This adapter does exactly what it's designed to do > connect 2 RCA male plugs to make a male mini stereo jack to plug into a speaker. The flexible cable is a good length and actually makes a "U" on my system.

This product does the trick. It was a little pricey honestly but you are paying for quality and not just a connection. I'm pleased with the purpose. My only compliant is that it was difficult to find in the store, even for several employees. It was only found in the Magnolia section instead of where is should have been with the audio receivers that required this adapter to hook up a single sub-woofer that comes with home audio speaker systems.

A bit pricey but worth it. It's definitely not a $2 flimsy cable. The main thing is that the connections are snug and no noise was introduced with the cable so I assume it's shielded which it should be.

I bought these to split the output from the coaxial subwoofer output. I connected and flipped the switch on one of the subs to change the phase and these worked extremely well. You can split the signal out of anything that has the RCA plug

These are my first AudioQuest rca cables. Good build quality. They don’t color the sound in any way, and that’s a good thing. Priced right for entry level cables. Tower by AudioQuest are a great value. I am using to connect turntable to phono stage pre amplifier and another pair to headphone amplifier. I would recommend and purchase again.

I’ve been using the audioquest golden gate interconnects since July 31st 2020. They’re truly a great cable! They’ve opened up the soundstage substantially, compared to generic interconnects. If you’re on the fence, I’d say go for it! Best Buy has a good return policy if they’re not to your liking. But I suspect you won’t be returning them!

still using old vcr and dvd 5 disc player and it only has the rca connections . I love loading 5 disc and never have to leave the sofa. I'm glad the cables were still available. and just the right length. And works. I didn't know that these cables wear out because I had my olds for so long I had no picture or sound. Tried some shorter ones I had and they work. So bought longer. But I will say I might could have paid a cheaper price if I had looked around, but I wanted now and not wait for delivery.

I bought 2 of these to see f it would my my Movie theater experience better. And it made it outstanding. I have these hooked up to a Epson 6050UB 4K Enhanced Projector on a 150 inch projector screen. These cable are a must for someone wanting to get full potential out of your tv or projector. Definitely worth the $200 a piece I paid for them.

I upgraded from cheap cables from Amazon because I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything from my sound coming from my new Onkyo receiver. I figured if I'm going to have a higher end receiver, I should have higher end cables as well. Whether they are actually making a difference, it's hard to really say. I haven't tried to do a comparison test, but it's kind of like one of those things where I want to know I'm getting the best from my receiver. There definitely wasn't a drastic change in the quality in the sound or video, but it's comforting to know that I'm getting the best quality that I can afford.

Also, these cables are more than durable and will last forever so I would definitely agree that quality of these cables is more than worth it! I highly recommend any cables from AudioQuest!!! Obviously, you don't want to really spend more on your cables than what your setup costs. But you can use your own judgement on that. I don't know if I would buy Vodka HDMI cables or Diamond cables unless your setup really is worth it or if you have the budget for it. Mine currently isn't so I can say they are worth it especially when the Vodka cables cost $300 or more on the low end.

LOL. I purchased two of these HDMI cables in August, 2020. It was not on sale. I purchased a new 4K Samsung television during Best Buy’s Black Friday Sale, in November, 2019. The HDMI cable that arrived with the television worked great....until lightening hit our condo in Wisconsin, in June 2020, and destroyed our television, all of the light bulbs in our condo, and our router, etc. Samsung agreed to fix the television, for free, but due to COVID-19 the technicians were no longer doing house calls, so my husband and I had to move the television and transport it to the technician’s shop, and in the midst of moving the television we noticed that the HDMI cable was damaged. The part that connects to the TV came loose and separated itself from the rest of the cable. So freaking strange. So, I needed a high-speed, competent, new HDMI cable and came across this one because it contains 5% silver content, which is a tell tale sign of how great AND efficient this HDMI cable will perform. Purchased to use with Apple TV. Works like a charm, just make sure that when connecting the cables, the arrows printed on each end are connected to the correct device "In" and "Out".

I just recently found out through Samsung my TV yearly model doesn’t support HDMI 2.1, it has 4K and 120hz motion rate but only at 1080P. So I wasn't sure if this was a good cable in terms of video and audio quality for gaming or in general. I picked it up for less than half the price, I was unsure about 4K and Hz refresh rate.

I did some research and learn that this cable is HDMI 2.0 so if you’re doing 4K it will be capped at 60Hz. You can still do 240Hz at 1080p or 144Hz at 1440p though. Unless you are going to use it for a PS5, Xbox SeriesX or RTX3000 series GPU then this cable HDMI 2.0 will be fine. But for PS5 and the Series X you should use the HDMI cables they come with, as they are HDMI 2.1 cables.

I recently purchased four of the towers, a couple bookshelves, and center (I already had a nice subwoofer). I married them up with the Onkyo TX-NR656 (7.2 ch) receiver. As of yesterday I finished off our entertainment area with the Samsung UN65MU8000 television. Everything looks and sounds great!!

I used these HDMI cables to connect all the main gear together.

I would definitely purchase again, and recommend to a friend.

We stopped at the store to pick this up as it was needed for a headset that my friend purchased. The service was excellent and we were very pleased. As it turns out we had to return the piece because we misread what was needed and when we brought it back to the store again the staff was extremely helpful in attempting to get us the correct one. Turns out Best Buy doesn't sell what we needed, either in the store or online.

We brought a Karaoke machine with us from the Philippines and it didn't come with all the cables to connect to the other equipment so we needed to buy a couple of things to get this piece going. It took my Brother-in-law in the Philippines to help to connect everything because it doesn't have the same connection color code. He is an electronics wiz and it took him a couple of hours to figure it out. In the end IT WORKS GREAT.

I was having issues with the picture and sound intermittently freezing up using the HDMI cable supplied by my cable company. I really did not want to spend the extra money for a premium priced Audio Quest HDMi cable so I figured I would try this Rocketfish Cable instead. It was less than a third of the cost of the Audio Quest and has performed flawlessly. I only needed to get the short 1.5' length because it only had to go a short distance between my cable box and the One Connect box on my Samsung 4K television. I will be adding a 4k BluRay as well and will definitely use another of these for that as well. The cable is well made and connects to the HDMI output and input ports with a nice firm fit.

I purchased this cable because it works with my new Apple TV 4K. It is short so if your device is not very close it will not work for you.

Bought a Samsung Series 7 HD 4K Tv. Only problem is that there is only two HDMI ports. I have Apple TV, PS5, Xbox Series S, & Nintendo Switch. So the minimal HDMI’a posed a problem. I ended up plugging all 3 consoles in to this and it works great. There is a button in the front right corner to switch between devices. Works great

This is a very convenient little box. I got it to connect my components to my TV that only has 2 HDMI ports. I got the satellite box, Xbox and PS5 connected without any issues.

This is exactly what I needed. My TV only has two HDMI inputs, but I needed to plug in more things. This plugs into one of the inputs and gives you three. Very simple to push the button to switch between inputs, even for an someone who is not tech savvy like myself. This product completely eliminated the annoying need to unplug and re-plug between whatever I needed to use. I used two Command Strips to adhere it to the back of the TV, but it could probably be adhered to the bottom as well if your TV is mounted to the wall. 10/10, great product.

I didn't even know a product called a "Switch" existed until I started doing Google and YouTube searches to solve a problem I have. Most users probably have one laptop/computer and want to output their screen onto 2 different external monitors. In my case, it's the opposite. I have 2 different laptops but only 1 external monitor to use. One laptop is used for my work related apps. The other laptop is used for personal stuff. I don't want to mix my work and personal stuff together on the same laptop. In order to switch back and forth having 2 separate laptops connected to the single monitor, I would have to unplug one HDMI cable from the first laptop and plug in the other HDMI cable for the second laptop. This would be a physical hassle and too much trouble so I don't do it. But lo and behold, this Insignia 3 Port HDMI Switch device perfectly solves the answer to my dilemma. With all the HDMI cables properly connected into the Insignia Switch, I can now simply press the "SELECT" button which cycles through the HDMI selections of up to 3 different HDMI devices. Since I only have 2 laptops connected to the Switch, the 3rd selection is left blank in case I need to expand in the future to add something else. So my 1st laptop is connected to HDMI selection #1, and my 2nd laptop is connected to HDMI selection #2. If I want to view the screen content from either laptop 1 or 2, I can simply press the physical select button on the switch. There is a usually a few seconds of wait time for the new signal to appear on the monitor after pressing the select button, but it's much better than the physical time consuming work of having to unplug different HDMI cables back and forth. Plus my monitor is 4K including one of my laptops, so the Insignia Switch is able to support the 4K resolution. Before coming across this Insignia Switch device on Best Buy website, I almost got one of those $10 knock-off no-name switch devices from Amazon, but I read reviews that they are cheaply made. This Insignia device is very sturdy and well made and I have confidence it will last quite awhile. 5 stars for this device for solving a problem I had for many weeks!

This product is easy to use and set-up. The previous splitter I hooked up did not work for all three of my devices. This splitter is powered and I believe that is why it works better than the non-powered one I had.

Don’t go cheap on the cables. Changed out some old cables for these. Going with a Sony 900H 85”. Picture is more crisp and colors are more vibrant. No lag or skipping with the sound. Paired this with a Sony 320W sound bar with subwoofer. I may never leave my chair. Ever.

After buying monster cables for years I finally decided to try a different product and it’s a difference in the overall performance on my q70 Samsung it brings out more of the colors and makes watching tv more enjoyable then it’s been tho it is a bit expensive I would recommend trying them

The cinnamon cables are worth it if you have the high definition 4K TV. Make sure you understand what your system is and if you would benefit from a higher end cable. most likely you would just need cinnamon unless you have a full integrated entertainment system . Or TV. The Best Buy agents are awesome at helping you make this determination.

Over the years I have used the advancing cable connections to complete my TV needs. A couple years ago I was exposed to the HDMI Cable which carries the picture and sound in one cable eliminating the use of 3 heavy and cumbersome cables and about the same size as one of the 3 cables. It also is better shielded and does a more efficient job. At that time I opted for the cinnamon cable which is about the middle price and quality. I was very pleased with this. When I purchased my new 4K HD LG TV last month I also purchased the necessary Cinnamon cables.

If you're running a subwoofer, you'll need this. Most AVRs only have one port for a subwoofer.

Item performed as indicated on package. Purchased three and used them to merge a game system and a DVD played into the same audio and video port on my TV. Works perfectly. In-store service was excellent.

OK, so the Magnolia salesperson highly recommended these and, yeah, I kind of balked at the steep price. I mean, it's an HDMI cable, right? Well, hush my mouth. It Turns out that most AudioQuest equipment is worth every penny, Happy I didn't cheap out. Anytime any of our audiophile friends check out our set up and equipment, they agree. Good purchase.

I purchased one of the Sony UBP-X1100ES UltraHD Bluray/Universal Disc players and Installed an Audioquest Forrest cable for the Video side and the Cinnimon for the Audio side. The sound on the High Rez recordings (SACD and DVD-Audio Discs) allows me to hear how much care was put into the mastering process in any of these recordings. I feel the new insight I have into these recordings was helped by quality interconnects.

Good cable. Excellent quality that you except from Audioquest. I purchased the Forest version of this cable as well and did not notice a difference in audio quality from my Xbox One X. I'm no audiophile so it my just be me but if you are between Cinnamon and forest, I would say save the money and do forest.

In the age of wireless and Bluetooth audio it is difficult to find old-school audio connectors. This product came with a 1/4 inch headphone jack which is very difficult to find anywhere outside on internet ordering.I have a mini home Studio with a mixer that requires a 1/4 headphone jack.I tried Walmart and Best Buy with no luck. B H video/audio was out of stock As was Sweetwater.So it's just Best Buy and made the best choice.

This was great addition to my husbands collection that is when kids didn’t grab to use worked with out and issues fix the products I bought it for yes buy you won’t be sorry

I purchased this item to facilitate a multi-camera interview I was recording. I needed to mount a microphone close to the interview subject, and then run a long cable to the video camera that had a 1/8" mic input. This did the trick. Works exactly as intended. Would purchase again. The construction / materials are are average and not quite as high quality as other 1/8" cables I've purchase in the past, so I rated it Good in that category -- but at this price point, the materials are what you would expect. Would still recommend.

They fixed my audio extension situation. I live in an apartment and watch television late at night. Bluetooth headphones have an audio delay. The 12' extension allows me to listen to the audio without disturbing anyone else.

I needed an adaptor to allow 6.5 mm headphones to be used with iPad. They were more difficult to find than I would have expected and I ended up buying this kit which contained items I did not expect to use (12' cable in particular)

The adaptor works fine and allows use of the headphones with the Pad, and I am making use of the 12' cable to allow another pair of speakers to be used comfortably with a desktop computer.

The one negative is sometimes need to fiddle with connection between headphones and the cable to get good connection.

So quite happy with purchase!

What can i say, it worked for what it's intended purpose was and i didn't have any problems with it.

I needed to add an extension to my headphone for a guitar amp that didn’t have Bluetooth this is a perfect match to fit my needs. It also comes with different adapters if you need them

Bought the 12' Headphone Extension Kit & Adapters to hook up headphones for my x-Box 1 to my receiver so grandsons could play games without me having to hear the noise. The extension kit works great. The 12' gives room to move around without running out of line.

I don't like giving negative reviews. This device has a major impedance mismatch, which causes signal reflections that turn up as ghosting on the TV. In the picture you can see the ghost of the menu to the right of the menu. Not only that, but the vertical bars you can see are the ghosts of the horizontal sync that is off the screen.

Also, there is a periodic frame skip. I don't know how you map composite video (29.97fps / 59.94 fields per second) to 1080p (60jps), so I just observe that the problem is there.

Why two stars? Well, it *does* work. It was also the only device I could buy in my city for any amount of money. Anything else must be mail ordered.

Excellent piece of equipment and user friendly. I purchased this converter to transfer images and video from RCA cable to HDMI cable connection for my Nintendo Wii because my new television does not have RCA Jack's/ inputs. It was easy to setup and connect all cables and device. The picture quality and video game functionality are great.

This product is not compatible with my old, 2010 Videosource speaker, of which I was trying to hook with my 2019 LG Smart TV. Despite reading instructions that came with the product and thus change my HDMI cord, yet no sound would come on. Therefore, I have to return this product.

Bought new from a Best Buy store and it came without the necessary power adapter. A mini-USB power plug was provided but the device itself requires a round 5v plug. Can’t even use it out of the box and for $50.

Picked this converter up so my friends and I could dust off the PS2 and play FFVII before the remake is released next year. There have been zero issues with the converter since I purchased it back in April. I have yet to try it out on any other RCA-only systems but it works as it should with the PS2. For those of you interested in purchasing a converter for your old video game systems, make sure you get this one: RCA to HDMI. The very similar HDMI to RCA doesn't work so make sure you have the right thing. The store I went to had HDMI to RCA in the RCA to HDMI slot. My friend noticed it and we had to dig clear all the way to the back to find the right item. I made sure the correct item in front for anyone else trying to find the same thing. My only gripe is that at $49, it is kind of expensive. The convenience of picking it up at the store over waiting to get it in the mail from an online retailer is nice though.

I needed a device to be able to connect my old Wii to my new Samsung tv. But I also needed to be able to connect a VHS player to the tv to watch old home videos. So I bought this since it could accomplish both tasks. I didn't want to pay $50 for it, so since it was on sale it was time to buy. I was apprehensive since I know that watching VHS on new tv's greatly reduces picture & sound quality. Much to my surprise, this converter not only worked without a glitch but the quality on my 70 inch screen is great! I am again able to enjoy old vhs home videos of past Christmases, Thanksgivings, kids, etc on my large screen and I am loving it. 11/18/2019

Works well to be able to play VHS tapes on my smart TV with our old VCR. You notice a difference in quality (VHS tapes look more fuzzy on our smart TV than on our old TV), but I don't know of any other option out there to be able to still play VHS tapes. The only real downside is the cost of this piece.

Overall a good upscaler box. 720p or 1080p. It upscales the 480i picture you get from standard composite. It takes it own power that sucks. But overall it upscales really good and no scan lines like a component to HDMI converter I have.

AudioQuest-big sur is another great product, design, operation, contact is flawless. This company has it together. S.D.

You only need to buy an audioquest cable once and you are set for life, there is not a better quality cable.

Unfortunately this part did not fix the issue that I had of connecting my old audio system to my new TV. The audio system had an odd back panel.

But I returned this item because it was not needed.

My samsung, ARC stopped woking suddenly and sono's was not receiving the sound, got this one and connected to the TV and we were back.

If you have an AV device that you want to hookup to a television without an AV input, this adapter will do the trick. It has always worked well for me.

The unit doesn’t have an led indicator that it is receiving power. That being said it works very well without the usual line noise. Very satisfied!!

My dad needed this to connect a vintage video game system. He figured it out on his own. He has trouble with technology and hooking things up. This does require power as well as the connection to the tv. It needs its own power source.

My wife bought a used Nintendo Wii and we had no way of hooking it up to our HDMI television. This little gadget did the trick.

Works okay on channel 3, but there are cheaper options online with exact same product.

My previous Sony Audio Receiver dies after tears of service, so I bought a Sony 1155Watt Receiver ion its place.

The only issue was that this receiver did not directly connect to coax. This device has 2 coax in-puts along with a 3-plug PCM output to your receiver. And a coax output that we directly attached to the coax input on out 55-inch Sony TV.

If you need it, you need it... I did to connect an old retro system to a modern TV.
