The vertical design makes it easy to place in my backyard. It was easy to assemble. Easy to use, smoke my meat beautifully.

I got this for my husband for his birthday. We've used it twice so far. Worked perfect. It had two probes included, but we purchased a blue tooth one that has 6 probes and we like using it over the ones provided. This smoker only allows you to use temp or timer at one time, cant use both. So by having the extras probes, we are able to have our temp and timer!

Its also a perfect size for taking camping. We look forward to that in Sept.

No complaints and I would recommend.

It was great while it lasted used it a out 20 times went too use it last weekend and did not pre heat at all. Tried heating itbanother way notbing at a hear and a half it jjst stop working and my wife didnt get the warranty.

Very easy to use, works well and easy to program. Easy to clean. Is a bit heavy. Make sure to have flat-non dirt ground to place it on away from house.

My son, who I bought this for, appreciated the control he had over the smoking compared to the previous smoker he had which was the kettle type that blew up. It has been an excellent performer.

Did great for a year and a month. I keep it in the garage out of the elements and I think the burner went out ALREADY! It did a great job, but I only smoked about 25 batches of meats in 1 year and 1 month. I had a 2 lb batch of jerky ready to go too last night. Sigh.

Works well, not as big as the green egg. Still a nice unit.

Burgers and wings came out great! Would recommend.

Purchased this smoker about three years ago and I have to say I am very impressed with how it has held up so far. I plan on upgrading soon but for the money you will not find a better smoker. I would highly recommend this for someone trying to learn the ropes.

Late delivery, a little difficult to put together but works like a charm. We connected it to our natural gas line and have enjoyed using the smoker and the gas grill regularly.

I love this grill. It is pretty heavy though. We have used all parts of it (gas grill, charcoal grill and the smoker). We are so happy with this purchase. It is built really well. Nice heavy grates. It did come a bit signed up, but think that was shippers fault.

Only drawback was that there was "goop" all over which took quite some time to clean off before using.

Set up took awhile, but once you get it together, it's great. Grills good. Smokes fantastic! A little expensive, but if you use it a lot, it will be worth it.

When i recieved package i was impressed. Turned on for 3hrs for curing process was still fairly impressed with how quickly it heated up. The weekend after i got it had family over for a cookout and tryed the new smoker and was quickly disappointed. The heat adjustment has a short and took almost 10 hrs for my chicken to get to temp. Called customer service next day talked to 3 different people and all put me on hold for approximately 10 min a piece, when the last one told me that their wasnt nothing they could do to help I was livid and still have a smoker that doesnt work.

Son used it do smoke beef brisket and bacon.

Excellent smoker. Remote works great. Cleans up easily even after cooking a ton of food. The internal thermometer doesn’t seem to work at all - bought a Meater to work around it.

The dumbest thing is the sticker on the glass door - it would not easily come off - the glue stuck - mars an otherwise perfect appearance.

I purchased this smoker on June 25, 2019 and it was supposed to arrive July 3 so that I could use it for July 4. The day before it was supposed to arrive, I got a notice saying that it was delayed. I called Best Buy and they said they don't know what happened and that it would arrive July 5. This news was beyond inconvenient. They promised me they would take 10% off the price for the inconvenience but I have yet to see the discount. When I received the smoker on July 5, I noticed that the box was a little beat up. When I opened the box and pulled out the smoker, the door had a huge dent on the left side and there's a gap between the door and the smoker so it doesn't seal! I'm currently trying to smoke some ribs and it can't keep the temperature because of the huge gap letting out the heat. I have already placed another order for a smoker to hopefully arrive Friday July 12, so hopefully I will get one that isn't damaged. If the new unit arrives unscathed and performs well, I will update my review.

This smoker is just too easy to use. Wish I had bought one earlier now. Used for very first time, no prior smoker experience. Set it and forget it. Used included meat probe and set desired internal meat temperature, cook temperature, and 13 hours later some of the best BBQ my family has ever eaten. Sturdy construction. Glass door great to check cook progress without opening. Retains heat very well. Barely warm to touch on outside. Large wood chip box smoked for around 5 hours on single fill.

Sent back bc it was treated so poorly during shipping it was warped. Turkey took almost 20 hrs until I realized there was a gap in the gasket.

Wanted an electric smoker to make some great smoked BBQ. The thermometer probe is too blunt for certain meats and the readings are questionable. Water reserve could be a bit larger for better capacity and wished there was a more ideal way to add/exchange chips when needed. Also, I see what people are saying about the door quality, it isn't so well sealed

I ordered my smoker 9 days ago, today is the delivery day (two days before Thanksgiving) just in time to cook Thanksgiving dinner for my family and neighbors. But wait, instead of my smoker arriving, I receive an email, at the last possible minute, NINE DAYS after ordering, saying my smoker is running late and shouldn't take more than ANOTHER WEEK!!

Thank you, Bestbuy for ruining Thanksgiving for my family and neighbors. It will be a Thanksgiving to remember for years to come. My family will definitely keep this in mind during of Christmas shopping.

I ordered my first smoker 2 years ago and after using the smoker for 1.5 years it stopped working. There was an electric issue and my handy husband couldn't find a replacement part. We really liked the smoker so I ordered another one. After less than 6 months of using it the same electrical issue happened. I'm mad at the amount of money I've spent on TWO smokers. I'm definitely not going to buy this brand again!

Door messed up within a month. Best Buy refused to sap anything about it.
