This has been seriously so amazing so far! It's idiot proof! And when you use the ap with it) smart things) it takes the guess work out of all the settings! It runs a bit longer than our old washer, but that's because: "The reason that modern clothes washers (and dish washers) have such long cycles is an effort to wash using less water. This conserves both water and energy (because less energy is used to heat less water). ... Modern washers us a small fraction of the water, and much more time to achieve the same result." so just get used to it and give yourself a bit more time. Anywho, the cloths come out FAR CLEANER than our old machine, and it's SUPER SUPER QUIET! worth every penny, the Samsung.

This so far has been a good quality washer. Like the design and easy to use functionality. The sound reduction is amazing. You can't tell if the washer is running if you are in the laundry room. The app that his with the washer makes the option really simple and easy to select. Over all compared to other Maytag and LG washer I used this has been the best.

The Color is beautiful. The pricing was great and Ash in the Mobile Store is excellent

This type of washer is SO much better than a washer that has an agitator. I don't have to worry about my clothes smelling or anything getting molded from the inside. The touch system at the top is much easier to keep clean because I'm not cleaning around a bunch of dials.

I am really happy with my purchase. The machine is large so it holds a lot of laundry. Easy to use and very quiet. I have only had it a month but so far no issues. I really like that it has a quick wash setting and it gives you multiple options for spin speed that you can choose from. Bigger means its taller so be aware, if you are under 5"3 you may need a step stool to stand on to reach the last contents on the very bottom. Still worth it. I recommend the machine.

Love my Samsung washer! I love that it can wash large loads of clothes with no issues! I also love that it seems me notifications thru Snart Thingsto let me know when the clothes are finished being washed and if there are any issues with the washer itself. It actually saved what could've been a very bad situation by letting me know my lines were not connected properly! So happy with my purchase!

This washer is the bomb. It may actually be a bit big for us. I believe our previous one was a 4.7 and this is a 5.2 cu ft. It’s a big drum…. uses more water than our front load which is quite apparent when it drains. It’s quiet and the fast spin doesn’t sound like it’s a jet trying to take off. Love this washer!

This dryer has saved me a lot of hours, as my previous dryer needed to do 3 cycles before the clothes were dry. The Heavy Duty load takes just under an hour, and the standard load takes 40 minutes. I am very happy with this purchase.

We originally were looking at the LG line of Washer & Dryers and ultimately ended up with Samsung after a friend's recommendation (and using theirs for a couple weeks while we were in the process of moving into our new home). Very pleased with the unit and we did not have to wait two weeks (LG had a two-three week wait, could not find them in stock anywhere locally). The steam feature is a fantastic excuse to get rid of the flat iron!!

The Samsung washer is a space save, smaller than the other washer I had...the price was reasonable and I love the color.

I haven’t pulled any clothes that are still damp so that’s a plus. It collects the lint really good. I can’t complain about how it dries my clothes. I didn’t realized that it has a steam dry function in it and it comes with a water splitter and a small rubber water hose (2 or 3 feet). You don’t have to get a new hose if the water dispenser is directly behind the dryer however, if it’s on the side like mine then you need to buy another water hose in order to make it fit.

Have you ever opened your washer or dryer to load/unload your laundry and "whack" it hits your laundry basket? Now you have to close the door and move the basket to avoid hitting it. Or have you ever bent over to reach for your clothes and "snap" sharp pain?

These pedestals will take care of both issues or avoid them if it hasn't happened to you. To add a cherry on top, they also work as storage bins.

I do recommend that you pay for installation because it's very difficult to install under the washer. That washer is heavyyyyyyy! Pheww! Unless you are a bodybuilder or smart enough to do it on your own. It's best if you just use 2 people...FYI.

The pedestals are a must have! Especially if you do not want to bend down to get your clothes out of the W/D. The height with the pedestals added to the units are about 4.75 feet. I measured the W/D before purchasing the pedestals to ensure I still had room. The drawers are deeper than I anticipated which is a welcome delight because I can store the larger sized liquid detergent, bleach and beads (4 bottles) under the washer; and plenty of fabric softener and other stuff. The drawers are quiet; not the flimsy metal or lightweight material some of the pedestals are made of. They are a bit pricey, but quality is important to me and the price was well worth it! You won't be disappointed and I was equally happy with the setup using the GeekSquad (Miguel and a partner). They were in and out within 30 minutes; wearing PPE garments and gloves. It was nice to see them with covered faces I was when I answered the door. Overall, great experience from the purchase; picking them up curbside due to the pandemic and finally the setup.

So worth the money. The height of the pedestals gives my back so much relief. Easy prays to do laundry and transferring clothes from washer to dry. Best investment. Great for storage and extra laundry detergent.

The Sam sung flex is less biller than the other pratap I had for my last washer and dryer..the price was reasonable and I love the color.

Works great, very large capacity. I spilled a drop of liquid soap and it landed on the lettering next to the knob. When I noticed it I went to wipe it off and the lettering started coming off. Its not a decal so Im not sure how it can be fixed.

We moved into our new house 3 years ago. One of the things included was an LG washer and dryer. This included the latest top loading high efficiency washer. We gave up our front loader Whirlpool Duet (great washer BTW) and have regretted it ever since.

Tonight after 3 years of UE codes and infuriating frustration I called enough! I am buying a new washer! I chose this Samsung and was then frustrated to find that washers are now something you order and get later... so I looked deeper and found this open-box available that I could pick up today... so I did. The whole thought started at 5PM and even though I had to drive an hour to pick it up, I had successfully washed the first load by 9PM!

First let me say that the experience with Best Buy with the open box was great. They took me back to examine the washer which was listed as "Satisfactory" but I would rate it a bit higher... I find no defects whatsoever and saved some money on this otherwise brand new washer. I was quite pleased and they bubble wrapped it up and loaded it onto our truck. Once home it was not long before we had it installed and started the first load.

Then 45 minutes later it FINSHED! For those out there with experience with the UE code... this is almost like a Christmas miracle! But it was more than that, because it brought back all of the good memories of the front loader. It spins up to a high speed, and it is so quiet. The clothes are nearly dry at the end. There was no vibration and everything went as hoped... it works perfectly! It looks great, the touch controls are simple, and it does the job it is intended to do, elegantly.

I have attached a picture of the new Samsung in place, and also attached a picture of the LG which the elves are helping to take away forever!

I so look forward to actually completing loads of laundry! The days of the 5-hour load are OVER!

This washer and matching dryer are great. They have very sensitive touch buttons and give a lot of options for different clothing. The champagne color is a bonus.

I needed to replace both washer and dryer on short notice. John the manager at the Holmdel store was phenomenal! John and his team helped me get the best washer and dryer in a very short time frame. They went above and beyond to help me. I will choose Best Buy for my appliances in the future!

My in-laws had this machine for a couple of years, so when it came time to buy one for myself, I went ahead and got the same machine. Reliable and handles big loads.

My wife says it is the most elegant thing we own, and it should be in the living room instead of the garage!

Washes my white comforters in one wash but alittle tough on smaller blankets. This washer has multiple settings so I can adjust the wash time.

The Samsung washer is our first front load unit ever. We are so impressed with the ease of use. Im happy.

Scratches VERY easily!!!!!!!!!

First day we had it we found scratches on it and exchange it. With the first day or two of having the replacement unit we had the scratches in the pictures on it after telling everyone not to put anything on it. We think a laundry basket causes the scratches as that was the only thing anyone put on the dryer prior to finding the scratches on the replacement unit. Wish they would put some clear protective layer on them to help prevent scratches. I have a brand new washer and dryer set we hope to have for around 10yrs with scratches on them both (washer not as bad)

The washer cleans great. It is also quiet when spinning. The capacity is very large and I can reach the bottom of the drum.

We have had our new Samsung washer for about a month now and it is awesome. I love the different cycle options, the steam cycle, and the deep washer basin for my larger comforters. The instruction manual even has a great illustration of how to fold your large comforters to wash them correctly so they do not cause an inbalance in the drum. If you are short like I am reaching the bottom of this unit can be tricky, but I just have a handy tool nearby to help reach any items that are out of my reach. Overall it is a wonderful washer and my clothes smell amazing! My old washer left a strong smell of mildew in our clothes no matter what we did and this washer has removed that smell from all the towels and clothes. Super impressed.

The machine is pretty, clothes are clean, nice and quiet. I thought there would be more of a learning curve, but it is quite easy to use. No quirks to complain about, I am happy.

I never thought I would brag about the appearance of my washer, but here I am. It is a great machine and does more than I can dream of. Takes a little getting use to coming from my old washer as far as technology goes but there’s ton of videos about it online.

I’m a huge geek and I so love this washer and dryer we purchased. They needed to be stacked to

fit great inside our closet that previously housed our 15 year old washer dryer combo unit we had. We took the door off the closet to accommodate them, but they look beautiful and match nicely with the surrounding kitchen. These units connect to WiFi and let you know the progress of your loads and you can control them via your phone. They also talk to each other, and will default the drying cycle to match the laundry. It does take some getting used to after you’ve had the old and very traditional style washing machines. For one, these use such little water, so you’re not used to seeing your clothes being cleaned with what looks like a machine operating in error. These machines are also smart, so they adjust times automatically based on the weight of the clothes inside. Maintenance is a must also, you need to keep the water filter clean, as it will quickly collect everything from lint, to dog hair and misc crap. We clean ours once a month since we have three dogs. The units are also incredibly quiet! They don’t make all the noise our old units made and we certainly love the chimes when cycles are done instead of a harsh buzzer. I would also suggest people run the calibration routine when they get the unit... this is not the same as the self cleaning cycle which the installer will often run. The calibrate mode weighs the drum when it’s empty so it knows how much clothes you’ve put in. So love these units, it just takes a while to get used to the new way of doing clothes.

Needed to replace a broken washer and didn't want to purchase a new one. My older Samsung washer needed $400 in new parts so I was not sure what to do. I didn't want to fix this washer and it having a unforeseen issue after repairing it. For $300 dollars more I ended up getting a new washer instead. So far so good. I was glad that I could still use my existing pedestal for my 2008 or 2009 Samsung washer. I just had to make a small cut on the plastic spacer to have it fit perfectly. No need to buy another pedestal costing $400+.

My husband and I are loving every moment with our new laundry pair! (washer and dryer ). It is so convenient for us. No more trips to the laundromat. FINALLY!!!

Love this washer. Only complaint is that for people who have back problems or hate arching up and down while doing laundry then maybe a front load washer isnt for you. I love that this washer can be hooked up to the Smart things app and notifies me of when my laundry is done and when the washer needd to be cleaned. It also has many different washing settings

This Samsung dryer and it's maching washing machine were exactly what we were looking for! The smart function are good at letting you know when the cycle is complete by notification on your smartphone. We were surprised that we could get "smart" machines within our price range. We love using them, and how nice they look in our home. Good Job Samsung!

Clothes clean all I can say bout the machine not bad

We have had our dryer for one month now. It is awesome. The steam feature is my favorite. It has a wrinkle release and a refresh cycle that are awesome. No more throwing a wet towel or rag into the dryer to refresh a wrinkled shirt. The drying rack is awesome as well for drying wet shoes or other items you should not have rolling around in the dryer. There are a lot of great cycle options and it plays a cute little jingle when the drying cycle is done. The dryer even has a vent sensor that will tell you if your ventilation system is blocked. Love it all.

Honestly I was a little hesitant to buy a Samsung because I grew up on whirlpool and GE products. But I’m SO happy with my purchase, the dryer is sleek looking... quiet and has yet to cause me to dry anything a second time. I’m extremely happy with my purchase.

Side note: I did pay to have my washer and dryer installed because I have a newborn. This is something I would normally do on my own. BUT - the guys from the geek squad were more than amazing. They walked me through the specks, so I don’t feel like I can’t use every feature.

Exactly what we wanted. Something quiet but that also got the job done. The color is perfect too in our new home. This thing is huge compared to our last one as far as how much you can put in it. It also has a shoe/ drying rack that you can use which is pretty cool. No complaints here !

I am very happy with the dryer and the added features I hadn't read about were a nice surprise too. It has a dryer duct test, not sure if that is actually new but for me it is. It was nice knowing my vent line was set up correctly under my house. I was replacing an old front load dryer which took forever to dry cloths. It was also nice being able to dry a full load at once and not splitting it down.

Great product at a great price!!! But there are a few things i’d like to share to avoid problems:

1) make sure you level the washer

2) make sure you run the calibration procedure in the owners manual. This is done by pushing the temp and Delay End button simultaneously for 3 seconds, then press and hold the start button.

3) many owners of this washer do not realize that you can stop this washer once it starts. This was the most common complaint in the reviews. If you need to stop and unlock the lid so you can balance the load or add more clothes, just push the “Start” button. I encourage Samsung to label the button “Start/Stop” so more people can figure this out.

I am thrilled with this Samsung washer and with the service from Best Buy. From the sales dept. to the delivery team (Geek Squad) I received outstanding support. I also love the 5 year warranty from Best Buy!!! I highly recommend you purchase the “Total Tech Support” from Best Buy. You get a 20% Discount on any warranties you purchase and lots of other benefits like free haul-away of your old washer, not to mention outstanding support for all your computers. Installation fees are discounted even more with Total Tech Support. It cost about $200 a year but since it covers your whole family, it will pay for itself in short order. My daughter in college saved $200 on a wall mounted TV install the first day i purchased it. She also got her laptop tuned up and got Web Root antivirus for free…

I highly recommend everyone read the owners manual, or at least read this review and follow the 3 suggestions above.

I was in love with this in the store and I was so excited to see it on sale. My favorite feature about this wash machine is that you don't have that tall pole that agitates the clothes and then your clothes end up entangled around it after it's done. It has this great feature on the bottom that really agitates your clothes well. Some other great features is that it senses the weight and will wiggle around the clothes before starting to get every thing all even. Additionally, it senses how much water to use for each load. When it's done, it sings to you. p.s. I love the glass top feature because I can go in and see the latest cycle on how it's doing. Really nice wash machine.

I just got mine's had to get used to it because I've been using the old school For years. Upgrade it lovin it. Quick question, there's a port in the back for a ,looks like a phone or something els?

We have had our washer for a few weeks now and we really like it. I can't get over how much room is in side of it even after loading it up with a large blanket or towels. It does take a lot longer to cycle through a load than our old fashioned agitator one we used to have, but it's quiet and does the job. I hope with all the new fangled electronics associated with it we'll get many years of use out of it before anything goes wrong.

My washer took a poo so I had to get a new one quick! So far I love this washer! It's huge and makes pretty music when the loads are done. I ordered it and I believe it was ready anout 2 days later and When it was they messaged me and I came to pick it up!

I love Samsung products. I’ve never had an issue. I love the slim design and no middle agitator makes it easy to wash big loads or bedding.

Had to leave my older Samsung washer behind when I moved, but this one has been just as good. I had the stainless steel one but the white in an all white laundry room looks great!

Overall pleased; delivery team was great! Handled with care, cared about what they were doing...unfortunately before unloading it was noticed that there were two decent size dents on both lower sides towards the back of the dryer; as if something hit it and pushed the other side into something else; that made it a little difficult to stack, with the stacking kit; but it was achievable. Behind the washer plexiglass there appears to be a factory defect, some sort of line crease that is more of a visual disappointment then something that would fail functionally.

The units themselves appear to be working and do a great job; I highly recommend both washer and dryer. Dents happen; unfortunately but they do.

I honestly prefer my 11 yo Samsung set over these, unfortunately those stopped working. The washer locks and you can’t open the washer unless you turn the machine back on. It also dings constantly once you open the washer unless you turn it off. The dryer has a light on it that when you leave it open won’t turn off. The pedestals aren’t metal anymore they are a type of plastic. The washer lip also catches my kids socks and are soaking wet when you get them out. The dryer came damaged and Best Buy did a great job reordering and replacing it. Customer service was great. I hope that these last as long as my previous set.

I have been a Samsung customer for the past 15 years, from phones, tv's and appliances , this dryer is a great buy except for one thing. The temperature sensor is very innacurate. Sometimes the drying cycle finishes early and the dryer shuts off thinking the clothes are dry when they are not. There is no way of turning that off, so when I'm drying a blanket or something heavier I have to keep restarting the dryer.

So far so good. The jingle at the end is a bit long. I was expecting silence but it makes normal washer/dryer noises. Also, when stacked, it does shake a touch. Otherwise. We’re super happy with our purchase!

We purchased the matching set. So far I have nothing but praise. I believe the dryer takes a little more to learn as you use. Sometimes my clothes aren't quite dry all the way. But its a few minutes more while I fold those that are.

After many reviews, questions, testimonies from friends we decided to purchase Samsung’s product.

LG’s product had slightly better reviews on Consumer Reports, but these units are currently being built in the US, so therefore are priced slightly better than other Asian product without the tariffs.

Both companies had really good reviews and fewer bad reviews. I have to admit the bad ones were bad. Almost not wanting you to purchase anything.

Even the higher priced units will all Bells and whistles and way too many programs had just as crappy negative reviews.

So it really doesn’t matter how much you spend. These were in-the middle and looked awesome.

One drawback is on the front end loaders there’s lots of plastic on top, so you must be careful not to damage by the things you put on top. As opposed to the top loaders that have more metal

On top.

We chose the front end over the top loaders because of the quality of wash. These guys wash really well and better in my opinion.

Last set we had, did not have the pedestals and that kind of stunk having to bend down low all the time to get in and out. The Samsung ones cost $139 each opposed to the LG ones at $249 each. So therefore right there save $200.

Also was able to participate in 24 months interest free financing with free delivery which was a plus. Also I chose to purchase the 5 year extended warranty just Incase any of the negative reviews are true I’m covered for $4-5 a month so it took the guess work out of it for me.

Delivery went real smooth and they hauled away my old units for less than $50.

Make Sure you have the installers go through a full wash cycle on a high spin a cycle before they leave to make sure it’s truly it’s balanced. Mine didn’t and are coming back out to do a reinstall.

Love Best Buy, their salespeople at Pacific and the overall process. I’d Highly Recommended to anyone. Just do your homework as your gonna spend on the low side $1000 and on the high side $3000 where as I was in the middle at 2k.

It’s substantial enough to make the right decision for your home so that you don’t have any issues. Today unfortunately the lifespan of these washers tend to be 6-8 yrs or so. Definitely not built like the older ones.

This is the quietest washer we have ever had, which is wonderful! The tub is very large and helps cut down on the number of loads we need to do. Still getting familiar with the electronics, but all in all I think we have most issues figured out.

Love my dryer, only problem when it thinks clothes are dry they might not be. And will keep stopping.

Tons of settings. See through door and drum light are a huge plus. I happen to have a Samsung galaxy note 9 so the wifi connection is another bonus.

I purchased a new Samsung dryer and I love it. It is very quiet and I love the new touch control its so delicate. It dries faster and my dress pants don't need to be ironed. What a time saver.

Purchased the 10 cycle version and then decided to upgrade to this 12cycle dryer for the additional $50 you get 2 more options plus wi-fi operation. So far so good. Sales person (William at Gurnee store) was fantastic. He took care of all my questions and order changes without “batting an eyelash”!

Delivery got pushed out a week as a result of my changes but now that it is installed it works great. Still haven’t figured out how to get the wi-fi working though. Could use more help from setup guys explaining the functions. Delivered with some minor dents on the side - called BB and they knocked off over $100! Sweet! Very pleased with sales and service.

Recommend Samsung appliances to anyone looking. Stay AWAY from Maytag products. Since being bought out they are junk!

I was a bit reluctant as this was an open boxed item, even though it was rated “open box excellent,” I’d never purchased open box anything before. However, not a single scratch or dent on it, which not only surprised, but also impressed me. The dryer operates amazingly…dries quickly on every setting I’ve used thus far, impressively quiet and oh so many drying options/features. There’s no way you’ll ever have wrinkled clothing again, as the steam and refresh options compete with an Iron. Highly recommended purchase.

Excellent Dryer, Fingerprint Resistant Black Stainless Steel is beautiful, So far Dryer working above expectation Digital control amazing. We also with the dryer installed a brand new washing machine also Fingerprint Resistant Black Stainless Steel that complement the quality of the equipment in our Laundry Room. Need to mention that each one are on the pedestal that is available and is very helpful for storage and improving the height of the wash and dryer for confort while doing the laundry

The dryer works great, but the only problem I have is with a king size comforter. When I ball up the comforter, the outside will get dry and the dryer will say the cycle is complete. I guess the dry auto-sense thinks that the comforter is dry when its only dry on the outside and still damp on the inside

Love love love this dryer!!!! The wrinkle free cycle is amazing. I used to iron everything. This cycle has retired my iron.

Ales personnat thenstore was very kind as she seemed a little new. This has no bearing on her however it does with the delivery of wrong steam kit I paid and was owed. The cheaper version was delivered and the guys were gone before i noticed. The call in procedure is cumbersome and not customer friendly at all. Ive eaten the cost of purchasing this more expensive kit based on the length of the hoses i needed for it yet got the short version which didnt fit. I had to drive an extra 45 minutes to get our dryer running that evening which we needed.

So far so good! Working as is should and drying my things really fast!

Purchased this Samsung gas dryer to go along with the Samsung washer I had purchased, and I am well pleased with the many features of the dryer and the overall performance. The dryer was competitively priced and Best Buy made everything simple as they always do from ordering on-line to delivery, hook-up, and haul away of the old unit.

The Samsung 7.4 Cu. Ft. Gas Dryer is excellent, but the

delivery service and Geek Squad/Pacifica setup is very poor because we got delayed 2 weeks on the delivery and had to hire a plumber to set it up because the setup person looked for every excuse to not set it up before Christmas.

Received these beauties today after waiting 30 days for them… love the look, no complaints

The dryer is amazing and makes doing laundry actually fun. We put it to the test to dry our comforter and it did an amazing job.

Both units were scratched when they delivered and installed, they replaced the washer but the second dry was dented at the warehouse . So I’ve been waiting 2 months and still haven’t got my complete set. They said it wouldn’t be until June

A little louder then expected but good overall. Color is beautiful. Adjusts to size loud without hassle.

Looks good and overall works well. Only complaint is that you need to rinse more than once to get some detergent off of the clothes. This is noticeable if air-drying darker clothes.

The dryer dries fast and is quiet. The one complaint I have is the Eco dry turns on automatically on normal dry, this will not put out alot of heat, you have to make sure you shut it off. The dryer has a stainless steel drum and a dry rack! I really like it all my blankets dry all the way through.

We sprung for this beautiful gas dryer. We installed it ourselves and it was super simple! The dryer is huge and dries bulky bedding very well. It is quiet when operating.

The door hinges and latch were switched to open right to left. The champagne color is lovely.

I love my new Samsung gas dryer it replaced an old Whirlpool that was 14 years old I hope this one last as long or longer I love the color The best part is that Best Buy price matched their own price It went on sale shortly after I purchased and they gave me the price adjustment, all I had to do was ask.

Last year I bought a Samsung impeller washer that looks identical to this one. It's basically a top load washer with no agitator that just spins your clothes into each other. Because it uses virtually no water, my clothes weren't even getting wet so after a year of frustration, I took a chance and bought this one in hopes that it performed better.

It did not.

It's the same washing machine I bought a year ago with a stick in the middle. No difference. It makes the same impeller motions, it uses the same half inch of water, and parts of my clothes don't even get wet. The agitator is a joke and doesn't agitate anything. It makes the same motions, takes the same time, and has the same quality clean as an impeller, which means it's inconsistent and cloths are still not getting wet, let alone cleaned.

What irritates me the most is that Samsung makes big on the whole agitator thing in its marketing materials for this machine. It literally wouldn't change anything if the agitator weren't there. Trust me, I own the non agitator version too. It's the same noise, the same motion, the same everything.

When you use an impeller washer, there's a plate on the bottom of the machine that rotates one direction and the drum rotates the other way. It uses this motion to swoosh the water around.

With an agitator, the agitator is supposed to be the driving force that cleans your clothes.

This washer with the agitator, it works the exact same way and is literally 0% more effective at getting my dry clothes to the bottom where the tiny puddle of water is. The agitator doesn't agitate, it just gently rotates for 2 hours. The same clothes are on top from the start of the wash to the end of it.

Samsung, this is not an agitator washer. It does not operate or perform like one. It's an impeller washer with a stick in the middle and it's just as bad as the impeller one with no notable difference in performance. I wanted an agitator that agitates, not one that just spins lightly. I need my clothes clean, not lightly caressed.

Do not recommend. If you want a real agitator that actually agitates, you want a different washer.

Moved into a new built house in April. Had GE Washer/Dryer delivered. Washer only lasted 5 months and they could not fix.

We have the Samsung family hub fridge in the new house (had it in the old house and loved it) and the range the contractor put in the new house was Samsung. Took a chance on this washer.

WOW, that doesn't cover how amazing this washer is. Clean aesthetics, integrates with our other products via WIFI and is so quiet. I used to think that towels in the spin cycle were supposed to be of balanced now and then. Not with this machine. It will spin and stop several times in the beginning to center and balance, and believe that there is some counter weight engineering that changes on the fly.

It has the pre soak nozzle under the lid, that is great for those of us that didn't get a sink in the laundry room. Clothes come out super dry, don't need much from the dryer.

Unfortunately, we could not get the dryer from BB (back-ordered) so we ordered from Home Depot. Hopefully they will be as GREAT as BB has been. So far in this new home, BB has delivered and set up Samsung TV, Fridge, Dishwasher, and now Washer.

When laundry is done, I get a message (optional) on the Samsung TV, Fridge, and my new Ipad. Love the tech.

Beautiful Washer. I love Samsung products /appliances & TV, because I connect my phone and operate them remotely. This washer is big with many great features. The Champagne color is pretty. Bedt part was the price! Best Buy was true! A $1049 washer was on sale for $749!!! Then the new warranty that covered free install, haul & delivery besides extended warranty.

Exactly what I was looking for. Haven’t owned long enough to give a thorough review. Will let you know in the future.

Exactly as shown and noted in reviews. Simply add detergent, softener and bleach. Washer does the rest.
