Excellent case for my iPad. Rugged enough to protect it with out being to big. The kickstand is great for streaming too.

This SaharaCase Defence case was designed for the Ipad Air 4 and fits perfectly. All ports, volume buttons and the fingerprint port line up perfectly. You should rescan your fingerprint with the case on. Rubber bumper around the perimeter and thicker bezels provide a no slip grip and will provide drop protection. The screen protector is plastic and will do until I can upgrade to a nicer one. You can use your own screen protector, you do not have to use the one provided. There is a slot on the backside of the pencil port so you can push the pencil out. I really like the protection this case is providing for such an expensive tablet. A must have!

Intuitive design that allows you to place the iPad both upright or on its side (while most designs only allow on its side, horizontally). Bought this for a family member as a gift and its been some time and have heard no complaints. The case is aesthetically pleasing, but not the sturdiest thing if you're someone who drops your iPad or are at risk of doing so. Pleased with this purchase.

Best ever keyboard for an iPad and I’ve had almost 6 different ones from Logitech and Belkin. It’s super responsive and smooth. The feel of the keypads just like on a laptop. The trackpad is like using a MacBook. I find myself not needing my laptop anymore except when I need to create large documents and presentations.

I’m loving this keyboard. Yes it was pricey but i find that i get the most out of my ipad now. The functionality is great. No complaints and works seamlessly.

This is a great keyboard for my iPad Pro 11 inch. The typing experience is great and the trackpad is fluid with no issues. I have the black version of this keyboard for another iPad. The backlighting on the black version is easier to see. It's somewhat difficult to see the keys in medium to low lighting situations. I wanted to return it, but decided to keep it because I like how the brighter color give is a cleaner look. It's also easier to keep clean compared to the black version. The black version seems to get white smudge marks and fingerprints on it. I'm unable to see them on this version with it being white, and the same color as the light smudge marks.

Absolutely love how this keyboard pairs with the iPad Air 10.9” screen. It is an essential duo for me! Love how I can dock the iPad with the magnetic backing or remove to hold. Rotation feature is fantastic and the keyboard works phenomenally. Add the pencil and it’s the perfect portable or stationary set up. A must, hands down!

This is a huge improvement over prior generation keyboards, and I have had several. It has a great touch for typing, it acts as a reasonable protective case, and it elevates the screen off of the keyboard just a bit which makes the viewing ergonomics better. The magnet which holds the IPad in place is very strong giving the user confidence in the entire setup. It is a little pricey, but definitely worth the investment.

Another “best” from Apple. I love the protection it gives. The angle of the top section holding the iPad allows for easy viewing from a few different positions. Having a keyboard adds to the ease of using an iPad. Adds some weight to the iPad but it still fits in my purse or carry bag, nicely.

I’ve been through a few iPad cases so far on my 2018 iPad Pro. The plastics on this feel more durable than the first party Apple case but not as strong as the otterbox case. The pencil holder is a killer feature since most won’t give you an option besides trusting the magnetic attachment to the iPad. It’s a bit heavier than the Apple case. True to color shown! Will easily adjust to two different positions. You can conserve your battery with the automatic on and off cover! I had bought the Sky Blue iPad Air, so I purchased the Sky Blue Huex Folio and my favorite thing about the Folio is that the back is transparent and anti-scratch so my iPad color is not covered up.

This is a great case for the price. I like the clear back and pencil holder. The case fits the newest iPad Air perfectly. It was difficult to find a case for the newest model. I had to wait for this one but it was worth it

I’d argue that if you have an iPad that this is a must have accessory to get the full use out of your device and I could never go back to not having one as it completely transforms your device from being a boring old “tablet” to a fun productivity machine.

THE CASE:

Starting with the case itself. It is form fitting for the iPad Air. Since the iPad Pro 11 inch 2018 has nearly the same dimensions it will also fit that without any issues. I confirmed that myself. It is made from a plastic/rubber with a nylon covering. Which feels good to the touch as it is soft but still a bit rough and gives good grip. Which means it doesn’t pick up fingerprints and stays relatively clean (due to the Oxford Grey color). But is hard to clean due to the nylon. There is no waterproofing. There is no clear covering of the screen (which I like). The power button doesn’t have a cover but a cutout along with where the Apple Pencil goes. The volume up/down is covered and takes quite a bit of pressure to press. There is a cutout for the USB C port which can still fit a multitude of cables as it is big enough. On the inside you will also see the “smart connector technology” which is what allows the keyboard to be powered. As it takes the power from your iPad to automatically connect to the keyboard and power the lights. Which I really like. There is also an adjustable kickstand (50 degrees) on the back to give you plenty of options for tilt.

THE KEYBOARD:

Moving onto the keyboard. As mentioned this is powered by the smart connector on the back of the iPad, which connects to the case, when then feeds power to the bottom smart connector that the keyboard magnetically attaches or detaches from (see picture). If the keyboard is detached it has no power and doesn’t work. If you pick up the case with the keyboard attached it dangles without any resistance. The magnet is strong so it won’t accidently fall off and it takes some force to pull it off. The keyboard itself folds over the front of your device to protect the screen. Or you can reverse it to cover the back of the device and see just the screen (See photos). The keys remind me a lot of a low-profile laptop keyboard and are spaced out accordingly making it a delight to type on. The keys have mild pre/post travel with a nice tactile click. They also sound good. Spacebar feels good and doesn’t wobble or make a lot of noise. They are backlit with white light. Depending on the angle you can see them shining through the base and the key which is slightly irksome at this price point. It does automatically adjust based on how much light is in the room based off light sensor on your iPad. You can also manually adjust it. On the top you also have a full row of shortcut keys which is greatly appreciate and works perfectly without any issues.

THE TRACKPAD:

Last, we have the large trackpad. The largest I’ve seen on a device like this. It isn’t made out of glass which is a bummer but instead plastic. However, your finger can move across it easily without any issues and the click force is mild with a very satisfying click no matter where you click on it. I like it a lot. The trackpad accuracy is great but feels a bit “heavy”. It also supports gestures. I found the gestures to not always be fully accurate. Such as swiping up to go home will often instead go to bringing up everything that is open. In the end I really like this trackpad a lot, it feels quality, works great, and I can’t live without it anymore. It works better than every other trackpad or mouse I’ve tried. Only being bested by one which is more expensive.

PROS:

- It just works. Simple plug and play. No need to charge.

- Excellent typing and trackpad experience with gestures.

- Kickstand is highly adjustable.

- Place to put the magic pencil. However, gets in the way of opening the device.

- Magnets keep the device closed. But doesn’t always turn off the screen.

- Thin case that doesn’t add that much additional heft in thickness.

- Offers mild impact/shock resistance

- Cutouts are in the right places.

Cons:

- Gestures and trackpad don’t always work perfectly. But this could be user error.

- The ease of use is high. But laying out the keyboard and using the adjustable kickstand uses a lot of room. Isn’t as comfortable on the lap but is functional.

- Does double the weight of your iPad. As they are both about 20 ounces.

- No water resistance.

- Volume buttons are hard to press.

- Apple Pencil support is good. But the case when writing gives easily. Which doesn’t make it as comfortable as it could be. But is better than having the iPad flat on the table.

I do my best not to use terms such as outstanding, awesome, excellent in my reviews as there are usually just buzz words to make you look at their reviews. On this product, however, I feel compelled to use these words. This Logitech Combo Touch keyboard checks all the boxes better, cheaper and more complete than Apple’s own accessories (which, other than the cheaply part, is usually very hard to do). The case fits very snugly and protects all parts of the iPad, unlike many other keyboards. It is two pieces, with the actually case and the keyboard front that can be detached. The keyboard connects via the Apple Smart Connector which makes it less prone to connection problems than the “Bluetooth” keyboard cases. It also derives it’s power for backlighting from this connector, thus no batteries or charging. The keyboard can also be flipped around so that when you are using it in portrait mode or reading, you are not pressing on keys when holding it, as the keys are flipped against the rear of the case. I love this as with other cases, it is annoying to try and hold the tablet and still touching keys. It has an excellent touchpad that mirrors the Apple touchpad and all it’s gestures. There are no longer any “dead spaces” as with previous versions and is extremely responsive. You can even enable tap touch that makes it easier to use. It also has a dedicated row of functions keys for display brightness, keyboard backlight level, player controls, volume and lock keys. These are awesome in use and really give the iPad a laptop feel to it. The surfaces has a fabric feel to them, and the keys have a great response and speed. The hand rest is much larger on this Logitech than on other keyboard cases I have seen, which is a good thing. The hinge is solid, but does take up some space depending on how far back you lean it. It works much better on a flat, solid surface than on a lap or pillow, so keep that’s in mind. Also, the case is thick, giving a good amount of heft and thickness to the iPad (which I myself like) but it also limits what can be plugged into the USB C port. You might have to use an extender depending on what you’re using. The Apple charging cable has no issues.

So, to sum it up, there are probably better keyboards out there (Apple) but no where near this price range. The cons are so few and minor on the Logitech Combo Touch that it is probably the best product accessory that I have purchased for an Apple iPad. This is an awesome case, an outstanding keyboard, and an excellent price! Highly recommended to any Apple iPad Air user!

As an iPad Air Fourth Generation owner, I have a dilemma. I want to protect my beloved tablet from harm, I want to add a keyboard for productivity, but I don’t want to add unnecessary weight to the tablet when I travel. An added plus would be that the whole package be attractive and not break the bank.

Believe me, I have tried several of the alternatives, and now Logitech has offered a product to serve all my wants with the Logitech Combo Touch.

First, the case. It is an attractive hard rubber-like surround with a tactile woven fabric back and an adjustable kickstand. It can be used without the keyboard. I found it to be particularly useful and rather unique among the competing offerings. There is a cut out at the top so that the Apple Pencil’s magnet can firmly attach to the top of the iPad and recharge.

Second, the keyboard. Its magnets instantly and firmly snap into place at the bottom of the iPad, and once attached, you are in business. There is no Bluetooth to pair, and the keyboard gets its juice from the iPad battery. There was literally nothing to set up. You are typing instantly with lighted keys that automatically adjusts to the ambient light in your location.

It would be totally unfair to review this product without typing the review on its keyboard. I am doing so, and the feel is just perfect. Nice key travel and responsiveness.

And the Combo Touch is beautiful to behold. When closed, the keypad protects the iPad and puts it to sleep. And the components fit together beautifully. Yes, there as added weight, but not to the extent that it detracts from the Air’s utility. I will accept the slight weight gain for the protection and the utility of the Combo Touch.

My sole gripe is that the kickstand is sometimes lacking in stability when used on your lap. On a stable surface, I have no complaints whatsoever. And, of course, there is a large and functional touchpad, and function keys which make the Combo Touch even more versatile.

It’s pretty and functional and I highly recommend the Logitech Combo Touch.

I come back to Logitech for my Mac solutions pretty often these days. In fact, we’ve come back to this remarkably similar Combo Touch for my wife’s 2021 version of the iPad Air (4th Gen) which appears almost identical to the Combo we acquired for an older iPad Pro 10.5”. Similar, but seemingly improved in a few important ways, described below.

SETUP: Snap this snug, softly protective case around your iPad Air and you feel pretty confident it won’t be damaged from a drops. Click in the keyboard and you’re ready to work. Nothing else needs to be done. No Bluetooth. No battery charging. Everything has been accomplished behind the figurative curtain, because the Apple “smart connector” makes all the linkages for you and the iPad provides what little power is needed. Download the Control App so you can manage updates, etc.

FEATURES: Right off, it’s apparent that Logitech reacted to criticisms and made some improvements on this newest Combo Touch. This cover feels a bit lighter and thinner. The magnetic attachment feels much stronger. (In my original review I complained that that magnetic connection was weak to the point of concern.) I was able to use this configuration on my lap without the keyboard “falling” apart and off my lap. And, ironically, a great feature is how the keyboard can be disconnected for truly easy tablet performance. One side of the cover is open so the Apple pencil readily attaches.

We liked the feel of the keyboard and the trackpad. We can use that row of shortcut keys to adjust the BACKLIGHT, access the HOME BUTTON, screen BRIGHTNESS and VOLUME controls, VIDEO CONTROL (back, play/pause, forward) keys, SEARCH button, show/hide the onscreen keyboard, and a lock screen button.

SUMMARY: This newest version of the Combo Touch feels better, builds confidence in its fit and finish, manages to transform our iPad Air into an even more functional laptop than those earlier versions. The added weight is more manageable. The ability to fully transform the already wonderful iPad into a very useful and convenient laptop configuration makes this purchase very easy to justify.

USEFUL KEYBOARD / COVER FOR IPAD ESPECIALLY FOR TYPING

Though I use the IPAD primarily for graphics sketches, until now it has been a hassle to switch to keyboard mode for short note and annotations. The LOGITECH - COMBO TOUCH really took my use to the next level. It replaces and upgrades my prior case (named after a river mammal) and the additional keyboard and stand flexibility are great (see pics).

The Keys feel are light and have a good click. There is not much key travel, but that is to be expected. The function row has been swapped for device shortcut keys for things like home screen, brightness, volume and media controls, these all work and are fairly useful. I would have liked function keys for when I use my IPAD to remote into other computers but acknowledge that the function keys would be of limited utility on the IPAD itself so this choice makes sense.

The COMBO TOUCH backlight is very nice and was able to keep they keys lit, even in direct sunlight.

The COMBO TOUCH Trackpad though is really the star of the show and the main reason to get this case over other keyboard cases, it works well and adds a lot of value. The click anywhere function works as advertised, though the corners of the trackpad are noticeably softer and less nice to click.

I also like that the COMBO TOUCH moved the smart connector to the side of the IPAD rather than the back, and that the keyboard itself is detachable. I primarily use my IPAD as a drawing tablet and appreciate being able to yank the keyboard off the side of the tablet and set it flat on the table when it's time to draw.

The COMBO TOUCH case itself can be positioned in multiple angles. The cloth finish on the case feels really nice and it overall is very rigid (which is a good thing)

OVERALL RECOMMENDATION

I can fully recommend the COMBO TOUCH over others I have tried. The added flexibility adds a lot more functionality to the IPAD and makes it more of a convertible laptop.

This has a look and feel that just grows on you. And you can’t argue with the performance and protection if offers. I couldn’t ask for much more in a whole package case/keyboard combo other than to say I would love to have one with a more premium cover on it and would gladly pay more for it.

But let’s not let that take away from what this unit offers. The well-lit keyboard offers a full row function keys for easy access to volume, brightness, media commands, search functions. The keys are of incredible quality for this size of keyboard. I’m really impressed with how tactile they are and how much feedback you get from every click. The case provides proper protection and comes with a slot for a pencil if you have one. The material has a very greppable feel to it. It gives me more confidence to wield it around while on the move and not fear that I will lose my grip on it.

And the most important feature of all to me, the detachable keyboard. The ability to remove it, flip it around and have the keys then facing the back of the iPad, protecting the keys, and giving yourself a better grip on it, while walking around…it’s something that must be pointed out. For those with mobile jobs where you need to do something like building inspections, surveys, etc., this is what you’re looking for. The full package of added protection, functionality, and grip in an attractive package.

I find myself using the keyboard so often, I cannot get by without it. The LOGITECH keyboard case for my iPad Pro 10.9", is user friendly, comfortable to use, with great features.

First off, the keypad protects my new BLUE iPad from damage. The cutouts for the camera, speakers, PENCIL, and charge ports are perfect. Check out this; when you need to use the PAD touch screen, just pop off the keyboard, spin it around and magnetically store it behind the case for seamless touch computing.

Power and connectivity are simple, thanks to the three (3) little dots on the iPad and keyboard case. Power is never a concern nor is setup. The backlit keys are dimmable right on the keyboard. As are all the iPad shortcut keys, I normally use.

Nice grey fabric, tilt out stand for viewing with or without the keyboard. Largest touch pad i have ever seen. You can click anywhere for effortless pad use. Love it!

I struggled with the decision to get the Magic Keyboard or the Logitech for quite some time. I ultimately went with Logitech as it had more of the things that mattered to me such as side protection and keyboard removal. I love this thing! It feel high class and exceptionally protective. Keys are awesome to type on and for a $100 less than the keyboard you just can’t go wrong

I am loving this keyboard case for my iPad Air 4th generation! It is a bit heavy but not a deal breaker. I like the apple pencil holder on the top. One feature I really wanted and this case has is the ability is to take the iPad case out of the keyboard case so it is separate. I would buy this again even though it is a bit pricey.

I have had a Zagg Rugged Keyboard on my last 2 iPads Great product.

I bought two Zagg keyboards. I sent this one back because the opening and closing was exceptionally firm and I felt it would damage the iPad. I kept the Zagg ProKeys and it has been great.

Exactly right for my needs. Nice options such as the holder for notes, magnet for holding closed and the three selections for holding it in place to watch stuff on the screen. WHY SO EXPENSIVE?

- Let’s get the first vomit inducing point out of the way. Apple products cost a premium, so you can get an elite status saying, “look at me I’m rich or willing to sell my kidney for one of their products.” Now that we are done with that lets move on.

- You are buying an actual keyboard, with full-size, backlit keys, with a scissor mechanism with 1mm travel that are quiet. These are the same switches and keys that are used on their newest laptops.

- The backlit keys work in conjunction with the light sensor of your iPad to work dynamically based on your environment.

- You are buying an actual track pad, that is a single piece of glass, designed with multi-touch gestures in mind, with equal pressure points across the entire pad. It may be small, but I doubt you’ll find a better one in a case and you’d be hard pressed to find a better one in a laptop.

- This “Case” provides front and back protection.

So, is this keyboard case ridiculously expensive? Compared to other Apple products. Not at all. It is competitively priced. Compared to non-apple products? You are paying about twice as much. But for that price you are getting the absolute best peripherals (mouse and touchpad) that seamlessly work, requires no extra hassle, and fits all together in a single package.

OTHER FEATURES:

- The iPad attaches to the floating cantilever design via magnets which allows for easy placing and easy removal, so you can easy go from “laptop mode” to “tablet mode” to draw on it or use it for other things. Which other cases don’t allow you to do easily.

- The floating cantilever design also gives you the ability to find the best angle for any given circumstance. Whereas, most other cases just allow you to pick between a couple different choices. This gives it the maximum portability as it can be used on nearly any surface.

- It comes with a USB-C port for passthrough charging via the 3 pogo pins. Which could also be argued is wireless charging for your iPad. This also frees up the USB-C port on your tablet for other things.

- This case doesn’t have a battery, doesn’t need to be charged, and doesn’t need to be turn on or off. As it is powered completely by the three pogo pins from the iPad itself. Once it attaches the keyboard seamlessly connects, as does the trackpad, and produces less lag than its Bluetooth counterparts. Once you remove the iPad everything powers down and disconnects just as easily.

- First time setup is seamless. You place your iPad on the stand, and it does everything for you. You just start typing or using the mouse immediately.

CUSTOMIZABILITY:

- Cursor color,

- Size,

- Tapping,

- Pointer speed.

- Form shaping

- Etc.

LAYOUT OF THE KEYBOARD:

I wish there as an actual delete key as I tend to use that often. But Instead I have to use control D. Also, for the 11 inch model not everything is full sized like it is for the 12.9 inch model.

PROS:

- In true Apple fashion it just works.

- Keys feel great to type on and are very responsive.

- Mouse pad feels excellent. I am very picky and hate most mouse pads. But this has excellent feel, your finger moves smoothly over it, and the clicks are crisp and just the right pressure no matter where you press.

- Can use the same shortcuts on the iPad as you use for the Mac for the most part.

- Touch controls on mouse are intuitive. You think this should work and it usually does.

- Heavy which is a good thing. This allows it to not just fall over when placed on a desk or in your lap. As the heavy part is the tablet itself which is opposite of a normal laptop.

- The whole thing is solid. It feels quality. The hinge is stiff, hard, and snaps into place. The magnets are strong, so your device doesn’t just fall off. This makes it ultra-portable.

CONS:

- Battery drains just a bit faster than without the keyboard. This is very minor.

- Hard to adjust the brightness of the keyboard. It doesn’t need function keys but adding that to the arrow keys would have been nice.

- Mouse support still has a way to go before it feels like a true laptop. As somethings that feel intuitive to do on a laptop still doesn’t work well on the iPad.

- Click and dragging text. Especially in Microsoft Word.

- In YouTube app (which I don’t think supports keyboards) you can click next video panes. Must use your finger instead.

- Mouse doesn’t always register you are over a click area. So you have to move and then replace or just use your finger.

-When selecting a place inside a word it will highlight the whole word instead of where the cursor is. Which then makes you have to use the arrow keys to be perfectly exact.

- Mouse would not always click on things and I instead had to use my finger. This should improve with future updates. It was better when _ feature was turned off.

- Heavy. Which takes the overall weight of the iPad over some of the lightest laptops.

- Not all apps support keyboard and mouse. Such as YouTube.

- Scissor key switches are susceptible to dust and debris. Also, does not do well with liquids.

CONCLUSION:

This is a classic Apple product. In the sense that it just works, and it elevates the overall experience of an existing product. But cost is huge. But in my opinion worth it for my needs. But that will be a choice you will have to make yourself. If the cost is justified by the things you gain from it.

For me, I had two problems with the iPad. The first being it was hard to get into a super comfortable position when you were using it. As you either had to hold the device or put it in a case and choose one of two positions to get the right angle and only if it was on a hard surface. Forget about using it on your lap or while prone. And if you had to move it around a lot it would fold into itself often and usually require two hands to set it back up. So, there was a huge lack of stability and portability there. This is completely solved with this new case. As it takes on everything that is great about a laptop but in a smaller package. I can lay prone and put it on my chest. Or I can set it on any surface and type. If I’m working out or fixing something while watching a video it is easy to place and move around with one hand.

The second problem I had was I had a hard time making it a productive device without keyboard and mouse support. I’ve used my iPad as a tablet for a long time, but I struggled to make it a productive device. Immediately, and I mean immediately upon attaching this keyboard my tablet went from being just a tablet to a productive machine. As it feels like a laptop but in a more compact form. Most of the apps that I used worked seamlessly with mouse and keyboard and I forgot I was using a tablet at all. The screen itself is great. As is the battery life.

This keyboard is built from quality materials, which it should be for the price, but if your somebody who wants a macbook level typing and trackpad experience this is the product for you. The magnets are strong, you don't have to worry about your ipad falling out. Perfect resistance when opening and closing, wont slam shut. You can customize the keyboard light brightness scrolling speed ext.. in the iPads setting. Rigid enough to hold ipad by the keyboard nothing about this case is flimsy. Pass-threw charging port is incredibly useful. Will not interfere with apple pencil charging. The keyboard runs off the iPads battery no charging required. It has a very good balance to it wont fall over when using on your lap. Works perfectly with 2018 ipad pro 11”. If you purchase the case and the 2020 ipad together and get applecare plus the keyboard is covered under it. A+ product in my book

So I was super skeptical about spending so much on the Magic Keyboard for my Pro. I have the first keyboard and NEVER used it. I use the pencil EVERYDAY for writes notes in Notability for my job. I use it to read, and of course browse the internet. Purchasing the Magic Keyboard was a game changer for me!!! The built in trackpad is the biggest win!! It helps me to navigate much easier and when I’m looking to write comments on YouTube videos, or in Reddit I absolutely use the magic keyboard. I also love how study it is and holds the ipad. This actually has me watching more videos while relaxing on the sofa or bed because i can prop it on my legs and just watch videos without having to hold the ipad. I definitely did not think that I would expect to use the Magic Keyboard as much as I have. I will say that I found a GREAT deal on an open box version which is what prompted me to say ok I’ll bite!! I’m not sure I would have paid full price before using it, however now that I have used it. Hands Down I WOULD pay full price because it really does complete the iPad Pro!

This is the best keyboard for my iPad Pro and Air4. The overall feel as I type is a joy: keys feel soft with good key travel. It is also backlit so I can type at night in bed. Along with the keys, the trackpad is very responsive and smooth with good size for my fingers. The keyboard portion lies flat on my lap and has good area space so that it does not feel awkward.

The design is great. The hinge is very sturdy and maneuverable. I didn’t notice the charging port on the left side of the hinge. I can charge my iPad and connect a dock to the sub-c at the same time. The best feature is the magnets that attach to the back of the iPad. It is a simple pull and your iPad is in your hands. This is ideal because when there are times I don’t need the keyboard, I can simple I detach the iPad without struggle and later the-attach it without fear I am warping the edges of a case. Also, this keyboard is interchangeable with the iPad Pro 11” and the iPad Air 4 as they have similar dimensions.

Main drawback(s) is that it does add a lot weight to your iPad. With that weight comes bulk, but you know that it is built well and will protect your iPad. The hinge does not bend as much as I had hoped, but it’s ok. Finally, normal cost for the 11” model was originally $299! Thankfully I got it at $199 at the time because Best Buy was matching Amazon’s prices. Honestly, I don’t know if I would spend $300 for this, even though it has a lot of good features and build quality.

Overall, the best investment for my iPads.

I love this keyboard, I use it religiously. I love that the iPad Pro powers the keyboard so I don’t have to charge it separately or have to take it off to do something else! The fact that pen sticks-to the top. Of the iPad Pro and it charges it as well. All of it is truly awesome. I love the light up keyboard. The spacing is awesome! This truly turns my iPad Pro into a mighty little computer! I love it! I know it’s a bit pricey but we’ll worth it.

I've never felt the need to buy a keyboard with past Ipads, but after I saw this thing, I had to have it. I love the way the hinge works. I used to own a Surface computer which had a kickstand, and this is WAY better. Highly recommended.

Not overly bulky like some cases. It is super responsive. Just like using the MacBook. A bit pricey but if you’re an Apple nerd and an iPad Pro lover it’s fantastic. Oh and I love that it charges the iPad when plugged in. It’s a pass through charge meaning the case holds no charge. Very cool

Excelent quality. Using the touch pad take a little bit getting used to but otherwise it's a solid product.

I was surprised that it actually works very berry good. It’s more than half the cost of the Magic Keyboard but still does a good job in doing what its supposed to do.

The keyboard is sturdier, will protect to a certain extent your iPad, has a dedicated line of access keys which the Magic Keyboard doesn’t have, a good size track pad but you’ll have use the center of the track pad to use it well, and it uses the smart connector so its direct access to use the keyboard from the start and no Bluetooth involved so that’s a plus.

There was an issue when if you used the keyboard and try to use the facebook app it would freeze if you tried to click on leaving a like or comment on it. I tried removing it from the keyboard off and on and it didn’t work. Logitech said to remove the app and install it again. Well it worked for minute and now its freezing again.

So if this keeps up I’ll just return this and pay a bit extra to get the Magic Keyboard.

Let’s hope it doesn’t get to that point but if I have too I’ll get it =.

I really wanted to give the Logitech Folio Touch Keyboard Case five stars, but there are just too many little issues to ignore. That said, it’s not a bad case. It’s just not quite perfect.

Starting with the good: The case is nicely sturdy and very well-made. The fabric exterior has a premium quality and the keyboard itself and the touchpad both have a nice tactile feel. The keys are well positioned. The function row is useful and the multi-touch gestures on the trackpad are familiar. The whole setup is extremely responsive. It’s practically required that I mention that I’m writing this review with the keyboard sitting on a desk and not having any issues with the feel of the keys, the functionality of the trackpad or the ability to nearly infinitely adjust the angle of the iPad itself. I also happen to have a Logitech Crayon and I do like that there’s a slot that will accommodate my stylus. Most are designed only for the much pricier Apple Pencil.

The iOS app is minimalistic and seems to only serve to keep you up to date on firmware updates for the case, so not much to say there other than it works, but doesn’t give you anything by way of other settings or options. I do like that you can go into iPad settings though and turn on tap to click.

I do have a few minor issues, however. Individually, they aren’t deal-breakers but they do add up:

First, the design of the rear folding support does allow you to adjust the angle of the iPad however you like, but with the keyboard folded out and the stand folded back, this is not a case that’s friendly to either lap or lap desk unless the iPad is at a very steep angle. The whole thing is just too deep from front to back. I’m able to sit it in my lap, but only if my legs are straight out in front of me and I’m 6ft tall. Even then, the whole thing feels a bit precariously perched. To be fair, I haven’t encountered an iPad keyboard case of any kind at any price that sits comfortably in my lap, though so this is more of a pipe dream so far.

Second, the case is bulky. By itself, it’s measurably heavier than the iPad it wraps around so you’ll be more than doubling the weight of your entire setup to strap this case on. Flipping the keyboard back and using the iPad in tablet mode with the case on is definitely a workout to lift. All that said, it’s a tank so if you’re rough on your electronics, this case at least feels like it would make it hard to break your iPad.

Next, the cutout for the USB-C port is on the small side. Some of my accessories with larger connectors can get hung up so pair your accessories carefully if they have USB-C connector casings that are on the bulkier side.

Finally, the trackpad only clicks on the bottom half. I’m a “tap to click” type of person, but for folks who like to push to click, you may find yourself at the top of the trackpad and have no way to select without moving your finger.

In summary, this case is a gem for sitting your iPad on a desk and happily typing away for much less than the cost of the similarly functional Apple alternative. However, if you plan to use it on a lap or lap desk, make sure you’re planning to stretch your legs out in front of you because you’ll need your shins to support the entire length.

Be very careful if you have a new IPad Air 4 (2020) to purchase the right model of the Folio Touch. The 1st and 2nd generation case fits but you cannot access the Touch ID. I got mine at Best Buy and it had a sticker placed over the words IPad 1st and 2nd generation on the box with the words IPad Air 4th generation! It will not work as there is not a cutout for the Touch ID! So this one is going back and Best Buy needs to pay attention to things like this. It is an excellent case even adding weight to the IPad and all options work very well on it! Be sure to look for model number ending 009952 for the proper case. Maybe this will save someone else from not making the same mistake.

The product were great. Ive been using this for a month and i had no issue about it. At first it gives me some glitches just like the track pad was not working its not moving and stack up. Overall the function that i expected to have was met. Satisfied!

It’s good because I can not only use it as an iPad but as the laptop with keyboard.

Besides, with the stand, I can use it to watch Netflix everywhere without my hand to hold the iPad.

I also had a prior version of the Ipad keyboard case wherein there was no trackpad. Adding this track pad was a good one. The trackpad is very precise and useful. The trackpad also supports swipe , pinch and scroll unlike a regular trackpad.

The keyboard also has a well laid out iPadOs shortcut keys.

Like the prior version of the ipad case, it also has a pocket to hold 2nd generation apple or logitech pencil.

I found the case to be durable and can withstand a few falls and the ipad air wont pop out, I can say this by experience.

Works as good as a laptop. Has all the controls of a full size keyboard except for pg up/down so I use the arrows. I bought a dual mode Bluetooth mouse for $15. I had no trouble connecting it but if I did the mouse also came with a usb I could’ve plugged into the keyboard. I love the USB-C feature. So far haven’t had any battery problems and my iPad doesn’t run down like I thought it would. Using the magic keyboard and 12.9” iPad is almost like a mini Mac.

This keyboard is the ultimate accesory for the new iPad with the M1 chip. To be honest this keyboard compliments any iPad it fits and converts your iPad to pretty much a great functioning laptop. We own both the white and the dark one and we can honestly say the white shows less dirt and marks.

I purchased this as an open box. I like the track pad on the keyboard. The keyboard lights up when you use it. No charging or setup with the keyboard. Put the iPad on it and your ready to go. The Magic keep board is a great add-on for anyone who uses their iPad to do a significant amount of type. I previously used the folio version of the keyboard the function as well asform factor between the two are night and day difference. The one issue with this particular keyboard is the white stains and I have been unable to find anything that is able to clean it. My keyboard is significantly stained just from setting an iPad Pro with a black version of this keyboard on top of it.

The magic keyboard is the best typing experience when it comes to using your iPad Pro. If you’re looking to save on money, the Logitech slim folio is also really great. The only down sides about the magic keyboard is the cost and how much grease it attracts. Getting a dbrand skin to put on it helps a lot.

It caught my attention to buy the case it’s softness and how it shows off in the back the Apple logo oh and it’s 360 degrees that’s a plus. This cover is great! I love the elastic strap which keeps it closed. I love the quality of the materials (it doesn’t feel cheaply made). It rotates 360 degrees (both directions) with ease. It does, however cover the speakers, which I was a bit worried at first that it might muffle the sound, but the sound is just fine. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy it again. Yes, it is a little bulky but it protects your iPad.

Wasn’t sure if I’d end up liking this “folio” style case, but it was the obvious superior quality item among the choices in the store so I took the risk. The magnetic fold back closure flap is nice, though a stronger magnet would have been better. In the end, I found one significant design shortcoming. When the cover is folded back behind the case and you slip your hand into the elastic hand grip in portrait orientation, the weight of the iPad causes the front part of the case to droop down in relation to the folded back cover behind it like two large, heavy, mis-aligned playing cards. Very awkward to hold it this way. A magnetic solution either with the fold back closure flap holding the two in alignment, or one between the rear of the case and the cover holding them to each other would have really helped.

Also, the rotation feature is of little value (I don’t use it), and don’t plan on removing the iPad frequently from the case as it isn’t easily done.

I love this case. It’s very protective. I feel safe taking my iPad Pro anywhere while using this case. I needed a case for my iPad Pro day 1 when I first bought it, and couldn’t wait for the Amazon one to come in. Unboxed my iPad and put this case on right away. I don’t even use the Amazon one that I bought.

I purchased this case in fear because it was for my sons iPad and we have always used the hard cases. After using it over the past few weeks I found that the protection is great! No issues and he enjoys the fact that you can turn the screen without messing up the case and creating wear and tear.

This case not only provides protection for the front and back of the Ipad, but also serves as a stand. It can hold the ipad in either horizontial or vertical direction. It was reasonably priced compared to other case stands.

This good Ipad case for 10.9 Ipad air4 or the 11 inch Ipad pro. The outside is a soft plastic leather like material and can be cleaned easy. The inside facing the screen is soft material. There slots for angling the ipad for viewing. There are sounds cutouts to reflect the speakers towards the front. It offers good protection from drops. A slot for charging an apple pencil. All ports and buttons are easily accessible. The ipad can be rotated to a portrait view.

It’s very easy to get my iPad in and out if and as needed. The case allows you to stand it up in 4 different angles to let you stream comfortably. Also the case where you insert the tablet rotates 360 degrees so if you need it to stand up and not lay side ways you can turn it without taking it out of the case.

I thought this would be a lighter purple, but it’s really more of a Plum. The case is soft, feels sturdy, and I love the holder for the Apple Pencil. Just disappointed in the color.

I've used it only a couple of weeks, and the vinyl on one of the corners is already splitting apart. I'm extremely careful with my iPad do I don't believe it is do to abuse.

I would not recommend this product because of the workmanship.

They sold me a wrong case for the I pad air, this doesn't fit

I like it’s sturdy quality of a cover for my iPad that I’m very sure can protect it from any scratches and even from fall! I had several Targus products that I had for my laptop and I can vouch its quality is appropriate for the price.

I have the 10.5 iPad Pro. I realized the case completely covers the quad speakers and smart connectors for a magnetic keyboard on my iPad. Even if you have an iPad that only has dual speakers, it would cover those as well. The sound still sounds great, I didn’t notice a difference in the sound quality at all, I actually tested to see of the sound was muffled or distorted in any way, it’s not, with or without the case.

On the other hand, the case protects the speakers from dust and particles, so that’s a plus. I use headphones often anyways. The smart connectors being covered is annoying but not a deal breaker for me since I only use my Smart Keyboard a quarter of the time that I’m actually on my iPad.

This STM Atlas Folio Case fits my iPad 9.7" (6th Gen.) perfectly. It looks simple and elegant. Very clean looking. It feels good too. The magnets that keep the cover closed are strong enough so the cover stay closed. The Apple Pencil holder is a neat touch.

Great case but mine already broke on the side by the camera.

It is beautiful, but not the most practical. It covers and protects my iPad well. The Touch ID button is almost impossible to get, the cover doesn’t let you properly scan your finger. Also, I find it a little hard to stand the iPad up, it’s not like it slides easily, it requires some work. I do love it has a closure so your Apple Pencil is really secured. Even though the color is so pretty and it protects the iPad well, I probably wouldn’t purchase it again.

This is a very well made case. My 12 year old daughter loves it. She like the color and the cases functionality. The IPad can be made vertical where the bottom of the screen sits in grooves and stays in place. I’ve used other brands for my earlier generation iPad and have found less than preferred stability when locking the base of the screen to grooves. This case, however, does what it needs to do. You can adjust the and keep the desired angle of the screen where you like it without the worry of it slipping out of the grooves (1 groove on each side). In addition, there is a magnetic flap that covers the camera when not in use protecting the camera. See pictures attached for a better understanding of what I am talking about.

Love this case for my iPad! I’ll have to come back and give it an updated review in a couple of months or a year to see how it is by then. For the price I expect it to last me a while. It’s super soft and clean looking. I love that it hold my apple pencil in securely and I love the back because you can use the camera but also cover it up when it’s not needed to protect it! Ok it is not a heavy duty case like for construction or children. For a casual look and functionality it is really good. It protects your ipad with a nice cushion padding; the rubberized rotating insert that holds the ipad does a 360 degree turn and works as a stand. The way it is designed it directs the speaker sound to the user. It is sturdy enough to last a good while and keep your ipad protected. My daughter had a similar targus for her ipad mini and wanted the same for my ipad. It is a nice sleek not too bulky functional folio/case for an ipad. It should fit the 6th gen ipad, the package of the one I purchased had a sticker suggesting it did and it does fit like a glove. An elastic strap can secure the folio from opening keeping it protected inside luggage or backpack. I can highly recommend it and I am very happy with it.

We bought the newest iPad (the 5th generation, not the Pro line) directly from Apple back in May 2017 and were surprised to learn that even Apple themselves didn't have any full cases for

It; Apple only had the Smart Cover. The Apple "Genuises" suggested that any cover made for the iPad Air 4 would work, but that is an inaccurate statement - the iPad Air 4 and the newest iPad are different enough (lenses placement, lightning port location) that trying to use an iPad Air case on the iPad was frustrating. Then a friend bought the same iPad as us, and, as luck would have it, they were strolling through Best Buy when they saw this case from Targus. It had a sticker on it that said it fit the latest iPad so they took a chance. And low and behold, it does! Everything lines up and it is a very sturdy case. We bought the black version and couldn't be happier. Our only gripe is the price, and think that it could be a little cheaper, but we can't fault the fit and finish. A very well made case.

I love this case. Fits my iPad Pro9.7 perfectly. It is very protective and has a strap to keep closed. Also has a place for the pen on the outside. It is adjuatable and can swivel. The price was excellent in online clearance. I highly recommend this to anyone who has an iPad Pro 9.7. Ive waited for years to find the right case after buting and returning several but now ive finally found it the perfect one. The Apple cover is junk and way too expensive. Do not buy it. i had to throw mine out because it looks so shabby after awhile. Get this one!

This Targus case is extremely well made. Durable, versatile and nice looking. It has good solid upright support. Well worth it's cost. I did add a Zag glass for extra insurance.

Bought this as a present for my wife. She loves the color, feel and function of the Targus Classic VersaVu Folio Case. Unlike my old Targus case this one allows you to swivel the IPad in the case, giving you the option of landscape or portrait viewing. It looks like red stitched padded leather. Very nice case.

We purchased this cover for an older IPAD that was being gifted to our Grandson. The cover significantly “dressed up” the gift so much that our Grandson thought he had received a brand new IPAD. Of course, Grandma and Grandpa were thrilled by the enthusiasm displayed by our Grandson! A good decision!

I really like this keyboard. It is not a Bluetooth device, and I am glad since I have had other Bluetooth devices that lose connectivity and stop working. I just connect it to the iPad and it works. My only complaint is that is is not a protector for the iPad. It folds, but doesn’t cover the back of the iPad and does not seal up. Also, the keyboard has two areas where it bends/folds and I am concerned about it eventually breaking.

I have been waiting for this to go on sale because the original price was too expensive for $160.. So glad I came across it on bestbuy’s top deals! I love the responsiveness of the keyboard and its clicky sound too which I like.. For $99 I am really happy, it complements my Ipad Pro 10.5 inch that I bought on 2017( yep it took me 3 years lol). Its compatible and so far no issues! Highly recommended if you want to add this accessory to your collection!

Good keyboard/screen cover for the iPad 8gen. HOWEVER: When in use, keyboard does not lie fully flat on the table, it floats up when you take the pressure of your hands off the keyboard...a MFG defect(?). Does not bother me enough warrant a return, but a more discerning customer may not tolerate that.

Best quality out there and looks and fits the best. Great for the iPad, but for the price and size you should invest in an iPad Air or iPad Pro and a Smart Keyboard folio or magic keyboard. :)

This is the best keyboard for a I pad 8th generation

I love both the tablet and keyboard. What I really like about keyboard is how it folds up and doubles as a case protector for my tablet. The keys are easy to type on snd it is easy to clean, no worries of debris issues under keys. I’ve already recommended it to four others interested in this product. I even told them to seek Griffin at the Mission Valley store cuz he was the ultimate sales person, concerned about my satisfaction and not the next sale.

I am so happy with this keyboard. I have never used one before. Set up was easy, especially for a non-techy like me. The keyboard is user friendly and your fingers can easily navigate the board. I don’t have another keyboard to compare to but I freaking LOVE this board!

I had the logitech keyboard which included a trackpad and other keys not included in the Apple one, but was very very inconsistent and eventually stopped working after a year. I purchased this one as a replacement, even thought it cost more.

But this one is Apple, which means it *consistently* works, but it only works because you are forced to angle it in a certain way to make it work. If the logitech one did the same, mine would still be working! With that said, the keys feel a lot better than the logitech, but it is missing a crucial feature - the trackpad. Trackpad is incredibly useful to however over links without linking them.

Pros: Feels good, works well, always works

Cons: pricey, prevents a lot of cases, only 1 angle to view, missing trackpad

It's a lot more cons than pros - but the always working part outweighs the features I gave up

I bought this case for my iPad Pro 11 2021. At first look, it didn’t feel sturdier to me but when the case actually came and I put it on my iPad, this is the best cover. It has the clasp which secures the iPad and the Apple Pencil very well. It Keeps the camera covered and back flap is easy to fold when you want to use the camera without removing the whole case. That is the best feature. Overall a great iPad cover. Highly recommend it!

I purchased this Speck protective case for my 4th generation iPad Air 10.9" to use for both leisure and work purposes. The installation of the iPad Air into the case was a breeze and the case does hold the device very snug. With this being said if one needs to remove the case for any reason then one must be very delicate around the edges with the plastic mechanisms. One doesn't want to accidentally chip or break the plastic that holds the iPad Air in place.

It is to be expected but I did find the use of this case a bit awkward when using my iPad to take photographs or video. There is a small flap that folds down off the camera lens to allow for picture/video taking but one also needs hold back the larger flap cover from getting in the way of the camera lens while taking a picture/video. Such an aspect feature would be a bit awkward for any folio case and regardless of brand. Other than the awkwardness with photo/video taking I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend to anyone.

I really like this case for the iPad Pro 2nd generation but I really didn't like the price. I think the camera shield is a really good feature and the ability to magnetically hold the Apple Pencil 2nd generation is a plus. I ended up returning it as I was able to find a case elsewhere that also had a screen protector that worked with the Apple Pencil. But, if you are planning to add a separate screen protector then this case has it all. You won't be disappointed with this case.

Got this for my 2021 11 inch iPad Pro (3rd gen). All around good protection. Initially got the Apple folio case but it left the edges unprotected and if dropped or bumped against a hard surface, will have chipped.

Also has where you can store your Apple Pencil while still charging from the iPad. Well built case and simple minimalist design.

The Apple ipad Pro 11 case with Microban from Speck can configure into various working positions. The only thing that I did not care for was the plastic locking clip on the side of the case. With repeated use, I predict that the plastic clip will break. Overall this is a good product.

Overall a great case for my new iPad 11" Pro (2021). Great quality and securely holds my iPad. Only negative is, unlike my last case, it doesn't have a stand to prop up the iPad in portrait mode... only landscape mode. A bit pricey but compared to what we paid for the higher end iPad it's worth the money.

Very durable, very lightweight and easy to carry around/hold. The stand is very helpful and I love how it folds over to protect the iPad screen. There’s a lot a notch on the outer right side to hold my Apple Pencil.

It has done everything I need it for, I love it ,a nd so glad I purchased it. I like the the angel it props it self for reading on a deck top, or counter top. When I do art on my tablet it's very easy to use, plus when you finished, and you close the cover, it shuts it self off so your not draining your battery which is a big plus.

I bought another keyboard and it was very heavy and bulky. Brydge Keyboard is neat and less heavier. I fitted my iPad 9.7 2017 (not PRO) as they promised. It matches the color of iPad too.

Disappointed when one of the keyboard rubber bumpers disappeared without detection.

I love this keyboard. I have used other keyboards, Targus, Logitech, and wished I'd found this one first. When I first opened the box, I didn't see a case, just keyboard. All others I bought had a case that closed. This one attaches onto your Ipad with very sturdy hinges. All you do is slide your Ipad down on the hinges. The Ipad and keyboard close together and acts like a case. I purchased the gold keyboard and looks good with my silver Ipad. The keyboard lights up and is easy to use.

When my daughter recieved this she was thrilled. It worked seamlessly it looked like a mini laptop. The battery life was awesome. But just three and half months later, when she opened it this morning it completely shattered her screen. She was always very careful with it, never dropped it. She is devastated because there is no way to use her iPad any more.

Had the pad for a short period of time and the corner plastic has broken, the outside fabric is ripping, and the area around the camera came unglued or something, bending back the material. Very poor quality will not buy from This company again.

Keep in mind, the pen holder is on the outside.

It does put iPad to sleep and wake it up with the cover.

Did I mention the apple pencil holder is on the outside of front cover?

This Zagg model is better than the upgraded version that has more protection, if performance is your priority. Because this Zagg had zero protection, and I knew that when I bought it. This is because I returned the other Zagg for performance issues. It does NOT automatically become the default keyboard when going into Safari or texting. You must first hit the "on" button, and repeatedly hit the space bar to wake it up. Apple's keyboard is the only brand that does not do this, but it does not hold onto the ipad safely (had to replace mine when it fell out). I've had all that Best Buy sells, and they all do that. NOW, I charged my purchase with the Brydge keyboard, plus the extened warranty. When I exchanged for this keyboard, they would only give me a store credit. I don't get that. Why would they not credit my card????? I will eventually use the credit, and that will be it for Best Buy. I will look there and buy on Amazon going forward!!!!

Cover does a great job of protecting the ipad when closed as it should. The keyboard works great but can be annoying if you flip the case all the way open and forget to to turn it off. You start pressing keys and causing actions on the ipad by accident. I've only charged the keyboard initially and it's been working for at least a month of almost daily use with the case propped open like a laptop. I do not have a pen, so I can't comment on the holder.

It would be 5 stars if the keyboard would disable automatically on full open.

This folio is nothing more than a vinyl wrapped piece of cardboard with a magnet inside, there is no type of protection if you drop your ipad and for $70 I expected more. I have since returned it.

I stood in the iPad case/cover/portfolio isle for several minutes, trying to figure out which would protect the best, last the longest, and not break the bank. In the end, it was a Best Buy employee who helped me make the decision. He picked this one up, took it out of the box and asked if he could put my iPad in it and show me how well it worked. When I saw how it could stay on the iPad without having to CLIP on to the edges, but simply magnetically, I was sold. It's a higher price, but I think it will last FAR beyond other options on the market, and I LOVE that it doesn't cover anything along the sides (charging port, speakers, etc)

Great design with high quality materials. Fits like a glove and is functionally an integrated part of an iPad Air. It preserves the beautiful form factor of the iPad and does not add much weight. The two standing configurations are functional; as usual, a bit pricey for what it is; but no third party folio comes close to the overall aesthetics, fitment, and functions.

I know it's pricey, BUT you ABSOLUTELY get what you pay for here. It's an apple product, so it fits EXACTLY the way it should. When you open it up, the iPad wakes up, and when you flip it closed, it locks it. Stays put on the back with no problems. Looks and feels nice too, NOT cheap like most of the less-expensive solutions. We don't really use it for a stand, so I can't say how well that works, but I would imagine it works as designed.

A great and easy solution for having a case on my iPad Air. Even though it stays on with a magnet, I have had no issues keeping it on and have been loving it. Downside is that folding it to use it as a stand does not always work very well. It works...just be ready for it to slip.

Pricey, but It does the job. Initially I assumed the case was more of a fiber cover to prevent scratches to the iPad's screen and back. However the back is magnetic and sticks to your iPad, so there's no worry that your iPad will fall out and break. There are other alternative cases, but I decided to splurge and I do not regret it whatsoever. There's no added weight to the iPad, and unlike other cases, it doesn't make it bulky.

The Air folio is a big improvement over previous iterations for the regular iPad. This folio fits like a glove and is not easily dislodged. Prior versions we’re always popping off the iPad case. A bit spendy but at least this version works as intended.

Got this for my 8th generation iPad I just bought. (yes it works for 8th gen). I picked it as it was the only one I could find that would fold up like a laptop & you can put the screen at any angle for viewing, not like most that have notches or "feet" that only allow 1 or 2 angles. My only worry is since it is only attached by a small section in the middle (allowing it to rotate) and not across the whole keyboard, I'm afraid it might break more easily. It works great so far and am very happy with it.

I love this case, especially given the price. The rotation is awesome on how it rotates on the multiple axis. The only negative is that you have to charge the keyboard versus the Logitech model that gets power from the iPad, but even then it is about 1/2 the price of the Logitech and is not really available anyway for the 7th Gen 10.2 anymore. Do not think twice about purchasing it.

Perfect for my ipad.....it turned it into a mini laptop and the swivel allows multiple positions for the ipad .....including a quick easel positon!

Great Product! I had bought the Targus - Versa Type for my wife when I upgraded her iPad last year and liked the way if functions. When I upgraded mine recently, I opted for this one over the Zagg Rugged Book which I had used previously with my old iPad Air. Only time will tell how it holds up, but very impressed with it at this point.

I had one of these before and literally wore it out. I tried to replace it with something of lesser quality and cheaper, but came back to this one because it is absolutely the best on all fronts!

This case is fabulous. Prior to this, I had a Logitech case that was awful, and I had a ZAGG case that threatened to break my iPad every time I opened it. I finally found this and am so thankful I did. This case is wonderful. Highly recommend!

I am not happy that when you close the case it doesn't shut down the iPad, other than that it is fine.

The case is very sturdy so you know your iPad will be very protected and the lights within the keyboard make it extremely easy to type in an area without much light. I also love the apple pen pocket it has and the open section of the case that still allows it to charge. Definitely gives me the laptop vibes I need when away from my PC. The price may seem high but it's a lot more affordable than the others at prices above $100.

Great sturdy case, keyboard is magnetic and can be removed to be readjusted. Would be nice if it had a mousepad. Great protection coverage for Ipad pencil. Only issue was connecting device to keyboard, the instructions that came with the keyboard were not detailed and accurate for connecting with Ipad 4th generation; need to be updated.

Purchased an IPad cover to replace a rather old protective sleeve.

I have had a protective cover for my IPad for the life of the product. The cover has been on vacation cruise and toured foreign cities with perfect results.

As with all good things, it had come to an end.

The replacement fits fine and is close to perfect,

The new cover is not as good at standing up, easel fashion. Tends to collapse and fall over.

However, since it is the only replacement that is close to fitting, it is the one I bought. When it does topple, it does hold the IPad securely in place to prevent real damage, As promised.

Having an older iPad it was hard to find a new case. I wanted one that fit snuggly and not a "one size fits all". I was able to get the perfect case by ordering it online from Best Buy. Also I had a choice of colors.

This is a great case for my iPad. Offers great protection and is only slightly heavier than my prior case which didn’t provide great protection. Has innovative corner that folds down so the rear camera is not blocked when case folded against the back. Material has a texture that makes it easy to grip.

I love that this case isn’t bulky and has the flap that you can move when in use to take a picture. I use my iPad for class and often take pictures of notes on the board so that was a great plus! The case turns into a stand for the iPad and it doesn’t slide and has many different angles.

I ordered this because my old one had broken places on it due to use and age. Wanted one with pen holder but this is fine. It is well made and looks go too.

Fits my iPad Air 10.9 in. perfectly. Price was more than half of the keyboard that Apple sales to go with it (nothing wrong with using the Apple keyboard, my spouse has it for his iPad Pro and it works great). The Zagg keyboard will lock the iPad into 2 different angles. Apple pen fits and charges in a space on the top. The flap that closes the keyboard needs to be flipped and stuck to the back or it hangs over into the screen. When I go to fold it up the iPad disconnects from the case and I have to adjust to close. Keys are round, raised, and nice to the touch. It does the job for a decent price.

Looking for a quality keyboard and iPad pro protector. This one will do . My only issue is the price. Ebay and Amazon have cheaper options. But in a pinch this is a good option. Buying the protect program is a must . This is my second keyboard. The 1st one lost keys from the board . Best Buy accepted my return. No questions asked. That what makes this purchase 4 stars . The Best Buy warranty.

I bought this for my new iPad Air and I have no complaints at all. Everything lines up perfectly and the keyboard works very well. When the keyboard is folded all the way back, it automatically shuts off so there’s no accidental buttons pressed. When is flipped back for use, just press the power button and you’re typing again. I this case and keyboard combo!

Love this keyboard. It’s on almost instantly once you snap the iPad into one of the two magnetic locking positions. Battery life appears to be very good, which has always been a plus with all the Zagg keyboards I have had in the past.

Got this for my fiancé and she loves it. It’s very sturdy and durable. The magnet connects quickly yet efficiently and the Bluetooth connection is simple and quick.

Excellent protection but the wireless keyboard frequently stops working. The options for the angle of the screen are good.

The viewing angle is too vertical to be of any use. This is a major departure from previous models. Note - the Pro model does not include a display protector like the standard model. The case provides outstanding protection but the viewing angle makes it a non- starter.

Wonderful OtterBox case for my new Apple iPad Air! I wish there was a compartment to hold my Apple Pencil!! There is a spot to a open to allow the pencil to magnetically stay attached to the iPad, but then it would mean that the case is open on that side, so the pencil could possibly fall out. Maybe not, love the case anyway. I just wish that it had the front clear protective screen that the older models always came with...paid a lot fir this case and I still had to purchase a clear protective screen to cover the front.

I'm prone to drop things so asked the Best Buy rep to recommend the best product for me. While it was more than I had wanted to spend, I feel it will protect my investment of a new iPad Air far better than a regular folio, especially when I'm traveling. I had to search for a You Tube video to see how to take it apart in order for the iPad to be placed, but that was easy enough to find.

I wish the stand had more than one viewing angle; it's a bit upright for reading.

This particular model doesn't come with a plastic screen protector.

This is my 4th Otter Box, for my fourth Apple IPad Air. I use my IPad everyday for business. My IPad gets dropped at least one or two

times a week. With the Otter Box case, I have never had a broken screen. I have never had internal damage. It is tough and really protects

my IPad. It may cost a few dollars more, but how much is a new screen? The Otter Box just works.

This case has a great fit for my new 4 gen iPad. I think it’s an improvement over the older model that I bought for an older iPad. The older cover was very tight and difficult to remove. This one fits just right and is easier to remove. I also purchased a separate glass screen saver for extra protection.

Bought this case for my new iPad Air 4th generation, which I bought for my father in laws business. He said he loves it and he’s dropped it a couple times and it’s prevented any major cracks or any cracks at all really. The Otter Box Defender case for iPad Air 4th Gen is a solid case for protecting your iPad investment. Disassembly on the first pass is tricky, but you'll be a pro in no time.

Product fit great, doesn't affect the view because of the new bezels. It holds it great for landscape view. Protects the iPad well all the outer corners (see the pictures). The only thing is that the case won't let you charge the Apple Pencil because it prevents it to attach the side and charge (check the last picture). Other than that the case it's really great.

I got this iPad case for my expensive iPad at Best Buy it’s so useful. It’s made of rubber and come with a shoulders strap, and a hand strap on the back side for easy holding. I always want to to make sure I got something that protects this expensive iPad and this is the best thing. If I drop it by any chance the rubber case will protect it from cracking. Now all I need is to get the glass protection. I really love this case I can take the iPad anywhere and not have to worry about it’s breaking.

I got this for my IPad Air and have to say I wish all cases were like this. The hand strap in the back can be used as a kickstand and great for when I watch my shows. It seems very tough and will hold if ever the iPad were to fall (g-d willing it never does). This includes a strap also which comes in handy too when we have a lot in our hands. I would highly recommend getting this case.

Amazing protective case, also good for carrying. Even sometimes can feel that it doesn’t fit right it holds it pretty good. It makes you have the feeling that your iPad Air 4 weight is lesser because of the material which the case is made of.

It’s a snug fit and easy to grip case. And easy enough to put on. It had a Apple Pencil holder which I love. Very happy with it.

my ipad is older and so is my pencil so it doesn’t stick to my ipad or case magnetically. this case has been a godsend because i like to type on a keyboard but my daughter likes to drop my ipad and lose the pencil. all of my problems are remedied with this case. it’s really sturdy, stands the ipad up. can be used when detached from the keyboard, the charge lasts a long time, and it holds my pencil.

Spoke w/ BBY sales person and requested a keyboard/case for an Apple IPAD Air2. I was provided a Zagg product that was for an IPAD Air3. I had to return it due to believed missing pieces. While returning on 0708/2021, I was told that I would receive the replacement via mail at my residence the next day, 0709/2021. The Zagg product was finally received on 07/26/2021.

The replacement Zagg (received 07/26/2021) product again did not fit my IPAD Air2 but was for an IPAD Air3. I returned to the store (07/27/2021) and spoke with the manager. To my surprise, I learned that my purchase price was refunded to me on 07/08/2021, so essentially I got the unusable product free. I gave the Zagg product back to the manager. He noted to me that BBY does not carry a Zagg product that is usable with an IPAD Air2.

I am appreciative to the people who helped me but I spent a lot of time not getting what I wanted.

I’m back at square one.

Please note the description on the Zagg product. It says Apple IPad and does not delineate between an Air2 or 3.

I can’t imagine NOT having a Zagg Rugged Book for my iPad. I take my iPad everywhere, and with the Rugged Book my iPad is not only protected, but more functional (for me) with the lighted keyboard. With daily use, I have had a Rugged Book last two years before replacing. If you love your iPad, or one for your child, I highly recommend this product.

I bought this to go on my new i-Pad Air. I didn't realize (but probably should have) that it covers only the viewing side of the i-Pad; the backside is left unprotected. This, I gather, helps keep the weight down (as desired), but if you're touchy about wanting never to risk scratches on the backside, you probably should get another type of cover. For example, I have an Apple-made leather cover on my old iPad that does cover both front and back and is relatively thin and light. All that said, this cover is clever; it clicks to the iPad without effort but is easily removed if desired. I'm keeping it.

I miss the old model, this one isn’t as thick as I recall it being. A bit pricey since it’s only screen protection.

Even though I purchased the iPad to place in a stand for ease of use, I wanted to have some protection for when it's not being used in the stand. This cover is excellent for protecting the iPad, and is thin enough that I can flip it backwards and still use the stand without detaching the cover. Perfect!

This is always been my go to for my iPads. The only problem was that I couldn’t easily find a case for i the back. It’s pretty pricey so I think they should make it more flexible.

fits like a shockproof glove, Very sturdy with a built-in stand. Anyway This case is beautiful, it fits very well, it does not leave a free space or is very sensitive. The buttons and ports line up perfectly and are not difficult to press with the case on.

I like how sturdy this case is. It works perfectly for my ipad when taking online classes. The best thing about it is built in screen protector. Unlike other cases this protector does not effect touch sensitivity and provides great protection to the screen.

only draw back is the kick stand slips out of place- but the case itself is solid. dropped my iPad once or twice and no damage was done because of the case.

This case is not worth the money! One of the button protectors is longer than the other and the case won’t allow my iPad to use both the volume buttons because of how the case fits. Maybe I got a defective case but it’s very inconvenient to wait for a case for a brand new device for the case to not allow the full use and function of the device it’s protecting. If I could use both of the volume buttons this case would be worth the price but along with that problem the case isn’t fully in contact with the whole screen, and there’s a bit of gapping around the edges of the screen.

This ipad case is absolutely beautiful . It shows off the color of the ipad and add a nice protective shield to the back and the corners. It does not add much weight. It has a slot for the apple pencil as well. The touch iD slot take a little bit of getting used to with the case but within a day you get used to it. This is really a great minimalist case that shows off the beauty of the new ipads.

Luv it! With most cases you can’t see the beautiful colors of the iPad. But with this one, the color shines!

The case itself is very nice and fits the IPad perfectly. The only issue with the case is it doesn’t allow you to use the finger print unlock aspect of the IPad Air. The whole is too thick and doesn’t allow the finger to rest on the iPad. This is a major design flaw!

This case is very sturdy and love how I can keep it upright with little effort. It has the sleep mode when you close case and held close by a strong magnet. The color is wonderful too!

Purchased this for my Ipad air first glance looks sturdy put it on and tried it the back in hard plastic I can see it scratching the back. The front would move exposing the screen. It wouldn’t stand would have to hold. Wasn’t happy with it returned. Bought a Targus I had one before Will keep this one. Stick with what you know.

I bought one at Amazon and it was a complete desaster, sow this one online here and ordered it, when I received it, it matches and fix exactly... it works perfectly and my kiddo loves it.

You have to type a letter several times and it will finally show up on screen and you can proceed. I bought it online and had to put it to immediate use because my old keyboard died. Had I been able to see it and try it I would not have purchased this model. I’m reminded every time I use it how little I like it.

I love and hate this case! It’s great for allowing me to prop my iPad up when I’m sitting or laying to view content. When I fold the flap back to have it in a normal iPad view in hand....the flap basically is in the way. The flap doesn’t magnetically stay in place. Great protection for though for the iPad. Too snug on my screen protector, which cause it to rise every now and then on the screen protector edges. I love the fact that it protects grease and oils from entering the speakers. As far as the microphones, just a normal deep hole that slightly protects, but beware water could definitely get inside all the holes. Again, be cautious. Hahaha! If you don’t own an Apple Pencil the flap won’t feel snug. It magnetically closes and honestly feels loose! My main reason for keeping this case is because it was a good deal, it rotates and the speakers are super protected.

I like this case, why? It does not let the iPad fall or slip like my other caseS do! Angles are good for viewing and it gives good protection. The speakers grills channel the sound forward to you fine instead of outward. Not too many cases have this feature. It also rotates to vertical as well for use. Auto wake works fine too. Nice feel to this case as well when carrying it.

Pros: protects the Ipad very well. Easy to setup for use and viewing. The overall feel of the parts is good.

Cons: It was hard to place the Ipad into the unit. I feel like if it did not seat snug this design would put wear points on your expensive IPAD. The swivel part are a little too loose but manageable. Hard to clean. When it closes things are hard to line up.

Good case but my screen protector didn’t like the case. Did what I wanted but I did end up getting a new one. But for the price of this case you can’t beat it.

I bought this because I was looking for a reasonably priced case that would give me vertical and landscape positioning and since the iPad Air 4 was new not many cases were out yet I figured I would keep it temporarily until I got a good one. I tend to drop my iPad occasionally and had concerns about the quality but its been great. This is not the kind of case I would normally buy but surprisingly have been satisfied with it and possibly may not even replace it. There are two improvements I would like and that is for it to go into sleep mode when the cover is closed and for it to fit straight when closed— it does but sometimes it takes some playing around with, but I can live with those shortcomings.

This case is durable and fits well on the iPad. It is reasonably priced compared to many other cases.
