This Android 11 phone has the best battery life I have ever seen. It is strong on battery life. This is where it excels the most. It is capable of running many apps. It does not have wireless charging or 5G wifi. It uses 2.4 Wifi and 4G Data. Great for Strava!

This phone is amazing. I have never experienced battery life like this. It has been 2 days and it is at 68%. It has a large clear display with vibrant colors. The camera takes quality pictures and it operates quite nicely scanning the web. Entry level price with many top quality functions.

I am very disappointed with this product and I would like all my money back. I would be glad to share the details with the manufacturer. I hate writing bad reviews but I have multiple screenshots where this phone never has service. I can rarely make a phone call with this phone.....I'll be asking for a full refund.

The phone is very sleek, I am enjoying all the features on this phone and finding all the extras like night vision camera oh yeah.

My previous phone was also a Moto G7 Power, about two years old. This phone is a good replacement and just a bit larger than my older one. I have only one complaint with it, but since I use this feature multiple times a day it's important. The fingerprint sensor that I use to unlock the phone and use to " log in" to many apps is on the side of the phone and much narrower than the round sensor on the back of the old phone. The old sensor recognized my fingerprints nearly 100% of the time. This phone recognizes my print the first time about a third of the time. I have reset the fingerprint setting twice now in order to make it more responsive, but it still doesn't work that well. That is my only complaint. If you don't lock your phone use the fingerprint sensor to "log in" you will have no problem. If you do, go the for the model lower.

I only use phones for the basics.

Texts/calls, emails, Youtube, music/podcasts.

In this regard, it works fine.

I loathe gaming on phones, besides the time killing card game/tower defense game.

It seems to run older more demanding 3D games fine, but like I said, I'm not a good judge of gaming on phones.

It's a bit tall, was very weird at first, never had a phone with this form factor. Also, it was hard to find a protective case.

I don't like the edge detection stuff. It's very sensitive and annoying, almost always have trouble with it.

The camera is nothing special.

Not a photographer, just record things on occasion, maybe take a few pics.

Pics are nice, video is meh.

Why do I like this phone so much then?

The battery life is the main winner:

My goodness, you can almost go two full days with the thing.

As long as you don't leave Youtube on at night [playing sleep music or audiobooks], you can safely go a day without charging it.

For the price, I have been very happy with the battery life, compared to older budget phones.

This was considered a spurge purchase to me, and I feel it was worth it.

That's all I want, just keep going for me phone.

At budget price, I've seen nothing like it.

Web surfing is smooth enough, and the default 32GB storage is great, haven't had much storage issues, considering my usage.

I'm just very happy with this phone, and this will be the standard to any other phone I own afterwords.

I mean it's a cheap phone so I should say you get what you pay for but they could've done slightly better than this. Apparently the hardware was a bit of a downgrade from the 2020 edition. The battery life is amazing, but at times has struggled to run multiple apps i.e. Spotify running in the background while playing Pokemon Go. I had to get this phone as a holdover while waiting for the new ones to come out in the next few months. If you are on a tight budget then this phone is perfect but if your goal is a solid quality phone without breaking the bank, then I would go up to around the 400 dollar range.

It is a great phone for the price. The battery will last all day, and the screen is really good, of course not compared to today's flagships but you know you should be expecting that when you get a mid-range device. Camera is pretty good, could use a bit more digital image stabilization but once again that's something you get on flagships and not on mid-range so I will overall say this is a 4 out of 5 device and this is my second one I've purchased. Now for those that don't know Motorola is owned by Lenovo, after briefly being owned by Google so they learned some things and it seems like they're doing a great job.

I am using it for over a month now. Very clean home screen; mostly default apps. Motorola usually does not put many of their own apps on these phones and makes them heavy.

Decent camera quality. Don't get overwhelmed with a 48 MP rear camera and start comparing it with Samsung A32 or similar phones. But have general AI settings (Auto smile capture, Shot optimization, etc.) in it which makes the camera useful for amateurs. Also includes regular photo features for Motorola (portrait, night vision, cinematograph, live filter, etc.). But the 8 MP front camera is a little disappointing, although it has a group selfie option.

The best feature is the battery. With heavy use on social media (capturing and uploading almost 100 pictures), watching 11.5-2 hour video and web browsing, it gave me about 40 hours of usage. Best value for the price.

On that battery life I use my phone all day long sometimes constantly playing games , browsing the internt and social media , sending texts , and calling for long periods of time and this phones easily lasts 24 hours on a full charge usually more ,you could probably get 2-3 days if you used it as normal it is a very useful feature. Also all the usual camera fingerprint sensor and screen are very good , lacking tho is the speakers and I'm just talking about watching videos or movies and what not they could be a willed more powerful and maybe off another one for that full sterio experience , they actually calling speaker is great

Take my review with a grain of salt. I had to upgrade my decade old htc One. I tell you what, that phone was a complete trooper. It had been dropped on pavements, on bricks, in puddles of water and today it chugs on. It dies at a 70% charge and heats up often and so i knew it was best to part ways. This device is awesome. I only use it to call and text and when my tablet is charging, i will use it for Rumble or YT. Also, i did not charge this phone until it was at 16% and that took 3 days. I hope it lasts me a decade!

I also purchased the sahara case. It feels super durable. With this case, the phone is well protected.

Disappointed! Brand new unopened phone got delivered about an hour ago and stylus is already stuck! Won't go in, won't come out. I am with a 90year old client. Can't leave her to do an exchange in store. I call best buy, and the line is so bad and calls keep dropping. Am just frustrated!

The best low budget phone I ever purchased. Replaces my Stylo 4 just on time, LG stop making cell phones. Phew! I was about to purchase a Stylo 6. The reason purchased the Moto G stylus 2021? The camera is insane, the photos are like professional quality.

The Best Buy associate that assisted me with finding a new phone was very amicable and helpful with picking out the right phone for me. I appreciate it very much and love my new Moto G Stylus!!!!

P.S. - The phone takes really nice pictures and the photo I added was the first pic I took of our two furry fluff balls. LoL

I bought this to replace my wife's old Moto Force 2 Droid, which she loved for its excellent reception and didn't want to give up, but it had issues and had become totally unreliable. Since she hates change and is not exactly the most tech-savvy person in the neighborhood I figured sticking with Moto would give more consistency in the user interface.

I wanted something at a reasonable price with a decent camera, longest possible battery life, good phone/Internet reception in remote areas, not too much larger than the Force 2, and hopefully a processor that would keep things moving along at a decent clip. Even staying within the Moto lineup there is a bewildering array of choices that meet or come close to providing all these.

While she will probably never use the stylus, the G7 Stylus came closest to checking off all the boxes. Sure, there are phones with better specs out there but for a non-power user who needs reliable reception and decent camera, this phone was perfect. Since 5G is so slow in rolling out I stuck with the 4G version so I expect battery life will be excellent, at least for the first year or so.

She had to go out of town the day after the purchase and was sure she would not be able to do anything other than text if she was lucky. She called the next day and was excited to report she didn't have any problems figuring out any of the functions. She says the camera is wonderful - she says the colors just "pop." She's had it over a week now and can read her Kindle books all day with a lot less glare than her old phone, take tons of photos, text, IM and talk on the phone for hours and at day's end she still has at least 58% battery. With 128GB she shouldn't even need an SD card...at least for now.

I can't really comment on quality yet as I only had a few hours during set-up to check it out. Voice quality sounds good and the phone seemed sturdy but only time will tell. So only 4 stars for now on that but quite likely it will turn out to be higher, especially given the price. Since its a fairly new model it was a pain finding a screen protector and case to fit on such short notice but that should change soon.

I could have easily spent hundreds more for "specs" and features that many of us don't understand, appreciate or use and not have gotten such a delighted response. She LOVES her G7 Stylus - happy wife, happy life.

I came in to Best Buy on 1/14/21. I dealt with a salesman named Nicholas Pando. He took his time with me going over the features of various phones. He found one for me that was comparable to my old phone. I needed to think about it overnight. I went back in on Friday morning 1/15/21 and bought the phone. He then proceeded to transfer my data from the old phone to the new one. He was patient and took his time with me, í would urge others to deal with him. His kindness was great.

Started off as a great phone. Since my purchase 2 months ago, the price is much cheaper. The front camera while using Google Duo seems very cloudy/blurry even after fixing the settings. As of today I had to call for a warranty issue because the phone is no longer charging.

I've had phone for 2 months, love everything about it, it does everything I want it to do. BUT I just found out it will no longer work with TracFone using AT&T towers because it doesn't have VoLTE. Drop date of 3g is 2/2022, but they are already cutting tower service. I will loose use of my new phone and loose the pre paid minutes on my phone unless I upgrade to a VoLTE phone, I just upgraded my phone! No other tower services where I live, beyond angry with at&t.

She loves this more than the Samsung A10 that she had. Its larger. It has more capacity. Its quick. Its smooth. She does not like that it is loud when turning on. She likes that she can game on it.

I bought this phone for my son and he loves it. He wanted a blue colored phone at first but then he said he wanted a purple phone so this phone was perfect considering the fact that the phone's color is blue and purple. I myself personally love the color of the phone it's very appealing. The phone performance is great for him. It has enough ram and storage space for his games and etc. Nice lighting on the phone as far as display goes it's very bright. He loves it.

Great phone but doesn't work with Verizon network,or at least not yet... was really hoping that Verizon was about to add this phone to there network,but apparently it's still in the works

Overall, it is a nice device with all the necessities such as headphone, screen protector and phone case included. The only negative is it's average battery life. Otherwise it has a very high value for it's price

This is a powerful phone. I bought this for my wife, to replace her Samsung. It is fast, with 2 GHz and 128 GB of memory that you can supplement with up to a 128 GB micro SD card. That's a lot of music and photos! The battery lasts all day, and my wife uses the phone a lot. With the Qi wireless charging (you need to buy that as an accessory), keeping charged is even easier. The phone syncs to WiFi very well and the 4G LTE is strong. The cameras, both front and rear, are very good, and the triple lens in the rear is very flexible. Internet use is very fast, both on WiFi and LTE. It is a great phone, that I like even better than my BLU Viva Xi, which I love. This is a premium phone for half the price.

a-11 He said we don't sell the A-11's but we have the A-12 . The A-12 was a perfect fit for me I was able to modify my otter box to fit the phone and also all the other accessories I bought for the A-11 I had my new phone and out the door in 20 minutes and it's a great phone

My Samsung S8 had taken a beating over the years, so I purchased this as a replacement; So far not too bad. It is an international phone, and there were some small challenges to activate (Verizon is my service provider). One of the slots for my SIM card would not read when inserted, so we switched to the other slot and it worked. It took a couple of hours to have all the apps I use downloaded and operating, including adjusting various settings, but overall the process was smooth. The reason for the 'upgrade' title (and 4-stars) is that this phone is more of an entry phone, a small step down from my S8; Something I found out when the tech guy assisted me in the transfer. This phone does not have as good of a camera as my S8 did, and the processor is a tad slower. But it looks great, feels comfortable, and have experienced smooth browsing so far. And as mentioned in the title, I will give it a run in my travels next week and see how it operates out of town.

We bought this phone for my elderly mother. It was a HUGE upgrade from what she had but it's easy enough that once everything eas set up for her she was able to learn how to use it easily.

The new unlocked Samsung Galaxy A12 is a good budget smartphone for the price, it runs smooth and under all national and international networks without a problem one of the best futures of this phone is that it has a sad memory card slot, most phones doesn’t have this option anymore, I highly recommend this product!

This phone is a budget powehouse. If you are looking for a less complicated smartphone this is great option.

Bought this for my 12 year old and he loves it and more importantly the life lock 360 app works great with it and he enjoy having the phone

It's a good phone, but not the best. It's a bit bulky, but it's unlocked and doesn't cost an arm and a leg to purchase. My son says the camera isn't the best, but it will do. If he could afford to spend more he would've gotten a better phone.

Bought this as a last ditch effort to get a new phone, and honestly it was a good decision. Compared to the Samsung Galaxy A22 phone I woulda bought, I ended up paying less for it, and being stuck between getting an expensive phone and a cheap phone with bad quality (BLU V91 was my other option). I haven't run into too many issues with the device, and sure, the camera is not as good as many mid tier range phones at the market, but I wouldn't call it bad, it's honestly good enough for my standards. Gaming on the phone isn't too bad as well, it does stutter and lag once in a while but it's not detrimental since I'm not a serious competitive gamer. Being able to switch from Gaming Mode to Pro Gaming Mode is nice since the latter helps to not show notifications during play. The battery is okay as well, it tends to drain quite quickly but that's on part of me using a fitness tracker watch that requires the Bluetooth to be on, and I plan to upgrade to a proper smartwatch later on. Lastly I had to turn off pocket mode since I got a protective case that includes an external screen protector, which would trigger it to turn on, I'm not mad since again I can turn it off in the settings.

Overall it's a really good phone, and was worth paying a little extra without creating a huge hole in my budget if I had gotten a Samsung phone. It's not for everybody who wants the highest quality stuff from a mid range phone with new components (not everyone wants a phone with an old Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset in it, I can understand that), but I would still recommend it if you want something that can still do quite a lot of things, plus the range of customization is great as well.

This is a surprisingly good, quality phone!

The good ---

- Excellent Full HD+ display and with the 90hz refresh rate it scrolls extra smoothly, etc. In sunlight you might struggle to see the screen as it maxes out at something like 415 nits. But that's expected given the space it's in. Still, overall nice touch in this pricing tier.

- Has VoLTE, Wi-Fi calling and NFC.

- 5g - I'm getting a great signal and connections with Mint Mobile (T-Mobile towers). My speedtests have been in the 100-200mbps.

- Side-mounted fingerprint reader works great, as does face unlock! I loathe FP sensors on the back of phones, so this is a welcomed change!

- Good build quality and slick design! I mean, it's plastic but it doesn't look or feel like it. The blue gradient color with the matte rear finish is really nice. It screams premium phone with a narrow footprint.

- Running the latest Android 11. Oxygen OS is one of the best UI's for Android and that's no different here. No excess bloatware, near stock-android with the usual nice customization options. This phone will only get one OS update to Android 12 but will get three years of security updates - official from Oneplus.

- 64gb of storage is small, but it does have a Micro-SD card slot, which I'm using, so that makes up for the storage!

- 5000mah battery means I'm getting two solid days use out of this as a moderate user. I keep the refresh rate at 90hz, which drains the battery a bit more but oh well.

- Headphone jack - not a big deal to me but it's worth mentioning since these are regularly omitted anymore.

- Mono-speaker doesn't sound half bad actually. I am surprised and it gets quite loud. It's not stereo, but it does a commendable job!

The not-so-good ---

- Snapdragon 480 lags at times. Coupled with the measly 4gb of RAM means gaming on this might not be the best. I am no gamer, but in normal day-to-day use I have noticed slow loading times and the occasional performance hiccup. By no means a deal breaker, just adjust your expectations accordingly. This is not a flagship device.

- Camera is average. Do not by this phone for the camera. I installed a great, working google camera and it's SO MUCH better. Video, same. Average. Macro camera lens is okay.

- Slow charging time. Only comes with an 18w charger, and no OnePlus Warp charge. Took just over two hours to fully charge. Not bad of course, but it's slow today.

- Has an Always-On display, but it's broken right now. Reached out to OnePlus, it's known and supposed to be fixed in next OTA update. They are normally good with bug fixes...fingers crossed.

- No slider alert. A OnePlus staple...Can't have it all I guess.

- This phone will NOT connect to 5g with AT&T or Verizon, only 4g LTE ... no MM Wave.

Overall, for $240 this is a pretty solid 5g device. I'd say it's better than entry-level, but only just. Of course it has some flaws, but all phones do unfortunately. I think if you manage your expectations, and don't rely on this phone to work like a top mid-range or flagship would, you'll be quite pleased!!

If it had better cameras, I'd give it 4 stars. They really should have put in a lower PPI 60Hz display and moved some of that money to the cameras. Good cameras and a good display is better than bad cameras and a great display. Fortunately, side-loading Gcam improves the image quality just enough to be passable.

The security updates are also lacking. OnePlus says they're going to provide 3 years of security updates but it's 8/1/21 and the Android Security update is still 4/1/21. The Google Play system update is even older at 2/1/21. My cheap Moto G is at 6/1/21 on both.

Also, the 4 gigs of RAM is pretty low these days. When switching apps, I sometimes find that an app I was just using a few minutes ago was shut down and has to completely relaunch. If I go from a news reader to Facebook, to Instagram, and back to the news reader the news reader sometimes re-launches and starts back at the top of the feed.

That's about all I can gripe about. It's the best T-Mobile 5G phone you're going to get for the money right now. (I got it for $200 on sale.) The screen is great. The battery easily lasts me 2 days. 64 gigs of storage is enough for me and it has an SD card slot if you need more. It supports sub-6 5G on T-Mobile and I regularly get 300-400mbps around town.

Assuming they eventually start pushing updates (and maybe upgrade their camera software!), it'll be a decent cheap phone to hold me over while the C-Band and 2G/3G spectrum gets transitioned to 5G and a new generation of phones comes out.

Fair camera, good enough performance for the price. Let's face it. No phone camera at this price point is good. It is not like a potato like the ones that are on Nokia 3.4. It is usable, so that's nice. It has a 5G and 90hz screen. Can I complain about it? Sure, but I do not think anyone can get a much better phone at this price unless you import from Xiaomi, Realme, or whatnot. I don't have issues with those brands other than the connectivity issues. I would rather buy a phone that is released for the U.S market than to import some phones and not get a warranty whatsoever. Don't expect this phone to fly through things if you are coming from $1000 phones. This is a budget phone so set your expectations accordingly and you won't be disappointed.

Overall nice phone, awesome battery back-up, really nice smooth touch screen.

I have been using Iphone from last 15 years. so will not compare anything like that. This phone does feels like premium and good.

It's been few good weeks so far good, not used it for any gaming apps. Overall good buying experience with price range.

Great phone. Do buy a case otherwise you may easily drop it. With proper case, fits perfectly in the hand. The screen quality is great and is in par with some higher end phones. The voice quality is great.

Now on the downside, the camera is not that great. You won't get great pictures with this camera. And the phone does not have wifi calling. Does not work on 5G at&t. Just 4G LTE.

This phone was an upgrade from my BLU G90. So far it provides the same experience that I attainted from my BLU. I did have issues with lack of response, but it appears that an update fixed that. Be aware that this is the one plus value line and performs accordingly. Overall I would recommend if you have T-Mobile and would like a reasonably priced phone to purchase out right with 5G capability. One last thing. Purchase a case for you phone. This phone was extremely slick and was easy to come out of my hands before I added a case.

Great phone for the price. A few things I wish it had that it doesn't need but would make it a 5 star phone to me.

Comes with Android 10 currently. I expect Android 11 to not count against the 2 system upgrades, and if it does, might not ever buy another Nokia. However, true all Android manufacturers still stink as far as this goes. Will see how Nokia does, if they meet my expectations or not but they won't be worse than Motorola anyway.

The phone lacks 5GHz wifi and wifi ac, always on display is half baked as tap or blink on, a loud and obnoxious startup sound that can't be disabled in settings, and it doesn't need an Android assistant dedicated button (would be nice to repurpose that). One thing I'm spoiled with on Samsung phones is an amazing power save mode that can easily double battery life at a minimum. This phone only has the standard Android one

Double sim was what I need for a reasonable price. Easy to use, big screen. Works perfectly. Good product.

Nice phone, but when you're sending or receiving a text, there is no time marked, holding the phone with your cheek, it's very easy to hit the mute button often and numbers beeping often. It has some good features, but I doubt I'll ever buy another Nokia...it's not worth $385 and Best Buy's return policy hasn't helped. It will be a long time before I purchase anything else from them!

So far the Nokia has been shutting down randomly and rebooting with no real assistance on line as to why its doing this.. after taking with friend with a similar Nokia phone, he said his does the same thing. Pretty irritating as this was a gift for my daughter.

I was not expecting a whole lot from a phone that costs under $200 but I was surprised by the quality of this phone. Bought it for someone who needed an unlocked phone with basic features but this surpassed my expectations and I had to disable some features to make it simple for the user.

Quality good for the price- after using an iPhone it is almost impossible for any other phone to please you with camera quality- but great value for price!

Best Buy stores Ive visited dont keep this unit (or any other Nokias) powered on, so that you cannot see the laughable quality of the camera for yourself. I was forced to purchase this blind without trying, and now will face a $50 return fee. The camera is bad. Real bad. Otherwise the phone is decent, but this camera is like a kids toy. Every shot is blurry. One pro is that because it's so slow and cheap, it uses hardly any battery

Ordered unlock iPhone 7 for my parent. Cheaper to buy a refurbished phone than a brand new one. Found this phone on Best Buy website. A little pricey but considering how much memory it has, it is a decent buy. Once you place the order, I think you cannot change your order once it’s processing. Think customer service said within 30 minutes I believe it was. On Best Buy website when you search warranty they say a year but actually that is not true. Calling customer service they said it is located on the product page. Some are 30 days or 90 days... it will show on the information product page. Waited for the iPhone to arrive and it said it was delivering by a certain date, it was actually delayed. Somewhat worrisome since you can only track it. The item does not require a signature which is also nerve wrecking because you don’t want someone stealing your item.

I was expecting a box to arrive. The item arrived in a plastic bubble wrap bag. Wish they had better packaging. Especially for a phone. Opened it up and the box inside was crushed some. There were some cards inside. The warranty is not by Best Buy. It is by another company called CCR. Information on the card was included. There is a generic charger that came with the phone. And the phone was in a thin box with a plastic piece holding the phone. No real padding basically in shipping but the bubble wrap bag. The phone comes not charged at all. It had a bunch of scratches on the back. The front glass looked okay. The bottom port area was scratched up pretty bad as seen in the picture included.

Took a while to charge with the charger that was included. Set up was just like any other iPhone. Had to check the settings to double check if it is correct phone since there is no original packing with this phone at all. Best Buy said if there’s an issue with it, you can bring it back to the store and they would waive the restocking fee but if you had just changed your mind about the product, there is a restocking fee.

So far the phone seems to be working okay. Hope it lasts many years. Recommend the product.

This iPhone 7's appearance looks quite new and the adaptor was made by apple. Let me very surprised when I receive it. So far I did not see anything wrong after I used it for couple days. I love this iPhone.

Despite excruciatingly slow shipping the refurbished phone works very well even though the battery was not replaced and is at only 84% capacity from new. Batteries are not that difficult or expensive to replace.

A friendly user phone. The thing is the discerption of the phone is not specified. The phone have some lil bit scratches in the LCD of the phone also the the side and back of phone it has some scratches too..I took some phone of the unit but it’s not that very clear the scratches. I just don’t have time to return because the same day that they deliver I need my send it to my birth country. I’m screw up in this unit.

Love it! Best phone for the price. It could hold its own with phones 4× the cost! It came with a charging cord, protective case, glass shield, and ear phones. I have to admit I had to watch you tube to utilize all the newer functions but once I did it was easy!

I use this phone just for doordash and it's been acceptable. Definite pro is it's long battery life. I run doordash and Spotify for 8 hours and it still has power after the shift. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a budget friendly phone.

I love how easy it is to use this phone. I'm a big Samsung or Motorola lover so I was surprised at how close this phone is to either one of those brands.

Ordered unlock iPhone 7 for my parent. Cheaper to buy a refurbished phone than a brand new one. Found this phone on Best Buy website. A little pricey but considering how much memory it has, it is a decent buy. Once you place the order, I think you cannot change your order once it’s processing. Think customer service said within 30 minutes I believe it was. On Best Buy website when you search warranty they say a year but actually that is not true. Calling customer service they said it is located on the product page. Some are 30 days or 90 days... it will show on the information product page. Waited for the iPhone to arrive and it said it was delivering by a certain date, it was actually delayed. Somewhat worrisome since you can only track it. The item does not require a signature which is also nerve wrecking because you don’t want someone stealing your item.

I was expecting a box to arrive. The item arrived in a plastic bubble wrap bag. Wish they had better packaging. Especially for a phone. Opened it up and the box inside was crushed some. There were some cards inside. The warranty is not by Best Buy. It is by another company called CCR. Information on the card was included. There is a generic charger that came with the phone. And the phone was in a thin box with a plastic piece holding the phone. No real padding basically in shipping but the bubble wrap bag. The phone comes not charged at all. It had a bunch of scratches on the back. The front glass looked okay. The bottom port area was scratched up pretty bad as seen in the picture included.

Took a while to charge with the charger that was included. Set up was just like any other iPhone. Had to check the settings to double check if it is correct phone since there is no original packing with this phone at all. Best Buy said if there’s an issue with it, you can bring it back to the store and they would waive the restocking fee but if you had just changed your mind about the product, there is a restocking fee.

So far the phone seems to be working okay. Hope it lasts many years. Recommend the product.

This iPhone 7's appearance looks quite new and the adaptor was made by apple. Let me very surprised when I receive it. So far I did not see anything wrong after I used it for couple days. I love this iPhone.

The phone came with a charger after using it for a day all functions work there was no scratches or screen damage it almost looked new only negative item was the battery health was only 83% other than that very satisfied

Despite excruciatingly slow shipping the refurbished phone works very well even though the battery was not replaced and is at only 84% capacity from new. Batteries are not that difficult or expensive to replace.

A friendly user phone. The thing is the discerption of the phone is not specified. The phone have some lil bit scratches in the LCD of the phone also the the side and back of phone it has some scratches too..I took some phone of the unit but it’s not that very clear the scratches. I just don’t have time to return because the same day that they deliver I need my send it to my birth country. I’m screw up in this unit.

It is a good phone so far, I got to replace the battery with a new one cause it is not holding a good charge as far as the phone itself I like it, I like the size, I like it's performance, I like that it can update to the all new iOS 14 with it being a old phone, I like the camera quality of it, I like it better than Android phones, Phone came very well packaged up, I went to the Best Buy store close to me and did the curbside option to have it brought out to me, very good service, with it being preowned it did not stop me from going for it, I like that it is not cracked but on screen I notice some scratches on it not too bad, I've gotten me a similar otter box case to put on it so it can be protected. Price was not too bad to me,

I bought a refurbished iPhone 6sPlus. I wasn’t expecting anything new but I wasn’t expecting this bad as well. See my pics below. Beware that this stock might circle back on somebody’s order because I returned it. How can somebody think it is okay to sell this kind of quality. Will you pay $275+tax for this? Shame on best buy QC.

Phone was in perfect condition. Have had no issues with the phone at all. I was skeptical buying a refurbished phone based on all the bad reviews I have read but I took a chance and I am glad I did!

Love it, especially for the price. A $180 cell phone that can do almost anything a $700 can do...or it least it seems that way to me. If there is any I am missing, I don't notice it so......

Received it Tuesday in good condition then put my Gmail account in and the phone would not stop rebooting...It would get to some point the phone would freeze then start a reboot. Then I was treated pretty rudely by the customer service at the San Angelo while trying to exchange the problem phone.
