Explore a unique world with this Nintendo Switch Animal Crossing: New Horizons Edition console. The green and blue Joy-Con controllers offer precise control and work separately for versatile options, while the white dock lets you enjoy hours of immersive gaming. With a 6.2-inch touchscreen, this Nintendo Switch Animal Crossing: New Horizons Edition console provides clear graphics and responsive performance.
What can I say? It's a Nintendo Switch, which in itself, is a great system, but the special edition is just so charming and wholesome to look at. Every aspect of this is special, including the all-white dock, print on the back of console, pastel joy-con with white backs, and even the wrist straps follow the theme. One of the best special edition consoles I've seen in years.
Mar 27, 2020 15:59Came packaged very great and everything looks exactly like it’s supposed to. The back of the Switch has more detail than I originally thought with the ACNH engraved into it. Controls easily snap in and out and it comes with everything already so you can play anywhere. Hand used to show how big the screen actually is.
Aug 07, 2021 07:49Ordered this for my son's birthday. He is 9 and LOVES it! Downloading all the old super nintendo games and sega!! I think I am more excited then he is!
Oct 12, 2020 19:12Got my hands on one today at my local store. Have been searching since May & waited patiently. Must for any fan !
Sep 28, 2020 18:00I love it…… best color joycons if you truly love acnh this is the best console fore you
Nov 05, 2021 15:30This was purchased to replace my old switch and I’ve been playing Animal Crossing New Horizon on it every day for hours and hours (4+) a day ever since I got it (roughly a month now). Love the AC designs on the back and the colors of the joy cons. It’s holding up great and if you can get your hands on one, I’d highly recommend it!! Whether in docked mode or handheld/portable mode...this is a fun-tastic product!
Apr 23, 2021 23:05My daughter loves Loves LOVES this Nintendo switch! The pretty colors were a plus.
Oct 22, 2021 17:23Extremely glad this restocked. If someone were to tell me that this was gonna restock 6 months after the release I would have reclaimed some sleep. I really wanted this because it would be more sentimental, I've known animal crossing since GameCube release, did I play it well? Probably not, I couldn't read at the time but still haha. But the versatility of the switch is very much appreciated for stay at home and on the go gaming. Though, I definitely got a bit on protection. Joycon cases, glass screen protector. My boyfriend got me a travel case and made a dock sock for me. So it's definitely protected. Also got another pair of joycons in case these were to drift
May 19, 2021 12:23Introducing Nintendo Switch, the new home video game system from Nintendo. In addition to providing single and multiplayer thrills at home, the Nintendo Switch system can be taken on the go so players can enjoy a full home console experience anytime, anywhere. The mobility of a handheld is now added to the power of a home gaming system, with unprecedented new play styles brought to life by the two new Joy-Con controllers.PLAY ANYWHEREAt home the system rests in the Nintendo Switch dock, which lets you play with family and friends on a TV in the comfort of your living room.By simply lifting Nintendo Switch from the dock at any time, the system instantly transitions to handheld mode, and the same great gaming experience that was being enjoyed at home now travels with you. The portability of Nintendo Switch is enhanced by its 6.2-inch screen, which displays bright, high-definition gameplay at the park, on an airplane, in a car, or at a friend's apartment.Nintendo Switch comes with two Joy-Con that can each act as a standalone controller with an analog stick, a full complement of face and shoulder buttons, built in motion-sensing technology and new HD Rumble. They can be inserted into a Joy-Con grip accessory to be used like a traditional controller, held comfortably in each hand for independent left and right motion controls, or shared between two players for instant multiplayer gaming in front of the TV or out on the go.This bundle includes the Nintendo Switch console and Nintendo Switch dock in black, with contrasting left and right Joy-Con controllers-one blue, one red. It also includes all the extras you need to get started.
I went to my local Best Buy to check on a Geek Squad repair. While I was in line; I noticed a woman returning a Nintendo Switch. When she left, I asked Best Buy if I could purchase it. Originally I was told that all game consoles get sent back for refurbishing if they're used. I thought that made sense, and thanked them for taking the time to answer my question. While I was finishing up with Geek Squad, a manager approached me and asked if I was still interested in purchasing the Switch, I said of course. He explained to me that the Switch was new, still sealed, and therefor could be resold in store. He said people still return them to the store all the time. He also mentioned some people purchase them online, and never pick them up. There was actually a Switch waiting to get picked up that had been at the store for more than 21 days; in a few more days it will be going back on the shelves. The secret is luck and asking questions when you're in a Best Buy store. I still can not believe after looking around online for more than 6 months; I randomly purchased a Switch walking into my local Best Buy. I have seen these things being sold online for 3x the price. Do not do that! Sign up for alerts when items are out of stock now, and get notified when they're back in stock. One thing I did do prior to getting a Switch is I built up my little game collection. Whenever games went on sale, I bought them. I also bought the case when it went on sale too. The Switch does not come with any games or a case; so while you're waiting for the console to come back in stock; now would be a good time to go game hunting for some great deals. Also, for an extra $50 Best Buy will give you the 2 year warranty; I highly suggest purchasing it. Best of luck!
Jul 24, 2020 13:53The pandemic and shortages have made the Nintendo Switch a somewhat 4 leaf clover among people who seek to obtain it. After many cancelled online orders through Wal Mart, I decided to download the Best Buy app with notification capabilities. It only took one day for an email to show in my inbox stating "1 product left!". I was able to effortlessly insert my payment information in and recieved a message stating my order would be ready for pick up ... next day?! too good to be true right? Sure as the sky is blue, I arrive to Best Buy in New Jersey nervous this is one big trick. The road side pick up line went quickly (took one minute), an associate scanned me and reappeared with the Switch. Quick and painless service, smiling representative and satisfied customer. System looks and works great. Thanks all!
May 20, 2020 16:57What more can I say about this system! If you don't have a Nintendo switch, you need to go out and get one now! You can play the system on the go or you can use the dock to connect the system to your TV and play at home. This versatility is what gives this system such a huge appeal. Not to mention the first party and third party games that are available for the system, which for the most part are all extremely high in quality. Now the online functionality, an online menu still needs tweaking however it gets the job done. There are three versions of this system. The initial version that comes in a primarily white box which is the original, the second version which comes in a primarily red box which has better battery life and the smaller handheld only Nintendo switch lite. There aren't many bad things I can say about this system period in fact this system happens to be on my top three favorite systems of all time. To keep this review short, I'm going to reiterate what I've already said in the beginning . No matter who you are, or how old you may be, pick up the system and enjoy yourself.
Nov 11, 2020 13:45Over been debating getting the switch for over a year now. Once spring break started and I would finally have time to play, I decided to just go for it. Even though the grey joy cons are really boring, grey joy cons are the best and easiest to customize with vinyl skin, so I highly recommend the grey over the blue/red (no matter how enticing the colors are, it’s easier to change up the colors via vinyl skins). I bought it and have loved the versatility between playing it handheld and then docked to a TV. Ive wanted to play Witcher 3 but I didn’t have any other gaming system that could support Witcher 3 to run smoothly. It bought it with this switch and it runs beautifully and can play anywhere I want. I don’t have to be tied to my desk with a PC or to the couch with a PS4/Xbox.
Apr 17, 2020 18:01I was a bit skeptical on buying a switch because it’s been out for so long now. I heard rumors about there being a new switch coming soon but didn’t really pay attention to those. I’d say if you haven’t gotten a switch yet just go ahead and get it especially if you’re on the fence about it, it’s an amazing console and I have a lot of fun playing with friends and family. The build of the console and joy-cons are very nice and I like the texture as well. I mostly play in handheld or docking mode but I will say the joy-con grip is a nice addition to the packaging. I would definitely suggest getting a pro controller if you mostly play with the console docked, it’s an amazing controller and don’t regret picking it up. Another essential pick up is a microSDxc1 because of the low storage capacity in the switch console. I’d recommend a 128 Gb or higher to store all of your favorite games!
Mar 24, 2021 08:05A really nice device that I can not stop using. I have been using my switch every day since I ordered and mistakenly play for hours on it. I first had a switch lite, then I was able to snag a regular switch. The switch lite is ok, but I feel that the analog sticks, and buttons are better on this device. Also I like that I can play it on the TV and feel that I can get more use of the switch motion control games. I love this device and feel that it's worth the 300 dollar price tag. But now I'm playing animal crossing, mario odyssey and plan to pick up botw, and some others. Just for those games alone I think it's worth picking up. I put a skin from skinit on it.
May 15, 2020 17:07This is what we expected a family friendly, easy storage, mobile game . I would recommend this to the moms who have their kids just on YouTube it’s not expensive at all and there are so many games available even educational ones . It connects to any TV for a bigger view on has other apps on it not just games ! Also solo player is available with the new attachable controller I got the all black version to add stickers later on :)!
Oct 22, 2021 16:58The Nintendo Switch is so hard to find. Glad I was able to find it on Best Buy’s website early in the morning for retail. It shipped on the same day and I received it the following day. Thanks Best Buy! I’m happy with the console and have been playing it with my fiance.
Apr 11, 2020 10:47Explore uncharted virtual territories and slay dragons with this sleek Sony PlayStation 5 gaming console. The 825GB SSD allows ultra-fast load times, while 3-D audio output produces crisp acoustics. This Sony PlayStation 5 gaming console supports haptic feedback for effortless communication in multiplayer setups, and adaptive triggers allow immersive gameplay.
Going over hardware and software. Not going over the every exact technical specs as you can easily look that up. Software can change overtime, this is review of software at launch. If any hardware hiccups or failures in near future I'll update this review
--Hardware:
Physical:
Looks futuristic yet tacky. In my personal opinion, looks doesn't really matter as long it can play next gen games well
Large console. Standing up it's the tallest home video console.
A lot of air-vents throughout making it aerodynamic, cool, quiet, and does not overheat or get hot with consecutive gameplay hours. This may change in the future if games require more performance out of the system, with similar fate like the PS4 where it was whisper quiet in beginning and became louder over the years with more graphical intensive games.
Has LED lights giving it a PC look (?)
Face plate easy to take out for future customization options (?).
667of 820gb of free download space in console
Swapping SDD is not as easy as Xbox Series X (with it's plug and play method) as you have to remove some screws. Upside is that it's standard and not a propriety SDD.
PS5 is compatible with most PS4 games. If you have an external SDD from PS4 it's just plug and transfer to PS5 internal storage
Comes with stand. Console is not entirely flat, so stand is required for horizontal position. You have console in vertical position without stand, but does not have grip (rubber feet) so may slide if bumped into or during an earthquake
Front of console: USB-C, USB-A, power, and eject button
Back of console: Two USB-A (Super Speed), LAN port, HDMI, and power port
Wished it had more USB-C ports to be future proof, but guess they kept USB-A for some current accessories to be backwards compatible. Disappointed the PS5 official 3D pulse headset and camera uses USB-A. Also no optical audio port means i can't use some of my surround sound headsets.
Load times for PS5 games are instantaneous. Ps4 games will load much faster, even without optimized patch.
Ps5 have ray tracing giving games realistic lighting effects
-Controller:
Console comes with one controller
Physically larger than past DuelShock controllers. Great for those with adult sized hands
Great tech demo included with 'Astro's Playroom'.
Haptic feedback. Similar to Nintendo Switch HD rumble, but more apparent. Not sure if developers will implement in future their games. Even with Nintendo first party; only '1-2 Switch' and 'Mario Party' from what I recall used HD rumble at great extent and it dropped off after that.
Adaptive triggers. Will feel resistance/push back on triggers if developers implement it in game.
Hope both Haptic feedback and Adaptive triggers say the entire lifespan and transfer to PS6 instead of dropping off like the six axis on PS3 and light bar in PS4
Has built in mic. Sound quality is similar to current smart phone on speaker. Has mute button
Similar to PS4, it has speaker and touch pad. Touch pad is more sensitive this time around
About double battery life of Ps4 controller. Able to get in 10 consecutive hours
Wished it came with back paddle buttons. Hopefully they release a DualSense Back Button Attachment like they did the DualShock 4
You can play PS4 games with DualShock 4 or DualSense . PS5 games only can be played with DualSense
--Software
UI, OS is the similar to PS4 with scrolling apps/games (left, right, up, down)
There's an activity row where you can track your progress on games
Other rows are News and PSN store
There are notifications popups, but you can turn on 'Do Not Disturb' mode
Similar to phone's swipe down tool bar for basic profile (trophy list, avatar, user info, etc), accessibility options, sound, Game Base, internet wifi select, controllers (see connected controllers), etc on home screen for easy access.
'Game Base' section is where you make party with friends and chat with them, view friend requests.
Share button this time around will pull up menu to take snap shot, record video, or save video previously played game session for up to 60mins
There's an 'Your Accolades' feature where you give props to other players. Reminds me of how to give endorsements (Sportsmanship, Good Teammate, Shot Caller) in Overwatch to encourage positivity in online community. For PS5 has Helpful, Welcoming, and Good Sport
There are accessibility options/preferences you can setup that transfers to your games
There's a 'Switcher' option where you can change games on the fly, but unlike the Xbox Series X's 'quick resume' does not leave where you left off, and will boot you back to the home screen of that game
Picture-in-picture mode if you want friends to help show you how to get through levels
PS4 games load faster on PS5 if downloaded to SSD. Graphical upgrade depends on publisher if they implement a 'PS5 upgrade" patch
-For PS5 trophies.
Trophies that have collectables there is a progress bar showing how much left to collect.
There are also tutorial videos for some games that implement it.
Some trophies once selected will drop you into the level/section where you can obtain the trophy. Again depends on game developer if they implement it.
PS4 trophies on PS5 act the same
Base price for games are $70 ($10 more than last gen); Excluding Special/Collector's editions, DLC, micro-transactions, loot crates, and surprise mechanics
Overall, aside from some odd design choices very capable next gen system. There are some features especially on the controller that developers have to utilize and may not be present in all games. If anything like the PS3 and PS4, going to have thousands of gameplay hours on this system
Apr 30, 2021 16:07It was quite difficult to pre-order the PS5, but I truly lucked out because even with all the restocks certain retailers have had... it is still unbelievably hard to place the order. I hope anyone that still wants one gets one soon because it really is unfair that the gamers aren't able to land one whilst scalpers have thousands.
The PS5 has run beautifully and so intelligently from what I've experienced. The set up was of course easy and fast. The new UI is smooth and I definitely like it more than the old one on the PS4.
The Dualsense Controller is AMAZING. It is probably the next best thing (only second to the console itself) with the way it works. It's not as slippery like the Dualshock and feels great in hand. Even after hours of gaming, I did not feel any fatigue in my hands. The battery life is probably similar to its predecessor.
Overall, the console runs very smoothly and I have not experienced any sort of loudness with it. I do recommend when playing games, to choose performance over the resolution. You will absolutely get a higher FPS and I think it just runs a lot better that way.
Would highly recommend this to anyone that wants to experience next gen even though we've just merely begun to play those games.
Nov 25, 2020 23:18An actual buyer here!!! The console has been great. No issues so far (Crosses fingers). No glitches (like many who don’t work in the tech field claim). I’ve tried plenty of PS4 games and they all work normal. I have Spiderman, 2K, COD and Valhalla and they are all good games. The adaptive triggers on the controller definitely stand out as a highlight. I turn them off for multiplayer in COD because they can be a distraction.
I’m sure the Xbox has some benefits, but I’m sticking with Sony. Hope everyone is able to get the console they want.
Dec 12, 2020 17:19listen, i know how difficult it is to get the PS5. but you gotta keep trying. the ability to have 2-3 second load times is an ability i never knew i wanted. the games are so much fun, i am deeply addicted to my PS5. i am currently attempting to get the platinum trophy on Demon Souls Remastered. Keep trying ladies and gentlemen, i hope you are able to get a PS5 at some point! i also bought black PS5 plates off dbrand and they make the PS5 look even better!
Oct 27, 2021 09:59Oh my goodness!!! This thing is amazing! Best controller and console by far!!! I can’t believe I actually got it!!!! I was so excited when I purchased it but now that I have it I know that it was worth the excitement!!

Oct 18, 2021 23:56The PS5 feels like an actual step forward into the next generation of gaming from the speed to access games and within games to the new UI to the new controller. The PS5 feels like something new. Which I assume is what your looking for when you buy a new generation of console. one feature of note in the new UI is the cards that give you a custom estimation of how long you would need to play a particular mission or section in a PS5 game or how much progress you’ve made towards a new trophy and simple as this is it really helps so you can better plan your “gaming session”. If you’re lucky enough to finally get your hands on one of these you won’t be disappointed. Pro tip if you have games on your PS4 I would recommend you move them to an external HD so you can easily access them on your PS5.
Oct 25, 2021 11:20I have owned many game consoles over the years, including all of the PlayStations, lots of Nintendo, some of the Xboxs and a lot of old generation systems as well. I have had this system since launch day and it has been a blast so far, even the free game Astro's Playroom that is installed on the system was really fun to play. The system is virtually silent when running (finally!) has a pretty decent line up games for having just come out. The controller is beyond amazing, the haptic feedback and adaptive triggers definitely make the games feel more alive than in past generations. I hope all consoles going forward have these features! Can't wait for more PS5 only games to come out for it!
Sep 03, 2021 13:42What can I say…this is the MOST in-demand next-gen gaming console. It’s so hard to get your hands on it that people are paying a premium above MSRP to resellers. The picture quality is amazing on a 4K TV (recommend high refresh rate 120 MHz 4K TV if you can afford it). It functions as a media center and allows you to watch amazon prime videos for example in addition to gaming. It’s the console that once you play on it, you won’t want to go back to the earlier gen PS consoles. Get it while you can!! (oftentimes you only seconds to buy before going out of stock)

We also purchased 3 wired Nintendo Switch controllers ($12.49 each ), some games, and a screen protector ( Nyko - Armor case $8.99 ) for the switch. We connected our old Targus multi port USB connector ( previously used on our laptop ) to one of the switch USB ports/slots. The Nintendo Switch has 2 ports/slots so we probably could actually connect 2 of the Targus multi port USB connectors if we needed even more wired controllers. We currently have 3 wired controllers running on this Targus multi port USB connector but this Targus multi port USB connector has the ability to connect 4 controllers using one Nintendo Switch USB port/slot. The wireless controller that came with the Nintendo Switch also works while using the 3 wired controllers that are connected by the Targus multi port USB connector so that gives us 4 controllers ( which is more than enough for all of our kids ). We debated buying the additional wireless controllers but because this is being used by young kids we decided wireless controllers wouldn’t be durable enough for them. We took a chance that we would be able to use numerous wired controllers connected to our Targus multi port USB connector because we couldn’t find any written instructions or information on it but some people on YouTube have videos showing how they used different types of USB connectors to successfully use multiple wired controllers. For us it was simple to just use our old Targus multi port USB connector that we got for our laptop. Our kids are all able to play Animal Crossing together in the same game using one Nintendo Switch, one wireless controller ( that came with the Nintendo Switch ), and the 3 wired controllers we purchased. They can also play Mario Cart 8 Deluxe using the same set up described. We also purchased the Super Smash Bros Ultimate download and they call all play that together too using the same set up described.
Overall we saved a ton of money buying the $ 12.49 wired controllers ( that have Nintendo Mario Characters on them ) and the kids love them. We did have to purchase a Nintendo Switch memory card for all of the games we purchased/ downloaded online.
Dec 27, 2020 15:36First time owning a switch and I’m loving it. Got lucky today and found this combo set at Best Buy for $299 it’s a steal especially you getting a $60 game for free
Nov 22, 2020 19:20I can say Nintendo always comes up with the best consoles and has a way to revolutionize the gaming industry, I can see why they’ve lasted this long but this console has reach everyone expectations it’s a gameboy but a console fused, which not only you can play on a tv but take home it’s great with having family and friends to play especially Mario games, online like fire emblem, super smash, or solo like Zelda, Kirby , in the end it’s worth getting.
Apr 15, 2021 20:28Boom and scored, what a great price on a fantastic bundle. I could have bought this Switch bundle at few other places, but Best Buy has proven they are simply the BEST place to BUY. Picking it up with their contactless curbside service has proven to be super easy. A huge buy like this you had to move fast...
Nov 26, 2020 19:59This pre-packaged bundle deal by Nintendo was a great deal! It came bundled up with VALUE! You get the Nintendo switch console, Mario kart, and 3 month subscription to Nintendo online service for only 299. That is the same price for the switch by itself.
Dec 18, 2020 17:05Perfect Christmas gift. The best price now in pandemic time and Mario Kart 8 including. I feel very lucky to bought this game before Christmas. It’s sold out in almost every store.
Dec 25, 2020 16:18Very happy with this product. Got it on black friday for a great deal. The system works flawlessly and I'm excited to play Nintendo games again. If you see one in stock buy it!
Dec 19, 2020 14:46Perfect for a kid and perfect for that kid's family! We have enjoyed long nights of competitive Mario Kart-ing and gives our daughter entertainment for hours on car rides.
Dec 26, 2020 11:07Battle villains, explore new worlds or dominate the field with this PlayStation 5 Digital Edition. Support for DualSense wireless controllers, Tempest 3D AudioTech and an HD camera let you enjoy an immersive gaming experience. This PlayStation 5 Digital edition features a 825GB SSD for fast loading speeds and delivers up to 120 fps, so you can keep up with the action.
Honestly, what do you expect? It's next-gen. The console itself to begin with looks like some type of alien object that's casually placed in your living room. The controller is fantastic, much bigger so it can grip in my hands properly now. I always liked the PS4 controller but now holding this I can see how much less of a controller it is compared to the PS5's. Lastly, you honestly won't get the full next-gen experience until HDMI 2.1 4k monitors come out that runs over 120hz. So if money is a little tight I would wait till it dies down. Not worth paying over retail for this console. So if you were thinking of buying it from those scalpers don't.
Dec 18, 2020 19:18Order came in earlier than expected! The entire process was so smooth. The guys at the front desk were kind and quick with helping me with my order, I was out of the store in no time. As for the Ps5, this thing is rockin. I haven't put it down since I got it. The controller is on another level and don't get me started with the graphics. I recommend purchasing a monitor compatible to get full 120 FPS on games that are capable because the graphics are next level. I went with the digital version, and that being said it comes with more than enough storage for all your games. I highly recommend playstation, as this console covers all the bases for my gaming needs.
Aug 30, 2021 03:12This is the MOST in-demand next-gen gaming console. It’s so hard to get your hands on it. The picture quality is amazing on a 4K TV (recommend high refresh rate 120 MHz 4K TV if you can afford it). This console has no disc drive so will have to download games online. It functions as a media center and allows you to watch amazon prime videos for example in addition to gaming. It’s the console that once you play on it, you won’t want to go back to the earlier gen PS consoles. Get it while you can!! (oftentimes you only seconds to buy it before going out of stock)
Sep 23, 2021 18:45Going back to Playstation after 'main-ing' the Xbox one/ one one x for years is a def welcoming experience. PS plus games has amazing selection to choose from and you can keep them all in your library. The community is fantastic and I keep adding friends to the list. I have so much to catch up on when it comes to PS4 titles. As far as ps5 titles they're a little scarce but what's out def takes advantage of what Sony is pushing for in the next gen. Astro's PLAYROOM, COD Black Ops: Cold War and Descruction Allstars all utilize the 'Adaptive Triggers' on the controller and its such a game changer. Being able to feel the game react to your gamplay is phenomenal. Follow @mattswider on Twitter for live PS5/XBOX Series X restock times on different websites. I was lucky enough to get my PS5 through his link on Best Buy . com website. Remember just be signed in w/ card info saved and never give up!
Apr 09, 2021 09:55People usually buy the other version, but let me tell you that this totally worth. Anyway, you always will need to buy an external drive (I prefer SSD) for your digital games. What about disk games? You can still play them in your old ps4, is not a big difference (load speed is the only difference that I notice) if is a normal game that doesn’t support a ps5 upgrade. Otherwise, I recommend virtual games because they can’t break and you always will have them in your library, so if you travel a lot like me, and you want to bring your ps5 with you, you don’t need to care for make some space in your baggage for a bundle of discs.
Jun 05, 2021 11:45Best Buy is the way to go to avoid scalpers. Just be patient and wait for it to be added to the cart. The button will turn yellow. I promise. Once it’s in the cart it’s yours. I love my new system, the data saved on my Seagate drive, with all my PS4 data crossed over in seconds, only the new PS5 games bought with cross gen had to download. PlayStation 5 is awesome, can’t wait for grand Tourismo to drop.
The pics I used are from my Xbox X order, process was the same.
Good luck y’all
Mar 20, 2021 13:26Had a few issues at launch which have been fixed with updates over time and now it works great. Will have to trade in though, if there's ever a PS5 Pro announcement.
Oct 28, 2021 08:30I have been trying to get my hands on one of these since they came out last year and Best Buy made it very easy!
Oct 01, 2021 01:30Fortnite fans, rejoice! (And while you’re at it, show off your best emotes!) A special Fortnite Nintendo Switch bundle will be available to purchase at select retailers at a suggested retail price of $299.99. The bundle represents a great value, and includes a uniquely designed Nintendo Switch system with special art on the system and Nintendo Switch dock, a yellow Joy-Con (L) and blue Joy-Con (R), the Fortnite game pre-installed, 2,000 V-Bucks, and a download code for The Wildcat Bundle. The Wildcat Bundle is an in-game pack that includes cosmetic items like the Sleek Strike Back Bling and the Wildcat Outfit.
This was purchased for a Christmas gift for my grandson, pretty much is all he has played with!!!
He is very happy with his Nintendo switch!!
Dec 28, 2020 05:17Great deal for the holiday season can’t beat it especially when your kids want something lol
Dec 01, 2020 15:08The Nintendo Switch Console Fortnite Wildcat Bundle is a great deal. I really like it's limited edition look and being able to connect it to a HDTV makes it seem like you have 2 systems since you can take it on th go with you too!!!
Dec 16, 2020 19:59Brought for my son for Christmas. Great girlfriend especially when they were all sold out and people were selling them for over $400. Great buy. He loves it
Jan 08, 2021 19:04Perfect. Been waiting for this. I didnt got the mario bundle but this one is better.
Jan 08, 2021 17:15Overall it’s pretty good. Only complaint is that when I received it. It was open and not sealed. The inside cardboard near the switch console was a little ripped but it’s all good. Everything inside the box was thankfully sealed so that’s good. :)
Dec 02, 2020 15:17The kids love it and the ability to pay Mario Kart again is awesome
Jan 01, 2021 15:59It was a Xmas gift for my son. He loves it. Easy set up.
Dec 27, 2020 12:15This Nintendo Switch system takes inspiration from Mario, with a bold red design on the Nintendo Switch console, Joy-Con controllers, and the Nintendo Switch Dock. A solid blue design is featured on both the Joy-Con grip and Joy-Con wrist straps. As a bonus, this Nintendo Switch bundle includes a Mario Red & Blue Edition carrying case adorned with Super Mario iconography as well as a screen protector to keep your Nintendo Switch system secure.
I love it even thought it my first original switch cause I own a switch lite, the red is really cool and unique compared to other switch and it stands out in my room and I’ve holding on getting one so I decide to get this one cause of the color.
Mar 12, 2021 21:46Needed a new switch and this did the trick!!! Love the color scheme and as always it’s nice to get a brand new system even if you had one of these before it’s like opening it for the first time 4 years ago :)
Feb 26, 2021 16:31Great gift to myself! Ease of use is perfect if you’re an experienced Nintendo user.
Mar 19, 2021 16:08This Nintendo Switch is the best of them all. Great carry case.
Mar 05, 2021 20:09This Nintendo Switch is going to make you drop your jaw!
Mar 13, 2021 20:40Even though it doesn't look that Mario at all, the Red Switch/Dock looks beautiful and it does feels unique.
The console itself it's great! It is powerful considering the size of this machine.
That said, if you already own a PS4, Xbox or Gaming PC then a switch will be perfect as a 2nd console. It has great catalog of 1st and 3rd party games, indie games and it's portable.
Probably the worst part of this console is the Online Service. If this is your main console then it will disappoint, there is almost no native Voice Chat and Online Services in general are very primitive.
Mar 12, 2021 15:52Awesome unique console that comes with all the great things switch can do. Got this with Mario kart 8 and love it. The color combo is unique and the accessories are a great touch. Wish they added a little more yellow flare, but it looks great.
Mar 12, 2021 16:04A great looking Switch, but the only really minor bummer about it is there are no Mario icons, symbols, or any kind of art except for the included protective case which has symbols on it. Only the System, Dock, and Joy-Cons are Red. And the Joy-Con Grip and Wrist Straps are Blue. However, I’m still going with a 5-Star rating I suppose cause the color alone is cool. Maybe I’ll throw the Cat Mario badge that was included with Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury on the Switch somewhere.
Feb 13, 2021 22:43Go all-digital with Xbox Series S and enjoy next-gen performance in the smallest Xbox ever, at a great price. Make the most of every gaming minute with Quick Resume, lightning-fast load times, and gameplay of up to 120 FPS—all powered by Xbox Velocity Architecture. Enjoy digital games from four generations of Xbox, with hundreds of optimized titles that look and play better than ever. And when you add Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (membership sold separately or included when you choose Xbox All Access), you get online multiplayer to play with friends and an instant library of 100+ high-quality games, including day one releases from Xbox Game Studios like Halo Infinite, Forza Horizon 5, and Minecraft Dungeons.*
A great console that unfortunately signals the death of an era. The console works as advertised, 60 frames or more at 1440p for any games that have been updated with such support. This console is in very few ways inferior to the Series X. It has no disc drive and less internal SSD space, but in the era of digital games external drives are so easy to come by and cheap too. Considering most TVs can't even support the power of the Series X, the Series S is the console to buy unless you already own a huge TV, or one that is over 4K. With the X you will be able to generate 4K content, or 60+ frames with a lower resolution. The S is optimal for most people I would argue, because likely if you own a 4K TV you probably don't have one that is high end with a fast refresh rate. But if your TV is huge you will see a definite lost of clarity in the picture. Overall this console is a lot easier to get a hold of and it's a true next gen experience little different from the Series X. With each update to the OS the previous Xbox One editions get slower and become forcibly more obsolete. Quick resume and the more enhanced always-on are amazing features that bring you to gaming faster than ever. And the sheer amount of frames in comp multiplayer games like Rocket League and R6S are a huge advantage. The Series S is a good place to start if you don't know whether or not you want to upgrade your home entertainment suite and whether or not a better console will actually have effect at all on your current home entertainment suite. And it is also the right console to buy if you're on a budget. Right noe there aren't too many games and next gen experiences but considering that these consoles are being given priority to their previous gen brethren, which are being slowly left behind as we speak, if you game at all then an upgrade is what you need.
Apr 23, 2021 18:25After playing on my Xbox Series S for a month now I can say I am happy with this little beast console ! This console can play new Xbox One and old Xbox 360 games if it's backwards compatible. The fast load times are amazing on current Xbox games and the increase frame rates are also very much welcomed. I redownloaded alot of past games just to try out how it stacks against my old Xbox One X there just no comparison to how stable it is plus most games are getting a X/S upgrade to take advantage of the new hardware. Then comes the downside to the Series S the internal hard drive only 346 GB is just way too small to build a library of games. You will constantly be deleting/reinstalling and good luck with updates. Sure you can fix this with buying a external hard drive but gotta sacrifice that fast load time or even the pricy $219 SSD just to maintain that fast load time for only 1 TB. If you can get past the small storage space then I would highly recommend you pick up a Xbox Series S to play your current games/older games at higher speeds or framerate but if your wanting bigger space and more graphical enhances of the new games coming down the line then get a Xbox Series X.
Feb 06, 2021 03:11I’ll start by saying that up until purchasing this console, I’ve owned everything but an Xbox. There’s been N64, GameBoy Advance, GameCube, PS2, Wii, PS2, PS3, and PS4. Never an Xbox. For the longest time having grown up on the influence of console wars, I’ve always ignorantly thought PS was the better console and Xbox has nothing to offer. I’ve played the 360 a few times and had no experience with the XB1. Coming from the PS4 it’s the smoothest and most satisfying console I’ve played. Transitions between games are seamless including the Quick Resume feature which essentially allows you to have multiple games open just by switching between them. The selection is always mocked because of PS’ well known exclusives, although Xbox has great ones of their own. Some including Gears of War, Halo, Forza, Sea of Thieves, and now their exclusivity deal with Bethesda to launch their future titles on Microsoft platforms. Aside from the games, as I previously stated the transitions are seamless thanks to the SSD (be prepared to buy storage expansion). The UI is extremely convenient once you get used to it, Game Pass is great value for what you’re paying, the performance can hang with the Series X (especially if you don’t have an HDR/4K capable TV), the recording/streaming quality is an upgrade along with the speed that it saves your clips at being very quick (again coming from a PS4). All in all, I’ve only owned this console for one day and I can see myself using it for a thousand more. Highly recommend if you’re looking to try out an Xbox or if you’re looking to upgrade from a One/One S, it could also just serve as portable gaming for anyone who travels frequently.
Sep 02, 2021 11:44Just picked it up today. Iam writing this review to help out people. Don’t be to worried about the storage. If you had an External hard drive. From your old console. It will work on this system. Your old games that are not x/s up grades will still play from the hard drive you have. Games that are up graded put on the internal hard drive. The console is very small but powerful. Super quiet. Iam coming for the Xbox one s. This new system downloads games super fast and loads way faster then the other. For people that play destiny load took forever. Not with this system. Iam playing on 1080p monitor. And games look so much better. Hope this helps people. Glad I upgraded to this system.
Dec 31, 2020 19:44I really wanted to get the X series i tried so hard and this one was available so i grabbed it with no expectations. This little thing is powerful looks sweet and plays amazing. I have a 1440 monitor so this ended up being a great purchase. Only bad thing is how hard these new systems are to get and only being digital you can't buy games at the store anymore. Gamepass is amazing also and perfect for this machine
Dec 04, 2020 11:27Even though, there's hype around the Series X and PS5 about the powerful internals. I enjoy having the Series S... I'm impressed of how small it is. And its more than capable of playing next generation games. As of now, I've been playing 2K21 Next Generation.
If those who don't care about 4K gaming and don't have a ton of games they play on a regular, then I most certainly recommend the Series S.
Dec 29, 2020 11:19Honestly was just on Best Buy a few days ago and I seen they had a Xbox Series S so I thought I will see if I can’t place a order and what did you know it went through was actually happy Yes I know this system doesn’t let you have 4K 120 FPS but I don’t care I’m just glad I can play next generation games I’m very impressed at how the Xbox Series S can play games at 120 FPS and 60 FPS really can see a difference yes your not getting a lot of storage only like 364GB not the greatest but at least it’s something if your the type who doesn’t care about having a system that can do 4K 120 FPS then this system is perfect for you now note if you want to play Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition with Ray Tracing on then I have bad news the Series S can’t do it it’s only on the Series X but theirs other games that has Ray Tracing on the Series S but if you don’t care like me on some games then I say get this system
Oct 29, 2021 02:27So i was lucky and randomly i was on best buys website and i was able to check out with one inn very early January. now i wanted the X & still want the X but im very surprised what this machine can do for the time being! i also bought the 49'' Lg Nano cell tv & can run call of duty and other games at 1440p @120hz. i am thrilled & so happy. This is performing just as good, if not better then my Alienware desktop with a rtx 2070!! Wish it had a bigger SSD tho!!
Feb 11, 2021 15:12Xbox Series X, the fastest, most powerful Xbox ever. Explore rich new worlds with 12 teraflops of raw graphic processing power, DirectX ray tracing, a custom SSD, and 4K gaming. Make the most of every gaming minute with Quick Resume, lightning-fast load times, and gameplay of up to 120 FPS—all powered by Xbox Velocity Architecture. Enjoy thousands of games from four generations of Xbox, with hundreds of optimized titles that look and play better than ever. And when you add Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (membership sold separately or included when you choose Xbox All Access), you get an instant library of 100+ high-quality games, including day one releases from Xbox Game Studios like Halo Infinite, Forza Horizon 5, and Microsoft Flight Simulator.
Well I would have never thought that I would be owning an Xbox Series X in my lifetime. (I’m 65 yrs old but feel like an 18 yr old playing these games ) And i’m glad that this being my first Xbox that I made a very wise decision. I haven’t played any video games since Mario Bros came out for nintendo 64. Quite a few years ago for sure. The graphics and action that this Xbox puts out is unbelievable. Fast rendering and smooth scrolling is beyond anything i’ve ever seen or played on. Also one thing that I enjoy is the fact that with game pass in the Xbox Live that I can play games at a minimum monthly fee. My all time favorite right now is F1 2020. I love all types of racing but this one knocks it out if the park. Finally i’d just like to say is that if you can get your hands on one of these bad boys. Be prepared for a lot of lack of sleep, You’ll be glued to that screen all night. I know that I have been.
Feb 27, 2021 15:41I'm very impressed with what the Series X has to offer. I'd gone with Playstation for the last several generations and felt very underwhelmed by the PS5 design and what it has to offer.
The backwards compatiblity support is amazing and I am catching up on the 360/XB1 exclusives I missed in the best possible way on a 4K TV.
While it's a big console, the shape and design are easy to work with. It also runs cool and quiet.
I was a little worried about using batteries in the controllers, but having a batch of rechargeable AAs around is very easy to work with. Unlike with the Playstation controllers, I don't need an extra one for battery emergencies. The rechargeable batteries last for days between charges. It's also cool that XB1 controllers work on the Series X.
I would actually recommend this to PS4 owners who aren't overwhelmingly thrilled about the PS5. It has a lot more to offer right now in the way of exclusives you probably didn't play yet and it is much, much easier to get one (Fall 2021).
Included pictures of it against my PS4 Pro to help get an idea of its dimensions.
Oct 16, 2021 10:00I purchased my Series X on December 2nd, 2020 last year. I've had it for over 7 months now and I still love it and play on it as much as i did the first day. Microsoft is absolutely killing it this generation which is why i switched from ps4 to the Series X and i couldn't be happier that i did. The Next-Gen features this Xbox has such as Quick Resume, which lets you have multiple games open and play between them in a matter of seconds. I use this feature every day. A growing list of games that have Auto FPS Boost and Auto HDR, which makes games look and play amazing! Playing a game that was once 30 fps to now 60fps is so awesome, especially the games that are boosted to 120fps! It's an absolute game changer. Game pass Ultimate is a must if you have an Xbox. It's too good of a deal to pass up, it's perfect with the Series X. Games load incredibly fast on the internal SSD of the Series X it'll make you realize how much time was wasted waiting for games to load last gen! The new contoller is a nice upgrade from the previous model. It now has a textured grip on the back and triggers which feels great to play on while gaming for long sessions. I truly am enjoying my Series X and the Next-Gen features it offers, it's only getting better from here too, with a lot of Xbox exclusives coming soon this year like Halo Infinite, Forza Horizon 5, and many others, all day 1 on Game Pass! You won't be disappointed going with the Series X this generation.
Jun 27, 2021 18:15After being a computer gamer for forever. I became a dad and needed a console to fill my gaming habits. I immediately bought a one X and loved it. After getting an lg oled C9 I knew I wanted to make the jump to the series x or ps5. I ended up getting the series x and I’m so glad that I did. Everything plays amazing! I didn’t think it was going to be such a large improvement graphically and performance wise, but it truly is. If you own a tv that supports 120fps I would buy the series x in a heartbeat. I’m beyond excited to see the future of true next gen games in a year or two. If you don’t have a top of the line tv. I would wait a year or so and upgrade your tv before upgrading to the series x so you can get the full benefit of wait this amazing system can can give, but either way upgrading to it now or later you simply won’t regret it.
Jan 01, 2021 10:08So far I can say this Xbox series x has been the best purchase I’ve made in a really long time as far as tech goes.
This device is really ahead of its time
Very easy to use and setup
The graphics are amazing
The user interface is going to take some time for me to get used to coming from PlayStation
But I honestly think the Xbox series x gets the job done.
Extremely quiet while running games.
The quick resume option will come in handy when you have more than three games and want to switch seamlessly from game to game and continue where you left off.
The controller is solid love the color
Remember to buy rechargeable batteries and a solid head set to pair.
Nov 18, 2020 02:29Lot of value for the next-generation. You get all the legacy titles you already own if you have any previous Xbox console. Some games even come with a boost from the original source material.
Fight Night Champions instantly comes to mind. 4k, HDR..you really have to see it on the Series X.
Older titles may see boost like Battlefield V where you can play the game in 4k ,120fps.
Dying Light plays at a buttery smooth 60 fps with HDR now upscaled at 4K, i popped in the same game on the PS5 today and its still 30 fps..
Its a beast for the older generation..
As far as next-generation gaming...
Its coming...fortunately as of this review, its much sooner than the actual console purchased date...lol.
The wait been has been painful...but the future is extremely bright...
Havent even talked about game pass..
Easiest way to explain, its netflix but for gaming.
Microsoft hosts all their first-party titles in the subscription but you also get EA Play (Madden, need for speed, star wars) as part of the subscription and you also receive day one titles from 3rd party companies...so Dungeons and Dragons:Dark Alliance that just came out a week ago...currently in game pass..
So its a trade-off.
Im new to xbox and the whole ecosystem, but i do own both next-generation consoles.. its clear sony has more exclusives right now, but xbox is coming along nicely and Starfield...should probably youtube Starfield...ok bye.
Jun 27, 2021 19:08After spending an entire month with my brand new Xbox Series X, I have to say that this console is such a great piece of hardware. The Xbox Series X has lived up to, all of its hype surrounding the new console back when it was revealed at the Game Awards 2019. With that said, the console is whisper quiet even while playing graphical intensive games like, Gears 5, Red Dead Redemption 2, Resident Evil 2: Remake, it doesn't matter...it's super quiet. The best part about the Xbox Series X is, the massive backlog of games it has due to Microsoft's dedication to Backwards Compatibility as well. And not only do older Xbox and Xbox 360 games look better, but they get a huge boost in loading and overall performance. With that said, the new Xbox Series X so far has made a first great impression on me, and I believe that the console and its games is only going to get better in the near future. Also, with the reveal of new games in development such as Avowed, Bright Memory Infinite, Fable, Halo Infinite, Perfect Dark, Scorn, State of Decay 3, etc. I think this new generation of Xbox is going to, absolutely deliver great first-party games to their fans across the board.
Dec 11, 2020 05:51Great Service As Usual From Best Buy…
The Xbox Series X is a BEAST! Graphics and Gameplay are Truly Amazing!
If you have the chance to grab one; then Do It, You will not be disappointed!! These console shortages are crazy, and getting very old, very quick…
Good Luck to Anyone that still needs a Next-Gen console; Believe it or not, copping a Next-Gen Console is very possible… You just have to put in the work, and keep trying on every single drop!
Thank You BestBuy for helping me out on this Xbox Series X!
Nov 01, 2021 05:10Introducing Nintendo Switch™ Lite, a version of the Nintendo Switch system that’s optimized for personal, handheld play. Nintendo Switch Lite is a small and light Nintendo Switch system at a great price. With a built-in +Control Pad, and a sleek, unibody design, Nintendo Switch Lite is great for on-the-go gaming. Nintendo Switch Lite is compatible with popular games such as Super Mario Odyssey™, Mario Kart™ 8 Deluxe, Super Smash Bros.™ Ultimate, The Legend of Zelda™: Breath of the Wild, and more. If you’re looking for a gaming system all your own, Nintendo Switch Lite is ready to hit the road whenever you are.
I already own an OG Switch, but with Nintendo's decision to only allow one island per console for the upcoming Animal Crossing title, they were able to squeeze out a little extra money from me.
I was on the fence about the Lite, but ultimately decided the turquoise version was the way to go. Transferring my save data and downloaded games were an easy enough process. Plus I'm still able to play on my original Switch, so there's no issues with swapping gameplay between the two.
Battery life certainly seems better, but I tend to keep my system plugged in at all times, so it's a bit of a moot point with me. Graphically I think games look better on the Lite than in handheld mode on the full-size Switch, which is definitely a plus.
The only potential downside is if it ever gets joycon drift, since I'd have to send in the whole system. Fingers crossed it doesn't happen, lol.
All in all, I'd say the Lite is definitely worth picking up...but I'd treat it more as a secondary system; I still rate the "big brother" Switch as the best one to buy.
Mar 04, 2020 15:00The system is great for those on the go that want the better battery life and great games. I’ve got a launch console and purchased this with the intent of keeping this as the “primary” console and my original one as my home console.
In case you’re wondering the differences are as follows:
-screen and console are smaller in size and weight
-battery is longer lasting
-joy-cons aren’t detachable, they’re built into the system, which means no HD rumble, no IR sensor either
-no kickstand
-not able to be docked, this is a portable only system, but it runs the entire switch library as long as it doesn’t require the system to be docked
-$100 cheaper
That said, if this is a travel only supplement or you never play your system docked, this is the Switch for you. If you need the “switch” part of the switch, and want the freedom to detach the controllers and play the game on a tv, then buy the larger version (just make sure it’s the all red box version as that’s the one with the new battery and more efficient chipset like the lite).
Sep 21, 2019 01:05My 6 year old nephew loves this bc his older brothers have PlayStations and are always leaving him out of playing Fortnite but now he can join in with them and play. A week after Christmas it stopped charging and easily Best By traded it out for a new one. Customer service was a life savior offering me a 2 year warranty, if any accidents occur like him spilling something or cracking the screen, they will fix or replace. And with him being so young with a $200 game, I feel very secure with this purchase. Now I cant get him to put it down.
Jan 01, 2021 19:20I purchased a Nintendo switch when it came out and unfortunately it bricked on me near the start of Covid19, however I did not want to purchase another one for the hope of getting it fixed later on. When I finally gave in to buying the switch lite it was sold out everywhere, so I kept checking back and finally it was restocked and bought it! I'm loving it so far, I have small hands so holding it feels much better than the regular switch since it's a bit bigger. Funny thing was that my regular switch turned back on the day I received the switch lite lol so now I have two, but for now I've been using the lite because it feels much better in my opinion. If you don't ever want to play on the tv then this switch is for you.
Jun 04, 2020 01:49It all began when my son got a bad grade on a test. I had possession of his Original Nintendo Switch. I did what any self-respecting parent (who owned the NES as a child) would do... I played it. My son was set to come off punishment days before the release date... so what’s a mom to do?
Sep 22, 2019 17:57Super glad to finally catch a Switch in stock. Though I originally wanted the full Switch console. I ended up giving that up(because of stock issues) and going for the lite version. I don’t regret that decision at all. It is a beautiful console! Everything works nicely, the buttons and joysticks feel and work great. My one complaint and it’s a pretty big one, is that the battery life is absolute garbage. I knew it was gonna be bad when I bought it. So I’m willing to deal with it. But it rubs me the wrong way that this console is marketed for strictly handheld gaming and portability. Not very portable when it has to be plugged into the wall every 4-5 hours. If it weren’t for the battery, I’d give it 5 stars easily. Other than that, I’m super happy with my Switch lite and the fact that I can finally play Animal Crossing: NH
Apr 30, 2020 00:05Go! Go! Go! In a nonstop world something like the Nintendo Switch Lite can suit a gamer’s busy lifestyle quite well. Designed for on-the-go type gaming, the smaller form factor allows for quick-fire game sessions without all the bulk. However, as with everything in life there’s a give and take, so this little champ stays moving and does not dock. Yet, a great side kick to have as a companion to the original Nintendo Switch. Perfect for passing time on road trips or lunch breaks.
Aug 23, 2021 14:16I wanted to pick up a Lite even though I owned a full Switch, hoping it would be a bit more portable. Thankfully it is! Even with a small case (I use a TomTom case), it’s much smaller. What’s most noticeable is how much lighter it is. The screen is smaller obviously and the buttons are different than Joy-Cons (they’re squishy not clicky) so keep that in mind.
May 16, 2020 16:40Conquer virtual enemies with this Sony PlayStation 4. It's compatible with the latest game titles to provide hours of entertainment, and it lets you access PlayStation Vue so you can enjoy your favorite shows. This Sony PlayStation 4 has a 1TB hard drive, so you can store plenty of gaming files.
Nice and slim. Also got a skin cover to give the ps4 more style. I love that you can have items shipped to alternate locations that will work for a persons hectic schedule.
Nov 21, 2020 23:11I love my new Playstation 4! I could pick it up a day before! I just recently wanted it and looked for it and found it at Best Buy! I'm going to buy more things in the future!
Feb 27, 2021 20:29Love my game system! I ordered one from the Sony website before, but it was stolen at a local FedEx facility and could not find another one for months. I’m so glad I checked at Best Buy!
Oct 22, 2021 01:02I love my Playstation 4, i purchased it in Best Buy, it was delivered to my house fast, it was real easy to purchase it online.
Feb 26, 2021 16:14I have 2 other ps3s. I use them for TV streaming & watching movie discs-since the actual Blu-ray players made these days are flimsy pieces of crap.
Can’t go wrong with Sony… Excellent device!
Jun 18, 2021 18:28I had bought this console to play games until the PS5 comes out I sold my PS4 Pro because it would always disconnect off the WI-FI but this console here works great it doesn’t disconnect me off the WI-FI I use this system on a computer monitor 4K UHD the graphics look very nice I’m happy I got this PS4 console. I also love that it’s slim and doesn’t take much space light weight. I purchased as a pick up and Best Buy always comes through all my items are always give me 30 minutes wait until I get to pick up even though it gives you a one hour time frame.
Mar 28, 2020 18:30It’s an awesome alternative for the ps5 right now and I really suggest it.
Apr 23, 2021 15:38This is awesome the app is good to use muy purchase arrive in less time I recommend to buy the ps4 over here.
Feb 17, 2021 14:39Introducing Nintendo Switch™ Lite, a new version of the Nintendo Switch system that’s optimized for personal, handheld play. May 16, 2020 16:40Introducing the newest member of the Nintendo Switch family Play at home on the TV or on-the-go with a vibrant 7-inch OLED screen with the Nintendo Switch – OLED Model system. In addition to a new screen with vivid colors and sharp contrast, the Nintendo Switch – OLED Model includes a wide adjustable stand for more comfortable viewing angles, a dock with a wired LAN port for TV mode (LAN cable sold separately), 64GB of internal storage, and enhanced audio in Handheld and Tabletop modes using the system’s speakers. *There may be software where the game experience may differ due to the new capabilities of the system, such as the larger screen size.GameSpot – "...the best display on any dedicated handheld gaming device… ever."GameXplain – "...a fantastic upgrade for anyone looking to game on the go."Game Informer – "The screen is an absolute marvel…"IGN – "Outside of the display, my favorite improvement to the Switch OLED is easily the new kickstand." – 8/10Shacknews – "...the best portable visual experience…" – 9/10The Verge – "...premium portable experience." – 8/10
It’s hard to show in pictures how beautiful the screen on this Nintendo Switch is. You have to see it for yourself in person. If you’re reading this, I’m going to assume you already own a switch or switch lite. I happened to own a Og day 1 Nintendo switch and a switch lite, and I knew I wanted this OLED switch the minute they announced it. OLED screens are a technical marvel and are truly beautiful. I like many others am a little disappointed that the switch didn’t get a new processor for better performance but I am still happy with my purchase. The screen alone makes all the games look beautiful. Colors are vivid and contrast is amazing. When you play it in a dark room, the screen looks like it’s off when a black scene is displayed. Besides the new screen, there isn’t a whole lot new with this switch, the dock was improved a little along with the kickstand on the back. That is also a welcome update as the old models always tended to fall over because the kickstand was weak and small. Games still load a little slow, when compared to phones and newer consoles, so don’t expect a speed increase. It comes with the same power adapter and joycon grip as before. Would I recommend this? Yes and No. if you love your Nintendo switch and want the new beautiful screen, then I think you’ll be very happy buying it. If you’re ok with the screen quality of the older models and want to save money, then don’t rush out and buy it. Not much has changed. If you’re on the fence, try to get your hands on one to see the display in person.
Oct 20, 2021 11:47I have been a user of the original Nintendo Switch for years now and its easily been one of my favorite video game consoles I have owned! I was excited to get my hands on the new OLED switch, and so far I have not been let down!
ORIGINAL VS OLED (HANDHELD MODE)
- Simply put, the new OLED switch is better than the original in almost every area! Right out of the box you can see the big improvements and its well worth it.
- The larger screen makes handheld gaming feel more immersive and having small bezels makes it feel more modern.
- The OLED screen is truly a game changer. It’s insanely brighter, the colors pop which really makes games feel so vibrant, and just overall creates a much better experience in handheld mode.
- The kickstand is SO much better! Its the entire length of the switch and can be set at different angles. Just overall makes it feel a lot more sturdy and is what the original switch should have came with.
- The speakers are also much improved! They are frontward facing and produce a better more impactful sound.
- The OLED switch comes with 64 GB standard which is also much better than the 32 GB on the original switch.
- The improved dock on the OLED looks fantastic! Just some minor cosmetic improvements makes it look better, and I’d say overall the switch fits in their slightly more snug and secure than before.
OLED IN DOCKED MODE:
- The biggest complaint by everyone is going to be how the Switch OLED does nothing to improve the Switch’s performance in docked mode. There is no 4K or even HDR support which is very disappointing.
- That being said, if you use the Switch in docked mode 100% of the time than you likely will not see any benefits from the new OLED switch besides the larger storage.
FINAL VERDICT:
- For me, I use the Switch in handheld mode a lot. So the OLED Switch is an absolute home run for me. The screen, speakers, kickstand, just about everything about the handheld experience has been improved and I have really enjoyed using it.
- In my opinion, the OLED Switch is only $50 more than the original and completely justifies this price increase. Any new user who has never owned a Nintendo Switch should absolutely buy the OLED Switch! And if you already own the Switch but are curious about making the jump to OLED, you will not be disappointed whatsoever!
Oct 10, 2021 13:47This is definitely a great upgrade coming from the previous model. first, the OLED display is gorgeous something the original switch should of came with in my opinion, so much more vibrant and much brighter. secondly the speakers sound MUCH better with the OLED and the biggest thing for me was the inclusion of the LAN port which is fantastic. If you’re unsure about upgrading due to already having a switch and moving onto the OLED I highly recommend it.
Oct 28, 2021 16:35I’ve been wanting to buy a Nintendo Switch for a while but I waited for the new OLED and it was worth it, basically is the same game console as before but with a better screen that gives a great crystal clear HD game vision on all games. The only changes I’ve seen on this switch is the HD screen, the location of the microSD goes , the kickstand ( much better than the previous Nintendo Switch) and an internal 64GB. The speaker could’ve been a little better but overall this Nintnedo switch is awesome. I couldn’t get the black and white color but this blue and red neon is as great looking. I will recommend that you leave the protecting adhesive film that came with and also you should get a screen protection for the screen since it’s made out of glass.
Oct 17, 2021 04:05I’ll say it’s a worthwhile upgrade from a Switch Lite. I’m brought it to my brothers house to compare an OG Switch with this OLED model, and it’s amazing when comparing. The bezel is smaller, screen = bigger, sound is louder but not better in any other way that I can tell so far. My absolute favorite part about this model is the OLED screen. I tested it by waiting for parts in a game like Yugioh or Super Smash Bros and put my thumb in front of the dark part. I could not see the silhouette of my thumb AT ALL. The black colors are totally black coming from this screen, and I freaking LOVE IT!! Everything pops!! (Don’t let the picture fool you, it’s much better in person, I can promise you that)
Oct 24, 2021 08:25This is a much bigger upgrade than I expected from my Switch Lite. The screen is simply outstanding, and feels much bigger than I thought it would be. The colors pop, the contrast is infinite, and the darks are pitch black. Despite the larger screen size, resolution doesn’t seem adversely affected. The kickstand is worlds better than the original. It feels beefy, and holds its position at almost any angle. The sound is great, but honestly, I don’t notice too much of a difference. The white Joycons are clean and crisp. If you don’t have a Switch, or only have a Switch Lite or Launch Switch, this is an absolute must. If you have a Switch V2, it’s debatable.
Oct 15, 2021 18:53Internal spec wise there’s not much difference to the original switch. However that screen just looks so much nicer and bigger than anticipated in person. It’s just one of those things you can’t gauge in pictures. You just gotta see for yourself personally. You really notice the difference side by side.
If you don’t have a switch yet. Pick this up!
If you already have a switch and money isn’t an issue, sure go ahead and upgrade. You deserve to treat yourself!
If the two above don’t apply to you. Don’t worry. Your OG Switch or even Switch Lite is just fine.
Oct 23, 2021 08:23I was pretty skeptical when Nintendo came out with a higher priced Switch.. I told myself “really, it’s just a bigger screen and I play it on my TV most of the time” But it really surprised me when I plugged it in and turned it on, I saw how beautiful the OLED screen is. Much better than it’s predecessor. I think I will be playing the handheld version a little more often.

Oct 13, 2021 00:10This Nintendo Switch™ system takes you to new heights with art inspired by the flagship monster, Magnamalo, from the action-RPG title Monster Hunter Rise. The eye catching metallic artwork features game inspired iconography on the Nintendo Switch console, Joy-Con™ controllers, and the Nintendo Switch Dock. As a bonus, this Nintendo Switch bundle includes a digital code for Monster Hunter Rise + Deluxe Kit DLC that includes the game and additional in-game content.
The switch is the undisputed king of portable gaming. How do you stand out in a sea of basic consoles? Well, you get a limited edition version! The monster Hunter rise edition is a mixture of grey with gold highlights. The dock desires a great design as well as the joy cons. Even after playing with the console heavily since I bought this, the design still holds up and is not being rubbed away. That was my concern with this being a portable console after all.
Unlike some limited edition consoles I got in the past, I was edited to see that this came with the deluxe version of the game!
An amazing limited edition Switch that will complete any collection. Very happy with this purchase!
Nov 05, 2021 20:49Hard to find console. I stumbled across it and was in awe it was available. No sooner than I'd got it, they were nearly unattainable outside of eBay.
Aug 21, 2021 11:41A design that far outweighs the Generations Ultimate design. Comes with the V2 switch, the game, and the deluxe code to receive extra DLC goodies! Finally a Switch model that comes with the game, unlike the Mario or Animal Crossing editions.
[Note]: Original buttons are black, but I decided to install some 3rd party colors for extra flare!
Apr 16, 2021 20:10Switch V2. Longer battery life included monster hunter rise deluxe edition digital code. Great console and excellent game!
Apr 02, 2021 11:11Its amazing. The game is awesome on the switch. The design is very sleak and eyepopping. I bought some accessories to make it pop too.
Apr 30, 2021 15:46The console design is very detail and even on the joy-cons which looks awesome. It also comes with the Monster Hunter digital copy of the game with some bonus content. I would say everything is good so far, but one con would be that it says 32gb storage capacity and I know the storage is not going to be exactly that but it really only has 15gb total capacity. So if you download a lot of digital games, you can use other SD card brands and lookout for a good sale for one too. Overall, It is a awesome edition and if they restock again soon, keep a lookout!
Apr 08, 2021 23:33The console is great other than the screen has a weird yellowy tint to it. It's been in and out of repair since I got it in March (it's July as of this writing), so I can't return it to Best Buy. They've replaced the screen a bunch and even the console, so I'm convinced that Nintendo is using "warm white" screens that have this yellow tint to them. My day one Switch screen is perfect and the whites look actually white.
Extremely disappointed in Nintendo for their lack of quality in this otherwise beautiful console.
The top Switch in the picture is my Day One Switch and the bottom is the Monster Hunter Switch.
Jul 09, 2021 15:54I love how this design is, for once I managed to find one not scalped either. It’s very sleek and clean. Most of the limited edition consoles have been vivid colors this one takes a more darker tone and I definitely enjoy it. Love that this came with the deluxe version of the game as well albeit I wish it was physical it was nice it was preloaded either!
Apr 10, 2021 21:46Introducing Nintendo Switch™ Lite, a new version of the Nintendo Switch system that’s optimized for personal, handheld play.

I ordered the Limited Edition Pokémon Diamond & Pearl Switch as soon as it was released online yesterday at 1:32am! It said it wasn’t going to be delivered until Tuesday and then it ended up being delivered the same day! It is definitely worth it!!
Nov 06, 2021 20:45Looks great, I love the texture on the back, as well as the overall design. I'd been wanting a second switch because my partner and I both love playing Animal Crossing, so now we can have two islands and play together. A great value for $199.
With only 32gb of internal storage, I highly recommend you grab one of the Sandisk microSD cards that they sell here, especially if you buy games digitally.
Nov 09, 2021 13:17I'm pleasantly surprised with how comfortable the switch lite is, and the design is absolutely what beautiful with that throwback of the special edition DS.
Nov 06, 2021 17:06I love the dark theme of this switch lite. It truly takes inspiration from the original DS lite special edition released years ago. As a Pokemon fan this is a must have collectible. Can't wait to play Pokemon Brilliant Diamond on this!

Jun 26, 2020 16:36This pictures show that this product comes in the box...this does not come in a box, it was just the switch itself. Now I'm worried that it may have been damaged or isn't even the real thing. I know this is through Best Buy but these happen, and more frequently now than ever. I'm upset because I bought this as a gift for my niece. How am I supposed to give this to her?!
Sep 01, 2021 15:13We love the Nintendo Switch Lite! My kids are no longer fighting over out Switch. I loving have the switch lite!
Jun 23, 2020 00:55Cheaper and worked as fine as new. No issues happened.

It looks exactly like it does on the box, didn’t come with instructions but that wasn’t really necessary for me. I love it so much! Haven’t experienced any issues with the consoles or the controls and I’ve had it for over a month with daily playing.
Dec 25, 2020 16:21I had previously had a Switch Lite, but got sick of not being able to play it on a bigger screen, or play games with other people. I bought this one, as I love Animal Crossing. I use it whenever I have free time and love playing both single and multiplayer games with it. I absolutely recommend it
Aug 13, 2021 15:38I love the joycon colors but I get scared because of joycon drift and I would have to replace them with normal colors
May 23, 2020 20:51It's totally worth having it's just like the other ones the red and black one I would totally get it if I were you guys it's cute it's no different than the others I'm happy with it
Oct 08, 2021 19:04Switch is the best system and I love the aesthetic of the animal crossing version.
Oct 22, 2021 22:53Purchased this mostly to just play ACNH, love it so far. Only thing is the box it was shipped in was well packed, but the console inside its original box was not well packed - thankfull nothing got busted in transit!
Apr 30, 2021 17:10It is reconditioned nintendo switch and it works perfectly. My daughter love the Nintendo switch
Jul 09, 2021 17:17I love it. I use it everyday. I'm obsessed with Animal Crossing and I don't regret buying the complete Nintendo Switch set!

* Semi-Good Condition
* Shipped without orignal box came in a big brown box
* Console was dirty had gunk on the screen
* 90 Day warranty
I ended up returning the device because of the limited warranty and for 20$ more you can get a brand new one.
Jun 05, 2020 19:23It is like new but a bit of money saved. I got little pads for the sticks, and that made it a bit smoother for me, but other than that, I have no complaints with the device. Other than I which it had more data, but that is a Nintendo thing, not best buy
Sep 21, 2021 09:38Love it. Its for my sons birthday so i only got to mess around with it for a few minutes to verify it works. But so far i love it.
Sep 17, 2021 17:42It came in all original packaging. In prefect condition as far as I can tell it looked brand new. It works perfectly and it great.
Jul 15, 2021 13:22Very happy to get the Nintendo Switch for my grandkids! Wasn't sure if Best Buy would have them in stock this year, so I ordered early. Very pleased with this purchase!
Oct 22, 2021 17:27Super fun console I do however recommend getting a SD card along with it. Small system memory for games
Oct 29, 2021 14:20Came in the original box with everything perfectly wrapped & in mint condition just as if I had purchased it brand new, it even arrived with a full battery! Very pleased with this purchase.
Mar 26, 2021 15:49You can't tell the difference between a new and refurbished switch. It works and boots up just like a brand new one. Finding a switch is very hard these days so going the "refurbished route" was my only option. My only complaint is that it did not come in the original packaging and instead came in a plain brown one. I'm giving this as a Christmas gift and although I don't think it matters that this is refurbished, it would have just been nicer to have the original box with the printing on it. (I'm also giving a refurbished switch lite as a Christmas gift and that came in the original packaging. Both gifts will be opened at the same time so not having the original box here hurts the surprise value.)

Aug 17, 2020 10:03Relive the 80s with this Bandai Connect and Play game console. It's battery-powered with a built-in joystick for an all-in-one experience that lets you play games on a TV with no other equipment needed. This Bandai Connect and Play game console has a yellow Pac-Man-shaped casing that holds its cords and 12 retro games securely.
I have been considering this purchase for a long time, but hesitated as many people have complained that the stick is unresponsive. However, I also am quite familiar with the arcade versions and it seems to be inline with them. My biggest complaint about the Super Pac-Man arcade game is that it was difficult to control ... especially in "Super" mode. Pac & Pal, which is quite similar, is just as bad. So, I don't think it's the stick, but the games themselves. All of the others are easier to control and pretty spot on to the arcade versions sans the orientation. I'm very happy with it. It would be cool if it didn't require batteries, however, but so far I haven't needed to replace them.
Sep 11, 2020 17:45Especially for the price, this is a fun game collection. There are several different versions of Pac-Man, along with other classic games. What throwbacks!! Lots of fun, and just what you'd expect for these good old games. The only downside in my opinion is that the unit itself is kind of bulky and awkward to hold while playing. Other than that...bring on the ghosts!
Oct 07, 2019 08:44This is a fun item for the money. The only drawback is that you have to buy an adapter (I think) to hook it up to a newer TV and the adapter is twice as much as this item! Right now I have it hooked up to an older TV and it works great.
Dec 27, 2019 18:32I was disappointed that it had no HDMI capability and my big tv has no RCA inputs. I used a small old TV for the RCA issue. But it still works
Feb 18, 2020 13:48You get Pac-Man and its similar to the old game but if you are expecting the same Pac-Man experience as the original it’s not going to be this one. The movement is slower and not as smooth as the original. Plus a big drawback is the shape of the controller which is quite uncomfortable and big. I wish they could just make an Atari replica controller for it.
It is still fun playing some of the old games, so if you’re looking for a low priced option to get a little nostalgia you can have some fun with it.
May 17, 2020 23:02I love all these arcade games. I was disappointed with the super pacman because in this game, if I become Super Pacman courtesy of eating the Green super pellet, I had an irregular feeling when I want to execute going faster on the controller in pressing the button. When the button is pressed in this sequence, that when you can control pacman in a faster mode.
Jul 05, 2019 17:57Fun and must have ! My family and I play on game nights! Love it!
Aug 13, 2021 15:45With a 75-inch TV the Pac-Man in real life. No hiccups controller moves up down left right great. Feels just like the real arcade game.

Bought for my son after going around the city for months!
Works like new. Comes with console, power, hdmi and controller and charger cable
May 28, 2021 16:13I got a good deal on this playstation. I usually don't like to purchase refurbished products but this was a good deal. A year later and it is still working fine.
Jun 22, 2020 20:40So far, I’ve had no issues like others have stated. The ps4 works and runs flawlessly like it’s brand new.
Jun 17, 2020 20:17My daughter said the PS4 works good but the discs do not insert very well. Also, some discs do not play either so she has to download instead.
May 29, 2020 15:53Very quick shipping.was exactly as described. My son is very happy. Highly recommend Best buy recondition products
Mar 16, 2021 19:26Great system. And is easy to use very easy to learn and easy for beginners we recommend it
May 31, 2020 07:32Refurbished ps4 is like a new one! Great product! Would recommend.
Jul 12, 2019 22:58The best game system I've ever played in my life. Literally a different experience whenever I play the game.

nothing wrong with Best Buy refurbished or even the awesome system. the PS4 pro seems to have a serious flaw regarding a design issue where the sustem turns on by itself and off which messes with the os and hdd. often it will become to a point where i need to reinstall firmware.
there were several nights the system turned on by itself and kept resetting. i have read many issues regarding thiS.
BEST BESY DID A FANTASTIC JOB of refunding the system within my elite member day limit (30). without much issues.
i really recommend using Best Buy’s warrenty and after service. i been a member for about 15 years, and they never disappointed me.
the stat review goes toward the design flaw of the system NOT Best Buy.
Besides, the new PS5 came out, so I would wait to for that system instead when it becomes more available.
Nov 14, 2020 05:24I’ve always been wary of buying refurbished products online and this one just reminded me why. Figured it was a great deal at $299 which is $100 off..until I opened the box! Only thing inside was the PS4 console. It was missing the controller, power cord, hdmi cable, usb cable, and the headset! I returned it to the store and exchanged it for a new one. Geek Squad guy told me the refurbished items are packaged and shipped by Sony. They’re just sold on the Best Buy site. Thanks to Best Buy for some great customer service after the fact but somebody dropped the ball on this one!
Jul 12, 2019 16:13Bought this for my bf for his bday and I had him open it straight from the box. I had bought him an extra controller prior so that his nephew can play with him. Once he opened it, he realized it ONLY came with the console and 1 power cord. That's it. I reread the description from my receipt online and sure enough, it was suppose to include everything. Thankfully it was a geek squad approved refurbished console so I was able to swap it out but not after going to 2 best buys. The 1st one couldn't help since their systems were down
Aug 02, 2019 18:48This was a horrible experience. First I received the PlayStation with no controller or power cord. Called customer service right away and was given the run around. Just to get a live person on the line took 2 hours. The phone system sucks! Kept hanging up on me. The customer service reps are not very knowledgeable of the system. Took over an hour just to get a label for return. I understand that right now with the pandemic thing are a little crazy but Best Buy needs to do a better job then this. Not happy at all.
May 13, 2020 04:44Everything came in the best condition. Works like a new Playstation Pro. I would 100% recommend
May 27, 2021 11:42this one was a good deal just make sure to check that comes with every accessory listed on your order
Jul 12, 2019 21:43Purchased this game for my nephew. My son loves this game so I thought he would enjoy it as well. #GamingFamily
Apr 25, 2020 15:03Got this for my 15yo nephew he loves it! Works great as if brand new!
