of telephone system for this to happen. My landline (copper) does not seem to interact with incoming calls.

Love this phone, the letters/numbers are large for poor-sighted people and it talks to help even more. I recommend this phone to anyone having vision problems.

So far I’m loving this phone better than my last one and I only had it a few days now, much clearer sound and I also like the fact the numbers are much bigger, speaker is amazing when I’m on calls .

Great phone for the low price. It's easy to set up, and the call quality has been pretty good. Have only had the phone for a couple weeks, but it's done great so far. Love how it automatically synchs up with my cable provider so when someone calls, their name shows up on my TV.

The AT&T - CRL32102 Cordless Phone with Answering System is not perfect but it is probably the best of all the wall-mount cordless phones I researched and (in one case) returned. Many cordless phones claim to be wall-mountable but they use a mount that only works in the Peoples' Republic of Last Wednesday. This was the only one that Best Buy carries that can actually fit on a U.S.-standard wall mount, and the salesman and I went through the packaging of several different models to find this one. Kudos to Best Buy for realizing we had some kind of labelling problem and manually sorting it out. The phone is great except for being unable to adjust a few things such as the annunciator volume. But it may be the only game in town.

I purchased this phone because I liked the idea that it called out the name of the person calling. If I'm in the kitchen or any place where I can't see my TV screen I can hear whose calling and know whether or not to pick up the phone. In nowadays, we get so many robo calls. I purchased one for my 86 year old mom too. She mentioned that the #'s of the caller go so fast from the TV screen that she won't pick up the phone unless they leave a message. By hearing the callers name she knows whether or not to pick up the phone. She both are enjoying the phones.

We bought this phone for my wife's mother who is 87 years old. She likes it and can hear it when it rings a lot better than her old phone. Also, she can press the button to amplify a callers voice and she likes that. I would definitely recommend it for an older person.

I bought this phone system for my girlfriend on 2/7/2021. Our busy schedules kept us from setting it up until three weeks later on 2/28. After connecting it and verifying that everything works, I removed the protective film from the machine and found an unsightly scratch on the face of the control panel. I checked my account and found that Best Buy only allows returns for two weeks after purchase. We are stuck with a defective product that should have never left the factory. Two weeks is too narrow a window of time for return or exchange of a defective item, and AT&T failed miserably for allowing this system to pass the inspection process, assuming they even have one.

Very easy to assemble. Easy to setup.

Also, I like how incoming calls can be announced while ringing. BUT, the voice seems muffled when it says the caller.

Haven't used the answering machine feature. I like to have calls directed to voicemail.

Large keypads, helpful for some people with vision issues. Lightweight. Keeping it plugged so I don't know how long the handset can last outside the base when in use.

Voice calls are coming in clear. Design of the whole system is sleek. Can also function as intercom.

Overall, a very worthy replacement to some decades-old phone system we have. Glad we changed it to this.

My mom's cordless phone was dying & we needed something quick. She is 87 and yes still has a landline - lol. I wanted something with large enough buttons that would be easy for her to read & were illuminated. She also wear hearing aids. There is an adjustment on the phone just for that.

Scrolling your website isn't the easiest thing for someone who doesn't do this that often. My son is a disabled vet and needed a new house phone. getting two chargeable phones for the price of one was what we needed and what you had. The old phone would run out of battery too fast. Now, one charges when one is being used. It's how we keep connected dur9ing the pandemic. Order came one day earlier than expected, no issues. What was even better was that I had a coupon from buying his Christmas present from best Buy that we had to use. The phone was less than $ 20 !

This AT&T phone is working out wonderfully for mom who has 80% hearing loss. It is also easy to read and the buttons are large for easy viewing. Mom actually had to lower the ringer!

This phone system is great. It has a good volume. Buttons for Answer On , Delete, Skip are visible and work great. When someone calls, the system says aloud the name of what is shown in caller ID. I am very happy and I am Sure it will last me a very very long time. It is solidly built.

My mother has macular degeneration and wears hearing aids. She had not had a phone like this before but adapted to it fairly easily. The larger screen and numbers are very helpful. She can now use the basics of the answering system well.

I purchased this 2-Line item because it said, 3 handsets included. When I received it, it only had the one. Went to Best Buy to get the missing handsets and was told that if you clicked on the item 'Whats included' does not mention any additional handsets so it was my fault but they were willing replace it with a Single line phone that comes with 2 additional handsets. I accepted as I needed something immediately.

seems to be a great phone in terms of sound quality and multiple speakerphones (base & handset) ...you can walk around on conference calls with the handset speaker on and muted ... has an answering system, which I don't use ... has an intercom feature between the base and the handset, which I don't use (may be appropriate in a big house) ... has a directory for saving numbers and speed dialing ... has a hold button for putting one line on hold while you answer the other ... has a flash button for conferencing and accepting another incoming call ... has a redial button on the menu screen ... if you have a message waiting with your service provider's voice mail system, an icon appears in the menu screen ... the only thing I don't like (which may be asking too much) is the menu screen on the base and the handset only light up when you press the menu button ... if you have a voice mail message waiting with your service provider's system an icon appears on the dark screen but ... you could go hours or a day before thinking to check for messages ... (not good for looking responsive to communications) ... my old set had a light that would light up and blink if there was a message waiting ... guess I got used to that ... all in all though ... the phone has all the bells and whistles ... great phone for the money!

I had to replace an old 2 line Radio Shack digital phone, and this was the only one I thought would do the job after searching numerous web sites. So far, so good. Takes a little while to get used to a newer 2 line phone system, but this one seems to work really good. Can get messages from anywhere, after setting things up, but have not had any need to add any additional hand sets....yet! Came with one handset only. Recommend for any small business with 2 phone lines with Internet connection on 1 line coming in.

Had to replace an old 2 line desk phone and decided to buy the Vtech. Bought this phone for the wireless handset. The range on this phone appears good. I have found two items that kind of bother me. The keys on the handset are a little more difficult to use and callers have told me that they have trouble hearing me when I'm using the speaker on the base. 2 line phones are limited and overall this seems to be a good phone.

I previously had a similar phone from Panasonic which was working perfect after several years, but it was accidentally dropped in the water. Although, the phone still functioned the display no longer worked. I have had these phones for almost a month and so far they are working great just like the one I had before. I was hesitant to purchase them because the description said the phones were white and I thought it might not look nice in my home. However, the phones are trimmed in silver with silver buttons and the rest white. They look great. Even my picky teenager liked the phones.

Nice phone for Home at a wonderful price. Even Nobody used Landline theses days , I just love Landline for me it was the best ever created thing.

Bought this phone after our old system finally gave up the ghost and started to have problems. Based on the reviews we read and the price at Best Buy, we decided to give this system a try.

really like this system. We especially like the speakerphone, which gives us the ability to have hands free to make notes as needed while speaking on the phone. Also, with our old system, there was always an underlying tone throughout our system which was very annoying. With the Panasonic KX-TGD532W, this tone is now gone!

All-in-all, this is a great phone and we are pleased to have bought it.

The ability to get rid of a repeated market call is priceless. This Panasonic allows you to do so quickly and easily. There is even a mechanism for you to undo the blocked number should you accidentally block a number. On top of everything else, these phones are quite good looking. Only the white were available when I ordered mine, but it turned out to be an excellent choice.

Just finally put it up today. Was confused with directions and Geek Squad helped me even though didn’t know product. Went on line and other sources. Panasonic not as helpful as had to pay $1 for chat info. Though said refundable seemed like a lot of trouble. Glad have warranty with Best Bye. Finally pressed enough buttons and got it working. Not sure of rating as little use

I bought this phone for my 95 year old mother who is quarantined alone in an independent living facility. Best Buy shipped it next day and she hooked it up without any help. She is attached to her landline and this was a life saver for her.

I purchased a Panasonic cordless phone from Best Buy for my land line. I purchased this brand because I have owned other products from this brand and have always been satisfied. I purchased this model because of the easy to read buttons and caller ID. Everyone in our household is at least 50 and so we need large easy to read keyboards. The handset also has a caller block button that allows us to block unwanted calls from solicitors.

I purchased the Panasonic two phone cordless phone system with digital answering machine for my mother-in-law as she moved into an assisted living facility. She has a two room unit, and one phone rests in each room to make it easy to keep in touch with her.

I use this as a speaker phone for my 94 yo friend. Easy to use once I took handset away and taped the button down. Then a little highlighting around two most frequently used buttons.

I purchased this to replace another phone where the screen was basically unreadable. The AT&T CL4940 lights up when there is a call and shows the name and phone number in large black letters on an orange background. Exactly as pictured on the web-site and great for two-factor authentication for people without cell phones or who prefer to get phone messages instead of texts. Perfect for people with limited vision. The buttons are also oversized, and the numbers clearly marked. There is no hold button but there is the option to put it on speaker. The ring volume can be increased and I finally had to turn it down because it was so loud. I did not set up the voice mail because I don't need it

The phone works well, and I'm happy I bought it. The only negative is that the speaker sound is not as natural as on my other phone, which is similar to this phone but older. It was easy to set up. Prospective buyers should be aware that it has to be plugged into both electricity and a phone line. There is not battery compartment, something that I have on my older phone. I haven't set up the answering system yet, so I can't comment about it.

This combination phone/answering machine/caller ID is a great replacement for my previous phone/answering machine. Has more functions, is very easy to install and set up and needs no batteries. (My last phone did use batteries.) The giant keypad and display are bigger than I need but appreciated, It has a call screening function that is very useful but can be turned off. Been using it for over a month and I've been very satisfied with this product.

I bought this phone to replace my old AT&T phone for my wireless home phone. My old phone recently had an issue where it would not recognize the tone for the number "1" when you were using a prompt (e.g. if your AT&T voicemail password contained a 1, it would not recognize that 1 was entered and it would ask you to reenter your password. I rarely had this issue with a prompt like "For English press 1". I was told by AT&T this only happens with Magic Jack. This phone seems to have this problem only with the AT&T wireless home phone password so I removed the need to enter a password for my phone. I don't use any of the other phone features as it is a backup for my cell phone. My issues with sound quality or range so far.

This phone is almost the same as the last phone we had. I’ve notice one difference so far, I can’t turn the ring off if I don’t want to answer a call. It seems to work for us tho.

Purchased the phone for its Bluetooth capabilities and ability to pair with my wife's hearing aids. This is a good value and was easy to set up. My land line telephone service is through Ooma and their problem connecting. Would recommend to anyone considering this type of phone.

Aging parent needed a landline phone with features that could be adjusted to their individual needs: Can increase the number of rings giving them time to get to the phone before the answering machine picks up; has back-lit keys, so they can dial in dim/low lighting; expandable - a handset in every room so they need not remember to transport handset when leaving a room; digital answering machine - no need to dial into phone service provider's message center to retrieve messages; hands free/speaker - can multitask; several volume levels. The favorite feature seemed to be the call id name announce because they would not need to look at the phone to see who is calling. Exactly what this senior individual needed. Very happy with the decision to purchase this phone.

I love the way the phone announces whose calling so you don't have to get up when the phone rings and look at the caller id! So funny how it pronounces some words especially names of towns!

Product is As Advertised. The hardest is bigger than my last phone.

Packaged Manual is limited. On line manual is much better. Sound quality is better than other cordless phones I have used, Answering machine feature works well.

Could use UPS for the base unit. The system is useless without power.

We had an older 5.8ghz GE set that we could no longer get batteries for and would cause my WiFi to drop out every time the phone rang (apparently it was on a competing signal for the base to base paging that was not adjustable). These are used for hours at a time on speaker phone since I work from home a lot (some days up to 3 hours straight without the phone dying on me). LOVE THEM but wish they had the custom ring tone feature our old phones did.

We had one like this before, and needed to replace it due to the age of the product. We stuck with the same type of phone because it worked so well for so long.

I purchased these for my Mom one Christmas and she loves them. I chose these because they have a bright screen which makes it easy to read, especially older people.

Overall a good phone so far. The only thing I don't like is the dial key does not light up when making calls in a dark room. Number keys light up but not the button to send a call which I find very inconvenient. Also doesn't have a light to press when answering calls.

On the technical side they work very well we give them six stars still got a lot to figure out about them but they work out really well still very new

However, there are a few features that make it somewhat annoying. First, it will occasionally block calls from friends and family (even after they have been entered in the phone's "phonebook"). This requires a manual unblock, and an apology to my friend/family member/doctor. Second, if you link it to your cellphone, which is a generally-beneficial feature, the phone doesn't allow for permanent muting of text message notifications. By this, I mean that although you may have disabled this feature, every time you re-pair the two phones via bluetooth, or leave the house with the cellphone and then re-enter within bluetooth range, the feature automatically comes back on, forcing a manual defeat of this feature. Getting verbal notifications of text messages in the middle of the night that echo throughout the house via 4 handsets and the base unit can be very jarring.

Other than the annoyances noted above, this is a good phone system, with some excellent features (particularly the call-blocking ones), and very good clear voice quality.

Pretty much what we were looking for in the way of 5 handsets. A great feature that our old set did not have is the ability to block up to 1000 numbers! This is something we all need in this day & age.

The sound quality sometimes isn't the best, but you can adjust the volume for call clarity while on a call. I wish the base had more redial ability like the handsets. It only holds 1. The handsets are infinite. With speaker phone & intercom options, this phone is the best replacement for what we were used to. It does have an answering machine that we don't use as we subscribe to voicemail with the phone company.

But the instructions have no information about this - only a comment that it is supported on all headsets with a certain label. Of course, that label is missing from all the headsets.

Our old phones had seen better days and it was time to replace them. As we have had such good service with Panasonic phones in the past we new what we wanted. I found these Phones online at Best Buy and ordered them. We have had our new phones in service for about one month and are completely satisfied with them.

The phone is a long awaited blessing as I can now block unwanted spam and scam repetitive calls. The phone works almost perfectly in the call blocking. mode. I could only comment that removing a phone number's blocked status should be less tedious. .Congratulations to Panasonic for finally providing a much needed remedy for unwanted calls!

Great phones for the money. I like having the option of adding more phones to this system, whenever the need arises. Additionally, I like the ring tone options.

I have been looking for a long time for a phone solution that would allow me to connect my cell phones to a "house phone" so I can ditch the landline. It does that so well. As soon as I walk into the house, they automatically pick up my cell phones and serve as a house-wide extension of my cell phones. It is cool that we can add two cell phones to them.

The call quality when taking a cell phone call through them isn't the greatest but is definitely good enough.

Wanted to get rid of our landline and bought this to pair with my wife's cell phone all the while giving her the convenience of talking on a full size handset (which she prefers) as well as having multiple units located throughout the house. It works well and delivers as advertised! Would have given it 5 stars but the speakerphone is a bit tinny as compared to the almost identical landline-only-Panasonic system we had before this purchase. Other than this minor irritant, it's been a great system so far.

Picked these up to replace my old AT&T phones because I needed an additional handset. I really like the ability to pair my cell phone (we have a landline as well) to the set and choose which handset announces calls from my cell. I really like these phones but my only real complaint is what others have said: the speakerphone is noticeably lower than my AT&T ones. That is the reason I took away a star.

Overall this phone is very good. The base of the phone is small and it tips over easy. It has no flashing light for voicemails, but doesn't hamper the function of the phone. Color is pleasing.

These phones are an excellent buy for my home. We have five phones placed around the house which it makes it easier for me to answer and I don’t lose many calls. The features are off the chain! Block callers, answer machine, call list, redial, phone book, etc.

Works great. I can walk out to the mail boxes and not lose my call. My old one, I could only go to the steps.

Pros: The 4 units allow coverage throughout the house; the intercom feature which allows you to call each unit and talk is handy; the buttons light up when you pick up the phone off the cradle; the clarity of the sound is very good; provides many features similar to a cell phone.

Cons: The center navigation button does not light up so you need to memorize the positions for redial, phone book, volume and caller ID if you are in low light or don’t see well; the call announcer has very strange pronunciation that makes it difficult to understand; the phone is a bit too narrow for a good grip; you have to remember to lay it down face up or it pushes buttons, which is counter to a cell phone.

This phone replaced an AT&T that had a cheap ear speaker. This Panasonic works well, has a CALL BLOCK button, which I haven't tried yet. It is a great phone functionally as a phone. I'm glad I have this phone. Great price and all the extras I needed.

Downsides are: 1) This phone requires a 1.2v AA rechargeable battery which is a little harder to find and replace than the standard 1.5v AA rechargeable batteries. From what I've read online, the 1.5v rechargeable *may* damage these phones. Panasonic-Your phones would be more attractive to buy if you gave the consumer some standard replacement parts such as the battery rather than making it more difficult to use your phone in the long term. Maybe in the 4-5 years I need a new battery they will be easier to find, or I won't need a landline anymore. Otherwise, this rating would have been a 5/5.

2) All phones are getting smaller which makes it harder to hold with your shoulder while trying to write or work while talking. Somehow I manage with this one.

I don't know if I can come up with fifty words without including a limerick. I got the new system to replace the old system that had died. It was as easy to set up as the old system, and has the added feature of an electronic lady saying who is calling.

"There once was an unhappy day

when my phone system failed to relay

so I hooked up another

without any bother

and now I am back on my way."

Well, it's not a very good limerick, but at least it's clean.

I'm probably one of the few people that still have a Home Phone. I like it so that I can give a phone number that isn't my Cell Number for all of my billing (Cable, Internet, Credit Cards, Loans, etc.). That way I won't be disturbed at work by any of the Billing companies or anyone the sell the number to. Anyway, this system is great. It has a great range. My hose is 60 ft. long and the base is at one end, and it works fine even if I'm in the basement at the other end of the house. The only downside is the price - it is a little expensive.

The Difference between this set and the same set on Amazon was the rewards. So I actually got a fourth handset for the price of a set with only three. I did this by comparing prices between best buy and Amazon. Amazon was selling this four handset package for the price of a 3 handset at best buy. I called best buy and they gave me a price match. And I got rewards I couldn't get at Amazon.

Very readable screen and clear sound. Easy to use. Love the full functions available on all the satellite handsets. My only complaint is that the satellite handset bases are so lightweight that I knock the bedside one off the bedside table occasionally. Would like to see the bases weighted a little more.

It didn't have a talking caller-id & I couldn't figure out how to use it.

Got the dual handset model for use upstairs and downstairs (with Xfinity). Saw it in the store and liked the look and feel of the handset. Like that it's a little heavier than other brands. Already have voice mail with Xfinity, but it's simple to turn off the VM on the base unit and the hand set can pick up on the fact I have VM waiting thru Xfinity.

Easy to set-up and use. Good sound quality. I especially like that the hand sets have a very long range, so I can be far out in my backyard and still use it.

We've had this phone for not quite a month now and we are very happy with it. The buttons are very easy to press and large. The phone itself is very comfortable to hold, light and very well made.

The only hard part is learning all the functions. Much different than the Panasonic we had for years.

This cordless has a nice design and is easy to use. The volume boost really makes a difference when I'm calling someone with a cell phone. In this era of Covid, I like that I can wipe it down when it gets dirty, too.

Smooth feel, pretty loud with it rings when a call comes in, handy when you are rooms away.

I got this as a backup phone for the house. We don't really use the land line anymore, but it's nice to have in an emergency. Telemarketers leave messages all the time and this makes it easy to review and delete them.

Has the features I need. Talking caller ID and call block are pluses. Good clarity.

This is a great little unit. I had to call someone to help me get it set up as the sales person told me that the Geek Squad could do it for me but when I asked them I got a NO we don't do that as it involves your personal telephone line. It is now working great and cost me extra to get it set up, but what choice did I have?

Good quality handsets. Really lightweight and keys and screen light up in amber color. One thing though, the Base Station does not hole the handset securly. It falls out easily. Otherwise Great Buy. Owned for almost 1 month.

I visited the BEST BUY store looking for a set of land lines for my two apartment, two story split level home. These AT&T - CL82407 DECT 6.0 Expandable Cordless Phone System with Digital Answering System and Smart Call Blocker - Silver/black really delivered. A Middle of the road price, but a high end efficiency and productivity. Easy to install in any four rooms you have, great sound and reception, sleek looking, small foot print, and nice answering machine and privacy settings. Plus, Best Buys great customer service with the Geek Squad!

The main reason to buy this phone system is to get rid of solicitors. It does that just fine. It is a little involved in setting it up, but it is worth it. For years we used Cold Blocker but you have to answer & press the block key or just press the block key. But you still had to pick up the phone and physically block the call. The problem is that solicitors have a way of changing the caller ID, so the process is never ending. With this phone, the screening process either presents allowed calls or blocks them. However, It does not put any calls on the Block List, you have to do that. But why make a Block List, when screening takes care of the call. Worst case is the phone rings once, screening takes place (ask the caller to announce their name and press #), and the call is either allowed or blocked. There is an Allow List so these callers just ring right in- no screening. There is an Allow List for robo calls you want-Dr, pharmacy, etc. And a Speed Dial List. And you can add callers to the allow list when you answer. And I bought it on sale, which is the only way to buy anything if possible.

I purchased this for my Dad. It has nice large buttons which is great for him. I have a different model then this and I like this model because it seems easier to use for him and has speed dial which for some horrible reason mine does not. The Smart call blocking is the best thing since peanut butter:) I tell everyone about it.

The only bad thing with this model is that it only holds 50 names in the directory.. that is totally ridiculous... luckily that was fine for my 89 year old Dad but would not be OK for everyone else..

Ive always bought Panisonic landline phones and I must say this is the best one yet with new technology the color is awesome rose gold and white and the price is excellent! Love it!

We bought this in January 2019 to replace a 20 year old phone on our landline that had static issues. We are very pleased with the two handset system. Very easy to set up. Sound quality is excellent for calls and answering machine, something important to us as we are in our mid 60s. The phones sync well with our cell phones although that has dropped once or twice after leaving house with cell phone. Easy to reconnect cells so not a major issue. Caller/text ID announcing is a nice feature although “voice” on machine is kinda weird. Still easy to understand. We ended up buying a third extension handset to replace an even older (25 years) landline phone. It’s nice that you don’t have to connect extensions to a phone jack so they can go anywhere. I would say this was a good purchase.

I like them, the sound is clear and they are easy to use. I like the look of them. They were purchased at a fair price and I haven’t had any problem with them so for. It’s been some years since I had a house phone, but I’m glad I bought those from Best Buy.

I love my new landline phones—looks great, can hear perfectly on speakerphone, easy to set up and buttons light up very easy to see. I have not hooked to my mobile phone but will be doing soon.

Bought this for the office. Features are just ok. Material quality of the phone is poor. Wiped dust off the screen on the base unit once with a soft towel and there are now a ton of scratches in it (very thin cheap plastic. Tried a different cloth but just made it worse.Looks very bad now.

Nice system for those old farts like me that still have a land line. The remote units are great and we have 3 of them in different rooms and the batteries last a long time on each of them.

The buttons are big enough for my fingers.

I like having the home station to listen to record and playback messages and basically control the whole system. Would have been nice to have a battery backup for memory when there is a power failure, but I can reprogram it is a few minutes to one or two times a year that I have to.

This is my best purchase ever!!!! You have to program you phone with people that you will accept calls from and I put in about 24. If the phone number is not in the directory the phone will screen the caller and ask for them to say their name. If they don't the call will not go thru YEAH!!!! If the say their name you have to press the number one to answer the call. Let's just say after two attempts from some 800 # I have received no more calls YEAH AGAIN. Best phone blocking ever.

This was a gift for my Mom who was getting tons of spams calls day and night and this phone is suppose to block up to 1,000 numbers.

It’s been just a few weeks but my mom is getting use to using the phone and has said that the spam calls have cut down a little so waiting to see if it’s going to help stop them all together and if it does considering getting o e for myself.

This works well and it does the job but it is hard to silence and turn off the voice mail. I have followed the directions but it continues to ring and it is very annoying. I just wanted this as a extra phone during the pandemic due to poor cell service and didn't want all of the extras. There are not many choices out there now a days so this does work well enough.

More features than I will use. The main phone base could come with a longer cord. It is pretty short and easily pulled off a table, etc due too the short length. Very modern style and easy to navigate most functions.

As I review my SanDisk MP3 player, I’m listening to it. It’s an incredible gadget that has 8Gigs of memory, capable of a few thousand songs, books, etc. it replaced my 2 Gig IPod.

The phone has some really nice features. The handsets are very convenient and have alot of the functions of the base. It has very clear recorded messages.

We get sooo many unwanted calls these days! This phone has a button to push to automatically block those numbers. The calls have already dropped considerably because of this feature. It also has a nice big display.

The phones work wonderful I have no problems with them they are spreader throughout the house.

I bought this to replace an an older Panasonic home phone system. Nothing was wrong with it, but I simply needed the automatic call blocking feature.

We've had our home phone number for more than 30 years and it feels like it's on about every robo-call machine out there. We were getting at least 4-6 robo/telemarketing calls a day at all hours. Not wanting to change our number, I figured I'd give this phone system a try.

It automatically blocks all of these calls and I couldn't be happier. All the other features work as well as they should and the phone looks pretty cool too. I wish the "Talk" and "End" buttons lit up, most of the other buttons do, but you know where they are so it's not a big issue. Nearly $100 bucks after taxes is a lot for a home phone that we don't use that much, but to keep telemarketers off the line, it's definitely worth it. There are cheaper options, other brands, that offer the automatic call blocking, but I've had good experience with Panasonic and will continue to buy their products.

If you've used Panasonic phones in the past, set up is pretty much intuitive. However, the instructions can be a bit confusing. It's pretty easy to block an unwanted call as soon as you get one. However, if you only want to receive approved calls be aware that some numbers you may want to receive might be blocked. It's easy to list the numbers of friends and family, but what about your doctor, dentist, school, auto mechanic, etc.? Their calls may not go through unless you go through the procedure of giving those people a special code. I prefer to hit the Block button as soon as I get an unwanted robo call. So far it's been pretty quiet here.

Got this new KX-TGE633M phone with answering system. We had an earlier model for a number of years and liked it. This one was easy to hook up, and input the phone book, which automatically transferred to to the other two headsets. The new batteries are much better than the older model special one. The The phone, answering system, talking caller ID, and call waiting are working very fine. Very satisfied, and would recommend it to others.

I bought these phones for my father. He is in his 90s and is very hard of hearing. They were easy to set up, and now when I call him I don't have to yell into the phone for him to hear me. They deliver excellent sound quality. Highly recommended.

Phone was a little difficult to set up. I am use to just plugging in and go. There is still slight echo when talking to people. I am not sure if it is their service or mine. Still learning.

Always get Panasonic phones as I like the talking caller ID.

This has been a fine addition to our home phone system. We have it hooked up to our Consumer Cellular wireless base, and now have our old land line phones replaced through our cell plan.

The three phones share a phone book and messaging seamlessly.

Although not mentioned in the product description, they do announce incoming call numbers (or name if the number is in your directory). There is also an intercom feature.

Phone will more then likely be ok for some just didn't like all the extra gadgets on it my other half would never use it he is not good at these new thing's.

The phone is helpful as the numbers are large and the Boost button amplifies sound. White on black makes the numbers easy to see.

The only issue is that the phone uses digital tech to access the directory, remove messages or the call log, etc. Elderly people who need the phone find this way too complicated especially if they are not tech savvy. Still the phone is a good choice if someone else helps and does the tech part.

This phone has lots of features and is very user friendly. It is easy to read and has a small footprint where space is a concern. Sound quality is great and it was easy to program.

This phone is a bit difficult to use at times because it has capabilities that our old phone did not, and the manual is not always written with the unsophisticated user in mind. That said, the voice that tells us where an incoming call originates is very useful for screening calls, and the alert when there is a voicemail in our remote box is a big improvement over having to remember to pick up the receiver and listen for the stuttering dial tone. The clarity of the sound is excellent: one of us is hearing impaired and often has trouble using a portable phone. This one is the exception: no problems at all.

Bought these when having phone trouble. They work great but returned as we needed more handsets, and Panasonic had a set with 5 phones. Definitely recommend these if you only need a few phones.

I bought this to replace an AT&T base and remote phone system i bought just 3 mos.ago. Too much time had passed since I bought it so I had no choice but to buy another one. Decided to go with the Panasonic since the last one lasted nearly 8 yrs. The sound on the remote phone was bad plus it was getting hard to see the small text on the handsets. The new Panasonic connected easily , and the fonts seem huge! So far its great! Should have went with the Panasonic in the first place but when I first went to buy it , it wasn't in stock.

The Ooma Telo air was very easy to set up. I had a question about porting my old number, so I called customer service and they were easy to reach and very helpful. I'm using the system connected to my wi-fi, and the reception is excellent...crystal clear on local and international calls. It is saving me a lot of money on my phone bill. Really happy with this product!

Got this Ooma for myself and got one for my mom. I had a little setting mine up but after moving the Ooma to another area of the room, I was connected. Customer Service is good and their Tier 2 support was very good. I recommend the Ooma.

My dad is in a assited living place and can't have a landline phone only a WiFi VoiP base system. We heard about Ooma that uses WiFi and that you just pay the taxes(which aren't bad). We connected thru the Assited living place WiFi and there password on the modem and with a few minutes he is able to make and recieve phone calls.

Great alternative to the big landline companies. Saving lotsof $ using the OOMA internet phone service. As long as you have reliable internet service this is a great alternative to the big phone companies--works as well as any landline.

In cutting the cord, I wanted to discontinue my land line that was bundled with my cable. The Ooma is exactly what I needed, and performs perfectly! Sound is clearer than cable, and I kept my old number. Install took about ten easy minutes, and my old number was ported in five days. My only monthly cost is the related taxes, in my area is $7.12. I am very impressed with the Ooma, and recommend it.

Had this item for about a month. Works pretty well for the most part. Several times my fax line came on when answering a call. I now only turn on my printer when I'm using it and haven't had the problem.

I'm really torn. I had to return my Telo Air because on long distance calls I got an echo. In retrospect I don't know if that was my Telo Air or my older cordless phone. Ooma offered to diagnose but I had to return it before the Best Buy return by date expired.

Ooma support is kinda good. Friendly people that are polite and really try hard. Hard trouble getting men to connect to my WiFi but they stuck with it and figured it out after maybe 2days. Ooma has a Dashboard website that is neat and convenient and actually I think this is well thought out. If I had more time to test the system, I would have stuck it out. I may try again.

Although wireless operation is a feature, I opted for wired ethernet connection. So far I have had no issues with the device or service.

The phone works great and we love the “Block” feature that enables you to block calls from solicitors.

Easy to read displays, esp the base station. Clear voice, works great with my older Moto Z phone. Love the talking caller id, text alerts, and call block. Only downsides are, elderly father cannot understand the talking caller ID words, and it's not Loud enough in the ear pieces...volume is not as loud as my older Panny cordless phones. Speaker phone could be a little louder also, but it's ok that's what he uses.

Had to purchase this last minute since a storm took out our prior phone. The prior one was Panasonic and it was good for 10 years so I chose this one --and it was in stock at the store. I wish the store had had the 3 handset model. I've been reading the book while the handsets charge, and notice that there is a range extender available to buy as an option. We live in an old house with dead spots, and may look into the extender.

Most of the set up is fairly intuitive. I wish there was an index in the booklet, lots of excess stuff regarding including cell phones and blue tooth which we won't use, but if you are so inclined it is there.

I'm a fan of Panasonic phones -- it was time to replace the set we bought 15 years ago, which really could have kept working, but we wanted something to make the robocalls manageable. So looked for something more up to date in the same line. Still running things through the paces, but everything works just as well as we expected, so glad to have a stuck with this product line.

Good phone package if you need a landline. This package offers the convenience of having two wireless phones, but also a wired handset on the main console which is great for never running out of battery power on a call.

Everything I wanted in a "Senior" landline phone system. Large BACKLIT displays, great battery life on the remotes, talking "Caller ID" all around. I shopped online for this feature set, but hey BEST BUY was and more often than not, usually is the answer. Great Product, Best Buy!

It was great to get a phone with the answering as part of it, just like the one I was replacing. It's a nice size and fits perfectly in the spot where my old phone was. Setting it up went smoothly and everything is working fine.

Great device for stopping all robo calls, telemarketers, charity/political calls, and scammers. Best on market. Can say same for customer service at Summerville Best Buy store. Management at headquarters has cut staffing so far there is almost no one to help. I have to ask 2 or 3 times before I get help. This is how all big box stores go out of business. Not customer oriented at all. Not just this store either.

Our offer was due for a phone upgrade so we stepped up to this ATT setup. It has done what's required of it with no major issues during setup. Phone quality seems to be crisp and features are easy to use. We have not found any glaring issues or stubborn features on this phone system. It'll get the job done for you!

This was a gift for my 83 year old mother and she was still using a standard wall phone from 2004. So she not really tech savvy but I’m pleased to say that many of the features about this system were easy for her and solved many of the issues she had, as well as, she did enjoy the newer options and the flexibility to move the expansion headsets around her house without all the wires, so far so good!

The AT&T Phone System worked very well blocking Robo calls, but it was somewhat complicated for us 77 years old folks. It blocked a very important call from our financial company and we didn't know how to program the system not to block these kinds of automated calls. I am sure it is possible to do this, but as I said we are just too old for us OLD Folks !!

Lot of reading the manual AND having to call the AT&T help line to understand some features of the phone. Was happy that the help line was actually very helpful. I was not happy at all that the Best Buy salesman persuaded me to pay additional money to purchase a 2 year warrant as he said that if I did not - I would not have nay warranty. Once I got home and read the instructions, I found the phone has a 1 year warranty. So I wasted money.

Got this phone for my 95 year old mom as she needed a hard wired phone for her apartment. And she also needed a portable phone to move around in her apartment. This two phone set provides both of those features and rings loud enough for her to hear the ring. She loves it and I highly recommend.

The digital answering machine worked as expected. Easy to set up. Easy to use. Sound quality could be a little better, but for the very low price the sound was adequate. Playing messages back at lower volume helps the sound quality. Messages left from land lines appeared to sound better than messages from cell phones.

This answering machine is loud and clear. It is easy to operate. you can turn the volume up and hear it in other rooms if need be. It does exactly what I want it to do. No complaints.

Finally had enough of the harassing calls and robo calls. They can talk to the machine. The number of calls has been cut in half after just 3 weeks. Phone only rings 3 or 4 times a day instead of 8 or more times. Hopefully in time I will only get legitamate calls for me. So far they just hang up.

I ordered the AT&T 1740 Digital Answering Machine to replace the Model 1710 that I had used for many, many years. I think the old one was fried by a power surge or something and died. I find the 1740 to be a reliable machine, clear sound, and gives date and time whereas my old one didn’t. It also doesn’t leave a blank space when robocalls come in, that I later have to delete.

Great way not to miss your calls...even in today's cell phone era!

Performs task I want, just take a message. I like the little blinking numbers when there are messages. I like being able to hear who is calling before I answer the phone.

I did not want a machine attached to a phone nor one that was programmed to perform tasks I absolutely never want.

It is replacing a machine I had for 30 years that was very reliable.

I hope this will last beyond its warranty!

Mostly very satisfied, except with the volume set at zero, we could still hear an incoming message. Otherwise, it is exactly what we wanted.

I have used this item and have lot of good results

ystem did not work with our 4 line 2 plug setup in our small office.

I tried splitters and plugging through numerous different ways but could not get it to work.

Line access was affected when third phone plugged almost as if the system expected each phone to have its own line, even when registered to the deskset.

Beware you only have 2 weeks from delivery to send back.

We were looking for something simple and this unit gave us everything we needed

1 year after purchase. Bought 1 extension unit and 1 handheld unit to go with the main base unit, for a small home office environment. All components work well, except the headset jack on both the base unit and extension is flaky and does not fit any jack we have purchased, so it is not useful at all.

Learning to use them has been fairly easy. The features are numerous and intuitive. Also, the features for blocking calls have been very good. The speaker function works well especially for people like me who wear hearing aids. The purchase price for the quality and features included in the five phones seemed to be very good compared to other brands.

I purchased this item for my parents who are in their 80's. With this system they can answer their home phone number as well as both of their cellphones from any handset. When they are at home, one device covers three phone numbers. When they go to bed, again one handset covers all three numbers. Also, my mother can receive or make a call on one handset using one of the three numbers, while at the same time my father can receive or make a call on another handset using one of the other numbers. If two handsets are being used with the two cell phones, One of the remaining handsets could be used at the same time to receive or make a call on the home telephone number. Perfect system for them that works perfectly.

I had the same AT&T phones for 25 years then decided to upgrade to this newer model. I am finding it more complicated to use and it will take some getting used to. However, it's auto blocking feature is a great invention and takes most robocalls out of the game for the most part. Some still get through but the vast majority are blocked. You can hear well on it and silence the ringers in the bedroom area to something that is bearable. All in all a good buy that works well.

I purchased these phones at replacement phones for my parents and was surprised that they have a deterrent for scam calls. Basically you put your catch of wanted callers into a directory and they go through automatically with a ring tone of your choice. Other calls ring once and are asked to identify theirself by name which it then gives you the option to accept, add to directory or block. If no name is given the phone system ends the call. My parents are pleased will the reduction in the number of unknown calls they receive. For someone that you want to protect from unwanted harassment or scam calls, this system is ideal.

If you are looking for a phone that prevents robo and scam calls look no further. This system allows you to enter contacts which can dial thru or require callers to identify themselves when calling. We used to get a dozen Rino calls a day now we get none. We also used to get several calls a day for a local pharmacy that had a similar number now we get none. The sound quality isn’t as good as our last set but it’s good enough. But I was in the verge of cancelling our home phones before getting this cordless system due to all of the robo calls we got in a day (these calls still show up in your missed call log but do not ring thru).

I really like this phone system. The recording on the message center is easy for me to understand, I were hearing aids and this system works for my wife and I. I gave it a 4 because I thought that the bases could have been a little larger so you don’t accidentally knock the phone over when trying to pick the phone up off the base.phone

After using for several months I've decided I now have enough information to write a review. While it did take some time to set up and maybe wasn't the most intuitive system, overall I'm very happy with this phone system. The call screening is AWESOME. No more solicitors!!!! Easy enough to add a number to a blocked or allowed list. I haven't really put an effort into the pairing with cell phone thing but I guess if you are looking for a land line phone you might be about as technology savvy as me anyway!

Easy to setup. Nice features. Haven’t learned all the features however instructions are not hard to follow.

Live in a roughly 9000 sq ft home. This handset easily gets a 10/10 rating for its overall awesomeness. Excellent reception & clarity throughout the whole house & even outside on the deck & pool area. Had initially bought a Panasonic phone which I quickly returned due to terrible sound clarity & outrageously poor reception. My first time using a VTech handset which makes me wonder why I had been buying those terrible Panasonic handsets.

I bought these because I found out that Vtech built the ATT&T phones that I'd used previously. However there are some differences! When I first used the phones they kept disconnecting after EXACTLY 15 minutes. I never did figure out what I did but that ceased after the first week. Then I realized that there was no way to change the receiver volume. Another annoyance! The way that the call database is managed has more levels than the previous ATT&T phone system I had - just a lot more keyclicks to do the same basic functions. I'd really just have what my old ATT&T had plus the call blocking function. However - be aware that the spammers are also adapting and keep changing their caller ID numbers.

I don't use the automatic block option, so I can't comment on that. The range for the phone is quite far, although if leaving a handset at a good distance from the base, it is a good idea to either exchange it or bring it close to the bar every few days to reaffirm the connection. I am thrilled with the longevity of the charge on the handsets! They last for days for me on a charge. I am a bit frustrated that I've yet to figure out how to view a scrolling list of the last numbers that I dialed, but that is a mild inconvenience. Overall I am glad that I chose this model.

For your landline committed customers, this combo is a great option. Only rating "good" at this point b/c we haven't explored all of the options with this equipment--which appear to include programming/syncing one or two cell phones into landline "ringing" and reception. This will require that we read the manual!!! AAARGH.

Overall, v good value for price. "Mother" phone (messages) plus three handsets cover our 2500 sq foot home.

So far it has worked great compared to Panasonic model which did not work Well because the recent did not reach other end of house. And this one no problem. Security on this one is great stops all cold callers and robo calls .directions are kind of confusing on how to use and set up but otherwise great phone.

I was looking for another phone system that I can link my mobile phone to like the one I already had. I purchased this phone system because of the features. I like it alright, the only negative is the phones don't stay charged as long as the previous phone system I had.

Accessing the directory takes an additional step of hitting directory key and then entering a letter so you go to the right spot. My older phone was easier sorry to say.

The automatic assignment of the phone answering system is annoying. The option to choose answering system or provider message service should be clearly provided at start up.

We love this phone. It is the best we have ever owned. Yes, we are one of the few who still have a landline but I would definitely recommend this phone as a choice to everyone.

I love these phones. They have a built in answering system that I don't need (easily disabled). Range is great - all around the house, and also covers the front and back yard. Built in speaker is loud, and allows whole family input during this COVID event.

We purchased this phon for my father. He could no longer read the small letters and numbers on his other phone. He loved this phone and especially the speaker phone feature.

This is a really great phone! When someone calls, it rings. When I want to make a call, I get a dial tone. What I like best is it can not be used to take photos, text play games, or surf the web. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to make a phone call.

I really like this phone. Good quality construction, in other words it doesn't feel cheap. So, I feel like its worth the extra money. The main base is well made and so far seems easy to learn the ends and outs of programming it. No complicated installation either, just plug it in and go, well make sure you charge it first. Very clear reception no matter what part of the house you're in. And I really like the speaker phone sound. Really clear. Best phone for the money In my opinion.

Very useful. My mom can't really see and the numbers on the corded phone are big enough for her to see and she loves the fact that it's old school. More relatable to her generation... lol. The old school phone in her room and the cordless in mine.

It is not the easiest system to use, the Uniden that I had before was much more simple to use. However, it does do the job but there are several times do I have to look at the instructions to do what needs to be done. The writing on the main control that covers volume and directory is very very small.

We really like our new phones. Best By cant be beat on there prices and service.

I gave the product 4 stars because we have had the phone set for less than one month and have not used all features. AT&T is typically a very good product for a phone system and so far, we are very happy with the phones and have not had a problem. (We initially purchased a VTech set of four phones but returned it as it was poorly made....very light weight cradle for each phone which tipped over vs standing in cradle and the answering machine unit was very small and also not at all well made or "substantial" .) Recommend purchase of the AT&T set....sturdy and well made. Bonnie

Bought this to replace a unit my cat broke. Honestly, I liked my old one better. It had hard, highly-responsive keys, belt clips on the handsets and an intercom key. This one has stiffer, rubbery keys you have to bear down on more when dialing, no belt clips and you have to cycle through a few options in the menu to use the intercom. Also, my corded phone in the kitchen will ring first, then this system picks it up, so there is a one-ring delay, which is odd. Still, we have adapted to the differences fine and it has proven to be a good, cost-effective replacement wireless system, so we’re happy with it. I have not tried the Blie Tooth connection to my iPhone, as it’s just kind of redundant when I have a handset on each floor. Maybe if I one day decide to finally cut the copper I’ll try it….

I am really enjoying my new VTech phone that I purchased to replace my Panasonic phone.

Pros: Wireless over the head headset, the call block feature, the connect to cell phone feature, ability to use the answering machine included and/or the paid answering service provided by the phone company. The only con to this feature is that there is no indicator light to let you know there is a message waiting if you use the telephone company service. If you use the answering machine that is supplied with the phone, there is an annoying beep that that lets you know there is a message waiting. I believe this feature can be turned off. I like the ability to screen an incoming call when you use the included answering machine feature. Very sleek and modern looking.

I would have given five stars except for the cons: Buttons above the number pad and below the incoming call screen (see photo) on the handsets are not backlit, the wireless earpiece provided is difficult to put on and is uncomfortable, the base for the second phone is very lightweight and is easily knocked over when replacing the phone. I wish there was a way to block an incoming call as it is coming. Otherwise, this is a great phone and I would recommend it to others.

The Good. The styling is clean and contemporary. It was the best looking phone I could find and it had the features I was looking for. Most phones today look like they were styled in the 1970's for Radio Shack.

The audio on the handset, headset, and even the answering machine is clean and clear. Calls can be answered from the headset. Calls have to be initiated from the handset.

What could be better? The product has a cheap flimsy feel to it and the ear clips for the headset do not appear to be very durable. The headset headband is too small for large heads.

The illuminated keypad does not illuminate evenly, which looks cheap. The illuminated display is not very bright and hard to read. The font is too condensed.

The range of the headset is very short and susceptible to interference. The Bluetooth does go through walls very well. For best results, you have to be in the same room with the base station.

The 72 page manual is too long and filed with too much legal boiler plate. The information you actually need can be too hard to find and too confusing.

Otherwise, it could be 5 stars.

I really liked this phone when I purchased it. My intent was to use it for work and the included headset came in handy when I was on long conference calls. The major issue I had is with connecting it to my iPhone. There is a software issue that doesn't allow the phones to connect properly. If the handset rang and I attempted to answer the calI it wouldn't connect. I'd then have to answer on my cell and transfer the call from the cell to the handset. This became very annoying. I contacted the manufacturer who said they were working on resolving the issue. I couldn't risk waiting and potentially being stuck with a phone that doesn't work so I returned it. I now have a Panasonic model which I really like. If you are using this phone with an Android or landline I highly recommend it. It's a great phone but not for my needs.

Very happy with this purchase. Works great. So many features and comes with a wireless headset that comes in handy if I’m doing stuff around the house or doing work from home. Transfer to/from my cell with 1 button. It charges the main phone and earpiece at the same time on the main base. Many other features. I would totally recommend this to friends, family and coworkers.

V Tech has been mu brand of answering machine for over 30 years now. This model has the advantage of allowing me to use the handset for the answering machine in place of using the cell phone.

I would have given it a 10 except the hand set tips over very easy when using it for a speak hands free phone

Good and clear sound, the extra ear piece is fantastic making my daily phone call on hold for extended periods of time, very doable.

My second Vtech phone system. First system still worked at a dozen years old, but was kept together with crazy glue because each handset had been dropped a million times. I am loving the hands free ear piece, but finding the caller I’d window not as readable as the first, and the on off buttons not as well placed. Speaker phone great, and Bluetooth pairing with my mobile phone is an added benefit.

We like the phone set. I would recommend it to others. It's only drawbacks are screen brightness, and I would like to turn the volume up which I don't think can be done - typical requests of an old geezer. No complaints.

I have tried to find a phone that works well being hung on the wall. It’s hard to fine one that you can see all the buttons without having to be 6ft. tall. It’s a great phone, the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because there are too many functions and not really user friendly and easy to figure out. But the call quality is good which is it’s function.

I was looking for a 2-line cordless phone, I know nowadays its all about smartphones but I still have my landline and also a VoIP service. This is perfect for me.

Vtech expandable cordless phone system is a good deal. Works fine and has all the bells and whistles we need. The phones are light and easy to carry with you.

I bought these to substitute my old Vtech phones. They’re pretty much alike, only thing I don’t like is that the sound quality in speakerphone is not that good.

I have had VTech before and i don't know why i changed but i now have them back and they are the most reliable phone on the market right now.

They are nice and easy to program and the sound of the peoples voice is very much clearer then any other phones that i have had in the past.

I have had a different VTech phone for many years, so I wanted to get the same kind due to the familiar controls and settings, and the durability and quality. This phone did not disappoint! I love the three handsets and although the buttons are arranged a little differently that my old phone it has all the features I have come to use and love!

Did some research before purchase and the description of this model is not as stated. My eyes are very bad and description mentioned that the backlight is bright which is false plus it does not have a call block feature. Vtech phones are not like they use to be and I do not recommend this phone.

Need to replace our old phones with the same. Had a little problem installing due to an extra black box with the phone company

Working good all 3 phones and good battery life...

This is the forth Vtech telephone set that I have bought....thi model is lacking some features that I had with the previous model I owned....on an incoming call it does not tell you who is calling;ring tone is poor andhard to read display!!!!!!

Given as a gift to a close friend who doesn’t like Smart Phones. We replaced basically the same system that held up over 20 years. Very well made!

The salesman was very helpful and the product was excellent. The hookup at home was easy for us and we are not electronically informed. I can hear other people on the phone much better than I could with our old phones. I would recommend Best Buy to anyone, friendly and courteous people.

We love how the phone system has blocked unwanted incoming calls. Those that come through must identify the company or themselves.

Wish I have gotten this phone sooner. WONDERFUL for not being bother by all the Robo calls, Spam Risk and anyone else I don’t know calls. Phone doesn’t even ring. Just blinks a light while the phone is doing it’s job. I had my contacts located on my cell phone and just pair it via Bluetooth. Wa La...phone book down loaded. I have no complaints about the quality of the phone. The answering machine is good also.

There is a small learning curb in setting it up for what you are wanting from the machine. Common sense and a little patience will prevail. Has a set up guide to follow. I am 65 years of age.

We bought this home phone system to replace an existing 5-phone system that was at least 10 years old.

The system works fine, but we need security features that weren't available on consumer systems.

The phone system's ability to interact with a spammer or a number that is added by my mother is great. The fact that the phone will determine that the caller is a spammer, and hang up the call without my Mother knowing that anyone dialed her is BIG NEWS!

These are stylish phones and easy setup. However, we are having problems with operations of the phones such as programming of contacts and dialing numbers. Hopefully, we will grasp all of details soon.

The phone system has excellent robo prevention call features, is well made and looks great.

However, the basic set up to dial out menu is too complex and needs revising.

I'm a senior and although this phone is nice I think as far as me and probably other seniors its a very hard phone to set up because the instructions are very hard to understand and I think could be made more simple. I have bought my other phones from Best Buy and All but this set was fine and I could understand the written instructions. I will not mention the other Brand Name but you have my purchase records but you did not have them in stock. although Its probably a great Phone its just complicated to set up and use and It will just take me some time to get used to.

Good quality for the price. The handsets are large and have a light at the top that flashes when it rings...ideal when tring to reach for the phone in a dark room.

I replaced my eleven year old panasonic phone that was exactly like this, since it was starting to fail. So far I am happy with this phone. The only thing I missed was, I thought it had "connect to cell" but it does not. I should have bought the one that is one step up. Not sure if I will be able to buy another land-line phone in 11 years, but if so, I will make sure it has the "connect to cell" feature.

Phones work great. Service was great too. Had the service plan with old phones which broke. I received the new phones with not hassle

One handset screen total is blank with little or no help on how to replace it. Tried to buy new rechargeable batteries at local Best Buy, they do not carry any replacement batteries. Really??!!

Our old Panasonic phones had died after many years and this was a good replacement.

This is a great phone. Several phones in set, so I can put them around the house and down stairs. I get a lot of crap calls and I love the blocking option.

We were tired of junk calls and decided to upgrade to a new phone. Now we can easily block unwanted calls. We're so happy with our purchase!

We now have phones in 5 different areas of our home with the addition of phones purchased from Best Buy.

I just love these phones. Portable and love the charging stations.

On the face of it, this handset is very good as far as audio quality, battery duration during a call and ease of use are concerned. This was, however, purchased as a replacement for the original, which failed (not battery) after a couple of years of very little use. So fingers crossed.

I bought this and it really helps a lot. Get it if you have a chance. Can be used for our home or office.

I have had this main unit for quite a while. Belt clip has broken on one of the handsets. Sound quality is pretty good compared to others I've used.

The phone expansion was easy to do, with a two step process. If call comes thru to someone at another office it is too cumbersome to hold the call and go thru many steps using the intercom for messaging the call to other user.

Good clarity over the entire 5000 sq ft office. Seems to hold a charge.
