    Art Masterpiece ( and a TV )

For those who demand their TV fit their home décor and not their home décor fit their TV, the Frame is the perfect solution. The selections of art work is impressive if you opt for the subscription service, but it’s nice that Samsung included some free art and the ability to add your own pictures.

Installation: The included slim mount is nice for the most part. Unfortunately, it comes it 2 pieces which led to me being able to only use 1 wood stud in my wall, but using anchor screws solved my problem. Once the TV is hanging on the wall, you can easily adjust it to level it out. I would recommend watching some online videos if you are not familiar with mounting TVs on walls. The included One Connect Box is awesome, it allows you to just run a single wire in your wall instead of numerous cables like Power, HDMI, optical, ethernet, etc. In addition, it’s easy to add, remove, or change any connection since the box is separated.

Usability: The Frame uses a custom interface similar to Google TV in layout, with content taking center stage over just Smart APPs, which I really enjoy. It does take some time to figure out all the bells and whistles and where everything is located. The interface is fast, responsive, and it just works well. I was able to set up Google Assistant and SmartThings without issue. My wife loves turning the lights off & on and looking the doors from the couch. One thing I really like is the remote control, which I don’t think gets enough attention or praise. I was able to control all my entertainment devices, like my Polk Sound Bar, my LG Blu-Ray player, and my ROKU Ultra. It has a built-in solar panel which is able to charge the remote, no more having to re-charge my AA batteries.

Picture Performance: Before comparing any TV, you should first update the Picture Mode to “Movie” on this TV, as it gives it the most accurate colors. The Frame with its Quantum Dot, 4K, HDR10+ panel makes a really good picture, colors are vibrant and accurate, the blacks are good (but not OLED black), and I didn’t notice anything that looked bad or out of place like motion blur or dark spots. The one thing I did notice, was that the screen reflected light very well, which is a bad thing. If you have a lot of natural light, this may be an issue with Art mode, during TV watching I forgot about the reflection. It’s very nice they included a Game mode with support for AMD FreeSync & eARC over HDMI which allows you to get the latest Atmos enabled sound.

Full Disclosure: I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for your honest opinion.

This is #2. I like art and it serves two purposes. I don’t have to keep buying expensive art to enjoy it.

    Perfect in my living room

We received our Samsung 65 inch tv the day before we were going on vacation. I had to wait a whole week and a half to get back and finally set up The Frame TV as Samsung refers to it. I read reviews on mounting the television and made the decision to have a professional hang the tv. Turned out to be a smart decision as the newer model contains two different mounts where as the older model was single mount. This proved to be a little more difficult and different bolts were used then the ones Samsung provided. Once the install was completed, I was free to gaze at all the different features that this television offers. The artwork view is stunning and actually looks like a painting in my living room. I have showed numerous people I work with and they can’t believe that it is a television. A single plastic wire hangs down from the television which powers it and connects to a Samsung power box. The wire is not such a bother and is tough to see. I am not a fan of a bunch of wires hanging down the wall and this is not the case with this television. The television comes with some complimentary artwork or you can subscribe to thousands of art for 5 dollars a month. They do offer a free month trial to start. The remote is solar powered and very easy to navigate. Setup was easy on the television and within minutes had some of the apps downloaded to watch other subscription services. The picture is very clear and my kids have enjoyed watching many YouTube videos on The Frame already. The television has a motion detection that you can use when the artwork is on display. After the designated time goes by and no motion is detected, the television turns off. When motion is detected again the artwork is restored. The volume fills the room up ok and maybe a sound bar in the future would enhance the sound. The television has a self diagnosis display that you press and it starts scanning for any potential problems that need to be fixed. I tried this and it fixed my auto volume function. This television is just wonderful to have and feels really completes my living room. This room has become the place to gather as the Samsung Frame television has completely delivered another special product.

The 65" LS03A Samsung Frame TV

The 65" LS03A Samsung Frame TV, this product is amazing, very easy to mount and its great how it sits flush with the wall. I will have to replace the rest of the TV,s in the home with the Samsung Frame. Truly magnificent TV. It really feels like a piece of art. Really takes the TV element out of the room and really gives the feeling of a picture on the wall. Very easy setup just follow the instructions given once the TV is turned on and you will be well on your way to uninterrupted tv viewing. Since receiving the TV I haven’t been able to keep my youngest kid out of my room, he is loving the YouTube app and streaming his favorite YouTuber. I love the way you can set the tv to display to a different artwork, the TV really makes the home feel like an art Gallery. It’s great how the new remote is built, so you don’t need to keep on replacing the battery, also the remote has the capability to power its self via solar power. There are just so many great things about the 65" LS03A Samsung Frame TV, the art mode is one of my favorite things on the TV, I love how you can change a picture at the touch of the button. The different options for the frame are also great. You can definitely notice a difference with the 4K processor really takes the viewing to a different level. The invisible cable leading from the tv to the connect box keeps everthing tidy, definitely a fan of having the connect box. The adaptive sound integrated into the TV is really amazing, I have never experienced that before it really does bring a different viewing experience. I would defiantly recommend this to any of my friends and family, really is a amazing technology. I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for your honest opinion!

    Doing good so far

I'm loving the TV so far. The picture is beautiful. It's got a lot of bells and whistles so I'm still getting used to it. Not gonna lie...it is a very expensive screen saver. The art looks nice but you're not fooling anyone that this isn't a TV. But I'm happy with it and I'm gonna keep playing with it.

    Aesthetically Perfect; Interface Ok

From an aesthetic perspective, the Samsung Frame TV is one of the best. I have been extremely impressed with the quality of artwork the Samsung tv displays when in “art mode.” It is relaxing and intriguing (depending on the piece of artwork) when walking by and seeing it on my tv. We recently started adding our own photos and love being able to see a collage of memories on the screen. For tv viewing, it works well. I have been a little disappointed with the interface. I am still trying to learn how to find everything that I am wanting. Several times, my kids just switch over the Roku to watch whichever channel they are looking for. When you press the home button on the remote, a bar appears at the bottom for you to scroll and find the channel you want. This is great. It becomes more cumbersome when you are wanting to search for new content or get out of a certain app. One of my favorite features is that is connects to most of my other smart devices – through both Google Home and Samsung Smart-things. Being able to speak into the remote to search on YouTube or to turn my lights off and on has been very convenient. I also like that the remote has a “solar” charging plate on the back of the remote. I no longer have to find batteries when the remote dies on me, as long as I leave it face down to charge with my room lights, it has always had enough battery. My husband installed the tv into the wall to hide the cord. We used the kit that it came with. It took him a 2-3 hours by himself. Eventually I would like to buy the beveled edge for the tv. I think it would give it a clean, crisp look.

    Happy with Frame TV!

So far we Love our 65 inch Samsung Frame TV. We purchased a 43 inch Fram TV earlier this year and have really been impressed with it. So when our Family room TV went up after 15 years we decided to get the bigger 65 inch. We were able to connect 2 game systems our cable box and a sound bar we already had, though the sound through the TV is pretty good without it.

    Highly recommend the Frame TV

I purchased The Frame TV to mount over the fireplace in my formal living room. I wasn’t sure about having a tv in a formal space, but as soon as it was hung I knew I made the right decision. The art mode offers a nice selection of complimentary photos and there is an option to mat your photo selection. We enjoy changing the photo every week for a fresh new look. For $5 a month, you can purchase a subscription to a library of thousands of photos from every genre you can imagine. There is also an option to upload your own photos. This tv has definitely made a statement and has become a conversation piece when family and friends visit our home. In addition to being a beautiful piece of art, the tv offers a crisp, clear picture and vibrant colors. It is compatible with the Alexa app, YouTube, Netflix and more. If you’re looking for a versatile, quality tv for your home, I highly recommend The Frame. "I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review".

    Hands down worth it

The wait is over…. We and the wife waited and waited and FINALLY it’s been released.

Is their better picture tv’s, yes.

Is their better looking on your wall tv’s, no.

Art mode and flush mount was what we personally cared about with our home esthetic. It does not disappoint. This 75” fits extremely well in our space.

Mounting questions out there? Well the mount does come with the tv. So you are good there, but there is a catch, at least for this size as I don’t know about other sizes, and that the mount kit is two parts for left and right side of the tv. Not a single center mount. So MEASURE and invest in a laser level if you do not have already. Was it hard to mount? No. Was I nervous about it being straight and level? Yes. Is it flush, absolutely. There are a few guides online that can help.

No double, absolutely happy with this tv.

    Definetly worth a buy

While i oroginally wanted an OLED this tv does not disapoint. I have another 65" samsung tv that is not QLED and this is quite a bit better than that one. Very sharp picture and colors that really pop. This tv seems to be able to get quite a bit brighter when needed and is clearer in darker conditions than my other one. The flush wall mounting and the teak frame really make this look like a picture frame when wall mounted. I have fooled quite a few of my friends and family who i didnt tell i was getting the tv. They all didnt realize it was a television. If your looking for a way to spruce up your walls and also want a great picture tv as well this will not disapoint. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The features, picture, software, and asthetic are really top notch. Photo without the frame.

Art and TV in one sleek device

This is by far the best TV I've ever owned. The picture is incredible, the profile is slim, all of my streaming apps were easy to sync my logins into and it truly looks like a piece of art when you're not watching the TV. The OneConnect box is a great space saver after feeding the wire through the wall into a media cabinet. It also comes with a pretty large catalog of weird channels including Rifftrax!

    Beautiful Piece of Art!

Love this TV. And yes it does fool people into believing its a frame. Geek Squad did a great job flush mounting it over my tiled wall. I did have to buy the $300 in-wall rated OneConnect cable. I had read some reviews about the cable not allowing the TV to sit flush over the wall but I didn't run into any of those issues. TV comes with some complimentary art but i have bought the $5 subscription for now just because I love the Art on TV and the ability to change anytime.

TV has a motion sensor that automatically turns on Art mode when motion is detected. The timeout and motion detection sensitivity are all configurable.

Built in speaker is quite decent, though you get sound without any bass so yiu won't get a theatrical experience. I plan on adding wireless woofer and speakers later down the road.

Superior quality but need flush mounting

Amazing TV with superior resolutions and fantastic arts displaying at all times. However, not everyone has the leverage to get the flush mounting done on the wall so do your homework beforehand. Mine is 1 inch out off the wall, so it does not look like a photo frame, hence defeating the purpose of having a frame TV. Best Buy Geek Squad could have installed the TV and positioned the One Connect drive a bit better, but they left all the wires showing. Had to hire a handyman to do the installation right.

Beautiful TV and love the artwork feature.

Love the look and features on our 55" Frame TV with the beige bezel. I have had my eye on this TV for several months, but couldn't make a decision because there was always some bad reviews mixed in with the good. I'm glad we decided to buy it and it an upgrade from our 15 year old plasma TV!

The wall installation took the most time and effort because the conduit that we already had run behind our tv wasn't large enough to accommodate the One Connect fiber optic cable. The connection on the end is very wide (1.5" wide) so my husband had to cut the drywall and rerun new conduit and then do all the drywall work associated with that.

The One Connect box with the single fiber optic cable, is a great idea, but it is proprietary to this Samsung TV so down the road if we change the TV, we will probably have to run different cables.

The picture quality is amazing and the TV is very responsive and smart. It is easy to switch between cable, netflix, and our Nintendo Switch. I love the artwork feature and have bought artwork on Etsy that is for the Frame TV and uploaded it to the tv through the Smart Things app. Super easy to do. Highly recommend this TV if you are looking to make your TV look beautiful!

TV when it’s on, art when it’s off

I recently got the 55” Samsung Frame and am a huge fan. I wanted a late model QLED or OLED TV and decided on the Frame because of the price being less than OLED and the added feature of Samsung Art Store. I’ve navigated through so many works of art I wasn’t familiar with, and having recently moved, it’s given me so many ideas on interior design considering the TV comes with a no gap mount so it literally looks like a painting on the wall. Glad I bit the bullet on this one. 5 stars all day

Great tv don’t blow money on app

Really nice- you don’t need to pay a crap ton of money for the app as you can load your own pictures of paintings and it is powered by a tiny cord ( like IPhone cord size) to the U connect unit which is pictured below so you won’t be plugging in the tv directly behind

    Beautiful TV

Bought a new house and the TV needed to be mounted above the fireplace. We always thought wall mounting a TV above a fireplace wasn’t the most appealing thing to do. They stick out and are the focal point in the room even when off you have a giant black rectangle in the center of your main room. Bought the Frame 2020 55” and couldn’t be happier! It’s art when not watching shows. It’s so dang thin and one cord! Easy to mount and looks like framed art! If you hate big black [email protected]? on your wall buy this TV! Amazing picture and sound. Room is 14’x16’. 65” would be better but 55” fit the space perfectly.

    Great TV!

Excellent TV in my opinion. I have only owned very few TV's in my day since they have all been tube TV's and last for many years but this one is by far the best! Only 1 problem is that, when on, there is a menu pop-up screen that comes up asking my permission to connect this TV to a device? I'm not sure what it is about but I didn't purchase the extended warranty so I'll have to contact Samsung I guess. I suggest buying the warranty from Best Buy!

Not all units work as advertised

It is a great idea to display art when the TV is off, but The Frame has a defect in some units which causes it to display the art incorrectly. Samsung has been unable to repair the defect in my TVs and refuses to replace all of the ones with the defect even though the defect occurred and was reported while in warranty.

The photos show the art incorrectly displayed by the TV in blue-green and the art the way it should be displayed in purple and white.

    Great tv/picture frame

We love this tv. We bought the beige frame and it looks excellent. My mother-in-law thought at first that it was a painting. The resolution and contrast are excellent (even in brightly lit rooms) and we enjoy many of the smart tv functions. Some things we didn't realize when we bought it were: (1) it comes with a wall mount (you don't need to buy one separately) and (2) the transparent cable connects to a separate black box with hdmi ports and the power cable connection so you should plan on having a place for it.

The Samsung Frame 43" is good for a budget setup

The Samsung Frame 43" is perfect for a budget setup. As you can see from the picture, my setup was made a tiny bit better by this super duper 4k TV. I know it's not that impressive so please don't make fun of my budget setup.

Absolutely love the TV. And the guy that installs it was amazing he even hit the clear wire to the box in the wall. Love that it looks like a picture frame.

This TV is well worth the money!

This may be a long review, but if you are interested in possibly buying this TV, it will be worth reading.

I did so much research on which TV to buy. I had a maximum of 43” limit for it to fit where I wanted it in my bedroom. I compared to other brands and this out ranked them all. The downside is it is pretty expensive. $1000 for a 43” compared to other brands which are around $300.

    Pros-

    1. Art mode of course! It really does look like a painting on the wall. (It is hard to tell from the picture I posted, but in person it looks like an authentic painting)

    2. The picture is crystal clear! It is a QLED and you can definitely notice the difference from other TVs.

    3. There are TONS of different apps available, including samsung plus TV. My favorite app is Itunes... which I have been using all day!

4.The One Connect Box... everything plus into this box instead of bulk behind the TV. Very convenient if you like to hide wires.

    5. It comes with the wall mount, you dont have to purchase it separately.

6.You can personalize it by adding different frames, which snap on magnetically.

    7. Samsung One Remote... it can be programmed to just about any device... so, you can use the same remote to control your cable, firestick, roku, blu ray, sound bar, etc... super convenient!

    8. Alexa/Google Assistant

    Cons-

    1. The price... but considering what you are getting, it is totally worth every dollar!

    Great for displaying digital photos

My review is slanted more toward the art frame vs. tv as my main purpose in buying the frame is to display digital artwork in my entry. I didn't find the wall installation to be much of a problem although I can understand some of the angst about the way it's done. Given the spacing on the TV brackets, you can only hit one stud and even then with only one screw. The remaining three screws go into the drywall in my case. Knowing this, I bought Toggler wall mounts which made the job easy...just tape the template on the wall knowing that I can only hit one stud. The 43" version only weighs something like 20 lbs, so the Toggler fasteners can easily support much more that that. I took extra care to be sure that I taped the template level to avoid any issues. The instructions are a bit cryptic using only diagrams and some explanation/FAQ might have been more helpful. I did look online for videos but didn't run across any for the 43" model.

The art display is really cool and I've already loaded several of my own digital images (cropped to 16x9) using the SmartThings app on my iPhone. I don't fully understand all the options and nuances of running slideshows, etc. but the online manual is quite comprehensive and will require some study. I like the black frame and it does fit pretty flush to the wall. I have since ordered a white frame bezel that is on backorder. I will likely subscribe to the art gallery as there is a free 30-day trial. I have looked at the smart TV options and the picture looks great as well. So far I am pretty excited to see some of my own art work on the wall and have used Adobe Photoshop to give some of my photos a "painterly" look. It's expensive for what I am using it for, but for what it does, I thing it's something our family will enjoy for years to come.

    Happy 1912.

We bought a house that was built in 1912-14 and didn’t want a plain sight tv so we bought the “frame” tv and couldn’t be any happier with the way the tv can display old oil paintings. The picture is stunning when watching and incognito when not. A-MAZE-ING!! I included pics of how it looks so far all I have to do is hide the wire to feed tv and hide speakers.

    Buyer beware

This is not a review of the television’s performance. Fired it up last night and it looks great. But be aware that the 2021 43” model of The Frame does not come with the same mounting hardware that you’ll find any Samsung installation video. For some completely unknown reason, this one has a completely different system, and ONLY includes instructions and anchors for mounting on concrete or brick. If you want to hang it on an interior drywall wall, you’re on your own.

    Beautiful—would buy again.

It’s beautiful! The screen quality is excellent—vivid colors and sharp images. The only things are that (1) the remote can be a little jumpy at times, and (2) the process to upload your own images is kind of annoying. The SmartThings app is cool for lots of things, but uploading images to your tv isn’t one of them. It would also be cool if the sounds for Ambient mode were continuous, rather than short loops. Overall, I’d still buy this tv again! I get tons of compliments.

    Buy it for the art

As others have said, you buy it for the art, not the tv. I like the picture setting on natural for everyday tv watching. Bought the lighter brown bezel frame for it and love the look.

I added 37 recent vacation pics which was easily done with my samsung phone. I set it to change the picture every 3 minutes. I made sure I took lots of landscape pics so they would fit on the screen well.

INSTALLATION: The install went OK, but I can see why people complain. The wallmount is one of the most over-engineered things I have ever seen. Some engineer spent a lot of time designing it. The nicest feature is being able to level it after it is on the wall. I used 2" desk grommets to hide the cable in the wall for a clean install.

The menu on the tv is very busy. It would be nice to be able to simplify it. I like the smart menu and remote on my older samsung tv better.

Overall, I am very pleased. If you consider what it would cost to buy multiple pieces of art and have it framed, this tv is a real bargain!

Frame TV without available frames is useless.

Average TV. Beware, it Does Not come with any “frames” in the box and getting a white frame for this tv is nearly impossible with at least. 3-4 week special order wait on some sites. Samsung isnt even selling them anymore on their site since this TV was updated to the 2021 model, this is the 2020 model. Wish I would have done more research on the frames aspect of this TV. Find the frame you want before you buy this because you may not be able to get it which makes getting this tv a waste. Just buy a better 55” tv with the money you saved. Like a Sony.

    Entry Room Art

Great way to add some decoration to your entry room. Initially, I did not intend to put a tv on my entry room because of people coming through in and out and the overall bulkiness that may reduce the overall spacious environment.

This Samsung Frame was able to check those boxes off and increase the overall aesthetics of my entry room with a splash of gold.

I mounted the tv on my stair case and hid all the wiring behind the dry wall in a very small storage space underneath my stair case.

Guests often think it’s an actual picture frame.

The remote control that comes with the frame isn’t the best, but you can use your phone as a controller, or use your own pictures as art through your phone.

Currently the family photo is set to be in the frame.

Overall, I enjoy this tv more for the aesthetics than the features itself.

I don't know where to begin. Its beautiful hanging flush againt the wall, had geek squad install it so theres nothing to complain about the one lil thin wire i keeping hearing people complain about as apposed to all the wires that normally would be hanging down. Have had it close to a month and rewatched the entire marvel movies collection and was blown away with how it looks and with my sonos surround setup it adds a nice compliment to the finish with amazing sound i didnt buy it for the picture display that also has gotten negative reviews but so far i like the feature for what it is. Extremely Disappointing - Back It Goes

Let me preface this by saying that I'm a pretty satisfied owner of a 2019 55" Samsung The Frame TV. I have it in my bedroom and it's the perfect combination of a "good enough picture quality" and the wow factor of the Art Mode. It's really been a nice addition to the room. It's not without it's flaws and frustrations, but I feel good about it in general.

When I saw that Samsung expanded the size options for 2020, I was excited to try the 75" version in my main living space. I've had the television for over a week now and I will definitely return it to Best Buy as soon as I'm able to do so.

First, let's start with Art mode. It feels like a downgrade in many ways from the 2019 version. Menus seem much slower and none of the hardware based functions appear to work correctly - auto brightness adjustment (which is key to the success of the art mode, I think) and motion detection just totally fail or are inconsistent. It just seems very buggy and not ready for prime time. For the headlining feature of a major product line, you would think Samsung would throw a few software developers at this for a week or two to fix some things. It feels like they're totally ignoring this. For example, you STILL can't set up multiple "playlists" of images (you're limited to ONE list of favorite images) and if you want to set this Favorites list as a rotating slideshow, you STILL can't set them to shuffle... they appear in the same order every time. This should all be VERY basic functionality to implement. I'm also disappointed that if you have multiple Frame televisions in your home that you apparently have to purchase multiple subscriptions for each TV. There's no multiple unit credit or discount apparently. That would be forgivable if everything else worked well, but as it is it feels like it's adding insult to injury.

Additionally, the 2020 version of the Art Mode software seems to have changed the resolution requirements for your custom/personal images which enable you to apply the cool image matting. All of the images I had resized for the 55" screen will no longer work and must be resized.

On the TV side, I found another disappointment. I had partially purchased this TV because it offered HDMI eARC. I picked up the new Sonos Arc sounder to use with it. eArc on this television combined with the Sonos just fundamentally doesn't work. ALL audio is muted when eARC is selected on the television. This is a consistent issue with owners of the same hardware as found on the Samsung support forums right now. Big fail here.

Additionally, the picture quality just seems poor in general. I see a lot of light bleed, etc. Again, I knew not to buy this TV for the best TV picture experience, and that the Art Mode was the trade-off, but I still can't live with this picture quality.

Of a lesser concern, the one connect box for this model seem to get EXTREMELY hot, so plan to keep it out in the open or well ventilated.

On the plus side, it is nice that the wall mount continues to be included and the hardware Frame design does look really cool when mounted to the wall. It's just disappointing that the software lets down the hardware, but that seems a consistent story with Samsung. I'm relieved that I'll be able to return the unit to Best Buy, but I just wish I hadn't already bolted the thing to my wall. :(

Very nice TV with one major issue

This is a beautiful television set, with a wide array of features. We noticed an improved picture over our old tv right out of the box when watching broadcasts from our provider, and an even better picture when watching through Samsung TV. The no-gap mount is very nice, and easy to hang the tv on. We added the optional frame, and it looks just like a piece of art hanging on the wall. My wife did not want a gap with a bunch of wires and things visible. Not thrilled with having to buy a subscription to the Art store, but the twenty or so free pieces of art available have been sufficient. The only major issue I have with this TV, and the 55" Frame I purchased earlier, is when watching 4k shows that are streamed, such as Netflix, Amazon, and even Apple + TV....the picture is dark, and during dark scenes such as night time, or dark interior scenes, I can see almost nothing. Even the at sea scenes in Greyhound on Apple TV were difficult to watch. Internet forums regarding this issue seem to indicate that it is a decoder issue...Samsung using HDR10+ while the streaming networks are using Dolby Vision. Whatever the issue is, it was a serious letdown for a $3,000 TV. I still purchased it, because the wife wanted a no-gap mount and loved the aesthetics of the tv, and as we all know....a happy wife=a happy life :). I'll just watch affected streamed shows on the Sony Bravia it replaced, in another room.

    The 75" Frame is amazing!

I am very happy with this product. It was better than advertised. Easily switch from a framed picture to tv without wires showing!

    Samsung frame 32 inch!

Great tv by Samsung! Despite what a lot of reviews suggest, the build quality and picture is wonderful even though it isn't 4k but is instead full 1080p hd. Was quite easy to set up all though it had a couple of connection issues at first with the art mode, but they were easily resolved. I gave this an average for value because of its price for what it offers, but nonetheless this is a great tv for anyone looking for a tv like no other!

    Can't be Used Vertically

Do not buy this TV if you want to use it vertically. Despite all the photos and marketing, it still doesn't work months after my purchase.

The TV has an accelerometer in it which can detect when it is oriented vertically. Unfortunately, when it does, it rotates the input 90 degrees. Adjusting the rotation on the source doesn't help either. I have provided a photo in this review. 2 software updates and multiple settings changes do nothing.

I bought 2 of these, and I guess now I'll just have to try and sell them to someone who can use it horizontally.

NOT INVISIBLE cable with 32” Frame - disappointing

I’m disappointed with this purchase. I wouldn’t buy the 32” Frame again, if you can fit a 43” upgrade to that model. This one is like a different TV from the rest of the Frame line. Just as expensive though! The sound and art picture quality don’t seem as good as the larger models. My biggest disappointment is NOT INVISIBLE bulky grey One Connect cable. The invisible cable is pictured and advertised everywhere as part of the frame TV package, but I guess it doesn’t come with this one? I can’t find any mention of a different cable with this setup. I bought this TV to hang as part of a gallery wall and the idea was for it to look like one of the framed pictures. The cable gives it away. I looked into ordering a clear cable, but it’s $299 and for that amount I could have upgraded to the 43” Frame - which presumably includes the clear cable. Don’t make my mistake. Buy the 43”. This size shouldn’t be an option if the quality is so different.

    Awesome TV

I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion. This TV is the best picture quality I have ever owned. It was easy to set up and has an excellent guided setup instructions. It mounts to the wall just like a picture and looks great with the art work. It is a little difficult to get the art work slideshow working but after a couple of attempts was successful. It automatically scanned the channels on my antenna and has an excellent tuner. I get more channels with this TV from my antenna than I do with my other TV's. I would highly recommend this for anyone that has limited space and enjoys artwork. The smart features of this TV are easy to use and the most popular such as Hulu, YouTube and Netflix are already preloaded. The one I use is Hulu and it works great. I also use Amazon Prime which works great and is easy to access along with Alexa voice control which makes finding programming a breeze.

    A beautiful and capable tv

Easy to mount, especially with the included mount, screws and paper. Setting up was also a breeze and simple. I wish Ethernet was available, especially since this was far from the router, but no complaints other than that.

Looks: The Frame included is black - but others can be purchased to look more like a traditional art frame. With ART mode on, the combination is striking. The subscription or self upload ability are a thoughtful option. I tested the mounts prior to the wall mount, and found it easy to install, and great that it can be hidden within the back. I dislike having to store bulky tv mounts I may or may not use.

Sound and image: The sound was good enough for a small room, and 4k image is great.

Power: I like the sleep mode, and dimming option. It should be a negligible increase in costs with this on more than the usual Tvs.

I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest feedback

Check Specs Carefully on 32" Frame TV (2020 model)

While I have no doubt the picture would have been nice, I had to return this TV for several reasons:

    1. It's 1080P, not 4K. Samsung makes a 32" QLED 4k TV, so why not with the Frame model?

    2. No wired Ethernet port on the control box. Only wireless. Deal breaker.

    3. OneConnect cable on this model is only 8' long. NOT 15' as stated on the product specs. Deal breaker for me. Need at least 15'.
