Top Best 6 Sprint and Pre-Owned Pre-Owned Phones in December 2021

The phone is in excellent condition and packed with charger and cord. Has been performing without fault for a month. The iPhone X has been off the market long enough that finding a shock resistant case for it in local brick and mortar retail outlets was more difficult than finding the phone! Eventually found a compostable case for it.

Would definitely look for pre-owned again.

It really shows that they don’t check the product the battery was damaged so was the front speaker why sell me a defective phone I understand it’s pre owned but honestly just prc the item

I was in the market to purchase a used/refurbished iPhone X. There are plenty online venders you can purchase from. I went with BestBuy just because I can pick up locally and wouldn't have to wait.

I also was leaning towards BestBuy since they advertise as "PreOwned" which I prefer because I would like the OEM display & Battery.

I took a risk , seeing the reviews of some devices having scratches or bad batteries.

I am pleased to say I have received a MINT CONDITION iPhone X !

There is not a single scratch or dent except for a small mark on the top , but who cares when a case is on 24/7

the only thing I would note is the BATTERY LIFE is at 85%.

not too bad but will be getting serviced soon.

I was also worried about the display but everything checked out on the "3utools " device verification. ( 98% )

below I have attached pictures / please note i have installed a screen protector.

I was kind of dubious when buying a pre-owned device but then once I got it, the device was in great condition. The only think that I could see was that the battery health for it was at like 86% but you could always just buy a replacement for it which is pretty easy.

This phone was advertised as unlocked for any carrier, but was still tied to a prepaid carrier. Best Buy would not do anything to unlock the phone, just said I could return it.

I purchased this Iphone November 8th, I barely use it and after just two month The screen popped up from itself As you see in the pictures. I use bestbuy alot but I’m feeling so bad for the dishonesty that happened

Phone had heavy scratches and dents on rear panel. No attempt was made to restore the device whatsoever. Still had verizon wireless sticker on back. Would not recommend buying again via online.

Functionally appears ok. Takes and hold charge over night, was able to apply latest ios update.

Bought 2 used iPhones to give to my kids. I get they are used, but honestly these look like they were dug out of the dumpster & resold. One had dirt all over it & wasn’t even cleaned up before being sent out. The other was fairly well beat up & the casing bent a little. In my opinion, selling used products in this type of condition damages Best Buy’s reputation. My 1st time trying this service through Best Buy & definitely my last.

This is a good phone, but it's finally starting to show it's age. Apple still supports this device with software updates, so the user experience is as advertised. But the 16GB of storage is problematic in 2021 though.

It gets the job done. This was a perused phone I purchased for my 11 yr old for his birthday. It has been doing well. He is hard on phones and did not want to purchase him anything newer right now. He is happy with it.

The phone I ordered was listed as unlocked and able to work with Verizon, AT&T, Cricket, etc. but it is actually a global/Sprint phone. Best Buy needs to list these phones with their specific model number (A1662, A1723, or A1724) so people will know for sure which phone they’re getting, and not have to rely on which service provider Best Buy claims the phone will work with.

I was concerned this phone would not work with Verizon. My concerns have been put to rest and the phone worked fine. The Verizon rep did say say because of 5g technology. This phone will not work if it’s ever deactivated. So it looks like the window for these older models is closing. In summary, phone is serving its purpose for my Eleven year old daughter.

It’s a decent phone! It’s pretty small but that’s ok because I bought it for my 9 year old daughter. I mainly went with because you couldn’t beat the price, $135 for a iPhone. She’s happy and so am I.

When I received this phone it looked great. Once I turned it on and updated it, it overheated and battery drained quickly. I looked at the settings and it said service battery. This refurbished phone came with a completely junk battery in it. Don’t waste your money on it.

Don’t buy these refurbished phones from here. They come with cheap charger and cord. No EarPods like it says in the description.

Initially when I received the iPhone 6s it worked extremely well. After having used it for less than a month I began to have problems using the iPhone. The most obvious issue was the touch screen would stop responding to my finger touch in a specific area of the screen. As a result I was forced to use my previous iPhone until this issue has been resolved.

The phone is In good condition was just upset that website mentions that it comes with airpods but it doesn't come with them. That should be removed from the description of what it includes. The charger is not a apple charger.

The phone I ordered was not as described. The phone was advertised as being in "excellent condition" and was supposed to have been "rigorously tested" and "certified to the highest standards"; however, the battery life has been disgraceful. A single battery charge lasts no longer than 8 hours of regular use, even despite my efforts to lower screen brightness and close out of apps not currently in use. The battery will also jump down drastically while simply watching a video clip or while speaking on the phone.

Because it was refurbished I didn’t expect a lot but it was better than it could have been. It would have been nice if the battery had been replaced, the one I got was ok but it may be luck of the draw what you get. Shipping has horrible, not best buy’s vault but they should put pressure on the vendor to change.

Description said “refurbished” however out of the box ours had a bad battery. Seems after reading many reviews a large majority have the same battery issue we had. Apparently batteries are not replaced during the refurbishing and are not covered under the 1 year warranty even if bad out of the box. After several calls to the 3rd party warranty provider we ended up paying out of pocket to have our battery replaced so we could use the phone off the charger. Also the box was missing the ear buds it states it comes with and have yet to get an answer on them. (seems By the reviews others are missing their ear buds also) If I had to do this again I would buy a phone from a phone store and not one of the 3rd party suppliers Best Buy uses.

Nice phone but battery already needs service. Working fine so far but expect to need to change the battery soon.

iPhone XS Max is a great phone and for the price of it being refurbished which really means someone wanted to upgrade to a newer model but the phone is in great shape a few scratches but it’s to be expected . my only complaint is the phone not being shipped in an apple phone box along with apple certified charging block and cord other wise quick and timely shipping .

Everything was nice about the phone minus the audio. The speaker is clearly broken.. sounds muffled and trying to get fixed isn’t covered. Sucks. $600 phone just to pay more to fix

If you have Sprint or TMobile, you're going to have some issues activating this phone. I finally found someone that knew what they were doing. Secondly, the phone doesn't even work. You can only hear through the speaker and thats it. Don't spend $600 for a used phone. I rather buy a new one. Hopefully they will let me return it.

item had scratches besides that in good condition. should've gone through my phone company for a phone without scratches for the same price.
