I love all samsung notes, however the note 20 ultra is just so awesome because of rhe dual slots. Thats only 1 of my fav part of this phone

The customer service person went the extra mile to look in the back room to find the phone I wanted. Because on the floor it was displayed none left in the store.

Samsung Note 20 ultra is a nice phone, big screen I love the vibrant of the colors and having the pen inside the phone is a plus

Love my Samsung Galaxy note 20 Ultra. My little PC so much i can do with it. I ESPECIALLY LOVE PLAYING GTA V on it and being able to connect my xbox controller Bluetooth. Most of my mobile devices have been Galaxy Notes... never a let down and so dependable.

I preordered the phone on the 13th of Febuary and got it yesterday. Rather than review it after 5 minutes of use I am wrting this after 24 hours so can get a real idea of the phone not some fanboi review.

Out of the box the first thing is its a big phone but I bought it knowing it was going to be tablet sized in length. Transfering all my data from my S8+ was simple with samsungs smart switch and took no more than 10 minutes. This has been the easiet transfer of all my data and contacts plus apps Ive ever had well done to Samsung for making this easy as I always worry about that. The built in charger although not the 45w charger does chare the phone quickly its a shame the Ultra didnt come with thie faster charger as standard but at least I get the buds+ as a gift for preordering the phone.

Screen is beautiful and the phone is very smooth even in 60hz mode. The camera which is Samsungs main selling point is impressive compiring it to the s8+ but as Im in TV and work in cameras and lighting Im disserpointed that the quality of the 108MP isnt slightly better. There is a lot of work Samsung need to do on the algorytums to sort out some of the issues Ive found with it. Im not sure who Samsung use as a test bed for the phone but if its your general youtuber cameraman or instagram influenser maybe its time for Samsung to start talking to actual camera engineers and High end users as this really is a disapointment. Colour renditon of the cameras is a little flat and putting it through a vectorscope shows where the issues are. If Samsung want to contact me I will give them some data Ive recorded. Having said that the camera is a massive upgrade from the s8+ and I like the fact there is a pro video mode which I will explore more.

This phone comes with dozens of unremovable apps that duplicate the Google-provided ones (but worse). Most can't be disabled, many have invasive permissions that also can't be disabled, and some even have ads. Sometimes after an update, everything gets re-enabled.

To reiterate: THIS $1000+ PHONE COMES PRELOADED WITH UNREMOVABLE, AD-FILLED, PRIVACY-INVADING APPS.

Absolutely unacceptable. The only redeeming qualities are the nice camera and stylus.

Love this!! Everything about it is awesome, especially with Best Buy having better deals than ATT. Great pictures, great everything literally, I've been having a blast since I upgraded from my iPhone 6s plus.

OMG!! I love this phone. It's my 5th galaxy phone. It does everything that the advertisement says it's suppose to do. Some of the reviews said that the fingerprint is hard to use with a phone protector, but I have not had an issue with it at all. It's the best phone that I have ever purchased, by far. I was going to upgrade to an S10 but decided that I might as well get the Note 20 Ulta. So glad I did. I'm happy that I got it at Best Buy because their customer has been great, especially answering questions regarding this phone. I only do reviews if I've had bad experiences, but I had to do this one because I am so pleased and happy with my phone. If you're having a had time deciding, just do it. You'll be glad you did. It's really worth it!!!

I love big phones and the note 20 ultra has that along with gorilla glass (victous)

The stylus is excellent as well as the brightness of the best screen on any phone.

Obviously the specs say its the mac daddy but after you use it you realize it real quick. I moved from the Note 10+ to this primarily for the camera and 5g(that my area doesn't have yet). Love the phone but I loved the Note 10+ too. Other than the camera, I really don't see a difference. I'm sure a technical person could but I can't. I hate that the model isnt 256gb though, seem like a no brainer but I guess they saved a few buck by not doing it. With that said, Note 10+ is a mac daddy on a budget, and this is the mac daddy if you're not.

This is the 1st time me owning a Samsung phone previously I own a LG which was OK but compared to the Samsung song there is no comparison I really love this phone I love the ease in this about it

So, I already had a Samsung s10 plus from 2019 and I really needed a Note phone, I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on another phone. So, the Note 20 5G is almost exactly what the doctor ordered, it has everything i need for my mobile photo editing and productivity. The only thing that I don’t like about the phone is that it doesn’t have a slot for a microsd card, but it has 128gb internal storage. It’s all good. Overall i love this phone. And it just got updated to android 11 android 11 just made this phone even better that it already was.

I like the Samsung - Galaxy Note 20 5G 128 GB. It seem familiar having previously owned an S10. I didn't have a big learning curve this time around and could pretty much just use it right away. That was the thing holding me back from upgrading. The fear of having to invest a lot of time in figuring out how to use the features.

Bought as a gift for my 12 yo. No issues nearly a year in. Dropped frequently, other than a cracked screen, it's doing well. Amazing photos. I dont think its ever died (run out of battery) even with heavy messaging/social media use.

I don't think I will ever do the switch to the iPhone but I did switch to the note from the galaxy and I love it. The size took a little getting used to but this is a great phone. I wish Samsung didn't remove the external memory feature but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they will eventually bring it back.

I've been a loyal Samsung Note customer for years and continue to love the phone. It was easy ordering it on line. Setting it up took a little time, but it got done. I was able to upgrade and keep my monthly fee the same!

Technology in flagship phones has platued. This Note 20 Ultra and the Z Fold 2 are probably the best flagship phones available in 2020. I have always liked the note series due to the powerhouse specs and option to use the s pen however due to the recall with the note 7 battery issues I kind of got on the Galaxy S series cycle. The last year and a half I have been using the S10+ Ceramic version. No phone since then has been compelling enough to want to upgrade until now.

Reasons most people might want to upgrade to this phone:

- You have large hands or don't mind using two hands for your phone.

- You are using a phone older than 2 years and want to upgrade to the latest and greatest.

Reasons you may not want to upgrade

- You do not like large phones and prefer something more manageable for one handed use.

- You have a note 10 or Galaxy S20+ in which case this will not seem like a drastic upgrade technology wise.

Reasons I like the note 20+ include:

- Beautiful vibrant screen with minimal front bezels.

- Expandable storage for micro sd card simply plug and play from my S10+

- Design and color combinations. This is probably the best looking Samsung phone to date.

- S pen (I like the instant screen write feature to take a quick note if needed and the softwares ability to select and convert any text on screen)

- Camera and photo quality is excellent.

Minor complaints or things that could be better

- Battery life is good enough for me and I have wireless chargers everywhere. Some power users might be disappointed but I can get through a full day for my use.

- Camera bump is large. Design wise it looks good but I don't like to uses cases and this phone just needs a case to level the camera bump out. I went with a clear tpu kickstand version that works out pretty well.

- Stylus location switched sides and rocker buttons moved all to the right side. I am getting used to both changes now however its still a change when you are used to it always being opposite on other samsung note and galaxy s phones.

- Stereo sound is loud and good enough but shrinking the bezels and ear piece speaker opening is a trade off for the amazing screen to body ratio. Boomsound from the old HTC phones were the best.

In short this is an amazing quality Samsung phone. Price is a little steep if you don't have a trade in or some other deal and you are buying it a full price.

If you have the $ and want the best current android phone option that has expandable storage then this is the phone to get!

If you really have the money and want the best wow factor bleeding edge technology phone and do not need expandable storage then go with the Z Fold 2.

If you want a really good android phone without breaking the bank, then there are plenty less expensive options that have been released over the last year or so including the Note 10+

Got the Note20 Ultra. The sales rep was very knowledgeable about Samsung phones. We are very pleased with our new Note20's. It does everything that we wanted and more. Plus best buy had the best price.

Fantastic cameras, great screen, S Pen. Apps...

The cameras a supremely capable. The variable zoom shots of the Moon were amazing, if you've ever tried to take pics of the Moon with your phone, you know what I mean.

That splotchy small disk, is Mars. On a cell phone camera. Hand held. At an airport.

The picture of the features of the 30th Street Station in Philly shows great balance and detail.

My wife love it . Galaxy note it’s a great phone with the pen is so easy to work

The only good thing about this phone is the fact that it still has the microSD expansion slot. Other than that the phone is very mediocre. Camera is OK. The phone was glitching the first day that I had it. As far as the 5G speeds, I think I seen that once. I went back to my iPhone ex S max. Soon as I did I ran a speed test in there I had it! More than 130 megs of speed. The note felt good in my hand. The screen quality seemed really good besides the glitching. The 120 Hz that is advertised seems like it works just parts of the time. Like when I close all the apps and restart the phone. After about 15 minutes it starts to look like it’s around 20 Hz for some reason. Bixby did not work as I thought it would after all of these years of having the bugs ironed out. Voice texting, and calling features were mediocre at best. Samsung is going downhill fast I guess. Back to the iPhone and have pre ordered the 13.

My last Samsung experience was the Note 7, enough said. Flash forward a couple years. I like the Note 20 Ultra. The build quality is very impressive, the processor and ram together are very fast. The screen is Huge and very accurate color replication. Samsung is known for over saturation from time to time. I have had the phone for about a week and have really enjoyed the functionalities of it. The camera is amazing attached are some shots of the moon. Battery life is incredible, call and audio quality are very good and clear. Especially with this phone being on sale you can't go wrong with this. Make sure you get a good case and screen protector as the phone is all glass. Thanks Samsung you guys did an amazing job with the Note 20 Ultra.

The Note 20 Ultra is probably the best Note that I have had since the Note line was released. I have had the Note since the Note 2 and though some features are missing ( or maybe not discovered yet) that I am used to, such as the pop up screen/ multitasking feature I am definitely impressed.

The pros of this phone are many.

+Great rear camera, I mean out of this world great! Wonderfuldetail, clarity and sound is crisp.

+Fantastic battery life. I can use the phone all day 6 am to 9 pm on one charge; at 9pm it is on 18%.

+Dolby Atmos is impressive and big sounding. The dual speakers are clear and even slightly bass responsive, but I prefer using headphones or a speaker for sounds.

+The color options are impressive. The mystic bronze is what I chose and I love the color and the look.

+The selfie camera is better. The iPhone 12 actually had the lead for this, but it's not as grainy as it used to be.

+ The inscreen fingerprint scanner is imagination brought to life. I love how it is placed and really responsive. It does mess up time to time, but 90% it works well.

Cons are

-S-pen changed sides. I was used to the pen being on the right hand side. I did not upgrade to the 10, but on the 9 and the previous generations the pen was on the right. But Samsung moved it to the left. A weird con, I know, but for me it is one.

-5G kills the battery quicker. I understand the technology behind 5G, but really, it is sparse. I have changed my setting to 4G LTE and there battery life is much better. See the pro on battery life.

-Finger print scanner works well except when it doesn't. When it doesn't read your fingerprint it can be annoying, however, just reset your phone and it fixes itself. I have made it a habit to reset my phone 3 times a week, because just like a computer, things get a bit hinky if you don't.

-Price. The phone is expensive, but all almost all phones are nowadays. This was by far my most expensive phone ever purchased. But it does seem worth it.

-Good cases are hard to find. iPhone cases and S20 cases are everywhere, but the cases for this phone are fleeting. I look on Amazon for the cases and even there, they are sparse. I have a case that I like, but I be an looking for one that allows the phone color to be seen and still protect it.

Overall I feel as though if you are a power user, then this is the phone for you. I have little disdain for the phone, but I have some. It have had this phone for almost 2 months before posting this review so I could give the most comprehensive view as possible.

Amazing phone!!! This is the first time I have truly been impressed with any phone's camera! First night I had the phone I took a zoomed picture of the moon that was almost as perfect as with a professional camera!

If you're on your phone all the time, game on it, stream everything, or honestly any other task...telling you guys, Samsung killed it with this one! Worth it.

You want a happy future with this phone? Then I recommend purchasing a case with it. The camera especially is extremely delicate and will require immediate protection. There's really nothing much to say about the negative things about the Note 20 Ultra other than it's a battery guzzler. Since I know this now there's always a secondary charger stashed in my car.

The best phone I have ever had with the best quality and up time.

I bought the phone at August 26 and I didn't get the chance to open the phone until the next day. When I finally had the chance to open the phone, the screen is SCRATCHED. I was surprised on how this even got passed through Samsungs production line. I don’t know if its just me but my screen is having some ghosting issues I think. Every time I open any app, the apps on my home screen appear and it disappears within 4-5 seconds. I called samsung and they didn’t really helped. I called bestbuy and the employee helped me out way better. DISCLAIMER: THIS IS ONLY MY UNIT THAT IS DEFECTIVE, no guarantees on what happens to your device that you get, OVERALL I recommend this phone, CAMERA IS GREAT, 120HZ IS AMAZING, THE COLOR FEELS AMAZING.

I switched from my Xperia 1 to this & have no regrets. I really enjoy the UI for its feel and ease of use. Sound is great from speakers too. Wish there was a 512gb version in white but oh well. Camera bu.p is huge & an aspect i dislike, but my tech21 case protects & minimizes the huge bump. Battety life is great, i can get through a day without needing a charge. Highly recommended phone though.

Unbelievable. As mentioned. I've been using NOTHING but a Note since the Note 4 Edge in 2014, and have barely even scratched them.

This one, the rear camera glass is so delicate - i dont even know how, what, or when it broke!!!

You don't realize this is an issue til you spend major cash and then google "Note 20 Ultra rear camera glass replacement" and look at the Samsung forums alone.

Its a defective product, and I will dispute the charge with the CC company, as BB cant be expected to accept a return.

Also, EXTRA poor @BestBuy Wilmington.

I ordered this for curbside pickup. I arrived as store opened. It took 7 mins past 10am for the app to let indicate I was there.

THEN, the rep comes out with an already opened product, with scotch tape holding it closed? When I realize it, I call him back as he is like 10 feet away, and tell him it already opened, and he says go deal with it inside.

I got a unopened one, but wasn't a cool move.

This phone is trash - like everything in 2020. AVOID IT

Just opened the box. The phone wasn't in a very clean or sanitary way, had a hair stuck to it. They threw in a charger but its motorola not samsung and the phone thats it, no receipt, no paper work. Gonna try it and see.

Love my Galaxy note, honestly one of the best phones I've had. The stylis is a plus and works very well.

This phone is great it does not feel cheap at all even though it has a plastic back it feels like the same weight of the Galaxy s10 or s10+ the camera is great the response of the S Pen is great as well the screen looks amazing and even though it's at 60 hertz it feels way faster then my iPhone 11 did I actually like the fact that it has a plastic bag if it drops I don't have to worry about the back cracking or shattering and it also still has ip68 water resistance and wireless charging and reverse wireless charging the screen is great when playing on my Xbox game pass ultimate subscription and the phone is very loud and the screen gets very bright it's just a grate phone all my friends got the note20 ultra but I couldn't afford that phone but I'm very glad I got this phone it has 4K at 60 selfie camera for video and the same for the rear video and the fingerprint sensor is very accurate I also love this green color and it also comes with a 25-watt fast charger and it really does charge your phone super fast but it does not come with headphones but that doesn't bother me cuz I have Bluetooth headphones anyway overall I'm pleased with my purchase

I try to get the service but no body care . They said to me you can throw it away we can’t fix that problem.

The software is fast and intuitive and the phone is comfortable to hold. This phone does not come with as much bloatware as previous phones. It has an outstanding camera that provides clear and pictures with high resolution. The phone is big enough with enough screen space to make dual apps actually practical. Even though the back is made of plastic, it doesn't feel cheap. The S Pen feels like an actual writing utensil. This is an awesome phone.

I love this phone. I never picked a side with iOS and android. However, this phone was a game changer for me. I traded my s20 and received an awesome trade-in value which was a STEAL. My husband has the Ultra version and loves it also. The plastic back is ok for me because I don't have to worry about it breaking though I always have a case anyway. The bronze color is really pretty but wanted the green instead which is why i opted for the Note20. Overall, great phone.

The battery life is long. I am still learning about all the apps and pre-installed programs in the phone. There is a long to be learned about making the best out of the space and functionality of the phone. A demo video would be much appreciated.

Other than that, the phone is worth it's value.

I recommend this phone to friends and Samsung customers.

After trading in my galaxy note 8 the Galaxy Note 20 is a welcomed upgrade. The only thing missing is the micro sd storage. But it was replaced with double the storage so win win in my eyes!

The phone itself is amazing, arrived on excellant condition.. update with android 8.. the only bad thing, it only came with the phone, charger and s-pen... its advertised it comes with everything the new phone does.. happy with the phone itself, but disappointed with not receiving all the gear.. that's why I only rated it 4 out of 5

This replaced my Note 4 phone. 1/3 of limited storage is already used by the phone system files. It is extremely hard to figure out how to do even small stuff on this one. And it is extremely hard to get support for it. The manual is useless. I have wasted hours and hours trying to use this phone. Samsong phone support puts you on hold and hangs up on you. My list of questions for them are so long, I could never get them all wrote down.
