The bottom freezer is a bit hard to pull out but I think it will get easier the more it is used. So glad I bought this GE Black Slate model.

Refrigerator is great; I just wish it had an ice water source on the exterior. It makes ice, but does not provide water. Glad to see that this generation of stainless steel allows for magnets - earlier ones would not adhere. All in all, a decent piece of equipment. Hope it lasts for a reasonable number of years. By the way, getting all the blue packing tape off of it was actually no pleasure, and the plastic film coating as well was even worse.

Because of manufacturing delays the bigger one was not available for 3-4months plus Hawaii shipping delays.You sometimes have to settle in the time of COVID.

I was planning to buy a freezer as I had to arrange huge family gathering for our nephew's wedding, and I live in a one bedroom apartment. Finally bought this refrigerator which I used to keep whole marinated goat, which need to be roasted in next day, lots of ice cream ( California is in 100+ degree temperature), huge cake etc. Most importantly it fits in my very little space. I'm glad that I made this purchase.

I wanted this style fridge but thought it was out of the question because the space I needed it to fit was small, compared to the dimensions of most this type. Then I came across this model and it fits perfectly and it even has an ice maker. I just love it!

Love the look. I’m happy my wife loves the refrigerator. I wanted stainless steel and she wanted the black with the stainless steel because it really brings out the beauty of our granite counter tops. My wife and I love the refrigerator’s curvy front, simple yet elegant design. The inside is very roomy for everything we need kept cold. Our son fell in love with the ability to get cold water from inside the fridge side wall and that pulling out the freezer door, pulls both inside drawers out. Overall our new fridge makes us all happy.

This large capacity fridge is spacious with tons of options for storage. It's super bright inside and beautiful stainless on the outside. The doors and drawers are easy to maneuver and the doors vacuum seal upon closing. My favorite feature is the inside water dispenser. The fact it's inside means less mess on the outside. It's easy to access and perfect for cold, filtered water. Also, it's super quiet at all times. You won't be disappointed.

Love the color and the space. Plus, the hidden water dispenser in the inside is awesome and doesn’t take up space.

Love my new refrigerator. All my appliances are GE and have never had any problems.

Runs quietly and seems to cool evenly. Ice maker works well. Freezer is very deep..holds a great deal more than my Samsung product. Was worried about keeping the stainless steal clean, but a quick wipedown with a damp cloth seems to do the trick. Inside lighting makes finding items easy. The side storage trays are easy to adjust and are deep enough to hold 2 quarts of milk and a juice jug in a single tray.

I love the fridge. However it is a special order and it took three months to be delivered. If you have time to wait this is a good deal, if you need one now better look for another fridge.

It is very nice and seems to work well it's been about 2 months my only real complaint is the freezer just doesn't seem as sturdy as the older model refrigerators I have kids and they are constantly in an out of it I guess only time will tell

The fridge is stainless steel but with black top and sides which better match my existing Black appliances (that will be replaced with stainless when the time comes). My old fridge had a small trap door and his one has the door in door which allows quick access to more items. The space for water and ice is much taller than my last fridge which allows for easy filling of even large water bottles which is a bit plus. The ergonomics of the fridge are nice. My only two quirks are:

- You mush open both doors to pull out the large drawer at the bottom of the fridge.

- If you are using the water dispenser and open the other side of the fridge, the water stops.

This Platinum Glass French Door Refrigerator is beautiful and has great additional features such as the separate freezer or fridge drawer you can choose how to use. The extra space is a good upgrade along with the sleek Cooper trim inside

The water and ice dispenser are both mess makers. The water dispenser drips a bit after you take away your cup. The ice dispenser is just badly designed - It has no actual chute or funnel to help direct the ice, especially if you choose to get crushed ice. I actually found this amazing solution for that though! Just search on google “GE Ice Chute Adapter” or go directly to the site "Etsy". No more ice all over the drip tray or floor!!

The inside of the fridge and freezer are both very spacious. The LED lights make a huge difference and really brighten the interior and make it easy to find stuff. I actually love the door in door feature. It's not as gimmicky as I thought it would be.

This fridge uses a charcoal filter for the water which is definitely better than my hard water in AZ. Ice is made pretty quickly and tastes just fine. I personally don't like the taste of the charcoal water so I just use the water for cooking and making tea.

The only noise I hear from this fridge is when new ice is made and it drops down. Honestly, this fridge is silent otherwise. Before this, I had a 20 year old Amada fridge that was terribly loud and it would randomly knock so abruptly, it scared me at night.

Week 1 and we absolutely love yhis refrigerator. Simple, elegant, and large storage capacity yet fit exactly in space of our older GE refrigerator (they have trimmed the extra space and optimized cubic capacity on this model for sure).

The front door in door option is awesome and a must for wuick milk, beer, or soda access without opening main french doors.

Interestingly i read a few reviews which mentioned this as a more “noisy model” yet i have not noticed this at all. Cassidy hums and makes noise during ice making but very minor and definitely should not be considered as noisy (only week 1 though). Ice and water tastes great, sophisticated filter and bettef than older GE we had.

It is a bit pricey but elegant design, and french door w door in door option and ice:water dispenser makes it well worth buy. Ice maker is also easy to access and interior led light is luxurious.

Lastly Beat Buy delivery was on target professional and refrigerator came in perfect condition heavily packaged from GE. Definitely choose Best Buy over Home Depot (our last 2 appliances from Home Depot terrible delivery and they broke a part of our kitchen wood cabinet and Home Depot refused to take ownership of fault. Thanks Best Buy and we love this fridge.

I loved our old fridge when it stopped working I was so sad. After research of reviews, online, in person visits- I found this was the best one. Since we’ve gotten it I AM SO HAPPY we had to get this new one!!! I LOVE THE door in door!!! I didn’t know we would EVER use it as much as we do. As a family of 5, teens and preteens- it is an awesome feature I at first was apprehensive about. I cannot image going back to the old door. Also- the side bins for milk, creamer, etc are extremely strong and sturdy. My past 2 refrigerators (we’ve moved 3 times) the door bins always broke. These are in waivering!! If you are contemplating Refrigerators, I highly recommend this one!! Couldn’t be happier. (I just want to help out others from a normal average mom/family to another.)

I have the slate color and it is great. Inside is very roomy, although I wish I could make a space taller, without removing an entire shelf. Hubby has a tough time reading the Water vs Ice on the digital display, so he simply has to memorize which is in each spot. It doesn't light up. I totally love the fridge

During Covid 19 we had a broken refrigerator in the garage and replaced it with this! The service of the Myrtle Beach staff was supportive and superior to anything I’ve ever purchased from home.

It's only been installed for two weeks so we shall see...We purchased this fridge to replace a six year old LG that just stopped working. The fridge is very nice looking but, truth be told, I hate it. It's only a little bit smaller than my old fridge but the space just isn't there. It's difficult to fit milk on the shelves and still be able to put a large salad bowl in there. The wee little shelf on the bottom of the right door is useless (I saw this fridge at a different store but didn't realize it's flaws, difficult to tell until you start to put stuff in there) you can't really see what's on the shelf without standing on your head. The shelves on the door with the ice maker are incredibly tiny so you can't fit anything on them. The freezer is spacious and adequate for my needs but the wheels on the top slider drawer seem to be square or at least that's what it sounds like when I open and close it. Now for my biggest complaint, the display for the ice and water!!!! I'm not sure who thought it was a good idea to have the buttons and the background the exact same color but I can tell them that it's not!! You have to look at it from the side to be able to see what buttons are what... even with the light on! Here's an idea, maybe have the buttons light up??? This is something that I wasn't able to see at the store because they don't have all of the refrigerators plugged in. On a positive note, it makes a lot more ice than my other fridge which is good so you'll have plenty of ice for your cocktails you're going to need while you're looking at a fridge that you hate. Also, please understand that I lost everything out of my other fridge so, although it looks like I have plenty of space, I haven't even finished replacing what I've lost. You're probably asking yourself why I purchased it then???? I'll tell you why... because it seems as though refrigerators are disposable these days. I had a $2,000 budget for a disposable fridge and this is the one that fit my budget.

I love the refrigerator, but there is a issue, the handle on the freezer door keeps falling off and 1 of my shelves shattered. I tried calling but did not get anyone.

I like this fridge previously had an LG French door and it only lasted 5 years before compressor went out. Hopefully this one last longer. It does not come with an ice bucket which I find inconvenient. The ice bin fills and that’s all the ice you have so if you have a group of people you will probably run out of ice. Then you have to push buttons to switch from water to ice, another inconvenience. It was kind of pricey as well. It was a new fridge but had like an air bubble on the left side almost 3 ft long that I have to put a service call in after just getting it delivered.

I have had this refrigerator for a 5 months now, I have not yet had to “clean” the exterior for hand/finger prints. It seems very durable. The water is cold, the ice machine is held in the fridge door, not in the freezer, the only think that you have to pay attention is If you try to use the crushed ice, it will get all over your floor no matter how hard you try. The shelves are adjustable.

We’re really enjoying the fridge so far. The techs had to take the doors off when they brought it in and had some issues that was quickly resolved by the Best Buy team. With our budget I believe we made the best possible selection regarding this unit!

My fridge and freezer each completely stopped working, by end of work day, had to clear/throw everything away. Replacement parts took weeks to ship/receive. No fridge/No freezer = no cold water, no coffee creamer, no milk, the normal go-tos. A lot of UberEats and Doordash. Also had to buy a mini fridge.

Before and after the fridge and freezer were repaired; I removed all drawers/shelves/removed the light covers, etc. the moldy/rotting smell would not go away after 3 bottles of disinfecting products, bleach, an entire pack of Clorox wipes, etc.

I made an additional repair appointment. Best Buy/geek squad literally told me “not to keep fruit and veggies in my fridge due to the rotting smell but I can keep closed containers.” No, just no.

After the guys left, I continued cleaning & airing out the fridge for a few days. I then put in the shelves; the shelves no longer fit correctly. It took me awhile to figure out the repair guys screwed back on the shelving portion of the fridge upside down, so I had to remove and fix myself.

First I have to say Best Buy’s customer service was AMAZING!! Every step of the way from purchasing to installing well done Best Buy! This fridge is everything I had hoped for and more. There is so much space, loving the bottom freezer and ice maker. At first my kids didn’t love the inside water dispenser, but they quickly made friends with it and love it now! I would highly recommend this! And I highly recommend Best Buy!

The front door in door option is awesome and a must for wuick milk, beer, or soda access without opening main french doors.

Interestingly i read a few reviews which mentioned this as a more “noisy model” yet i have not noticed this at all. Cassidy hums and makes noise during ice making but very minor and definitely should not be considered as noisy (only week 1 though). Ice and water tastes great, sophisticated filter and bettef than older GE we had.

It is a bit pricey but elegant design, and french door w door in door option and ice:water dispenser makes it well worth buy. Ice maker is also easy to access and interior led light is luxurious.

Lastly Beat Buy delivery was on target professional and refrigerator came in perfect condition heavily packaged from GE. Definitely choose Best Buy over Home Depot (our last 2 appliances from Home Depot terrible delivery and they broke a part of our kitchen wood cabinet and Home Depot refused to take ownership of fault. Thanks Best Buy and we love this fridge.

Since we’ve gotten it I AM SO HAPPY we had to get this new one!!! I LOVE THE door in door!!! I didn’t know we would EVER use it as much as we do. As a family of 5, teens and preteens- it is an awesome feature I at first was apprehensive about. I cannot image going back to the old door. Also- the side bins for milk, creamer, etc are extremely strong and sturdy. My past 2 refrigerators (we’ve moved 3 times) the door bins always broke. These are in waivering!! If you are contemplating Refrigerators, I highly recommend this one!! Couldn’t be happier. (I just want to help out others from a normal average mom/family to another.)

I have the slate color and it is great. Inside is very roomy, although I wish I could make a space taller, without removing an entire shelf. Hubby has a tough time reading the Water vs Ice on the digital display, so he simply has to memorize which is in each spot. It doesn't light up. I totally love the fridge

My fridge and freezer each completely stopped working, by end of work day, had to clear/throw everything away. Replacement parts took weeks to ship/receive. No fridge/No freezer = no cold water, no coffee creamer, no milk, the normal go-tos. A lot of UberEats and Doordash. Also had to buy a mini fridge.

Before and after the fridge and freezer were repaired; I removed all drawers/shelves/removed the light covers, etc. the moldy/rotting smell would not go away after 3 bottles of disinfecting products, bleach, an entire pack of Clorox wipes, etc.

I made an additional repair appointment. Best Buy/geek squad literally told me “not to keep fruit and veggies in my fridge due to the rotting smell but I can keep closed containers.” No, just no.

After the guys left, I continued cleaning & airing out the fridge for a few days. I then put in the shelves; the shelves no longer fit correctly. It took me awhile to figure out the repair guys screwed back on the shelving portion of the fridge upside down, so I had to remove and fix myself.

First I have to say Best Buy’s customer service was AMAZING!! Every step of the way from purchasing to installing well done Best Buy! This fridge is everything I had hoped for and more. There is so much space, loving the bottom freezer and ice maker. At first my kids didn’t love the inside water dispenser, but they quickly made friends with it and love it now! I would highly recommend this! And I highly recommend Best Buy!

I love the look and most importantly the room this fridge has! I also love the “in the door” water dispenser. The only downfall is that the freezer keeps making frost which makes it hard to slide the top shelf in the freezer.

This GE, the doors constantly swing closed on us, the drawers do not have a good slide mechanism, so they kind of grind plastic on plastic when you pull them out. It's the same with the freezer door and sliding freezer drawer. Also, the water filler on the outside is slow. The LG was much faster. We also had it arrive with a huge scratch on one of the door handles (thanks Geek Squad for so handily getting it replaced). And the doors were also crooked, which the Geek Squad tech was nice enough to fix for us.

The one thing this fridge does better than the LG is the icemaker. With the LG, the cubes would melt slightly and then refreeze together. We had to open things up and shake them loose probably once a week. I've never had to do that with this GE fridge.

Overall, yes it keeps things cold and seems well organized. I just wish a few of the finishing details and the drawer slides were higher quality. Not what I would expect for a $2500 fridge.

After a thorough market survey we went with this fine GE black stainless refrig to replace our 20yo GE Profile Performance one, in July 2019. In fact we replaced all our major kitchen appliances at that time with GE black stainless ones, and they've all done great. We really like the french door style of refrigerator and the external water/ice dispenser is great, though the ice will freeze into a block that you have to bust up on a regular basis if you don't use it daily. The interior light is nice and bright with full coverage. The adjustable and sliding shelves allow you to customize your configuration to a point so that's nice. We use the filter bypass accessory so we don't pay $50 every few months for the internal water filter. We highly recommend this and look forward to a good 20 yrs with this and its sibling appliances.

My refrigerator was delivered and installed but the interior light did not work. Installer said he would get someone to come to look at it but no one as of today contacted me to fix it. Called store today and was told someone would call me back but no call back. So far I love the frig but very disappointed with interior not working and no response to someone coming to fix it.

Quality materials, great feel of operation, intuitive controls, and a top-notch finish. Doors are nicely weighted and constructed. Take your time installing the handles, the delivery team slightly scratched mine while trying to hurry.

Many of the fancy refrigerators we see out there have all the bells and whistles and make many other products, like TVs and mobile phones. They don’t do refrigerators well.

They recommended a side by side since they have the least issue they said. My wife really wanted the French door stay and they said if you go that route get GE. We are happy

The GE slate 27 cubic foot french door refrigerator is really great and we have the comfort of being covered by your extended warranty with Geek Squad! You can't improve on our service and satisfaction!

During Covid, it was difficult to see refrigerators in stores...to touch. I went to Home Depot and Costco...no luck. The day that Best Buy allowed customers by appointment, I jumped on the opportunity...We were shown around by a nice representative, not extremely knowledgeable, but pleasant. I requested to see clearance area, just in case.....I couldn't believe what I found. The exact refrigerator I wanted. The water and Ice aren't in door, it's literally impossible to find a french door without any water and ice...but I had seen this one on all websites....but never been able to touch it....unbelievable deal. Beyond worth it. No damage on fridge at all, no idea why it was in clearance, I paid a quarter of the price and got a 3 year warranty for $89. Ridiculous. I love my new baby!!!

We really like the french door style of refrigerator and the external water/ice dispenser is great, though the ice will freeze into a block that you have to bust up on a regular basis if you don't use it daily. The interior light is nice and bright with full coverage. The adjustable and sliding shelves allow you to customize your configuration to a point so that's nice. We use the filter bypass accessory so we don't pay $50 every few months for the internal water filter. We highly recommend this and look forward to a good 20 yrs with this and its sibling appliances.

My refrigerator was delivered and installed but the interior light did not work. Installer said he would get someone to come to look at it but no one as of today contacted me to fix it. Called store today and was told someone would call me back but no call back. So far I love the frig but very disappointed with interior not working and no response to someone coming to fix it.

Quality materials, great feel of operation, intuitive controls, and a top-notch finish. Doors are nicely weighted and constructed. Take your time installing the handles, the delivery team slightly scratched mine while trying to hurry.

After waiting for 2 months since June for a different fridge we bought this one our old one was scheduled to come in august but they rescheduled the delivery 2 times and on the third time they changed the delivery date to September 11 so we went ahead and got our fridge changed over to this one which is still super nice after being on the phone with customer service for like almost 2 hours and than when we ask if we can get the difference comped the best the could do was $120 dollars off so I still had to pay $145 on top of them messing up my order cause they didn’t order one fridge they massed ordered it and rescheduling on us after we told them we needed a fridge by august because we were having a baby and needed it, the delivery workers were great they were extremely friendly, helpful and explained everything to us before leaving to make sure we knew how everything worked

Overall, it's a good fridge so far, but there's enough small issues here and there that I would prefer a different brand. We were stuck with GE because we have to have matched appliances and GE is what the new home builder chose. My previous house, we had LG appliances and I much prefer that almost identical fridge.

This GE, the doors constantly swing closed on us, the drawers do not have a good slide mechanism, so they kind of grind plastic on plastic when you pull them out. It's the same with the freezer door and sliding freezer drawer. Also, the water filler on the outside is slow. The LG was much faster. We also had it arrive with a huge scratch on one of the door handles (thanks Geek Squad for so handily getting it replaced). And the doors were also crooked, which the Geek Squad tech was nice enough to fix for us.

The one thing this fridge does better than the LG is the icemaker. With the LG, the cubes would melt slightly and then refreeze together. We had to open things up and shake them loose probably once a week. I've never had to do that with this GE fridge.

Overall, yes it keeps things cold and seems well organized. I just wish a few of the finishing details and the drawer slides were higher quality. Not what I would expect for a $2500 fridge.

Great Brand but the unit not so much. After using it for 6 months it started to make noise and had Geek Squad out to have them fix it. After 2 years the issue still exists.

It works great. Only complaint is the ice maker. Its small so we run out often and sometimes ice gets stuck and we have to remove the bid to get it out.

Also it seems to dent fairly easy, but i have 5 kids...

I paid 950 at 40% off open box event.

be aware that if you are replacing a much older fridge, this one is taller by about two inches in the back, hinge height wasn't a problem. We had to adjust the cabinet box and doors, reduced the height by three inches, so the fridge would fit. Not a real problem with the appliance, just check your dimensions three times.

Very roomy refrigerator. So far everything seem fine. I have only had this GE refrigerator for four days.

So far it’s ok. I personally don’t think it’s as cold as my old one. But the ice dispenser really works, so surprised. My old one only worked for a week. It says no fingerprints but it does show fingerprints. Some of the side door cubbies are useless, very small. And it’s hard to know if the freezer is closed. Must have left it a little open and everything was defrosted several hours later. Other then that. I guess it’s ok.

So far so good. We bought a GE refrigerator because it was recommended to us from lots of people. It works great so far, the only little thing it is not really fingerprint resistant. You see fingers when you touch it. The ice cubes clump sometimes a bit, you have to take container out and shake it up. This fridge has been the answer for our family of 6 with 4 growing teenagers. The lighting is fantastic. The ice maker is small but there is an option to purchase a 2nd one to place in the bottom freezer.

This refrigerator has so much space. It is really easy to see what’s on the shelves. Lots of space on the inside of the doors for storing milk, juice and large bottles. There is a quick cold feature that is great when you want to put something in that is still warm. This is a very reasonably priced product. Only thing I miss is a drawer for meat and cheese. It just has two side by side drawers for fruit and for vegetables. I have seen other models with a narrow shelf below the two drawers that runs the width of the refrigerator. Wish ours had that. There is no water/ice dispenser which is just fine for us. We didn’t want to waste the space and I think the dispenser is just one more feature with the possibility of breaking.

This is a great fridge for our office kitchen. A lot of space for bottle water and employee lunches.

Minimal complaints so far. The counter depth worked better for the kitchen layout but it narrows the left side fridge door some. Few items fit in those shelves. The finger resistant is helpful and is less smudged than it would be if it was regular stainless steel. Both front and sides are magnetic which I wasnt expecting. Overall good purchase. The plastic to cover the fridge is impossible to get off and I'm still trying to peel tiny pieces out of the crevices.

I debated between a side by side model and French door model. I’m glad I selected this refrigerator because of the positive reviews even though it has less cubic space than the one I had before. I like the openness of the French doors and the ice maker in the door. The lights inside are bright and all the shelves are visible. I was concerned the freezer might be too small but it fit everything from my previous one easily. Only drawback is that a drop or two of water ALWAYS drops on the tray after I get water even though I keep my glass under and wipe the nozzle after use. The plastic protecting the stainless steel is a pain to get off in all the nooks and crannies. Still trying to get all the remaining bits off.

The frig does not fit in the space because the measurement specs in the online GE guide are inaccurate. GE refused to do anything about it, so we have a frig that will not fit the space and cannot even trade it on one that will fit. GE has a frig that would fit, but will not do what's right.

GE should take note of the common thread thru ought the reviews for this product: 1. the plastic protective coating that is installed at the factory is universally agreed to be a real pain-in-the-rear to remove, and 2. a covered butter compartment should be a standard feature on a $3,000 refrigerator. Now that I have that off my chest, I'm very pleased with this well-made and thoughtfully designed refrigerator/freezer. This purchase was from an "identical" from LG, that like others have said here, only lasted about 5 years. I'm counting on GE's reputation and history to prove this is really a superior product. Buy American!

I ordered this refrigerator online and the one that was delivered was defective and the freezer and refrigerator did not cool at all. We called Best Buy and had another one delivered a few days later. The “new” refrigerator had clearly been used and was dirty on the inside. If I wanted a used refrigerator, I would have purchased one somewhere else. We now have to get another one delivered. If this one does not meet my expectations I will return it purchase the same model from a different retailer. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with Best Buy. I would like to review the actual product but instead all I can advise is to purchase this product from somewhere else as multiple other stores sell this same model.

We've only had our new refrigerator for a few weeks after our Kenmore (LG) died within 5 years. Very hopeful that this one lasts a lot longer. The refrigerator is spacious and will lit. Seems to do it's job well.... keeping food cold and/or frozen. One disappointment for a fridge that's almost $3000. They left out the butter tray and a drop down shelf located in the door of the freezer that is available on other models. I ended up submitting a parts order to add those myself. But, for the price, that extra few dollars of plastic wouldn't be too much to ask from GE. The sound of the compressor running is a little louder than I would like, but not horrible. Overall... we like the fridge and hope that feeling continues for years to come!

At 6:40pm, I called to ask what is the issue, why they still hadn't arrived and I was told that the window was from 12-8pm. I have a text from them reminding me of the appointment window that clearly states 12-6pm. Other than that... the refrigerator is good. 1 star for geek squad. 5 stars for in store clerk who helped me with my purchase.

We bought this fridge for our new house. I don't know what the builder was thinking, but both the width and depth of the space for the refrigerator was limited. This made us look at counter depth refrigerators, and this one happened to be 33" wide as well.

Things didn't start out well. The fridge was delivered and looked great, but when we put it in place we couldn't level it. I had a pro look at it and he showed me where the fridge had been dropped and the bottom frame bent. Here is the part where I'm glad I bought it at Best Buy. We called and they replaced it right away, no hassles at all.

Now for the fridge itself: The outside looks great (black stainless) and doesn't show fingerprints or smudges. The doors are level and close easily. All of the shelves fit properly. The ice maker and electronics on the door work well, though I have to say that the temperature setting isn't accurate. I had to turn it down to 34 to get a temp of 37. The ice maker spout gets a B- for not channeling ice directly into the glass. You have to hold it very close to the spout. The water is cold and tastes great.

The capacity of this refrigerator will be its downfall for some folks. There is just my wife and I and my son who occasionally drops by and raids the fridge. It works out fine for us, especially since we have a second fridge in the garage. This fridge will probably just barely cut it for a family of four, and even then your extra large pizza box won't fit and your space for leftovers will be limited. You can fit a gallon milk carton on the door, but I took out a top shelf on the left side to accommodate soda bottles.

All in all, this fridge worked out great for us. Your mileage may vary.

Things didn't start out well. The fridge was delivered and looked great, but when we put it in place we couldn't level it. I had a pro look at it and he showed me where the fridge had been dropped and the bottom frame bent. Here is the part where I'm glad I bought it at Best Buy. We called and they replaced it right away, no hassles at all.

Now for the fridge itself: The outside looks great (black stainless) and doesn't show fingerprints or smudges. The doors are level and close easily. All of the shelves fit properly. The ice maker and electronics on the door work well, though I have to say that the temperature setting isn't accurate. I had to turn it down to 34 to get a temp of 37. The ice maker spout gets a B- for not channeling ice directly into the glass. You have to hold it very close to the spout. The water is cold and tastes great.

The capacity of this refrigerator will be its downfall for some folks. There is just my wife and I and my son who occasionally drops by and raids the fridge. It works out fine for us, especially since we have a second fridge in the garage. This fridge will probably just barely cut it for a family of four, and even then your extra large pizza box won't fit and your space for leftovers will be limited. You can fit a gallon milk carton on the door, but I took out a top shelf on the left side to accommodate soda bottles.

All in all, this fridge worked out great for us. Your mileage may vary.

The refrigerator is a counter depth unit and is 33" wide. There aren't many choices in this size and if I had 36" there would be more choices and less expensive.

What I like is that you can see everything clearly; no more hidden food. And that the lights are bright. The freezer is not that roomy but good enough for two people. According to the picture on website an ice bin was to be included to use to store extra ice cubes, but was not delivered with the refrigerator. I called about it and was told it did not come with that particular model. My suggestion- please remove the storage bin from the picture. Casey delivered my fridge and he was very mannerly, careful and knowledgeable. Thank you Casey.

The handles are not secure and fall off when you touch them. I made an appointment with the geek squad to come back to fix the issue and the window was from 12-6pm. At 6:40pm, I called to ask what is the issue, why they still hadn't arrived and I was told that the window was from 12-8pm. I have a text from them reminding me of the appointment window that clearly states 12-6pm. Other than that... the refrigerator is good. 1 star for geek squad. 5 stars for in store clerk who helped me with my purchase.

Nice fridge.. its not extremely big but its for my cabin so its ok. If it were for every day use id probably recommend a larger fridge with more interior space. Another thing, I cannot get the handles to stay on. Ive followed the directions provided but thry don't stay on. Putting in a call to geek squad, who delivered it

The refrigerator works great, however buying online is a little harder than seeing it in person. It's smaller than we expected but didn't do the correct measurements compared to the old one. It's a fine refrigerator for old people who shouldn't have so much stuff anyway. We especially like the ice and water dispenser on the front and the buttons to push are much better than the old one.

Fridge was great but freezer drawer was almost impossible to open. It took two hands, and often the entire refrigerator would move while trying to open the drawer.

The slate finish is not fingerprint proof and is fragile. The unit is pretty and seems functional and looks great in my spot but I'm returning it today.
