This machine has never been a problem
On average it puts out 400 copies but has printed up to 600 a day. I do a fair amount of scanning of documents with itMar 13, 2021 06:38
It is a fast machine and is easy to operate the only thing that stopped it from getting a 5 star was it is very loud, it is stationed right next to my desk and I cant hear on the phone when it is printing.Mar 08, 2021 08:22
this unit was chosen for its functions and its ability for backing up our other brother printers - we considered it cost effectiveness and feel this is a good value to use and the built in wireless function as an all in one was a major feature for usApr 24, 2020 16:20
Brother - MFC-L6700DW Wireless Black-and-White All In One Laser Printer - BlackSep 18, 2020 16:36
A small and quiet machine. Loads an entire ream of paper at one time. Original toner cartridge lasted more than 200 pages over manufacturer suggested amount.May 02, 2017 10:54
I have a small business in my home. This is my second Brother laser printer. I've been using this one for the last month now. I've had 50 page print jobs run through this with no issues. Extremely fast printer. The double page scanning is awesome. Love the low cost of tonner per page. I'm very pleased with this printer.Jan 12, 2019 12:35
Easy to setup, fast and great at printing and scanning. Its only been two weeks so we will see how it holds up.Sep 18, 2020 15:51
This printer has a larger footprint than most of the Brother Multi Function printers but if you print alot and need a dependable printer this one is great. The drawer holds a full ream of paper and the high yield TN880 toner will last a long time. Very easy network setup and so far great dependability.Apr 27, 2018 16:25
Handle the printing, copying, fax and scanning needs of your business with this HP PageWide Pro printer, which frees up office space with its multifunction capabilities. Two-sided scanning saves you time, and a 100-page fax memory for black and white lets you take care of large document sharing with the push of a button on this HP PageWide Pro printer.
I was hesitant about purchasing this printer since it was the first of its kind and the technology hasn't been out there for long, but I'm so happy that I decided to try it. I require high volume printing for contracts and sometimes color for brochures. I've always been a laser printer user, specifically brother, but this technology is far superior than anything I've ever seen.
The scan quality is much better than any other printer I've used. The apps that HP has to offer are vast and you can literally print from anywhere, there are so many options to do such a simple task. I've owned the printer for about three months and I havnt even gone through 15% of the ink that came with the box.
My advice: if you are looking for a super fast, modern, and efficient printer this is the one. Especially if you are used to using laser printers and are tired of the low quality color that they usually give out.May 17, 2017 18:31
It is working as expected. I've printed a lot of my work documents and it has still got ink. The originalcartridges. I went through a lot of ink with my old HP 8740. I loved that printer and it's set up. But sadly all printers eventually die. I purchased the HP 9025 thinking it would be a similar printer just more condensed in size. I hated it. I used it for a few weeks thinking 'it was new and I just needed to get used to it. In 3 weeks time I flew through ink. Hated the small dysfunctional out put tray and so much more. It went back and I purchased this one. Higher cost for the printer and ink, but I wanted something that was going to work for me.
I have not been disappointed and am so thankful I did. No disconnecting issues with this one. Still on first cartridges sent. I am one that likes to be sure I've got ink on hand, but this one is doing great. I did purchase a black cartridge since I usually go through those pretty quickly. I haven't had to replace it yet. Cartridges are more in cost, but when printing number of sheets is compared to cost, it is so much cheaper.
Let's talk about the paper. Output tray us perfect for printing several documents out. Holds several sheets, compared to the 9025, which was a joke. More than 10 pages on that one and they were on the floor. The paper tray is perfect as well. I can put an entire ream of paper in the tray at one time. And the additional tray for stiffer paper is placed in the right place to flip it down and get it going for envelopes and card stock. It's not on the backside of the machine like so many.
Printing is quick, much quicker that my previous ones. Very quiet and only operates when it has a job. So no noise between printing time or humming of the machine. Overall printing of document is clear and precise. I don't do photos much so that aspect has not be looked at for overall printing appearance.
Let's talk scanning. I do a lot of that and the automatic input tray has never been maxed on this one as it was on the 9025. The output tray handles them all. Very quick. Had to check a few times to be sure they all scanned and had to add a few single pages, but humidity was higher at that time, which I account for that aspect of sheets being pulled so fast that it has 2 sheets instead of the 1.
Faxing is great as well. No issues overall with that.
Overall I think this printer and I are going to work just fine together.Apr 10, 2021 10:59
Bought this product for our office to replace one of our older machines. The ease of use is fantastic and it looks great. It has a ton of capabilities and exceeds our expectations so far.Sep 21, 2021 18:46
This replaced a 5 year old HP pagewide and its faster and similar. Works just fine.Oct 15, 2021 15:31
This printer is amazing because it does double-sided printing but You need thicker paper, not 89 Paper you need 92 or more, It printsDouble sided at one time it does not suck it back and print on the other side it's double printing on double-sided paper in one shot, It prints so fast it can do 500 sheets in five minutes Or lessDec 27, 2020 16:52
Very nice printer. I have used these many of times and worked out awesome!Sep 10, 2021 20:07
This printer is a great upgrade from my toner printer both HP of course and both print great but this one, the cartridges last longer and holds more paper. it is also easy to setup and I really like that it also looks great. I've had this for over 4 months and I haven't changed the ink, I bought already the ink but I have yet to change it. It also copies both sides and prints as well. overall it was a great upgrade from my other HP Printer.Mar 17, 2017 16:48
The speed of the printer is excellent, and great quality.Aug 16, 2021 08:01
HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile All-In-One Printer. Take a printer with you wherever you go using this HP OfficeJet mobile multifunction printer. The long battery life lets it print out a variety of media anywhere, so it's ideal for mobile offices and invoicing in particular. Speeds of up to 20 ppm make printing with this HP OfficeJet mobile multifunction printer a seamless experience.
Love that I can take anywhere an easy to set up on the runJan 05, 2021 11:30
I'm a trucker and I use this printer/scanner on the road. First the good: It is a well made printer and so far it has handled the shaking and bouncing of being in a Big Rig, prints quickly and quietly. Easy to connect to my mobile hot spot and finds my laptop and cell phone with no issues. The not so good: Battery life is just ok and the power cord that's included is a bit on the short side. Print quality is also just ok. The printer is pricey an missing(in my opinion) a slide out paper guide on the output side(at bottom of printer). The scanning if good but the paper feeder can be finicky. So far the printer has performed well trouble free. I will update this post if the printer fails the Big Rig bounce test long term.Nov 22, 2019 16:41
This printer is a good option for those looking to downsize from a larger printer and have the ability to relocate it as needed. Love the wireless capability and the print quality is great! Double-sided printing is not a problem. I wish it could catch printed documents and I haven’t tried scanning photographs through the feed. I also like the fact it can run on its battery. Software is a little quirky at times, resulting in configuration tweaks here and there, but works as well as it needs to. Definitely recommend this mobile printer.Oct 21, 2021 16:55
Definitely a 5 star on this printer, it is light weight, compact and you can take it anywhere; prints fast and gets the job done; one of the best things that I love about this printer is that I don't have to keep it plugged in, which is convenient when you are on the go; I can print in the car, on the train, and even on the plan; moreover, when I say print, I don't mean wifi, this printer has a direct connect which gives you the ability to directly connect and print; this would be great for those in collegeSep 15, 2021 09:20
It is a workhorse printer as it can print multiple pages at one time. It is convenient for transporting to and from meetings. It produces a quality printed page. Well worth the full price or discounted amount. It is not of a flimsy construction but a good strong construction. Its multiple usage such as printing and copying makes it an extremely necessary piece of equipment for any business big or small.Jun 29, 2019 01:40
Purchased this printer to use for traveling. I originally bought the Officejet 200 and quickly returned it to get this one with the built-in scanner. My only complaint is that if you want to use it via wireless in a hotel you will need to have your own router or set your phone as a hotspot. Other than that it is a great printer.Jul 19, 2018 16:38
I travel for work. I was so
happy to get and use this printer. Downloaded the hp smart app to my phone and print my documents right off my iPhone. I purchased the case and packed it in my suitcase and it flies with me on the plane. I love it!Jul 10, 2020 20:41
Love this printer. Works amazing for what i do. Traveling over the country.Sep 11, 2021 20:32
Winning in business means working smarter. This HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdn is designed to let you focus your time where it's most effective, helping you grow your business and staying ahead of the competition
Very good black and white printer. Easy to setup and prints instantly. Saved over a hundred dollars buying this one over the WiFi version. Hooked it to a wireless router and can print from multiple computers wirelessly throughout the house. Prefer this much more over WiFi, too, since they always seem to take a while to print after clicking the print button.Oct 23, 2020 17:57
Quiet mode is a nice feature to have working from home.Sep 06, 2021 21:33
Windows 10 instantly recognized the MFP M428fdn and installed the printer drivers; but to really use all it's potential take the time to install the full suite of software that HP gives you.Oct 09, 2020 15:22
end user has issues setting up scanning, device is in WisconsinJun 18, 2021 16:12
This printer is worth the money but the scanning is a little slow but produces good qualityApr 18, 2020 21:43
Works great, scans and copies great as well. easy to use.Sep 18, 2020 16:15
I was able to provide a single workstation with a quality scanner. The printer provides quality images in an unclean work environment.May 27, 2021 08:59
Replaced an old strictly printer in our shipping department. This was very easy to hook up and connect, and seems to be working great. Under-skilled operator is finding it easy to use. pretty quick functions and speeds.Feb 26, 2021 15:52
When you need a reliable, compact color inkjet printer with up to 1-year of ink in-box(1) to print, copy, scan and fax for your home, home office, schoolwork or small office, the Brother MFCJ4335DW INKvestment Tank all-in-one color inkjet printer is a great choice. It features versatile connection options, wireless printing and scanning(2), automatic duplex printing plus fast print and scan speeds. This feature-filled INKvestment Tank printer is supported by the free Brother Mobile Connect(3) App providing a convenient user interface that enables printing, scanning, copying and device management from your smartphone or tablet. There’s an up to 20-sheet automatic document feeder, bypass tray and 150-sheet capacity adjustable paper tray for letter or legal-size paper that offers paper handling versatility. Easily navigate to powerful features plus print-from and scan-to popular cloud services including Google Drive™, Dropbox, OneDrive and more(4), directly from the printer using the 1.8” color display. There’s never a need to stop and refill the internal ink; the reengineered INKvestment Tank cartridges hold more ink than traditional cartridges and automatically and continually supply ink to the tank for uninterrupted printing and convenience. And when a cartridge is empty, simply pop out the cartridge and plug in a front-loading plug-in replacement and get back to printing – no waiting and no mess. The MFC-J4335DW features the unique Brother Page Gauge(5), a visual, numerical way to know the amount of ink used, estimating the remaining page levels and amount of ink remaining to help take the guesswork out of when to replace ink. Works with Alexa; add voice control by combining with an Alexa device. It comes with a 2-Year Limited Warranty and At Your Side support for the life of the product.
Surprised with Brother again.
So I currently own their Laser Printer HL-L2360DW and have owned this for over 5 years now. Have gone through 2 toners and no problems yet. My old laser product has been discontinued BTW so that tells you how long I have had it.
So this MFC-J4335DW has initial likes with me. Set up was simple. I had an initial confusion with Wifi setup. But then again the instructions were not 100% clear here but I got past that. After that setup with mobile was a snap. Also note to Brother the product is not listed in the check box when registering the product probably because this is a brand new product and website my not be updated with their data base yet. So I picked a product number that fell between this one and it accepted it.
I really really like being able to scan to a cloud based site. I set up a junk user for all my family to scan their school and work stuff to and gave them access to it and it works great.... Scanning was nice. Easy mobile use.
I could not test the fax function. Not many folks use faxes anymore except for medical folks or medical related work.
Front panel button use was easy. Screen was easy to read and instructions were easy to follow as well.
Printing was pretty fast. The huge ink cartridges are a plus. Look at it. It's the size of my palm. Holy cow.
So going back to the my older laser printer. If Brother product stayed the same with the quality, I would think that this printer would stand the test of time as well.
Nicely done Brother. I would recommend this product for home work school use.May 14, 2021 19:29
I am very picky when it comes to printers in my home office, especially ink jet printers. This Brother MFCJ4335DW INKvestment Tank Inkjet printer is part of the long line of Brother printers with the new hybrid between standard ink cartridge system and a cartridge/onboard tank. This means that Brother INKvestment Tank printers have expanded ink capacity, therefore offering you more time printing before needing a refill.
I was impressed that although this is a good sized inkjet printer, it was light and not too heavy to move around on my home office. Set up was very simple with plug in, turn on, and follow the simple instructions. Installing the ink cartridges requires you to shake each one up first before installing them into their assigned slot. After ink installation was complete, you are instructed to printing up test pages, scanning the test page, and setting up the WiFi system. The MFCJ4335DW offers fax, scan, copy and web printing capability. The display and control center dominate the printing side of the printer. Here, you see the small LCD display (which also gives you an ink status!), device options, control pad and number keys. It is pretty straight forward, although I have not utilized the fax machine component yet. The right side of the control panel has a nice printing option feature of Stop/Exit, Black or Color.
Connecting this to my WiFi was very simple with the addition of the number pad. I also was able to connect my iPhone to the built in WiFi so that I could print directly onto here. The bottom of the printer has the printer tray as well as the print job tray. I was stunned at the quality of the prints, both color and bw. Equally impressing was when I was using this for single page and double-sided print jobs. It printed multiple pages of both single-sided and double-sided pages in remarkable times. As an inkjet printer, I didn’t see any streaks or noticeable smears. I do use 24lb bright printing paper for additional quality print jobs.
So far, I have found no issues or any area of concerns. This is a very capable and remarkable printer and I highly recommend it for anyone with home office needs or school needs due to distance learning.May 20, 2021 23:44

What can the printer do.
Ink cartridges print pages 3,000 Black 1,500 Color Standard Capacity
6,000 Black 5,000 Color Extra Capacity
The print quality is excellent, print speed is good, make sure you have the page holder extended or else it will end up on the floor. The basic setup went off without a problem, just a little time consuming.
Making copies from the unit. Automatic duplexing is not available from the sheet feeder. You must insert the page on the glass then turn it over and re-insert it.
I did not test the fax part. No land line available at my location.
I rated this unit 4 stars because I could not find on the box or in the packaging information as to duty cycle, pages printed per minute, and the fact that it does not do automatic duplexing from the sheet feeder.
I would not recommend this unit to a small business. It is however well suited for a home/dorm printer.May 18, 2021 21:33
I'm really pleased with thisprinter's speed and design. It's like the ones at the work office, but great for my hoome office. easy to setup on my pc, once the wifi is connected, of course. Unfortunately, I'm still having issues connecting it to my phone and chromebooks. Everything is in a place where it's pretty accessible from my pcanyway. So that's really not much of a problem. The toner cartriges are easy to install and it is said that they should last about a year , but that's rwith moderate use. Scanning is quick and easy as well. With easy to read desplay and very accessible button layout there isn't a problem getting things done. From printing to scanning and even faxing , you can get it done with this $149.99 USD home office printer. If it were just a little easier to connect my other devices(phone/chromebook) I would give this a 5 star rating. But you can't go wrong with this affordable machine thatalso makes it a snap to get ink delivered on time, simply by signing up for the program. I do recommend this printer for you home offive use.May 16, 2021 19:07
I have had a printer that for some reason, my laptop refused to connect to. I was also always buying ink of one color or another.
This was super fast to set up and I was printing from my laptop right away. It connected to my wifi right quickly in a few simple steps
The colors are good, I can select black and white if needed to save on color ink.
They say the ink will last a year. We will see if that is true! I don't print daily or even weekly but it will be nice to know the ink is ready to go.May 22, 2021 14:09
All in all the experience i have had from this printers is on par with what i was expecting. The this printers does everything that i was expecting it to do, but in a much more compact design. Usually, all in ones seem to be bulky and almost too big to easily move around. This printer is everything but, quiet, compact and speedy. Set up was a breeze too and with its efficient ink management its bound to be a money saver in the long run. If you are looking for a middle of the road, all in one this printers is a must have for the price point due to its ease of set up, compactness and its ink efficiency.May 19, 2021 12:14
This printer is excellent, especially when you get tired of doing spontaneous frequent ink cartridge replacement. I have printed many pages so far, and there is still plenty of ink in the ink containers. After removing all shipping items from the printer, I plugged the printer and followed the simple instructions. I placed the ink containers in the printer and proceeded with downloading and installing the appropriate driver for this specific printer on the Brother website. The entire setup did not take more than 20 minutes, and I could also print from my mobile phone. I like the Brother Mobile Connect App that allows the users to print from anywhere with a mobile device. You can also use your phone to scan, copy and photograph prints. The print quality is very sharp, excellent color prints, and deep rich dark blacks. My wife uses the printer for last-minute print photos for her book collage projects; she loves how colorful the photo prints come out. Scanning is easy and quick with the front panel button. I do not have a landline at my office, so I can't comment on the fax feature. I am pleased with this printer's multi-functionality, print quality, sharp and clear prints, and impressive printing speed.May 21, 2021 14:31
I own 3 other Brother printers, so I thought getting this one up and running would be easy. I thought wrong. I open the box and found the Brother MFCJ4335DW INKvestment Tank Inkjet Printer, 4 starter ink cartridges (black, cyan, yellow, and magenta) and a power cord. I made room for the printer and got to installing. I installed my Android phone first via Wi-Fi. No big deal. I downloaded the app from the Play Store and installed the drivers. It saw the printer and connected. I loaded a PDF and printed it. I thought It was one page, but it said 1/1 and was 56 pages. I hit the stop/cancel button on the printer, and it quit printing and ejected the partially printed page. So that works, now for the PC. I figure it would be a breeze since the phone worked so quickly. I should have known better.
I used the provided link to download the full package software suite from the Brother website and installed it. Well, unzipped it and it started the installer. I got to where it asks if I want to install it via Wi-Fi or USB. I chose Wi-Fi and it couldn’t find the printer. I tried several times, then I tried a bunch more times with the USB cable attached when the software asked me to do so. Doing that allowed me to enter my Wi-Fi network information and then go right back to, can’t find the printer. After about an hour of this, I gave up. I came back in the morning with a fresh set of eyes and decided to search for the printer on the Brother website. I found it and downloaded the recommended full package as well as a tool called Wireless Setup Helper. I ran the helper and it didn’t see my Wi-Fi network. I tried it about 3 times and then it did. I left that open and ran the full package installer. Hey, what do you know, there’s my new printer without needing the USB cord attached? Just hit next it says. I do and then it finished. That took all of a few minutes and I was up and running. I fired up a PDF and sent it to the printer where it printed a color cover great.
What I like about the printer. It prints great. I like the LCD screen but know that it’s not touch. You need to use the direction keys next to the display. Installing the ink was a no-brainer and Brother didn’t attach a large plastic throw-away piece like many other manufacturers that I’ve used do, kudos Brother! The paper tray holds 150 sheets which works well for me, YMMV. I also like that it works with Windows and Mac, listing the latest versions, 7–10; server 2008-2019 and 11 respectively.
What I don’t like is the lack of a touchscreen. Using a keypad right next to the LCD is cumbersome. Where touchscreen allows you to read and go, using it as a guide allows for error and or trying to locate the button that corresponds with what the tiny screen is trying to instruct the user to do. Basically, it causes a loss of time and user frustration. Also, this unit doesn’t have a LAN port. It connects via USB 2.0 and Wi-Fi very well (once you get Wi-Fi installed), but no wired network connection.
So, this all in one does scan, copy, print, and fax (do people still fax???). It prints fast and very well. Color looked great on plain generic white inkjet paper. Brother offers the automatic ink service through what they call [email protected] Brotherrefreshink.com I do like the fact that unlike some of its competitors, Brother’s program is a pay-as-you-go service. Signing up is free. The box states up to 1 year of ink in-box, but I’ve yet to figure out if that means free ink for a year and if so, how do I enable that? As of this review, I’m unable to register the printer with my other Brother products as it’s too new and hasn’t been added to the drop-down menu. I’ve emailed a representative, but I haven’t received a reply as to when it will be available.
So, my opinion is: as usual I really like Brother printers. My history with them is that their ink is reasonable, and I don’t have to use 3rd party ink unless I choose to. I’d recommend this printer but know that you may run into some setup issues on a Windows PC, at least I did. But other than that, it works great. Oh, I forgot to mention, so here it is. The printer works with Google Drive, Evernote, Dropbox, Box, OneDrive, OneNote, and Brother Cloud apps. It also scans to Office.May 25, 2021 16:33

I almost didn’t purchase this item based upon all the negative reviews. I’m glad I bought it. Easy set up. Found my wifi connection right away. All devices located the printer and printed. Clear prints and copies. Works with Alexa. A great upgrade that allows me to print wirelessly and with AirPrint. Printer does not come with a printer cable but I was able to use my old canons cord to connect to the computer via usb. I got it on sale. If it’s on sale it’s worth the price!Oct 28, 2021 18:03
Cant believe how much ink this printer uses. And the cartridges are very expensive. I will use up my existing supply of cartridges and find a different printer. Even with a modest amount of printing, I figure I will have to spend well over $100 per month on ink with this printer. Wish I had done more homework. Attached picture shows supply levels after maybe 25 black and white pages printed.Sep 25, 2021 11:01
Very nice printer seems very well-made super easy set up an operation and lightning quick printingOct 19, 2021 18:11
I couldn't get the Printer to work with my phone that's why I bought it ..I could get some prints off of working with it.. sorry I had to return it..I took a picture of a print from the Canon printer..Apr 14, 2021 12:17
I’m a professional digital media creator (photography, video, graphic design, etc.) and run my own business out of my home. I have to print and scan a lot… contracts, invoices and whatnot. I also enjoy having a printer that I can make decent home prints with for around the house. My wife also uses my home office and needs a reliable printer. I had a Canon MG5420 and it worked wonderfully through8 long years of very usage. While I was sad to see old faithful finally kicking the bucket I am very happy to have moved onto the TS6420. I have a late 2014 Mac Mini with a 1tb Samsung Evo SSD desktop and a Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 router… the Canon fits right into the network with the blink cameras, the PS4 and our wireless devices. I love the size of TS6 vs. MG5 as well as the huge increase is printing speed. Wireless and physical set up were very easy and quick. Even if you’re not a Canon printer owner now I would suggest you try one! They seem to hold well to abuse, are very low maintenance and make beautiful prints.Aug 18, 2021 19:19
Horrible i had to take back ink wws broke bad customer serviceOct 16, 2021 03:49
I have used Canon products since the late 1970s, In recent years, all of my printers have been Canons. So when my last Canon printer died suddenly, I looked for another Canon, I wanted one that would print, copy and scan and was at a reasonable price. The Canon Pixma TS6420 was just what I needed,. I was doing a lot of printing of evidence because I was scammed out of my life savings recently and as I was printing, I noticed how fast the ink levels were going down. I swear I could almost hear the printer making a slurping sound! So, while i love the printer, it uses a LOT of ink! I wish I had read the reviews which said this.,Aug 13, 2021 17:43
I love this printer! It’s so easy to use for air printing from iPhones, iPads ect. It prints very fast and the quality is excellent. Scanning is excellent quality as well. Easy to make copies. One of the best quality for the price out there and I used to have an HP that recently stopped working and purchased this. I’m completely happy and would say this works just as well as the HP I used to have.Apr 21, 2021 15:04
Print, scan and fax with this Canon PIXMA wireless all-in-one printer. It has Wi-Fi capability for easy access from laptops, desktops, phones and tablets, and the compact size works well in smaller offices. Printing worked OK, but I kept on getting "Cannot communicate with scanner... Code 2, 157, 50" when trying to scan multiple pages. Then my best friend Google found https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/Printer-Multifunction-Support/Pixma-TR4520-will-not-scan/td-p/320067
I disabled Private network firewall in Windows Security setting and problem solved. Now I am very happy with PRIXMA TR4520.Nov 14, 2020 21:32
It was a little hard to sync up with computer but eventually figured out it needed to be on same WiFi. Secondly took some time to figure out how to put paper in properly.
So good things: it works. It was cheap. Scans and copies and prints for 60 you really can’t beat it.Jun 27, 2020 08:02
Great printer. Easy connectivity and use through the app. I was a bit surprised, though pleasantly, when I had two pages to print and it printed front and back on one page. Not surprised at the ability, but that it was the default and I didn’t need to go searching for that particular setting. Anyway, in a nutshell, perfect for a home office. I had the model before it for many years. Exact same printer. Much higher price now, but still worth it.Jul 09, 2021 15:47
Good for house needs, but in case you are tangled with heavy printing, I’d go for a laser one.
First black cartridge was good for 10-15 pages and then it got “empty”. In other words my investment was the Pixma price + taxes + new cartridge (28+) Main disadvantage is that if you are to print and a cartridge is at low level, it will just sense it as empty and wont even work (not even in copy/scan mode).
Additionally, plastics are a bit flimsy as they would break if you are not treating them gently.Sep 09, 2021 07:36
Canon products never disappoint. I’ve purchased several of their products throughout the years and they’re quality.Jun 26, 2020 17:11
I bought this in hopes that I could print from my tablet and it works wonderfully. Documents and photos. It handles 4x6 photography paper perfectly.Aug 23, 2019 16:31

The ink that comes with it did not print up to 4document before it started stating low ink... I change the ink again, it didn’t last nor print up to 10paperszz and the worst part is the ink is expensive and also the ink can’t be refil you have to buy a whole ink everytime this is crazy.. I do not recommendJun 27, 2021 23:11

My New printer work like a dream I love it, it was a good buy,Jul 23, 2021 16:43
The display screen too small and very hard to controlled . And no Chinese for display .
The paper holder is weakness and make the paper massively. The paper go through not smoothly.Jun 26, 2021 02:42
I was looking for an inexpensive printer for basic printing. I had to run 8 to 10 sheets through before I received a quality print. It was not as easy as a 1 - 2 - 3 set-up.Apr 06, 2020 18:49
This printer works as it should, but I printed about 10 pages while doing setup and used over half of the black ink cartridge. There is supposed to be a XL cartridge that I will try. I think that the standard ink cartridge would be better than what I'm seeing. The XL Black cartridge is about $30.00.
I can't say if I would recommend this printer until I see how the XL works for me.Apr 29, 2020 00:23
We wanted a small printer to use in the family room since my wife and I use our computers on our laps as we watch TV and wanted a printout close at hand. We both have computers and printers upstairs in our office but that is such a long way away !
We have a wall full of electronics and the printer fit right in with no obtrusion. Looks like it's been there forever.
Problem is obtaining print cartridges. They are hard to find even on the internet.Sep 27, 2019 16:05
Although this printer can do multi functions, we have had issues with ours. I have to reset this printer often, usually after it was not in use "sleep mode", The next day and or after it completes an update.Feb 01, 2020 14:14

The only thing I have against this product, is that there is a critical update that I can't find ANY information on how to install. The instructions make NO sense.Jun 25, 2021 15:57
Would've given it 5 stars, but HP decided to sell a new model printer without scanner drivers. Invested too many hours troubleshooting only for a service rep to find out that it doesn't have drivers. Only way to get scans out of it is to save to network folder. The PC plugin HP Smart doesn't see the scanner.Apr 08, 2021 14:46
