One machine i spent a week out of town, kept checking my bp because it kept saying i was at stroke level. Made appt at dr for the day i got home. Nothing wrong with my pressure. Made for a long scary week.

Best Buy had the Omron 10 blood pressure monitor on sale when I purchased it. It works well, the readings are easy to read, and I like that it can run on both batteries and 110 volt electrical current. For folks that are being treated for high blood pressure and are on blood pressure medications, it's a good device to monitor how well your medications are working. During the novel coronavirus pandemic, it's a bit harder to go in for routine visits to see your doctor, so self-monitoring of ones blood pressure can be helpful to maintaining good health.

I replaced a 12 year old Omron unit with this Omron 10. The new unit fits very nice on the arm. It has a natural bend the just snugs the muscle. The old unit required me to stretch and attach the Velcro, leading to about 10% false readings. This new unit has Velcro, but attaches easily. The rest of the function is similar. However, it has a Bluetooth mode. I press a button on the monitor and start the app, and I can sync all readings. Nice quality product. I purchased on sale and with a price match. Got a good deal.

Works as advertised. We were replacing an older OMRON bp machine that was hard to use. This new bp machine has a formed bp sleeve and although it is not a closed cuff, it is much easier to use. Husband has a much bigger arm than I have but it works for both of us. It is not such a struggle to put the cuff on and has nice additives on the screen that gives you pre measurements and current measurements. And, it works for 2 people so you are measured against your readings and spouse has his own measurements. I believe it was a very fair price compared to others I investigated!

This is probably the best BP machine I've ever bought. With the numbers being white and the background black, it's perfect to use in a completely dark room as the numbers light up. It is accurate to an Omron Series 5 that I had bought a couple of years ago. The reason i purchased this one was because i was getting high readings on the Omron 5 thinking there was something wrong with it, but they both provided the same readings. Omron is the only name I will ever buy in a BP machine

One small "miss": the written instructions do not mention that to install the initial settings, the device must be totally turned off. Once that was explained, everything went smoothly.

Convenient way to check blood pressure in the comfort of my home. It seems quite accurate and I love how it syncs to phone app so I can easily get result to show doctor. The only thing I don’t care for is the BP cuff. The old model was much more comfortable and easy to use.

It’s really easy to set up and connected with you phone by Bluetooth. The best part I like is it contains both charger and battery. So even when the battery is died, you still have the charger to make it works.

This is real step up from the old blood pressure cuff I had! It’s fancy and high tech, but also really simple to set up and use. I love that this is compatible with my Apple Watch too.

I have an old Omron monitor that I have to pump to inflate. It is still working, but I often get error readings, meaning it would not give me a readout. I got this Omron EVOLV Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor to replace the old one. And I am very glad I bought it. With this one, I always get a readout and no longer have to retake my BP. It's easy to use. It inflates on its own. And best of all, it transfers the results to my mobile phone Omron app. My only complaint is that there are times when the results don't sync smoothly with my mobile phone (though I must add that it is possible that the Android phone is to blame).

This blood pressure is totally defective and the result is not reliable at all, I’ve to get this test everyday in ER , so ER test shows 10/8 but this device shows 13/10.

I really like the form factor of this unit. No awkward 2-piece set up with a tube between them--it all just fits on your arm. I can't comment on the accuracy, but this is the big brand in consumer BP monitors, so I'm assuming it's okay. I like the fact that it is wireless compatible. However, I am not using that feature because of the lengthy amount of information I had to provide and the terms and conditions that I couldn't parse out, but which seem to give the company unlimited rights to any and everything. I paid to buy the product; I don't want to BE the product.

I bought this unit because of its excellent online reviews. It is a sleek unit, without tubes, easily portable with a nice display. The setup was easy and I had no problems connecting it with the OMRON CONNECT app.

Unfortunately, this unit is not reliable. I took seven recordings between 7:03 and 7:21 AM on January 9 sitting quietly and following all instructions (recording arm, feet, and back supported, legs uncrossed, relaxed, no talking, empty stomach, empty bladder etc) . Systolic BP (upper reading) ranged from 98 to 126 and diastolic from 71 to 85 mm Hg with no particular trend, just random.

Twenty eight points fluctuation in systolic and 14 points fluctuation in diastolic are unacceptable. I have a screenshot to prove this.

Something is not right with this unit. I am curious to know if other users had similar experiences.

Being a medical professional, I can't recommend such an unreliable unit to anyone.

The records are kept by date enabling me to review it, file it with my medical records and deliver it to my Doctor.

I'm currently 32 years old, I didnt have any specific reason to buy a BP monitor but to keep an eye on it and catch any changes (especially if I have prolonged headaches or frequent). Any who, its been 2 weeks now since the purchase and I check my BP everyday first thing in the morning. As of lately (past week), the BP monitor has been telling me that I have an irregular heart beat and should see my doctor.

Oddly enough, around the same time it said that I've been having high pressure like pulse in the chest area. Out of curiosity, my watch (galaxy 4) also said that I have irregular heart beat. With 2 devices telling that I have an irregular heart beat, I'm seeing my doctor tomorrow. Hopefully it's all good news. If its good or bad, im happy with the purchase

Easy to use. However Bluetooth sometimes not working properly for transferring results. Maybe an update in software would correct it. Also I might need to buy a storing case for it. I have owned it for about 21 days and used about 90% of the time daily between myself and my wife.

I got this to monitor a friends BP when we discovered it was over 240/150. Got my friend to the doctor, meds started, taking BP 2 times per day until it is under control. It is very easy to use, gives a accurate reading and has a memory to save readings. Highly recommend

The Omron 3 is a very good device. My BP at home is now closely matching my BP at the doctor's office. The cuff is a little stiff, but I've gotten use to it.

At first I was concerned about the numbers jumping around in a short period of time. Then I took it to my doctor's office and it matched their numbers including the jumps in numbers in the doctor's office. The machine is quiet and quick. It does not seem to squeeze as hard or as long as previous cuffs.

Great blood pressure monitor. I don't use the bluetooth functionality, so I can't comment on that. The monitor itself seems more accurate than my previous monitor and the cuff wraps solidly around your arm. There's formed plastic inside it. The only thing I wish it had was an illuminated screen to see in the dark. Still a 5 star device.

Works well my grandma liked it very much. It is big and it stores readings and has an option to store the readings of two different users. It is a good brand recommended by my grandma's doctor.

I was getting high readings which obviously made me nervous. Made several trips to the cardiologist and each time my BP was much lower than the reading. I even took it with me to compare and it was quite a bit off. Apparently it needs to be calibrated somehow.

I Bought this for my Mother and I usted it to check my high blood pressure and I'm a person who doesn't seem to have high blood pressure, I honestly don't recommend it because this can put you in a fright of going to a medical emergency if you are well of health

It's really important to have your wrist at the same height as your heart as someone from Omron mentioned in the Q&A. In my case that meant I had to wrest my elbow on something much higher than my normal desk height. If you go by the level indicator (the heart icon) and your wrist is below your heart you will likely get an inaccurate reading. I test this with my doctors office and it was within a close range of what they were getting.

I knocked off a star because the wrist to heart height should be noted in the sticker in the box. Also, negative heart because it was giving me a notification of high blood pressure/hypertension with 100/80 which my doctor was confused by.

Good product. Some work is involved in getting and keeping it connected to the cell phone app. Readings are a little lower than upper arm meter of the same brand. But, size and wrist measurements are convenient.

Works easy enough and the app is great for viewing history. Might be closer to 3.5 stars as it was notably different from the Doctors BP reading. Slipping it on and off takes a slight bit of effort, but not a deal breaker.

We were needing a replacement for our old Omron upper arm blood pressure monitor and our doctor used a similar model. We shopped around and found this item at Best Buy and I ordered on line and picked it up in a couple of hours. It is accurate, convenient, and my loves that it does not hurt her arm.

It was difficult linking the device to the app., but once it was linked it’s worked fine. It does exactly what I expected. You do have to make sure it’s positioned correctly in your wrist or it will give you an error message. I use it daily without any issues and it gives me peace of mind.

I really wanted to like this. It's much thinner than my previous Omron wrist unit, quieter, and quicker. Perfect for travel. None of that makes up for the inaccurate (+10 points or more) and inconsistent readings. Readings do not match any of my other Omron devices. Screen is more difficult to read too! Unfortunately, I was outside of the return period or this would have been returned. It will now sit on my shelf . Perhaps my wrist is too small for this type of monitor? I will never buy this style again.

This blood pressure monitor is good. It will keep your readings that you can download as a csv file to send to your doctor. The only problem I have had with it is tricky getting the transfer to work first time, but you can also manually enter into the app

i liked the product but got confused on not knowing if blue tooth is connected or not

i have iphone 12pro max iphone

the Ekg part of it dont need blue tooth

just make sure iphone it sits on cradle

and automaticly load to app

but the blood pressure needs bluetooth part to register reading

im faster to manually input off blood pressure unit digital screen then waiting for transfer

you can only get multiple readings saved to iphone app

the blood pressure device does keep multiple readings but there stored in memory module inside

use app to bring them to record keeping App

the ekg cant read my fingers due to dryness

but using waster based lotion helps for better connections

if i bought the version blood pressure only without the ekg

the other omron models you can retrieve

from built-in memory and its diplayed on screen off the blood pressure monitor

if known i can get ekg only device

then i would buy them separately but cost more that way

but im happy with product

because you can get ekg readings only, or blood pressure readings only

or both at same time!

and they load to omron app and have a record both at same time stamps etc

Overall, it's good. I have 2 main issues with this

1st, you can only use it to take your blood pressure without another device.

2nd, even when my phone or tablet is sitting on the device as shown in the product description, it is hit or miss whether I get a bluetooth connection.

There must be a problem linking blutooth between the Omron Complete BP & EKG monitor and my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 256GB. The EKG seems to link but the BP values are not. I tried about 20 sessions in 2 weeks and had to return the first unit for exchange for the second unit on second try. Today is my third trial on the link. Seems like I still have problem with the unit. I will bring it in to Bestbuy and see if I can get a tech to help me figure out what is wrong with this unit.

If a person has every dealt with a-fib or any heart issues this is a priceless tool allowing you to show your heart doctors days of EKG’s when you make your visit. Through the app you can even E-mail them to your heart doctors.

A little pricy, but if you want an accurate blood pressure machine with EKG this is the one.

The blood pressure monitor is great where this lacks is the EKG. It’s extremely hard to use and the instructions don’t really give and insight as to how it is used. It also requires a subscription to a 3rd party to analyze the EKG.
