I’ve been waiting for this new iPad mini 6 and it does not disappoint. This iPad is very fast with or wihout using the cellular. The display is crisp and bright and has so many features like its big brother “ iPad Pro”. I love the portability and especially like using the Apple Pencil 2. I’m glad I ordered early because it’s seems that it’s hard to keep the 256gb Wi-Fi+ cellular in stock. You won’t be disappointed.

I upgraded to the new mini iPad cellular tablet primarily for consuming media. I don’t do any gaming app so I can’t speak to how much screen spaces is available.

My comparison is to the mini 4th generation, which has been great and no cellular connection issues.

I have the majority of the streaming services and with the exception of Apple TV movies and TV shows, the display on the NEW mini is nearly identical in size to mini 4 with the exception of the screen width being a negligible 1/2” wider but the height almost identical.

Apple TV is the only app I found that truly uses the entire screen and the NEW mini display is wider and taller.

The true tone makes the screen less bright. The mini 4 takes up only a little more width but the NEW mini is slightly thicker. They weigh almost the same.

I’ve been waiting a long time for Apple to come out with a new iPad Mini. I use my iPad for reading. I find it’s just the right size and not to heavy to hold for a long time. It’s much faster than it’s predecessor and has very good sound. I do use it occasionally for watching YouTube and some texting. It’s just the right size. Not to big and not to small. Perfect for my needs. Highly recommend depending on what you want to use it for.

Coming from an S8+ and is an excellent device. It has everything, awesome screen, awesome camera, and a long lasting battery life. Wake up at 5 am and go to sleep around 10 and the phone still has battery. Very satisfied. Love the ultrasonic fingerprint, even if I dont use it too much because of the face Id, which works fantastic too. Only bad thing I see is looking for a screen protector, because of the fingerprint reader. Thinking about the whitestone dome glass, which supports the fingerprint sensor. Great cameras also, it creates magic. And of course the beautiful aurora glow on the back is just INCREDIBLE

Love my Samsung Note 10 plus. But after buying it, they came out with the 20 then the 21. But I still love my Note 10+ . I'm not ready to upgrade yet.

Still love my Note 10+ , no real changes with the Note 20 or 21 , with the software updates, my Note 10+ has the same quality.

I've been buying the latest and greats smartphones since the early Sony experia days and have owned just about every significant Samsung smartphone release since then. Every year I will stray over to other manufacturers to see what the big and small players are up to. Most, but not all of the time, I find myself right back to my Samsung phone as the daily driver. Which is usually a Note. Now that Samsung has released another Note series for an increasingly high price, let's see how it does. In particular against my S 9 plus that it's replacing.

Looking at the screen is like looking at a 4K tv! The camera rivals my professional camera.

Having had an older Yoga tablet I was really excited to get this. However, it has been a disappointment due to its size and software.

Pros:

Screen is nice and vibrant

The speakers are excellent

The kickstand is very useful. There should be an iPad case with a hinge/stand like this.

Cons:

Much larger than expected, bigger than the previous version (original size in picture) or iPad mini. Like a full size iPad with a large battery attached. Prefer a smaller screen for portability. I wish BestBuy would have had one on display before purchasing so I could have seen how big it was. Hopefully Lenovo will introduce a mini Yoga.

The hinge is uncomfortable on the hand. The original hinge design was nicer.

Software is a burden. Typical Google bloatware that cannot be uninstalled, only disabled. Android always makes you feel like Google is spying on you.

Can't uninstall Google Entertainment Space, hate it. Can only disable it. Spotlights political images like Obamas stuff, who cares.

Can't uninstall Google Kids Space even though I indicated adult during initial setup.

Lenovo pesters you to sign into their experience apps. Don't want to or need to.

Give people a choice of what they want and allow customizations. I want a clean minimalist screen.

Initial review having had it for only a few days. Wanted something with more storage and RAM than my 6th gen iPad to process videos on the GoPro app. This does not disappoint. Went from 32 GB to 256 GB storage with another 256 GB via SD card and from 2 GB RAM to a blazing 8 GB! Display is great and the battery life is awesome. Very pleased so far, especially for the price! *****

Best Buy says this is a 2020 model, but the computer says 2017. I called apple and they agreed we were given bad info from the Best Buy site and we have 2 2017 models. I called customer service and was told my complaint was not worthy enough to speak to management. My request for a manager “was not approved”. I’ll be returning these and contacting the BBB.

Apple's computer is great in every way. There is no comparison with other processor ,ram looks everything isperfectp. I took it but my son said it has to be the latest one of 2021 so I gave it back, but when you use Apple's computer. Then all the computers will be forgotten.

The trackpad on this MacBook is the best I’ve ever touched because it’s a lot smoother and responsive than any laptop I touched before. Also if you click down it’s a lot quieter than most laptops. The operating system is very efficient since you can text off it, FaceTime, and take phone calls. If you are a student or someone looking to complete online work then this computer will be perfect for you. Also the screen quality on this MacBook is exquisite.

I had a hard time setting it up at first. Switching everything over was hard, I was afraid of losing all my passwords for internet accounts. After the first day, it was better. There is a learning curve if you’ve never used one, but TOTALLY worth it.

Trackpad was surprisingly easy to adapt to, but I still got a Logitech M355 bluetooth mouse which works great with the macbook.

I bought this for school . My other laptop decided it Didn’t want to work anymore. I love that this one has finger print I.d.! I’m still getting used to learning the differences in Apple . My other laptop was an HP. My only issue is scrolling Dow having to use the down button.. might have to invest in a mouse.

I have been dealing with my cover for all my phones for years.

The one and only will I ever use is OtterBox covers.

The only reason I changed is because I change the model of my phone, or I get board with the same look.

As the iPhones have evolved, so have the cameras. The optical zoom feature, up to 10x, is great. I took a sunset photo of the Pacific with a resulting photo that rivals my digital camera (which is why I rarely use that camera).

This phone will do everything my laptop can do and more.

Perfect phone. I didn’t need the newest model to be happy. I had one like this and lost it, so it was a good buy and very happy I have it again!

I recently upgraded to the iPhone 8 from a 5s. It's great. I love that Apple products are pretty seamless in terms of transitions. I had no problem starting up my new phone from a previous backup of my old phone. All contacts, apps, photos, etc. appeared on my new phone with no issue. It was an adjustment from the 5s because I had it for 3 or 4 years, but I keep my phones a long time. I definitely recommend a screen shield and nice case. Small investments that keep your phone like new for a long time. There are some cool new features with this phone that I haven't quite mastered like 3D touch and Portrait mode. 3D touch worked in the store with the sales person coaching me, but I didn't master it before I left so now I can't get it (again more so user error than anything). Also portrait mode isn't showing up in the camera options and I have updated the phone since I bought it. Other than that, I love the phone and love the service I received at Best Buy during purchase.

Decided not to wait for battery replacement on my iPhone 6 and just upgrade to the 8. It's basically the same phone with a better camera and force touch, plus all the other new bells and whistles. I debated on getting the X but wasn't that impressed with face id and I'd have missed the home button too much. My first iPhone was the 4 and lasted me until the 6 came out and now I got the 8, which is better longevity than any of the android phones we've had. Battery lasts super long now which is great, camera is nice, the gold is pretty. New (to me) home button takes some getting used to, specifically that touch id so so super fast now that it takes me to my home screen when I really just wanted to quick check my notifications on my lock screen or swipe to take a photo. I need to get used to just picking it up and tilting it instead.

I purchased the IPhone 8 and I cannot use an European simcard. What can I do?

I like this PC especially that it is compatible with windows 11 , and I would have given 5 stars but it has three things I found annoying, but not deal breakers:

1st. The VRAM is just 128mb, this PC has the potential to be a Gaming PC, but someone decided to set this with low VRAM. Why, why really? to whomever made that decision, great just great.!

2nd. It does support surface stylus pens, they work very well but it does not have a tilt sensor, the pen experience is not as good as an iPad, surface or Samsung device with S-pen . I was not surprised but hopping that Samsung or Microsoft would finally put the tilt feature in this PC but of course they did not. So if you are an artist you may want to consider another device. Why, why this does not support tilt?

3nd. It does get hot from 30C to 50C at normal use; this was not a surprise for me, after all, this is an Intel powered PC. So it is not so comfortable on the lap.

Overall this is a good PC with excellent hardware and the potential to be excellent but it is just good. Why is that, just Samsung knows. This PC is close to the mac book air from 2020 if someone wants a comparison, or a point of reference.

Perfect for University school work and light gaming. I bought this laptop out of impulse but do not regret it one bit. I also love that I can put it into tablet mode and use a stylus to take notes during class and then back into laptop mode to play some Genshin Impact after studying.

I wanted another laptop that was inexpensive, small, and fast. This one serves that purpose. I like the fingerprint as an easy way to unlock it. I also like that when I open the laptop, it already starts the booting up process. Past laptops take so long to boot up. The one drawback is that it doesn’t have a cd drive. I’m keeping my old laptop because I can put a disk inside and view old videos and pictures. Yes, everything goes to the cloud now, but keepsake items on several disks I have will not be going into the clouds. Overall, this laptop has a quick processor, the keys light up in the background, the display has vibrant colors, and is perfect for someone who doesn’t require all the bells and whistles of more expensive computers.

I bought it in first place for $850 refurbished and when arrived the screen had a black spot. Im leaving 4 stars after all cause customer service was nice and i end up pay the difference and buy a new one. Not hassle at all.

This was the only place I could get a Samsung Galaxy Note10+. Couldn’t get one from T-Mobile

Phone came in good condition but the pen was cracked and the volume key was sticky. Price should have been dropped due to that. Phone came with a charger only.

Was looking for a “catch my eye/durable” phone case and I came across this Tech21 case. This is a very popular and good protected phone case. I was recommended by iJustine who knows all the latest tech and phone protected phone cases. She’s very popular on social media and I seen her talk about how much she loves the tech 21 brand. So I figured I give it a try and so far so good! Dropped my phone a few times and my phone have came out pretty good! No scratches or anything. I would def recommend this to a friend. My new iPhone 7 Plus looks sharp with the Kate Spade pretty flowers with little sparkles. I had to order mine because they were sold out. I recommend anyone who needs a case for there iPhone 7 or 7 Plus to look no further because this is all you need.

I was only disappointed in that my store didn't have more Kate Spade products to choose from. However, I am well satisfied with this case. It's bling-y and feminine and let's the beautiful gold color of my phone come through. It's clear with a lovely light floral pattern. It does protect the back against getting scratched and if it falls, but maybe not from several stories high.

Bought this case with our iPhone upgrades and it literally feel apart in 3 days!!! Paid $40 for this case and I'm very upset that it didn't even last a week! I would of took it back but I didn't have my receipt. So there goes $39.99 + tax down the drain.

The case is great - strong and fits the phone firmly. However, the popsocket at the back of the phone is very low. It is a standard size but there is a well around the popsocket which means you lose the height of it and it's difficult to have a proper grip on the phone.

My fingers only reach up to the knuckles.

Absolutely love this case. Don’t have to worry about the pop socket coming off or needing to replace the bottom piece. Otter box cases have always been my favorite. But this case combines the two and it doesn’t add a bunch of extra weight to the phone. I definitely recommend it.

This Otterbox with Pop Socket has protected my phone like the other Otterboxes I’ve used in the past. At first appearance it does not look as robust as other styles, however it has held up to my abuse while being light weight and less bulky than some of the other options. The Pop Socket is quite handy as well.

I love the OtterBox Cover featuring the POP. The POP allows the phone to stand above the surface at a desk or countertop and for ease of viewing - especially when used in the landscape view!

I purchase this case yesterday and I would have to say it is a nice case, coming from UA. It sleek and has a lot of grip. The one I got is the Smokey black style case and it compliments my iPhone 8Plus in Space Gray perfectly. The only thing I do like about it is that it is a fingerprint magnet and it looks nasty after just using it for a few hours. I find myself cleaning the back off more than the front. It does give you a raised lip on the front so it sits up if you put the phone down on its face. I am currently using the Zagg’s Glass Screen Luxe in black and they are a match in heaven. Truthfully, I’ve only used Tech 21 cases in the past but this one looked unique enough for me to buy it. It looks like it will provide the same levels of protection and only time will tell but so far so good. I’m not worried about dropping my phone because it seems to be sturdy enough to protect against drops from 6ft. Please do go out and try it, this is just what I think but then again in all the years I’ve used iPhones, I’ve never dropped my phone from a height higher than my waist. I know it could survive that at least.

This is probably the best clear case I've bought for my iPhone. It protects the phone from all angles and if you were to drop it face front, the screen will be safe unless it lands on something like a rock or edge. The case doesn't yellow with age like many other clear cases. You cant go wrong with this.

Great complement to my Product Red iPhone 8 Plus. The plastic material is thick and solid unlike many other phone cases on the market, and the accents that Under Armor has incorporated into the design enhance the look of the phone without adding much bulk. The case adds minor drop protection, but I wouldn't expect it to protect the phone in a major incident.

This case is substantially stronger than the previous one I bought am couple years ago from Best Buy.

A negative is that the case is quite a bit thicker so it does not allow a magnetized car dashboard holder for the phone is not strong enough to hold the phone! I did buy a small 'stick on' magnet and it worked holding the phone on the magnetized dashboard holder; but then the stickiness seemed to loosen and I did not want to try stronger magnetism with the iPhone for obvious reasons.

Very solid @ protecting the phone though; it's main purpose!

My screen has broken since I changed from an otter box

This is my 2nd review of this product as I just purchased a new screen protector yesterday. Had dropped my phone face down onto some hard tile flooring and instantly could see the screen protector was cracked. I was nervous that the iPhone glass was going to be cracked as well. Got the new protector home and took off the old one and the iPhone screen was PERFECT. No chips, crack or blemish of any kind. For transparency, I did have the Otterbox Defender Series case which has a slight lip near the screen to protect from impact. Both of these together though saved my iPhone. Now I can tell you for sure that the product works and provided protection — don’t settle for cheap knock-off glass screen protectors. This has a 9H rating and offers 3x the protection for your glass than the competitors. Installed my new one and now I’m perfect again. Thanks Best Buy and Invisible Shield!

Easy to install even if you accidentally put the phone case on first. The guide lets you put on the protector without any trouble but I put my iPhone in its case first before reading the directions. However, I was still able to put the protector on easily enough. There where a few bubbles at first but they disappeared in a few days. Love it!

This is my 3rd purchase already since January ‘21. I drop my phone by accident all the time. I’m the clumsiest person I know: I bump into things everyday; I randomly trip and fall on my ankle on flat surface; my balance is weird; and drop my phone without knowing plenty of times. Purchased ZAGG InvisibleShield glass + screen protector for my Apple iPhone SE. Instructions were super easy to follow. The EZ apply tray lined up the screen protector evenly around the phone. I was extremely happy with how it turned out.

I purchased this case in April 2017, my main reason for my purchase of this specific case was that it was clear and allowed my phone to be seen while offering more than minimal protection. I am rating the case as fair because 3 months later it has done a fine job of protecting my iPhone 7 Plus but unfortunately the case it self has darkened and yellowed. My only guess is that it was defective material that allowed the case to become darkened, yellowed and unsightly, but as stated earlier it still serves it intended purpose of protecting the phone. I did contact the company (tech21) under their Limited Lifetime Warranty, unfortunately I paid cash for my case and I failed to put the receipt in the original box which i still had and without the receipt the company was unwilling to honor the Warranty.

Love this case and the color! Easy to put or take as well. My students persuade me to purchase this and I’m glad I did :)

I normally get a different brand & I did but it just didn’t work with this phone so I decided to try Tech21 case and love it. It has a nice grip and slid proof & fits my 8Plus nicely. It also is easy to put on and take off unlike some other brands.

Nice folks, as timely as could be. Directed us to what they tought was the same TV we had but " newer" model. TV is ok. It does not have a DVR as the previous model did. We assumed that it would since it was the upgraded model. Wife very disappointed of that but it is a nice tv. If you do not want a DRV--it's a very nice TV.

I love it. I have absolutely zero complaints about this screen protector. It looks and feels just like it wasn't even there. I do not have any issues with navigation or touch screen operation with this screen protector. I highly recommend it without reservation.

I did not install it myself. It was installed by a Best Buy rep, but it looked like it would be a simple install if you chose to do it yourself. I have no bubbles on mine, even though there was still a small one when he sent me home with it. The bubble must have worked itself out on its own.

I installed on iphone 12 today. Very easy install with install tray. No bubbles. Covers edge to edge. Feels smooth just like no screen protector. No more finger prints. I would recommend to any one purchasing Iphone 12.

Bought this to replace a Belkin UltraGlass I bought at the Apple Store that cracked. (TV remote slipped off my hand and landed on the phone.) Contacted Belkin for replacement and was told if the screen protector breaks “during normal use” that it is not covered by warranty. They told me the warranty is for “defects in workmanship”. In different words they told me “the protector did its job of protecting your iPhone, we are sorry it is cracked”.

I prefer the ZAGG over the Belkin for a couple of reasons. 1) it is cheaper. 2) unconditional warranty (according to Best Buy employee). 3) the edge is rounded vs the edge of the Belkin that it straight and does not feel smooth. 4) it feels as smooth as the Belkin.

Not buying the Belkin again. The ZAGG is just as good, smoother edge, and cheaper.

Exceeded my expectation. Perfect fit. Didn’t have it on for a day and I dropped the phone. No cracks, nothing broken so it paid for itself within 24 hrs. I added a strap which I highly recommend. Easy then to handle with the strap.

My husband is a truck driver and is in and out of his semi all day. I always worried about him dropping his phone and having to buy another one. But this case is fantastic he has dropped the phone a couple times and not once has it broken or the glass shattered. I also love the fact that it protects it from rain snow and especially dust. Every time we trade our phones in and they take them out of the case, they look brand new. I would recommend this case for anyone that is on the go and wants to protect their phone from everyday use or the elements.

Case is excellent for protecting my iPhone 7 Plus from breaking when dropped and fluids. It does muffle sound so I open the charging port when talking to people and that helps! The plastic screen protector is good for texting thru, but gets scratched easily. I want to find a screen protector that I can change occasionally to keep a clear screen. My last LifeProof case lasted 4 years then started to fall apart.

So when I first got my phone I bought a very inexpensive case at first. But I knew that I was risking a lot since the phone is not cheap, but honestly what iPhone is?! since I work landscaping on the weekends and my daughter runs away with my phone (she’s 2) I knew I needed to buy something durable to withstand whatever came my way. Bought this In March since then and indeed I’ve dropped it, found it in toilets and other interesting scenarios. Not saying it will cover All drops but so far don’t regret buying this case. One downside I guess is it’s a hassle to put it off and on if one needs to take it off for whatever reason, but I guess it’s supposed to be considering it needs to be tight. Hope this helps with deciding.

So far this is the best case my husband has bought. He doesn’t like bully cases, but he definitely needs protection. At work, he’s dropped him phone in buckets of water, buckets of sauce, etc. This case has saved him tremendously. I am rating the case as fair because 3 months later it has done a fine job of protecting my iPhone 7 Plus but unfortunately the case it self has darkened and yellowed. My only guess is that it was defective material that allowed the case to become darkened, yellowed and unsightly, but as stated earlier it still serves it intended purpose of protecting the phone. I did contact the company (tech21) under their Limited Lifetime Warranty, unfortunately I paid cash for my case and I failed to put the receipt in the original box which i still had and without the receipt the company was unwilling to honor the Warranty.

Love this case and the color! Easy to put or take as well. My students persuade me to purchase this and I’m glad I did :)

I normally get a different brand & I did but it just didn’t work with this phone so I decided to try Tech21 case and love it. It has a nice grip and slid proof & fits my 8Plus nicely. It also is easy to put on and take off unlike some other brands.

Nice folks, as timely as could be. Directed us to what they tought was the same TV we had but " newer" model. TV is ok. It does not have a DVR as the previous model did. We assumed that it would since it was the upgraded model. Wife very disappointed of that but it is a nice tv. If you do not want a DRV--it's a very nice TV.

Lets start with the basics - Performance is 5 stars. Its a speedy great performing laptop. Screen is excellent, bright, crisp and clear. Hard Drive size is great (ymmv). Fast surfing, plays 1080p video no problems. Plays 4k videos no problem. Games are good, but i don't use it as a gaming laptop so look elsewhere for reviews that mention 3d gaming.

Now the 3 star parts... There is no USER SWAPPABLE battery. If your battery starts dropping in use time, or you want to swap out the old battery and put in a new one to continue a marathon session of use without access to a main plug power, stay away from this laptop. Sure its easy to swap out a battery once the old one starts to die, but if you need to swap out just for long term usage, unless you plan to pack a few mini screwdrivers, you'll need to unscrew the case, unplug the connector and clip, remove the old battery, put in the new one, connect it and screw it back in, then close the case. Based on my use of this laptop for 3 weeks now, i get about 3 hours of life. im already predicting im going to have problem. 2 stars for this.

The speakers are bad. They are down facing speakers, so if you use your laptop on your lap, or your bed, or any other cloth, the sounds will be VERY muffled. Unless you are using the laptop on a table or a hard surface, you will not enjoy the sound. Best way around this, use a headset or earbuds. 3 stars for this.

The placement of the "end" "delete" keys are far apart with the end key practically in the top middle row of the keyboard and the delete key on the far top right (they are spread apart and i dont know why). 3 stars for this.

It is a very good laptop. It is touchscreen and backlit keyboard, even though it says it isn’t. The memory options are great, love that. Everything is fantastic except for a few things that were not a deal breaker for me. The sound quality is definitely subpar, but that’s fine because I always intended to get different speakers. The camera is also subpar, which does suck a little bit but again I always planned to get a different camera. And the battery life is actually terrible, but since I won’t be using it away from the charger much if at all made it so o can compromise, although I really really do wish it was a lot better.

needing a new laptop I asked Jordon from the Geek Squad for recommendations. he recommended qualities rather than a brand and said these usually are in the 600.00 + range but sales were coming up soon. He was right. I got this a couple of weeks later at well under that amount and Jordon transferred all of my data for my old laptop and this ASUS is really fast.

I received mine yesterday and It IS TOUCHSCREEN and has BACKLIT keypad. Not sure why description says it doesn't. Very nice surprise.

I had an older version and the middle piece broke. I loved it so much i bought this updated version that no longer has middle piece. I play some gamss so 256k ssd no enough memory so very glad to have the the 1tb

I have purchased these a couple of times. They probably last 6 months to a year before they crack or the edges start going and then it’s easy to remove and put on another.

Screen protectors are as automatic as a case for the phone. My kids and I are known to put a coin bruise on a device so zagg is automatic. So it's like American Express - Don't buy a phone without it. Especially since Best Buy does warranty replacements now - No Brainer.

Easy installation but despite of cleaning it, it left an air bubble

Significant gap between the side of the screen protector and case, as well as mixed up instructions for the screen protector which added 40-50 minutes to installing it :/

The instructions say to take the sticky side (B) of the protector first, but the actual paper says to take side A off, so now I had to take both sides off

The glass screen protector that was included with the case did not have any adhesive on it, so I was unable to use it, but the manufacturer promptly sent me a replacement once I contacted them. The case itself serves it’s purpose well. It looks exactly as pictured. My only complaint is that the gold color on the border is wearing off already, but that could be due to cleaning my phone with rubbing alcohol.

This phone case is great! I drop my phone multiple times a day and the case holds up and protects my phone.

Hard to not like this phone! Everything works amazingly fast and fully loaded with features. The camera is stunning (use pro mode for RAW editing and 12 bit color).

Unboxing:

The box is a neat red design and a lot of thought went into the packaging. Upon opening, the phone is clearing presented and wrapped up. I liked how the wrapping shows exactly where the wireless charging and NFC antennas are so you know where to place your phone when using those features. Further in, there is the amazing 65W charger and red cable, a SIM ejection tool, documentation and a letter from the company expressing their pride in their device, a nice touch!

Initial impressions:

The phone comes with a factory screen protector of decent quality. It doesn't scratch easily and offers good protection. The device looks AMAZING in pine green. The color has a matte finish and is only slightly slippery. It is thinner than expected and the camera doesn't go out as much as competitors. The three way slide switch on the right side is great for vibrate, silence settings.

Set up is a breeze as it is mostly stock android 11 using Oxygen OS. A simple Google login and you are good to go, the Oneplus login is optional if you want to take part in preinstalled apps.

Bloatware is extremely minimal. Other than the normal google default apps, the only other apps you will find on the phone are Oneplus community, Oneplus switch, file manager, weather and notes by oneplus. They can all be removed if wanted with the exception of file manager.

Use:

I love this thing! The OS is the fastest one out there. I was previously using a iPhone 12 Pro and S21 Ultra but they both feel sluggish in comparison. The screen is on part with the S21 Ultra with bright display and AMOLED black levels. It is comfortable to hold for long periods and even though the screen is big, it is easy to use due to its narrow aspect ratio.

Camera:

Superb! I have only had it a limited amount of time but the main and wide cameras are stunning! They are especially good when paired with Pro mode (main camera only). The photos are taken in DNG format and can be edited in RAW but there is a huge color range in the 12 bit color the mode allows for. In normal photo mode (auto settings), the phone tends to put emphasis on shadows for dramatic looks but it is great in my opinion. The main sensor is large and has a natural bokeh so I rarely use portrait mode as the plain sensor provides a great look naturally!

The zoom lens is meh but I rarely use it. It is 8 MP and not utilized part of the Hasselblad deal so colors are usually a little washed out in my opinion on that lens. The front camera is good but not great. It is better in my opinion than the iPhone 12 Pro since it offers more detail but color is a little off. It is less detailed and accurate than the S21. I usually use the main camera for selfies with the volume rocker as the shutter button since it is the best camera on most phones.

Speakers / haptics:

The speakers are clear and loud enough but not groundbreaking. The top speaker is noticibly weaker than the bottom speaker but it gets the job done. Bass is weak but audio is clear and enjoyable.

Haptics are very good for an android phone. I would put it second only to the iPhone as it has a wide range of vibration levels without simply feeling like a buzzer.

Battery:

This is probably the low point of the phone. Battery life for me is unpredictable. I usually get around 40-30% toward the end of my work day and have to charge prior to going home or plug it in in the car. Most phones I would say this is a deal breaker but this phone has a secret weapon, the warp charge! With the 65W charger, the phone can charge the two (yes two) internal batteries in parralel and you will be fully charged from 0-100% in less than 30 minutes. There is a wireless charger they sell that will charge in less than an hour.

Summary:

I love this phone and it is hard to go back to any other phone (except maybe a pixel due to stock android) after using it. I would like a 512 GB storage option, expandable storage and some slightly better battery life but other than that this is a near perfect phone and well worth the price!

It was on my motorcycle holder, ten minutes in light rain. Completely dead all cameras and NFC module. Water inside the phone. Manufacture said what it has IP68. IT IS THE LIE.

This is an outstanding Android phone. Smooth, fast and the camera is vastly improved. Quality materials used. Not burdened with bloatware like Samsung phones.

There is a lot to like about this phone and I believe it’s probably the best US flagship 5G smartphone on the market currently. Build quality is excellent, the phone’s beautiful exterior is lovingly crafted with metal and glass, no cheap plastic materials. Specs are among the best of any Android smartphone and OnePlus has designed a new cooling system for the device to keep it cool.

Cameras are excellent, and this is coming from somebody who’s last phone was a Pixel device. I’ve owned previous OnePlus phones as well (OnePlus 7 Pro and OnePlus 8T) and the camera is in another league. Way less shutter lag that previous phones, clearer photos, excellent portrait mode, and support for 4k 120FPS video (which is stunning). Optical image stabilization works wonderfully as well. A minor grievance is that I don’t like the Hasselblad logo on the camera bump, I understand that the two companies have a partnership but I’m not a fan of excessive branding on my devices (especially if it’s from a partner company). It’s worth noting that Sony (not Hasselblad) actually supplies the camera sensors for this phone.

The phone supports 60w wired charging and is absurdly fast to charge. 15w EPP Qi charging and 50w proprietary wireless charging are also supported. Personally, I have no interest in the 50w proprietary wireless charger (it’s expensive and gets the phone quite toasty from what I’ve heard) but Qi support is a nice touch for people who enjoy using wireless charging as a mere supplement to wired charging or for the rare event that you have a mishap with your charging port. Battery life has been slightly better than I’ve experienced on previous OnePlus devices with 6 hours or more screen on time before I feel the need to plug in.

Device stability is good, I have not experienced any issues with bugs, overheating, or crashes. The underscreen fingerprint sensor works flawlessly every time (OnePlus has the best optical fingerprint readers in the industry as far as I’m concerned) and is very convenient. Sound from the phone’s speakers is loud and crisp. Haptic feedback feels good.

Despite this praise, the phone isn’t perfect. For one, it lacks a headphone (3.5mm audio) jack. I listen to a lot of music, especially in my truck which has a custom sound system. My previous phone, the Google Pixel XL, had a headphone jack and outputs clean audio. When I connected my new OnePlus 9 Pro to my truck’s stereo using Bluetooth it sounded TERRIBLE. Bluetooth simply does not have good enough sound quality to substitute for a wired connection. OnePlus should put a quality DAC in their next phones and bring the jack back like Sony does with their Xperia series of phones. I refuse to be gaslit and told that a headphone jack isn’t viable on a water resistant phone; Samsung built water resistant phones with jacks for years and Sony still does. The inability to use wired headphones is also very annoying. I understand that USB-C to 3.5mm adapters exist but USB-C passthrough audio quality very rarely matches a direct 3.5mm connection (in fact, poor sound quality through USB-C passthrough audio and Bluetooth is one of the reasons I returned a previous OnePlus phone, the 8T). I’m going to force myself to live with it because I don’t have much of a choice (can’t find any suitable alternative phones with a jack that would work well on my network) but I’m very unhappy about it and will continue noting this as a complaint whenever possible.

Another thing I dislike about the phone is the ugly hole punch camera. I can at least praise OnePlus for putting it in the top left corner rather than the center of the display (corner hole punches are always going to be better than centered ones) but I still hate looking at it. The screen is vibrant and beautiful to look at but every time I see the ugly black dot for the camera I’m a little disgusted. This is coming from the same company that made the OnePlus 7 Pro, a phone with a full edge-to-edge display with no interruptions, notches, or hole punches. Hole punch cameras are such a downgrade from bezel-mounted cameras and pop up cameras. They are terrible.

OnePlus’ Visual Voicemail still doesn’t work on Mint Mobile (hasn’t since at least the OnePlus 7 Pro) which is very frustrating, especially considering I’ve seen OnePlus phones for sale on their website before! I would really appreciate if this could be addressed sometime.

The phone does come with some bloatware. You have the typical Google stuff which I can mostly give a pass, but then you have a few other weird software quirks like the inability to uninstall the Netflix app. Now personally I use Netflix, but what if I didn’t? I wouldn’t want an app on my phone I don’t use. This is the problem with bloatware, it takes choices away from the customer. All this being said, OnePlus does allow the phone’s bootloader to be unlocked to if you want to root the phone or flash a custom ROM, you can. I really appreciate that functionality as it has become very rare on US model Android smartphones. More and more manufacturers have decided to lock their phones down and disallow customer tinkering. Thank you, OnePlus, for being a part of the solution rather than the problem.

My last concern is software support. While OnePlus may be better than some Android manufacturers when it comes to updates and continued product support, in recent years they have been slacking off. Browse the OnePlus subreddit or the OnePlus community forum and you’ll see tons of complaints from customers with phones less than 3 years old who have no longer been receiving timely security or OS updates. While I can’t say how good software support will be for the OnePlus 9 Pro yet, it is something I’m a bit worried about.

Overall, I think this is a great device if slightly flawed. If you need a US 5G Android flagship, don’t hesitate. Buy the OnePlus 9 Pro.

The camera alone is a standout feature. Even though it is Oxygen OS, it has the true Android 11 look and feel.

Camera wise - the main camera @ 48mp is fantastic. The Ultra Wide camera @ 50mp is not as great - the photos come out a bit too smooth/soft.

The one plus 9 5g phone is an awesome phone.

Equiped with the latest snapdragon chip and 12gigs of memory, this phone can run anything you want.

The cameras are very good and the 256 gig of storage gives me enough space to store the pictures that I take.

I highly recommend this phone.

It is better than I initially thought it was going to be. fast refresh 120hz and crisp graphics while watching videos/movies and playing games.

The downside is after putting the phone case on it covers the top sensor keeping it on "pocket mode" which is nice in a way that keeps me from phantom calling/texting friends/family. lol

Microsoft Pro X design is great elegant looking slim 2-in-1 laptop/tablet with SQ1 processor pro- engineered for Microsoft by QUALCOMM. It has curved edges/slim bezels on sides compared to the previous model of surface and its thin and weigh slightly less than the previous generation.

What is in the box: Tablet (Pro X), documentation and sim eject tool, extension cord and the power adapter(65watts).

Measurement & Weight: It measures 11.3 X 8.2 X 0.28 inches and weighs 774 grams (heavier than 12.9 iPad pro which is 631 grams) but lesser than 1 gram compared to Surface 7.

Color: It just comes in only one color, matte black anodized aluminum. One drawback with that black aluminum even though looks great is it’s a major fingerprint magnet and has to be cleaned often. I would suggest installing skins(dbrand) to protect your investment from scratches and fingerprints.

Display: The display on this one is 13-inch PixelSense touchscreen with 2880 x 1920 resolution and 3:2 aspect ratio compared to previous generation. The display uses ambient sensing to keep colors consistent across the display when watching videos on Netflix or YouTube or Amazon Prime.

Operating System: Comes with windows 10 Home installed and has face recognition like password-free windows Hello Sign in. Great try by Microsoft but it’s not as smooth as IOS face recognition but it’s acceptable.

Performance: When it comes to performance, this unit should not be compared with regular gaming laptop. This tablet uses Microsoft SQ1 CPU and Adreno 685 GPU graphics card with ARM chip 32 bit. It also has the WIFI 5 and not the latest WIFI 6. Due to the ARM processor it’s not very robust for adobe photoshop editing or heavy gaming and it’s great for regular day activities like emails, browsing, sketching, streaming Netflix, YouTube and for office documents. You can also download the latest Microsoft Edge Canary build for ARM which optimizes most apps and help run smooth most of apps.

LTE Connect: Surface X is the first tablet from Microsoft to implement LTE advanced Pro connectivity that uses Qualcomm snapdragon X24 LTE modem. There is a SIM card slot at the back behind the kick stand where you can insert any carrier's sim to browse on the GO. Compared to iPad Pro this one is great and perfect for productivity on go if you are a business user who needs to use Microsoft office products like Word, Excel, PowerPoint for business needs.

Charger/ports: On the left side of the unit it has 2 USB-C ports (not thunderbolt port but they do support data charge and display out) and a volume rocker. On the right side it has special Microsoft magnetic surface connect proprietary charger and power button. You can also charge your device using one of the USB C ports. I do have a Dell XPS that charges on USB C and works great for charging this device. The charger in the box is high power 65w charger that can charge the tablet from zero to 100% in 1.5 hours. Also, it does not have a 3.5mm audio port for headphones nor USB A ports like previous generation.

Battery Life: Microsoft advertises the battery life as 13 hours but with good brightness (300 nits), mine lasted for 8 hours 20 minutes. Again, this depends on the usage and applications.

Kick Stand: Built in kick stand that can be adjusted from 0 to 165 degrees for watching movies and for working is very handy and useful. If you lift the kickstand you will find a hole when opened with sim ejection tool, it has the user replaceable SSD and the LTE slot for nano Sim card.

Signature Keyboard & Slim Pen: I also purchased the signature keyboard and slim pen as a package for my productivity. If you don’t need the slim pen then you can just purchase the keyboard for $139. Keyboard is alcantara finish black color that snaps magnetically and has a slot for storing the pen and charging. Slim pen is rechargeable and will automatically position itself if inserted in the wrong direction (upside down) for storing and charging. When the pen is charging it has a small LED that lights up. Slim pen is very handy and when lifted from the charger displays two options on the screen whiteboard and Fullscreen snip.

Pen when clicked at the rear button opens the whiteboard and you have options to select different tips and colors for drawings. It also has a cool ruler where you can select and draw straight lines. You can also select eraser from the tool or you can use the end of the pen to erase like regular eraser on the screen. Very cool and clever design. There are different options to change the settings of the rear button of the pen. You can select what happens when the pen button is pressed once, pressed twice, fonts for handwriting and so on.

Also, when you slide the keyboard in an angle it hides the pen and to me it’s a great design and will function like a laptop. It comes with backlight for keys on keyboards which is very handy when working in dark areas and nights. Not sure if older keyboard of previous generation is compatible but it may not.

Camera: Has front facing 5 megapixel1080p 30FPS camera for selfies or skype /video calls and 10-megapixel rear facing camera with 1080p HD and 4k video.

Speaker & Mic: Great sounding speakers with dual 2- watt front facing Dolby Audio with dual far-field studio mics.

Bottomline: This will be a daily driver for business professionals who need always on connected LTE, large 13-inch bright display, slim down bezel, premium aluminum design, great sounding speakers, magnetic keyboard /pen & upgradable SSD. But it runs on Microsoft new ARM processor that lacks performance on 64bit apps, and works great on 32-bit apps that is optimized for windows as mentioned above. So, if you get this device for heavy video editing or gaming then you will be disappointment because it’s not meant for that audience. Also, pricing on this one is little higher when you add the keyboard and pen as bundle. It costs $1569 + tax for 8GB memory & 256GB SSD model. Overall, it’s a great 2 – in – 1 device that will eventually be a competitor for iPad pro in next few generations.

I've been using the Microsoft Surface Pro X for about a week and half now, and love almost everything about it. Overall, I give it a 4.5/5.

Brief Summary:

Great product. Overall, great design. Good battery life. Minor app compatibility issues but not a deal breaker.

Absolutely buy the Surface Pro X Signature Keyboard if you’re purchasing the Surface Pro X. They were quite literally made for each other and it shows in a very good way.

I love Windows Hello sign-in. The facial recognition is fast and seamless.

IN DEPTH REVIEW

Overall Design:

- Stand: 5/5

They absolutely knocked it out of the park with this stand. It is extremely sturdy and opens so the Surface can rest nearly flat, but slightly elevated which I find particularly useful when drawing with the Surface Pen. It stays exactly where you put it at any angle. It took me a few days to get used to opening it without turning the whole Surface around as its sturdiness means it isn’t an “easy” open. I’m much happier with this design over a design that would open easier and lock to different angles. The flexibility of opening the stand to any desired angle is awesome.

- Ports: 4.5/5

I love the switch to USB-C on all electronics. It’s the way of the near future. I would love to see a USB-C port on both sides of the Surface instead of having 2 on one side, and their proprietary charging/data port on the other.

The proprietary charging port used with the included power adapter is the only thing “ugly” about the Surface. When it’s not connected to the charger, there’s a large hole in the side of the Surface that looks like it’s meant for an oversized SD card. I liked the magnetic connect/disconnect of the charging cable, but it felt awkard trying to position the cable, particularly when I was using it as a tablet and holding it while sitting on a couch. I would prefer the charging port either have a metal cover that slides into place when not in use, or just get rid of it and have USB-C be the only method of charging.

- Battery:

The battery life is great for what I used it for. Product description claims 13 hours, and I can definitely see hitting that without issue if not running any power-intensive applications. Given this is a secondary computer for me, I found myself carrying it around and using it for short periods at a time without charging in between. The one time I let the battery get low, it charged to ~60% in <30 minutes via a USB-C charger I had from another computer.

I love that I can charge this via USB-C, in addition to the charging port/cable it came with. I have USB-C charging cables lying around in multiple parts of my house since it’s becoming more standard, and being able to easily plug the Surface in anywhere was very convenient.

- Cellular/ LTE: 5/5

The surface has a built-in LTE capability but I opted for a more traditional SIM card through Verizon. Side by side with my phone, I found the Surface actually saw better LTE speeds than my phone was getting, despite being from the same carrier and plan.

- Expandable storage: 0/5

There isn’t expandable storage as there is on the Surface Pro 7

App Compatibility: 4/5

Since the Surface Pro X doesn’t use an Intel processor, I’ve had mixed results with apps that I’ve tried to download and play. I was able to run League of Legends, Everquest 2, and Stardew Valley without issue after downloading a compatibility driver, but a couple smaller apps from Steam popped up with an incompatibility error. I couldn’t find any way to tell from an app/game system requirements page whether or not it should be compatible. Given my experience, it’s likely most “mainstream” games and apps designed for a wide variety of systems will likely run, but it seems the only way to know for sure is to install them and see if they run. I’m hoping this changes as the Microsoft SQ1 processor and ARM based processors become more popular.

Don’t buy the Surface Pro X without this case or you’ll be missing out on half of this product. You can tell the computer and keyboard case were engineering together. The case snaps so effortlessly into place via magnets and just works. The case draws power from the Surface so it’s always ready when you are. The surface (no pun intended) of the keyboard case has a texture that just feels good, and holding the Surface Pro X in this case feels as comfortable as carrying around a paper notebook. Even when I wasn’t planning to use the Surface, I found myself carrying it around “just in case” I had something I needed to use it for.

The case has an insert for the Surface Pen, which automatically orientates the pen correctly when placed on the insert and wirelessly charges it. It also smartly tucks away the pen area while the keyboard is in use.

I have 2 small gripes with the keyboard case:

1. Using the Surface as a tablet with the keyboard case flipped around the back felt awkward the keys pressing against where it was resting. I’ve seen other designs where a keyboard case had a flip over cover that might be an improvement over this, but it’s a small thing compared to how much I love this case.

2. Due to the pen insert hiding away while they keyboard is in use, the keyboard near the screen is raised slightly and at certain viewing angles obstructs a tiny portion of the taskbar. It’s not enough to prevent you from seeing things in the taskbar and clicking on them, but at certain angles is just enough to be annoying. This is most noticeable when using the Surface in your lap rather than at a table where you likely will have a different viewing angle.

If you’re going to get the case, you may as well get the pen. If you are interested in drawing or jotting down freehand notes, get the pen. The pen itself is very well designed. The flat shape of it, the weight of it, and the length of it all feel like the perfect combination. I don’t know if they could improve on the physical design of it.

The back of the pen has a button you can press or double press, and the Surface lets you create shortcuts for what those presses do. By default, it launches the drawing app with either press. A neat surprise was figuring out while drawing you could flip the pen over and it will naturally act as an eraser. Extremely clever design and not something I would have ever thought to include.

The responsiveness of the pen takes a little getting used to. The Surface starts tracking the pen with a visual circle cursor like indicator when you get close to the screen, though it doesn’t respond until you physically touch the screen. At first it made me feel like there was a bit of a lag, but I think it’s a perception issue that you get used to after some continued use.

- Surface Arc Mouse: 4/5

The Surface Arc mouse is a “neat” product. It folds flat for storage, and automatically turns off while flat as well. It boasts tracking on nearly any surface, but I had mixed results using it on the arm of a couch. Tracking on a “normal” surface has been fine.

For the price though, it should be rechargeable via USB-C or Qi wireless charging. Everything about the Keyboard and Pen feel effortless, like they were engineered together with the Surface Pro with great attention to detail. Opening the Surface Arc mouse to insert batteries felt archaic by comparison. Hopefully the next generation will incorporate a rechargeable battery.

The Surface Pro X is a beautiful tablet. Honestly, it's probably the best looking tablet I've ever had the pleasure to play with and I've handled a lot of tablets. It's thin, has a wonderful black finish and a beautiful bright and clear screen. This alone makes it a worthy tablet, but the fact that it runs a full blown version of Windows 10 makes it even better, right?

Here's where it gets interesting. The Surface Pro X runs an ARM processor underneath it's sleek looks. Now don't get me wrong, the new SQ1 processor that MIcrosoft developed with Qualcomm is a beastly mobile processor, but it's not natively compatible with X86 software and this becomes an issue at times when using this otherwise capable tablet.

Windows 10 can still be pretty awkward to use with just your finger, even in Tablet Mode. You can definitely tell the difference between an OS specifically designed for a tablet, like iOS on the iPad vs an OS that's trying to cater to both keyboard/mouse users and touch users.

If you're using this tablet for email, web browsing and some light office work you won't have an issue as all those apps are going to run, even if they need to be emulated in order to do so. But some apps, most notably Photoshop or full versions of certain applications like Dropbox just aren't going to play nice being with this laptop, either refusing to install or not running reliably. Even applications that do run, but aren't compiled specifically for the ARM architecture are going to negatively impact the battery life of your SPX (Surface Pro X) and that's never a good thing.

This wouldn't be a big deal if the Microsoft Store did a better job at telling you which apps were compatible with the SPX, but it doesn't. It also doesn't have a huge library of applications like you'd find on the Apple Apps Store either.

These things combined bring down the usability of this tablet by quite a bit, but all's not lost as when you combine the SPX with it's companion Keyboard/Pen combo it transforms into a pretty capable workhorse.

You'll be able to fire off emails, surf the web and then relax and watch a movie just fine with the SPX, just don't expect to run many games on it as it's just not designed for that. The graphics capability stops at games like Angry Birds 2 from the Microsoft Store. Don't expect to play any new FPS games with this guy, you'll just end up frustrating yourself.

So long story short. The Surface Pro X is a beautiful tablet. It's about the same size/weight as an iPad Pro of similar size, but runs Windows 10 that works with almost all native Windows applications, but not all of them. It can't play games and it's a little awkward to use without a keyboard, pen or trackpad. This means you'll be spending some more money on the Surface X Keyboard/Pen combo.

The Surface Pro X is a quiet and sleek tablet that really wants to be a laptop, because that's the way it works best. You'll be using it as a laptop more often than not so why not just get a laptop instead?

That's the question you might want to consider before investing in the Surface Pro X.

This is the first Microsoft Surface product that I've owned and I'm in love. As a professional student, this device helps me be efficient and productive every day.

What initially drew me to this device was the new SQ1 processor developed by Microsoft and Qualcomm. The goal they set out for was a laptop experience with smartphone benefits. I think they succeeded. I can browse the web, watch videos, jam to music, respond to emails, jot down notes, and type up Word documents with laptop-like performance. The Instant On functionality gets me back to work quickly and the efficiency of the processor keeps me working for as long as I need without being strapped to a power outlet. I've only had to charge this device two times in the last week with light to moderate use.

What else do I love about this device? Pretty much everything. At 1.7 pounds, this thing is ultra portable and goes with me everywhere. The hardware is gorgeous with a 13" display and the thinnest bezel I've seen on a surface device. The kickstand is highly adjustable between upright for a laptop-like experience or nearly flat if you're more interested in playing with the device as a tablet for things like drawing. The twin Dolby speakers provide quite a bit of power for clear stereo sound when you want to jam to your favorite tunes. There are two USB-C ports on this device for plugging in hubs for flash drives, SD cards, etc. You can also remove the rear cover on this device with the included SIM tool and swap out the hard drive or put a SIM in the device for LTE connectivity. That's a really nice feature for business professionals.

One thing I want to mention is that I got this device with the Signature Keyboard and Slim Pen and would highly recommend picking those up. If you want to use the Surface Pro X as anything but a tablet - and I think you should - the keyboard and pen are necessities.

As with most electronic devices, individual needs and personal preferences ultimately dictate what device you should get for yourself. The Surface Pro X is built for portability and productivity and that's exactly what I use it for. This is why I love it so much. If you're going to use it for those things specifically, I think you'll be pleased with your purchase. If you're going to want a device that can be used for creative content creation or gaming, I would maybe look elsewhere.

The Microsoft Surface Pro X is…well, okay. It’s got some good points; it’s got some not-so-good points. Is it the game-changing, life-altering Surface tablet that we’ve all been waiting for? Meh, probably not. But please understand — it’s not terrible, seriously. If you are truly in need of a portable device like this, and you’re a fan of the MS platform, then this may be just fine for you. Would I run out and replace a Pro 7 that’s running fine? Probably not — unless the following “pros” are reason enough for you to fork out the extra bucks.

Pros —

I love the sleek styling without sacrificing that feeling of quality. There’s a solid heft to it without being bulky. You can get this engineered aluminum beauty in any color…as long as it’s black (thank you Henry Ford), which I think looks great.

The display is beautiful and vibrant and almost bezel-less. Smaller profile than earlier Surfaces, but with a bigger screen? Go figure.

USB-C ports. Two of them.

The Dolby Studios sound production is rather stellar considering the overall thinness of the Pro X. It’s obviously not going to match a good standalone system, but it holds it’s own, and it is customizable to your taste in sound.

The cameras are darn good for a tablet — 5MP user-facing and 10 MP rear-facing cameras provide a decent foundation for minor editing. Once again, you can do better with an actual camera (or even many phones). Taken pics can go directly to the whiteboard where creativity is spawned. Become that artist you’ve been hiding all your life!

The Pro X is LTE ready. It’s up to you to access this feature through your cell provider, but it’s there whether or not you want it. Who knows what the future holds!

Battery life seems pretty close to the 12-hour MS claim. Definitely better than most laptops.

Cons —

Battery life (didn’t I just mention that as a pro?) seemed to dwindle quite a bit when my wife decided that she wanted to navigate with Chrome. Maybe this is more of a compatibility issue?…but I did want to mention it.

Ok, I’m an old man. I miss not having the headphone jack. I say that, and yet I just finished listening to Tool’s Fear Inoculum over the seamless bluetooth connection with my trusty 65t’s, so what am I complaining about?! Anyway, now you know that there’s no headphone jack…

Don’t think that the Pro X will also fill your gaming needs. It won’t. It’s a mobile device as far as that goes. That being said, it does just fine with mobile games.

The Windows 10 platform. Yep, I just don’t care for it, but that’s just me. I grew up in the world of Google and Mac. This is not a big deal — I just simply prefer the others. I’m constantly thinking, “Oh yeah, they want me to do this to do that…” Like I said, no biggie. Just a matter of preference. Note: I’m not getting rid of it. I’ll just continue on with Chrome and accept the lower battery life, which is still pretty good.

So, is it worth the price? It's not cheap, so the jury’s still out. A lot of other variables enter in the answering of that question. It is a cool looking machine and we’re going to enjoy it and the keyboard/pen we got with it when we travel and as a second unit when the desktop is occupied. Honestly, I still have a lot to learn about the world of the Surface and what I can supposedly do on it that I can’t do on other tablets or laptops.

This is a beautiful tablet/PC. It is super thin, and has a bigger screen with way thinner bezels than past

Surfaces. It is not built for heavy gaming at all. It does however play the little arcade type game apps

from the Microsoft store just fine. I would say this specific Surface is aimed more towards students,

businesspeople, or even graphic designers. It’s great for web browsing, using Microsoft Word, Excel,

Powerpoint, Photoshop, Whiteboard with the stylus, checking email, streaming, ect.. The screen has

good touch responsiveness, even with the cheap tempered glass protector I applied to it, and the resolution is outstanding. I do feel like the speakers can sound a bit

muffled once above 50% volume so that was a downside. However, I plugged in my USB C AKG earbuds

which are fully compatible so that made the issue obsolete for me. This is the first device I have used

Microsoft Hello with. It works so incredibly fast to just scan my face and log me in within a second.

Watching videos on Youtube, Streaming on Netflix, and Hulu work great with no issues with buffering.

All together it feels super high quality and it is just so sleek and stylish looking. It runs great for basic

computer uses, just not for gaming. I highly recommend purchasing the keyboard/stylus to go along with your surface so you get that true laptop type feel.

Once I received this Surface Pro X and opened the box, IMMEDIATELY I was impressed. The look is sleek and classy. And this thing is LIGHT, extremely light.

Pros: I love the 13” touch screen. The texture of the screen is unlike any that I have ever used. I am an Apple fanatic, and my oldest son is in Medical School and several of his classmates have the prior version of the Surface Pro, and he told me this was a great product. He was right.

And when Microsoft says its “edge-To-edge they are not exaggerating. The screen is not too small or not too big, it just seems RIGHT. The colors on this Pro X are second to none. Crisp. Bright. Amazing. There (to this point) is no “lag” when you touch the screen, it seems as if its “waiting” on you. Very responsive.

Out of the box the set-up was simple and quick. It recognized our home WI-FI and log in was a breeze. And this thing is fast. I love the speed of the processor and how much you can do with this laptop. I received this over a week ago, so I’m still “finding my way around”. But the apps, the response, the programs, I AM VERY IMPRESSED.

As I previously said, the weight is unreal, this thing is so light that you can forget you have it in your hand or sitting on your lap. I like the way you can transition from tablet to computer seamlessly. The matte black finish is pleasing to the eyes.

The camera is very clear, and the pictures it takes are very good. I love the face recognition on this computer. I love everything about this computer. It has/is taking me some time to adjust back to a Windows product after using the Apple platform for so long, but I’m adjusting a little more day by day.

If you want/need a good, dependable (to this point) laptop/tablet don’t hesitate to buy this. You too will be IMPRESSED!

I have been using this about a week now and so far, it has exceeded my expectations. I was a bit skeptical at first based on a few of the reviews. To be clear, I am not a gamer, so I was fine in giving the SG1 a chance. I have not been disappointed.

I was looking for a smaller profile Windows-based machine. I love my 15in HP Spectre360 but it’s a couple years old now and I was looking for a 13in form factor. I also own a 2018 ipad but still wanted the windows 10 OS but the smaller in a 2in1 was appealing. I also got the Signature keyboard and Pen. If you really want to appreciate the how great this device is, you really need that keyboard.

I primarily use Windows machines for surfing, streaming and productivity. Heavy on the MS Office suite so that is key. I have attached keyboards to tablets for years, from Samsung’s to iPad. I must say that this Surface Pro with the premium keyboard and the tilt is amazing. When I set it on any table or surface and begin to work with the keyboard and touch pad, it is as smooth as any of the nicer laptops I have ever had.

It is instant on, SSD is snappy for retrieving all my docs and pics. I moved over 100GB of files and pics to this baby. I am easily able to have Word, Excel and Powerpoint as well as Edge & Firefox open at the same time and still only consuming 80% of the 7.5GB available memory.

I have achieved around 8-9.5 hours of battery life with normal usage. I am not a fan of the charger, but the nice thing is the 2 included USB-C’s work fine with my universal USB-C charger that I use for my mac and HP laptop as well as my Samsung phone so it’s super convenient to travel with.

Display resolution is fantastic at 2880 x 1920, onboard Dolby sound was much better than I expected. It does not have a headphone jack but no worries, I was able to connect up 2 different Bluetooth headsets with ease. Cameras are great, front facing webcam is a 1080p 5mp camera but the rear facing camera is a 1080p/ 4K 10mp camera.

Overall, I am moving to replace my current windows laptop with this one. It’s light, it’s easy, it has great storage and fast response with the 256 SSD and 8GB Ram. Very easy to travel with and I am probably going to add the LTE chip from my current Verizon carrier to make it always on accessible.

The keyboard design with the pen tucked in so you just pull out the keyboard…..wow! Amazing that it just snaps back in when you don’t need it. The keyboard and trackpad are comfortable and very usable. The keyboard is lightly slanted and using it is easy on the wrist. It does not feel like some add on tablet keyboards feel, this one is much more natural to me. The design specs here are far and above the general competition!

I would recommend this but must say that that you have to have the Premium Keyboard/Pen combo to close the deal. It’s outstanding without it, but amazing with it !

This has so far been a great case. I will say that it seems heavier than my last one but it's something I have gotten used to. I have dropped my phone at least two times and it's been fine! I like that it has a design on the back that still allows you to see the phone's color.

Case is just what I needed. Only thing I could not understand is why it took nine days to get here. I understand I didn’t order on Amazon and did not expect two day delivery but this thing made more stops than a covered wagon going out west in the olden days.

This is the best case I’ve ever had for my phone. It’s made well, fits great and the price was very reasonable especially compared to some of the other phone cases I’ve purchased. I will definitely be sticking with this brand for any future needs.

It is not a glass protector, it is a cheap vinyl screen protector! Left bubbles all over the screen. Plus if you are going to press the protector stronger with your nail - the input will stay there!!!!

I dropped my phone within a week without a case (not blaming the film protector) and completely destroyed the screen. Had to buy a new one, so did not have to deal with this protector too long.

I wasn't able to install the invisible shield properly and feel so bad I messed up the shield! I peeled the wrong side of the liner and dropped the correct side, messed it up. 20 bucks gone, now I have to settle to cheaper ones. Thanks for the very quick delivery and great product!

Followed directions to a T and the air bubbles are horrible. It says to start at one end of device and squeegee to the other, this left air bubble "streaks", one of which is about 2.5" to 3" long and in the center of the screen. The rest of them moved a bit and stopped. I applied A LOT of pressure, to the point I was concerned it might damage the screen. I have applied several screen savers on many different devices, but I've never seen one this terrible. This product is even worse than the one for the Apple watch that constantly tries to peel off.

I was thankful that I had this product when I dropped my phone. The shield cracked but the phone did not. Best Buy replaced the shield for free as it had a lifetime warranty.
