Received quickly in perfect condition. I love this tool—as an artist and design professional, I’ve enjoyed using this tool to prototype packaging designs and automate paper cutting projects. I also use it to make viable and sticker labels and signage.

Purchased this item mainly because I had been told I would get 10% off my new TV if I opened a Best buy Credit-card. Ends up that was not correct. So I thought this would be a good way to spend the "award" credits I received in lieu of the above mentioned discount.
The product has amazing reviews and seems to promise many hours of "fun" or "frustration" in the near future. The only complaint I have is that it did not come even with the most basic of instructions. Luckily, you tube has a zillion of videos you can spend hours on to find out how to use. Then I found some video on CRICIT's site. The other comment I want to make is that you can't use out of box. You need to purchase a whole bunch of supplies ( cutting knives for different materials, mats, "weeders" and then the supplies you want to use) to be able to get started. I did not have any experience with this, so am spending more $$ buying the necessities to be able use and be productive. It is a well made machine and I hope to have many years of costly fun ahead.

The Cricut itself is awesome. Ready make products are easy enough. Design Space itself as a software package that supports the Cricut requirements is sometimes difficult to navigate and does require reading and tutorials. There is plenty online instruction but all not consistent. Customizable projects require some experience. Not everything is free. You can subscribe to Cricut’s program per month or annually. Supplies, tools and blades are extra. Look for deals.

I upgraded from an older Cricut to the new Maker 3, and I'm impressed with the options it has now. I especially love the smart vinyl -- no mat required. It's also faster than the older ones. This is a heavy machine, so be ready for that.

Very easy to use works better on a laptop or computer but still functions on phone well already used this dozens of times and it is just as good as the day I bought it definitely an improvement from the last cricut I owned

I love my new cricut!! I am still learning how to use it, as there is SO much you can do with this!!! But there are great videos and websites to help. I got it to make die cuts for a scrapbook I'm making. I'm currently learning to make shirts because my family wants some LOL. But it can do so much more I haven't even begun to touch on yet! Just know it takes a little patience to learn each step! But once you get it, you're off and running!!

This item was delivered promptly, and is exactly as I expected it would be. We have only just started using the product, and so far it is good! The Design Center is a little slow at times, but it’s pretty easy to handle. Looking forward to more projects with this Cricut!

The Design Space to use the machine isn't completely intuitive, but once you figure it out it's pretty awesome. I do bulletin boards for work, and having this machine cut letters and shapes is a huge time saver. You do have to pay the subscription fee (under $10/month) to keep access to most fonts and images.

I bought a Cricut Maker brand new from Best Buy online Order # BBYTX-806014303144 Delivered on May 21, 2020. I finally opened the box a week ago and started using it. The black rubber wheel on the right side keeps sliding over towards the middle and does not feed the mat in like it is supposed to and it is chewing up my mat and my vinyl. This is a brand new machine and I am using it exactly as directed. It keeps doing it over and over and it's wasting my vinyl. I keep trying to slide the black rubber ring back over to the right slot where it belongs, but it is eventually going to break and then I'm stuck with a non-working machine that cost me a lot of money! I want this fixed immediately! My husband is a disabled Vietnam Veteran and I cannot work outside the home because I am his caregiver. I need this machine to try and make a little bit of extra money. I cannot afford to replace it. This should not have happened so soon or at all!!!

One thing about the cricut is that the rubber feeder wheels went off track and can cause the mat to jam or cut the sheet wrong.

Good Machine
Bought this for my son for putting his designs on t shirts. It took a little while for him to learn how to use it, but after using it for a while, he's gotten pretty good at it. The best part is he can scan his designs into the computer. I believe it should've come with some other tools to help to pull the cut designs out, but it is what it is. Overall he seems to like it.

It was great when it worked. Matt stop feeding for no apparent reason. Tried different matt still the same. Searched online and tried their solution but still getting intermitent feeding problem. Some say its not the matt but a mechanical issue.

Way better than the cricut 3. Was easy to setup. I like the scan and cut feature that cricut doesn’t have.

mat to sticky it tore the card stock its does not have many options for diy unless you want to purchase the patterns or active the packs I am still willing to give this a try as I have only used it for a day or 2 it could be user error so that is why I am landing currently on a 3
